A
A
A
Commissioners
are
present.
Also
with
this,
could
you
identify
yourself
for
the
record
over
here
party
operations,
Stonebridge.
A
A
F
Okay,
Richard
yeah
Mr
chairman
the
Commissioners.
We
appreciate
your
willingness
to
reappoint
Brenda
to
the
community
she's
willing
to
serve
for
a
third
term
been
on
there
quite
some
time,
she's
kind
of
a
veteran
and
he's
brought
the
professionalism
levels
up
quite
a
bit
there
and
appreciate
her
service
and
look
forward
to
third
term
okay,
any
discussion
from
the
board.
G
A
A
You've
heard
the
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye,
aye
aye,
so
we
have
before
us
agreement
number
one:
five:
zero
three
one
Dash
1-23.
It's
an
agreement
with
to
amend,
80
County,
Allied,
Security
Services.
It
was
pulled
from
last
week's
agreements,
so
any
discussion.
A
A
Okay
for
demotion
motion
carries
next
up
on
a
new
business.
We
have
a
resolution,
I'll
open
the
public
hearing
on
resolution,
2869
a
resolution
providing
for
the
sale
of
two
Ford
F-150
tailgates.
A
Okay,
all
right
we're
good,
and
this
goes
on
on
our
online
auction-
correct
yeah,
yeah.
All
right
is
there
any
any
further
discussion.
Everyone
I'll
close,
probably
carrying
on
resolution
2869
and
request.
I'll
accept
a
motion.
H
G
A
All
right
now
we
have
a
procurement
review
of
bids
received
and
award
recommendation
for
a
public
works
project
bit
number
two:
three
zero
five
one.
C
Mr
chairman
I'm
here
for
Bob
today,
so
we
did.
C
C
G
Mr
chairman
I,
moved
to
accept
the
recommendation
of
the
evaluation
Committee
in
award
bid,
2305
fund
free
video,
County,
public
safety
building
window
replacement,
2023
to
commercial,
Glass,
Inc
or
fifty
four
thousand
nine
hundred.
Ninety
four
dollars.
A
C
C
All
right,
so,
dear
members
of
the
board,
Ada
County
procurement
received
two
responses
for
bid
23057
the
following
are
the
names
of
the
bidders
and
the
bid
amounts
received
number
one
Pioneer
Title
Company
of
Ada
County
in
the
amount
of
400
per
litigation,
guarantee
and
number
two
Empire
title
in
the
amount
of
215
dollars
per
litigation
guarantee.
After
reviewing
the
bid
submitted.
It's
the
recommendation
of
the
evaluation
group
to
award
the
purchase
order
to
Empire
empire
title
title
LLC
as
the
lowest
responsive
bidder
for
the
price
per
litigation,
guarantee
amount
of
215
dollars.
A
Second,
the
motion-
hey
you,
put
the
motion
off
everybody
motion
carries.
Thank
you
all
right.
Next
up
we
have
licenses.
We
have
19
catering
permits,
two
license:
transfers
104,
license
renewals.
H
F
A
And
all
fair
say:
aye
aye
aye.
All
right
motion
carries
all
right.
Next
up
we
have
clerk's
office.
We
have
our
distinguished
clerk
with
us
current
triple.
D
Thank
you,
Mr
chair,
Mr,
Commissioners,
first
off
you've
seen
a
lot
of
licenses
on
the
agendas
there's
only
a
handful
left
I'm
happy
to
report
there's
a
few
that
we're
working
through
some
have
failed
to
renew.
Others
are
working
on
that
the
legislation
to
pass
this
year,
I'm
sure
you're,
fully
aware
of
the
alcohol
licenses,
can
only
be
transferred
once
I
think
has
a
few
people
thinking
about
how
they're
doing
this,
and
so
we're
working
through
the
last
handful
of
those
and
hopefully
within
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
D
D
So
we're
working
through
those
issues,
but
all
in
all,
it's
been
a
good,
a
good
process
this
year
to
get
all
the
licenses
renewed
so
far,
you
as
you
well
know
we're
in
the
final
efforts
of
budget
finalization
prior
to
getting
it
in
front
of
you
guys
for
the
deliberations
and
the
presentations
in
the
coming
weeks.
