Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
D
Mr
chairman,
I'll
just
note,
I
think
one
I
I
said
it
last
week
during
the
budget
presentation
to
the
public,
but
this
has
been
a
really
smooth
process.
Considering
you
know
what
a
challenging
year
it
could
be
with
inflation
and
everything
and.
A
D
Particularly
you
guys
deserve
kudos
for
all
your
efforts
to
take
care
of
county
employees.
I
think
that
was
one
of
the
biggest
highlights
of
this
year's
budget,
and
I
think
the
process
went
more
smoothly
too
by
tackling
that
early
on
in
the
process,
and
so
just
want
to
highlight
that
success.
I'll
also
note
just
in
addition
to
commissioner
davidson's
motion,
the
tentative
budget
for
all
county
funds,
plus
the
pest
and
mosquito
districts,
is
316
million,
seven
hundred
and
fifty
eight
thousand
three
hundred
and
five
dollars
that
those
last.
C
Five
dollars
are
important.
Well,
in
addition
to
taking
care
of
our
employees,
I
might
add
parenthetically
that
we
took
care
of
beta
county
taxpayers
very
much.
So
the
the
state
law
provides
for
a
property
tax
budget
increase
of
three
percent,
and
we
did
not
take
that
three
percent,
and
I
think
that
is
a
thanks
to
our
our
staff
and
our
elected
officials
and
us
we
were
able
to
preserve
that,
and
so
we
aren't
charging
any
more
tax
property
tax
dollars
this
year.
C
And
yet
we
got
a
good
budget
and
we
got
all
the
taking
care
of
our
employees,
and
I
think
I
think
it's
a
big
success.
That's
a
big
success
all
the
way
around,
because
it
wasn't.
It
is
a
difficult
year
with
all
the
inflation
and
gas
prices
and
all
that
going
up.
Some
of
our
employees
are
having
a
hard
time,
even
paying
enough
gas
to
get
to
work
and
we're
taking
care
of
that
or
we
at
least
we're
ameliorating
it
in
some
way.
C
C
C
Good
morning
today
is
monday
august
1st.
The
time
is
9
10..
The
board
is
in
session.
All
three
commissioners
are
present,
we're
in
session
to
adopt
the
attentive
budget
for
the
emergency
medical
services
district.
You
can
once
again
introduce
yourself
for
the
record
tim
sturgis
clerk's
office,
ethelene
graves
clerk's
office,
trent,
triple
clerk's
office,
katie
lee
clerk's
office,
it
guy
selma
grinkler
bill
grain.
Okay,
we
are
here
to
adopt
the
tennessee
budget
for
the
emergency
medical
services
district.
Is
there
any
discussion
or
any
issues
to
bring
up.
D
Make
sure
I'll
just
note
and
for
the
ems
district,
the
proposed
budget
is
24
million,
931
068.
D
I
also
know
just
this
is
more
as
commentary.
You
know
just
like
our
county
budget.
I
think
this
has
gone
well,
but
I
think,
as
a
board,
you
know
I've
seen
some
recent
media
coverage
in
terms
of
ems.
D
In
particular,
struggling
with
you
know-
and
ours
is
one
of
those
where
we
can't
necessarily
get
the
taxes
needed
to
fund
all
the
infrastructure
costs.
I
think.
D
Get
the
pooling
effect
of
all
of
the
departments
and
offices.
I
know
this
one's
always
a
bigger
challenge,
but
I
think
that
director
rayne
and
you
guys
have
done
a
good
job
trying
to
maximize
what
resources
we
have.
C
Yes,
with
that
new
bill
that
passed
this
year
for
all
fire
and
medical
services
across
the
state,
and
that
should
help
us
out
something
there
yep
okay,
is
there
any
further
discussion.
B
Yes,
mr
chair
I'll,
move
to
consider
and
publish
the
tentative
budget
for
the
emergency
medical
services
district.
Herein
after
referred
to
as
the
ems
district,
as
submitted
by
the
county
budget
officer,
causing
a
notice
to
be
published,
setting
forth
anticipated
revenue,
property
taxes
and
proposed
expenditures,
and
stating
that
the
board
of
county
commissioners
held
a
public
hearing
for
comment
and
feedback
on
june
16th
at
5
pm
and
held
another
public
hearing
on
july
26th
at
6
pm.
B
C
I
might
note
that,
notwithstanding
the
the
limitation
on
the
on
the
levy,
the
rms
does
a
great
job
for
citizens
of
80
county,
as
evidenced
by
the
city
of
cuna,
wanting
us
back
to
do
their
transports
and
we're
we're
in
the
process
of
actually
building
a
co-location
out
there
with
their
fire
fire
fire
station,
and
I
think
our
our
ems
does
a
great
job,
considering
the
limited
resources
that
they
have
and
I
think
the
citizens
of
aydah
county
should
be
very
proud
of
their
rems
and
the
work
that
they
do.
C
Okay,
all
right
well
I'll
call
for
the
vote.
All
those
in
favor
of
the
adopting
intended
budget
for
the
emergency
medical
services
district,
say
aye,
aye,
aye,.
B
C
Good
morning
today
is
monday
august.
The
1st
all
three
commissioners
are
present.
We
are
sending
as
the
avamore
community
infrastructure
district
number
one.
The
purpose
of
this
meeting
is
to
adopt
a
tentative
budget.
I
think
we'll
introduce
the
staff
for
the
record.
So
we
have
you
all
on
the
record
tim
sturgis
clerk's
office,
kathleen
graves
audit,
clerk's
office.
D
C
Yes,
is
there
any
further
discussion
before
we
entertain
a
motion,
any
discussion,
no.
D
Mr
sherman,
just
to
note
this
is
the
small
operating
budget
to
cover
just
the
management.
Obviously,
avemore's
funded
through
its
bonds,
so
288
406
dollars.
C
Important
okay,
well
hearing
that
I'll
entertain
a
motion.
