Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
You
are
on
the
record
good
morning.
Today
is
Thursday
the
16th
day
of
February.
The
time
is
10
o'clock.
The
board
is
in
session.
All
three
Commissioners
are
President,
I
wonder
if
we
could
get
you
for
a
record
to
identify
yourself
so
we'll
have
record
starting
over
here.
Adam
Christensen.
B
A
A
Thank
you.
We
are
scheduled
to
have
a
it's
an
open
session
for
the
acceptance
petition
for
the
dissolution
of
the
Marion
Library
District
and
we'll
let,
after
that,
this
will
only
take
a
few
minutes,
and
after
that
we
will
legal
matter
we're
going
to
discuss
a
petition
for
the
dissolution
of
the
Britain
District
Library
District
was
filed
with
the
Ada
County
Clerk's
Office
on
the
ninth
day
of
February
Idaho
code.
A
33-270471
requires
that
a
petition
be
signed
by
50
or
more
qualified
electors
residing
in
the
library
district
that
it
must
give
the
name
of
the
district
describe
the
boundaries
include
a
map
and
pray
for
the
dissolution
of
the
district.
After
the
filing
of
the
petition
with
the
Ada
County
Clerk,
the
petition
must
then
be
presented
to
the
board,
which
is
the
purpose
of
today's
meeting
clerk
triple.
Do
you
confirm
that
the
petition
was
filed
in
your
office
on
February,
9th
2023.
A
Kirk
Clifford:
do
you
confirm
the
petition
contained
50
or
more
signatures
of
qualified
electors
residing
in
the
Meridian
District?
Yes,.
B
We
received
the
petition
with
19
pages
of
signatures
on
the
first
of
February.
Our
Elections
office
went
through
the
roughly
119
signatures
that
were
contained
in
there.
93
of
them
were
approved
which
meets
the
50
threshold
requirement
in
the
statute.
We
then
returned
to
the
petition
with
the
verify
signatures
to
the
group
on
the
6th
of
February.
Subsequently,
they
came
and
filed
it
with
the
clerk's
office.
Officially
on
the
9th,
at
which
time
I
presented
it
to
the
board.
A
Okay,
thank
you.
The
board
finds
that
the
petition
has
been
duly
filed
and
presented.
The
board
is
now
taking
the
petition
under
advisement
for
consideration
of
the
sufficiency
of
the
form
of
the
petition
itself
and
whether
it
complies
with
Idaho
code,
because
the
petition
has
been
filed
and
presented
to
the
board.
It
will
begin
a
process
of
setting
a
hearing,
as
required
by
Idaho
code.
A
33-2704
sub
2,
however,
by
taking
the
petition
under
advisement,
is
not
making
any
judgment
or
determination
on
the
sufficiency
of
the
form
of
the
petition
itself
and
whether
the
petition
is
actually
entitled
to
a
hearing.
This
concludes
our
business
for
today.
So
thank
you
very
much
and
we
will
we're
now
going
to
go
into
executive
session.