A
lot
of
work's
been
going
into
that
and
I'm
excited
about
it.
D
We've
also,
as
you
can
see
on
here,
have
a
certification
for
a
Consolidated
election
that
happened
in
May
I,
had
16.6
turnout,
roughly
30
thousand
voters,
which
is
a
really
good
turnout
for
this
size
election.
There
was
a
lot
of
interest
in
it,
as
I
had
mentioned
previous
board
meetings,
you
know
having
flyers
and
mailers
and
personal
signs
out
for
a
library.
Trustee
race
is
unusual,
but
it
did.
It
did
attract
quite
a
bit
of
attention.
D
Also,
the
school
levy
which
failed
to
pass
for
the
facilities
of
plant
Levy,
was
on
there
as
well,
but
overall
I'd
like
to
say,
was
a
great
election
Saul
and
his
crew
that
again
amazing
job
on
Election
Day.
The
precincts
happened
report
that
are
our
ballot
on
demand.
Pilot
in
a
few
of
the
locations
went
really
well
and
we're
kind
of
excited
to
expand
that
a
little
bit
better
and
so
I'll
I'll
have
Saul
comment
on
a
few
things.
D
B
Yeah,
thank
you
Trent
Mr,
chair
Commissioners.
It
was
a
very
successful
election.
It
gets
smoother
and
smoother
all
the
time
which
we're
really
thankful
for
going
into
2024,
which
obviously
would
be
a
big
cycle
for
us
interesting
things
in
this
from
a
demographic
standpoint,
it
was
really
heavily
older
voters
that
were
engaged
in
this
election.
B
So
we
saw
50
of
the
voters
were
60
plus
in
this
election,
which
is
even
higher
than
normal
percentages,
and
really
heavy
engagement
from
the
Republican
Party
in
the
Breakout
s,
you
know
about
70
of
the
votes
cast
were
from
registered
Republicans,
so
just
some
interesting
statistics.
As
Trent
said,
this
was
our
largest
May
odd
year
election
that
we've
had
in
the
county.
The
next
closest
was
2017..
So
a
lot
of
interest
in
this
election,
but
I'm
happy
to
report
everything
once
you
needed.
So
any
questions.
H
F
B
Oftentimes
we'll
have
digitalizations
out
on
our
website
about
some
of
those
demographics.
B
I
think
that's
the
same
statement.
You
know.
Additionally,
this
was
the
first
time
they've
ever
seen.
Campaign
Finance
accounts
set
up
for
Library
trustees.
The
system
actually
didn't
even
have
that
as
an
option.
So
there
definitely
was
more
interest
in
those
Library
trustees
and.
E
G
B
Our
Chief
Judges
really
enjoyed
it.
They
thought
it
was
much
simpler.
One
of
the
challenges
is:
there's
more
equipment
set
up
involved
with
it.
So
this
time
we
actually
went
and
set
all
of
those
polling
locations
for
those
Chief
Judges
and
pulling
Crews.
But
in
terms
of
how
it
worked
it's,
it
was
flawless
I
mean
at
some
polling
locations.
We
had
as
many
as
nine
different
ballot
Styles,
so
you
can
imagine
trying
to
handle
the
paper
stacks
of
all
those
ballots
and
the
potential
error
that
can
come
out
of
that.
B
So,
in
this
sort
of
instance,
it
was
really
really
helpful
and,
as
Trent
said,
I
think
in
order
to
mitigate
any
sort
of
issuing
errors,
we're
going
to
continue
with
some
ballot
on
demand,
particularly
in
dual
Precinct
areas,
where
there's
a
guarantee
of
more
than
one
ballot
type.
But
as
far
as
the
polling
staff
that
was
great
I
did
not
receive
any
feedback
from
the
general
public
in
terms
of
its
process,
but
I'm
sure
they
didn't
and.
