A
A
It
guy
clerk's
office
friend
dribble
clerk's
office.
All
right,
thank
you.
Do
we
have?
Oh,
we
have
tormach
on
the
on
the
bridge
with
us,
okay,
ma'am
clerk.
Are
there
any
changes
to
the
agenda.
C
A
No
changes
to
the
may
have
a
motion
to
remove
unfinished
business
from
the
table.
A
You
heard
the
motion
no
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye,
all
right,
hi,
removing
the
unfinished
business
from
the
table.
What
we
have
is
a
trash
service
suspension
that
was
tabled
at
our
last
meeting
and
the
question
arose.
Could
you
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
it
again
shark?
It's.
B
Particular
account
has
historically
been
able
to
suspend
their
trash
service
pretty
through
a
pretty
informal
process,
because
there
wasn't
that
being
done.
So
we
changed
that
a
couple
years
ago,
and
so
they
are
just
asking
us
to
again
approve
a
suspension
through
the
formal
process.
But
I
understand
commissioner
kenyon
had
some
concerns
that
this
particular
situation
doesn't
align
with
mandatory
practitioners.
So
I'm
handing
it
over
to
you
guys
to
make
that
decision.
A
Okay,
well,
I
looked
up
the
mandatory
trash
ordinance
just
to
to
see
what
the
circumstances
were
and
under
section
subsection,
5.2.4.
A
1
subsection
4
says
continued
suspension.
A
residential
customer
may
apply
for
a
continued
temporary
suspension
from
service
due
to
extraordinary
and
or
unusual
circumstances,
such
as
military
service,
institutionalization,
extended
hospital
admission,
uninhabitable
premises,
etc
by
completing
an
application
available
through
ada
county
building
services.
The
board
will
review
the
application
and.
A
C
Mr
chair
yeah,
I
would
argue
that
this
isn't
temporary,
that
they've
been
using
this
process
in
the
past
to
permanently
not
pay
their
bill,
and
I
don't
think
that
this
is
equal
to
what
the
statute
states
with
being
institutionalized
or
having
to
go
serve
overseas
in
the
military.
I
think
it's
a
it's
a
career
choice
and
they're
home
intermittently
and
just
like
everybody
else,
is
a
truck
driver.
They
need
to
pay
their
bill.
A
Well,
I
would
agree
that
everybody
should
pay
their
bill
and
how
often
have
we
done
their
their
their
temporary
suspensions.
I.
C
A
A
No
more
than
two
suspension
of
service
under
this
provision
can
be
sought
in
a
365-day
period
and
in
no
event
can
combine
suspension
of
service
exceed
a
total
of
12
months
in
a
365-day
period.
After
two
consecutive
six-month
suspensions,
a
residential
customer
may
seek
suspension
of
service
pursuant
to
five
two
one
d4,
which.
D
Well,
I'm
going
to
still
move
to
approve
it
just
reading
the
statue
last
week.
I
think
it's
within
the
statute.
D
I
think
it
probably
could
be
clarified
a
little
bit
better,
but
it
didn't
seem
to
be
a
situation
that
would
be
precluded
and
seeing
as
they've
been
granted
it
previously
and
they
have
the
same
conditions
now
and
kind
of
be
setting
a
precedent
to
you
know,
amend
the
statute,
but
I
do
think
the
statute
could
be
clarified
sometime
in
the
future,
but
I
am
going
to
move
to
approve
trash
service
suspension
request
as
identified
on
the
agenda.
A
A
B
D
I
I
don't
think
this
needs
to
be
tabled
again,
I'd
like
to
just
vote
for
it
and
put
a
note
in
the
file
that
it
should
be
revisited
next
year
and
even
send
them
a
letter
that
you
know
we'll
be
revisiting
their
issue
next
year
as
well.
I'll.
A
C
A
motion
I'll
make
a
motion:
a
table.
Yeah
I'll
make
a
motion
to
table
trash
service,
suspension,
request.
C
A
Okay
is
your
second
of
the
motion,
I'm
not
going
to
suck
it
up
I'll.
Second,
the
motion.
Okay,
you've
heard
the
motion,
I'll
favor
say:
aye
aye
aye
opposed
hey;
okay,
thank
you.
We'll
table
it
till
until
the
19th,
okay.
A
A
Two,
seven
six
four
who's
here
to
talk
about
it.
F
F
I
would
ask,
though,
that
the
board
look
at
it
in
august
because,
as
it's
written
now,
it'll
go
through
30
september,
and
if
we
approve
those
up
to
30
september,
we
cross
fiscal
years
and
the
first
of
october,
we
will
have
zero
savings
in
vacancies,
and
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
the
timing
makes
makes
it
so
that
you
know
midway
through
september.
F
We
may
have
to
look
at
turning
it
off
to
to
get
those
pay
cycles
through,
but
as
it
stands
right
now,
I'm
fine
with
it
just
we'll
need
to
revisit
it
in
september
and
we'll
see
if
it's
working
then
too,
and
either
turn
it
on
or
maybe
continue
it.