A
B
Up,
oh
except
excuse
me
before
we
move
on
I
believe,
there's
a
motion
that
needs
to
be
ready
to
certify
the
results.
Oh.
I
H
Well,
Mr,
chair
I
will
make
a
motion
pursuant
to
Idaho
code,
section
34-1410,
which
requires
the
board
of
County
Commissioners
to
Canvas
election
returns.
I
moved
to
certify
the
election
results
as
presented
for
the
May
Consolidated
election
held
May
16
2023.
A
Okay,
you've
heard
the
motion.
It
should.
A
Okay,
all
in
favor
of
the
motion
signified
saying
I
I
I
most
cared.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Okay.
The
claims
Journal
is
next
up.
I'll
accept
the
motion
of
the
claims.
Cheryl.
A
You've
heard
of
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye,
all
right,
Personnel
action,
certification,
increases,
salary,
changes,
removal
of
conditional
pay,
one
transfer,
I'll
accept
a
motion.
H
A
J
Good
morning,
Mr
chair
and
Commissioners
yep
we're
getting
ready
to
upload
our
assessments
to
our
website.
This
Friday
and
we'll
be
sending
out
notices
after
that,
so
they'll
be
hitting
the
mailboxes
early
as
Saturday,
but
most
likely
sprinkled
into
the
following
week.
So
hopefully
your
staff
and
is-
and
you
guys
are
preparing
for
the
appeals
that
will
start
rolling
in
shortly
thereafter.
J
A
B
J
So
we're
starting
to
see
a
little
uptick
in
the
market
right
now,
but
yeah.
This
is
based
ending
January
1st
of
this
year.
So
what
about
the
commercial,
commercial,
the
average
decrease
or
yeah
average
increase
is
13.2
percent
and
six
point:
eight
percent
Median
on
the
commercial
side,
so
they're
still
getting
pushed
up.
J
Medium,
oh
so
the
average
for
residential
is
minus
14.6
percent.
D
D
J
We
haven't
seen
values
go
down
like
this
for
a
while,
so
this
is
first
year
in
a
long
time
that
the
shift
in
taxes
is
actually
starting
to
change,
so
it
finally,
you
know
it's
been
I
mean
we
have
that
graph
where
it's
been
just
growing
since
2011.
That's
right,
that's
been
changing
the
first
year.
It
kind
of
changes
Trend.
So,
okay,.
J
A
I
get
there
yeah
well
anyway,
that'd
be
now
you
say
that
you've
got
them
all
loaded
up
on
your
on
your
mainframes,
and
so
if
people
are
interested,
they
can
look
just
look
on
your
mainframes
and
see
what
their
assessment
is.
No.
A
J
The
Friday
so
we'll
upload
them
to
our
internet
website
Friday
about
three
o'clock,
we'll
start
loading
them
up
and
then
we're
getting
ready
to
give
the
authorization
the
BDS
that
would
approve
the
sample.
So
we've
been
reviewing
them
for
the
past
couple
weeks.
Once
we
get
everything
we're
pretty
much
dialed
in
at
this
point,
but
a
lot
of
our
staff.
This
is
the
last
opportunity
to
take
vacation
right
now
before
so
we
try
not
to
have
our
values
go
live
until
again,
it
will
be
a
lockdown
for.
J
A
Any
questions
Assessor's
Office,
thank
you
yeah!
Thank
you.
Oh
now
we
have
some
tax
cancellations
which
are
not
cancellations
but
merely
adjustments,
but
the
losses
or
cancellations.
So,
okay,
so
I'll
accept
a
motion
on
the
tax
cancellations.
A
E
Chair
and
Commissioners,
so
the
property
tax
notices
for
the
second
half
2022,
so
those
are
the
bills
that
we
created
last
November
of
2022..
Those
are
minor,
notices
have
hit
mailboxes,
so
should
you
receive
phone
calls
or
to
the
assessor's
office
feel
free
to
forward
them
to
us.
I
will
note
that
tomorrow
we
will
open
our
Cloverdale
facility
for
walk-in
payments.
So
thank
you
for
supporting
that
facility.
F
Yes,
Mr
chairman
Commissioners.
Thank
you.
This
is
a
another
final
Platz
residential
two
lot
subdivision
called
Lurch
such
Vision
and
developed
Services
has
reviewed
the
submission
finds.
It
applies
with
County
and
state
regulations
and
that
the
applicant
has
been
able
to
satisfy
the
conditions,
and
we
recommend
that
the
board
authorized
the
chair
to
sign
and
stamp
the
plot.
H
A
Thank
you.
You've
heard
the
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye
aye
all
right
motion
carries.
Thank
you
all
right.
We
have
grants.
Grant
number
2308,
I
grant
affirmation
to
the
Bureau
of
Justice
assistance
for
State
Criminal
Alien
assistance
program.
G
A
K
Thank
you
Commissioners
good
morning.
Yes,
I
can
answer
any
questions
for
you.
If
you'd
like
I'll,
let
you
know
our
commercial
exhibits
are
still
open,
they're,
starting
to
fill
up
really
quick.
The
food
concessions
are
closed
and
those
positions
are
filled
or
those
places
are
filled
and
we're
doing
interim
events
as
well.
So
it's
our
busy
season
getting
ready
for
fair.
K
Not
yet
sir
we're
legals
involved
in
it,
so
it
kind
of
bogs
it
down
a
bit,
we're
all
doing
our
we're
all
doing
our
due
deal
again.
I.
A
All
right
is
there
any
questions
or
our
discussions
on
these
enter
immigrant
events,
era
and
commercial
exhibitor
agreements.
A
H
A
We
have
parks
and
water
Rays.
We
have
four
interim
agreements
at
Barbara,
Park,
Education
and
Event
Center.
Do
we
have
any
questions
or
discussions
on
those
agreements.
G
A
All
right,
well,
you've
heard
the
motion.
If
there's
any
further
discussion
or
questions
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye,
okay,
all
right
who
cares?
Thank
you
now.
F
A
Have
six
agreements
I
reviewed
the
agreements
these?
They
seem
reasonable
to.
I
G
E
H
H
A
A
I
Mr
drama
Mr,
chairman
Commissioners,
by
the
way,
a
summary,
as
you
know,
we're
in
the
process
of
restructuring
the
ownership
of
the
properties
over
here
to
the
east
of
the
courthouse.
This
is
one
of
the
steps
in
that
process
which
involves
dividing
the
dirt
on
which
the
courthouse
sits
and
on
which
the
offices
and
apartments
sit
over
to
the
east
of
us,
and
so
this
is
an
application
filed
to
the
city
of
Boise.
I
It's
been
filed
by
nv5
a
firm,
that's
been
hired
by
the
apartment
owners
over
there
who
are
responsible
for
the
costs
associated
with
this
project,
but
as
the
owner
of
the
property,
Ada
County
needs
to
provide
a
statement
of
authorization
for
that
application
to
go
through.
So
that's
what
this
statement
is:
okay,.
I
I
So
the
benefit
of
of
unwinding.
All
of
these
things
is,
it
simplifies
ownership.
It
unencumbers
some
of
the
properties
that
are
subject
to
leases
so
that
the
county
can
then
use
them
for
projects.
It
also
simplifies
things
with
the
apartment
owner.
You
know
the
the
documents
that
were
signed
initially
contemplated
them,
having
ownership
of
those
properties,
the
actual
Apartments
themselves
at
some
point,
so
we've
reached
that
point
in
the
relationship,
so
we're
just
doing
that
so
that
we
can
free
up
properties,
simplify
things
that
makes
it
easier
to
get
projects
done.
A
A
A
J
A
The
time
is:
9
38.,
okay,
the
Board
of
Commissioners
sitting
as
a
board
of
Emergency
Medical
Services
district
is
in
session
to
conduct
its
weekly
open
business
meeting.