F
A
Will
get
some
some
more
information
on
it
after
we've
had
it
up
and
running
for
a
month
or
so
explain
to
us
once
again
exactly
what
what
is
the?
What
is
the
bonus.
F
It's
a
thousand
dollar
bonus
for
an
individual
who
refers
someone
to
the
county
who
gets
hired
and
makes
it
through
one
pay
period,
and
so
if
someone
gets
brought
on
and
they
make
it
through
a
pay
period,
then
that
hiring
bonus
will
be
paid
to
that
individual
and
then
on
the
back
end
of
it.
We'll
have
to
do
some
journal
entries
to
make
sure
that
the
money
for
that
vacancy
is
what's
actually
paying
for
that
incentive.
C
F
That
was
the
way
it
was
written.
I
I,
I
think
the
original
thing
was
six
months,
but
it
had
gone
through
some
iterations
from
other
people
looking
into
it
and
stuff.
So
that's
where
it's
settled,
but
I
don't
have
a
dog
in
the
fight
other
than
I
think
this
is
a
good
thing
to
do.
C
A
I
think
you're
right,
I
don't
know
how
the
iterations
have
changed.
I
think
it's
a.
I
think
it's
a
great
idea
that
we
what's
the
pleasure,
it
seems
to
me
this
would
be
rather
rather
short.
C
F
Well,
we
have
to
be
careful
about
six
months
too
because
again
that
crosses
the
fiscal
boundary,
so
we
were
looking
to
try
to
get
something
immediately:
compacting
for
folks,
hiring
and
and
bringing
in
vacancies.
So
I'm
supportive
of
the
two
weeks
that
doesn't
give
me
extreme
pause.
But
it's
again
it's
not
a
long-term
program.
It's.
A
C
Yeah,
mr
chair
yeah,
so
I'd
go
ahead
and
move
to
when
you
close
this,
I
can
move
to
approve
it
with
the
change
to
one
month
and
to
have
it
be
reviewed
in
obm.
A
A
A
A
I
don't
think
we've
done
that
before
amended
a
resolution
on
the
fly.
It
works
yeah.
Okay,
next
up
is
licenses.
A
D
A
F
We're
just
excited
to
make
it
through
holiday
weekend
grateful
to
celebrate
the
independence
of
our
country
and
I'll
stay
for
the
record.
I
love
my
country
and
I'm
excited
to
be
serving
here
in
ede
county
and
the
clerk's
office
is
pushing
forward.
We
have
budgets
that
we're
again
continuing
to
the
tentative
tentative
budget
to
refine
and
make
sure
it's
all
good
and
ready
to
go
for
you
all
to
sign
in
august
and.
A
D
I
moved
to
authorized
payment
of
the
claims
journal.
Claims
on
the
claims
journal
is
dated
june
30th
2022.
D
D
A
A
A
A
Fun:
okay:
we
have
some
of
the
president's
office
you'd
like
to
give
us
a
report,
mr
chair
commissioners.
The
treasurer's
office
does
not
have
any
updates.
A
Okay,
do
we
have
any
discussion
on
the
trash
server
suspension
request?
We
have
another.
B
Yes,
okay,
so
a
trash
account.
467
286
is
a
situation
where
there's
a
main
home
in
a
manufactured
home
and
then
the
individual
that
was
living
in
that
manufacturing
home
had
passed
away
and
they
since
have
given
the
manufacture
hall
away,
there's
no
need
for
trash,
or
does
it
sitting
vacant
until
they
can
get
it
moved
off
of
that
law.
C
A
I'll
second,
that
okay,
either
demotion
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye.
Okay,
we
have
a
number
of
interim
agreements
and
concessionaire
agreements
and
commercial
exhibit
agreements
from
for
expo.
Is
there
a
discussion.
D
C
A
Okay,
you've
heard
the
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye
aye
motion
carries:
do
we
have
most
for
the
barber
park,
education
and
event
center
agreements.
A
Okay,
you've
heard
the
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
hi,
hi,
hi,
okay,
we'll
now
take
up
the
agreements.
There's
two
agreements.
Are
there
any
discussion
on
the
agreements.
A
We
now
have
the
weekly
indigent
items.
C
A
C
C
E
C
A
D
Now
go
ahead,
I
moved
to
accept
the
claims
on
the
claims
journal
dated
june
30th
2022
for
ems
expenditures.
Second,.
D
For
the
motion,
all.
A
In
favor,
say,
aye
aye
aye
motion
carries
I'll
entertain
a
motion
on
the
personnel
actions.
A
C
A
A
D
Pass:
no,
no
update,
no
update
any
any
extra
fireworks
related
calls
or
you
got.
E
E
I
haven't
heard
from
him.
I.
A
E
He's
supposed
to
be
on
vacation,
but
he
is
checking
his
email.
He
checks
in
once
again.
That's
right
he's.
Never
quite.
A
Gone
all
the
way,
all
the
time,
all
right
all
right.
Well,
we're
we're
in
recess.