All
three
Commissioners
are
present.
If
you
could
identify
yourself.
A
A
Okay,
our
first
order
of
business
is
a
proclamation
the
proclamation
to
designate
the
week
of
May
21st
through
the
27th
2023
as
Emergency
Medical
Services
week,
whereas
Emergency
Medical
Services
is
a
vital
Public
Service
in
Juarez,
the
members
of
Emergency
Medical
Services
teams
are
ready
to
provide
life-saving
care
to
those
in
need
24
hours
a
day,
seven
days
a
week
and
whereas
access
to
Quality,
Emergency
Care
dramatically
improves
the
survival
and
recovery
rate
of
those
who
experience
sudden
illness
or
injury,
and
whereas
injury
prevention
and
appropriate
use
of
the
EMS
system
will
help
reduce
health
care
costs
and
whereas
Emergency
Medical
Services
providers
have
traditionally
served
as
a
safety
net
of
our
Health
Care
system
in
Juarez,
Emergency

Right
you've
heard
the
motion,
I'll
favor,
say
aye
aye
motion
carries
what
do
you
do
here
by

A
You've
heard
a
motion
all
in
favor
say:
aye
aye,
aye,
hey
approval
of
minutes.
H
A
Okay,
you've
heard
the
motion
all.
F
L
Yes,
Mr
chair
Commissioners
good
morning.
Thank
you
for
the
proclamation
EMS
week
is
always
a
busy
week
for
us,
since
we
have
our
new
schedule
this
year.
All
of
our
people
work
one
of
three
shifts,
and
so
yesterday
today
and
tomorrow,
where
myself
and
the
other
Chiefs
and
Ryan
are
out
cooking
lunch
for
the
cruise
and
we
get
them
through
Benjamin,
and
so
we've
got
hamburgers
and
the
stuff
that
goes
with
that.
L
L
Get
a
meal
a
meal
all
right
and
then
tomorrow
morning
we
actually
have
St.
Luke's
Meridian
is
hosting
our
EMS
breakfast,
so
we
got
a
lot
of
food
for
tomorrow,
but
they
do
that
every
year
for
us,
so
that's
great
and
I
hear
it's
eggs
benedict
and
bacon
and
tons
of
bacon.
We
hear
paramedics
like
bacon
I
guess
so
that's
a
great
thing,
just
a
few
other
updates.
We
have
been
working
for
probably
about
eight
or
nine
months
now
on
a
pilot
project
with
the
Boise
fire
department.
L
What
we're
going
to
do
for
90
days
this
summer
is
the
Boise
fire
department
is
going
to
deploy
a
squad
unit
which
is
a
much
smaller.
It's
a
brush
track,
basically,
a
type
six
brush
truck
and
they're,
going
to
put
two
firefighter
paramedics
on
that
rig.
That
will
respond
with
our
medic
unit,
which
is
downtown
and
the
the
concept
is
that
unit
would
be
a
basic
life
support
ambulance
that
would
have
EMTs
on
it
instead
of
paramedics.
L
If
looking
at
the
data,
the
downtown
Corridor
has
the
highest
percentage
of
basic
life,
support
calls
in
the
entire
County,
and
so
we're
just
trying
to
find
a
way
to
get
the
right
resource
to
call
I
know
that
that
you
guys
will
see
an
engine
or
a
ladder,
truck
pull
up
next
door
and
they're
they're
in
there
taking
care
of
a
patient,
and
so
you
know,
instead
of
rolling
those
heavy
chassis
vehicles
to
everything.
L
L
It
probably
would
require
us
to
to
add
some
Personnel
to
add
a
BLS
unit,
but
that's
a
few
years
out,
there
is
some
modification
that
we
can
do
to
the
current
system
to
move
Personnel
around
if
if
it
was
necessary,
if
we
were
going
to
do
that
in
fy24,
but
beyond
that
we
have
the
EMS
sustainability
task
force
on
Friday
gave
us
a
preview
of
some
draft
language
that
they've
come
up
with
that
the
designates
EMS
is
an
essential
service
in
law
and
then
the
second
part
of
that.
L
Actually,
the
language
describes
the
County
Commissioners
as
having
both
the
authority
and
the
responsibility
for
providing
EMS
service
in
their
County.
We
already
do
that
here,
but
other
counties
may
not
have
an
ambulance
taxing
district.
They
may
not
have
anything
in
in
some
of
the
areas,
and
so
the
next
piece
of
this
is
is
coming
up,
because
we
can't
put
it
on
the
County
Commissioners
to
do
something
without
providing
a
source
of
funding
behind
it,
and
so
we're
looking
at
different
things
with
the
levy
of
changing
things
to
a
simple
majority.
L
Instead
of
a
super
majority
to
change
the
levy
rate,
consolidation
of
services.
So
I'm
not
saying
this
would
happen,
but
if
we
were
to
consolidate
with
Canyon
County
today
we
have
to
take
the
lower
of
the
two
lobbys
and
hours
is
lower,
which
then
would
the
Canyon
County
side
of
things
so
of
being
able
to
make
that
also
a
simple
majority
to
to
at
least
go
to
the
higher
Levy
or
set
the
levy
higher
at
the
fire
chiefs
conference.
L
as
they're,
going
to
dissolve
their
district
and
reform
it
under
the
new
law
that
that
was
passed
in
2020,
which
does
a
couple
things
that
would
allow
them
to
raise
their
Levy.
But
it
would
also,
instead
of
the
County
Commissioners
being
the
board
for
the
ambulance,
taxing
district.
It
would
be
three
independent
people,
much
like
a
Fire,
District
board,
so
kind
of
watch
and
see
if,
if
they
actually
are
able
to
do
that
or
not,
that
requires
a
simple
majority
vote
for
them
to
do
that.
L
A
Yeah
yeah,
so
the
the
valley
county
is
going
to
dissolve
the
district,
and
that
has
to
be
on
the
on
the
ballot
to
do
that.
L
The
way
I
believe
it
works
is
they
have
to
go
out
and
get
enough.
Petitioners
and
I
can't
remember
what
the
number
is,
but
enough
petitioners
to
authorize
the
board
to
form
the
new
district
and
put
it
to
vote,
but
what
the
the
chief
up
there
was
saying
is
that
they
can
keep
the
existing
District
in
place
until
the
board
until
the
vote
has
happened
and
the
board
actually
dissolves
the
district
and
then
reforms
it.
L
Basically,
in
the
same
meeting
as
this
new
District
it'd
be
interesting
to
be
the
well
the
second
district
in
the
state
that
would
be
formed
with
this
new
board.
That's
not
the
County
Commissioners,
but
that's
where
this
sustainability
task
force
in
the
language,
the
responsibility
and
Authority
would
still
lie
with
the
Commissioners,
the
County
Commissioners.
But
if
you
had
that
board
in
place,
you
know
you've
got
the
ambulance
taxing
district,
they
would
work
hand
in
hand
to
ensure
that
that
service
being
provided
throughout
the
county.
L
In
other
situations,
where
you
have
let's
say
a
a
fire
or
EMS
Department,
that's
covering
a
portion
of
the
county
and
a
city.
You
know
the
County
Commissioners
could
go
on
through
an
agreement
agree
to
cover
the
rest
of
the
county
with
them.
So
there
are
a
lot
of
options
on
the
table,
we're
trying
to
create
something
that
fits
the
needs
of
all
44
counties,
because
what
works
here
in
Ada
County
doesn't
necessarily
work
in
Fremont
or
Clark
County.
L
Commissioner,
you
probably
know
commissioner
Blair
dance
from
Fremont
County
he's
on
our
task
force
so
and
he's
actually
one
of
the
representatives
on
the
funding
subcommittee
that
I
sit
on
on
that
board
with
him.
So
we've
had
some
really
good
discussions
about
different
things.
You
know
going
after
some
a
an
additional
pill,
funding
for
EMS
and
fire
suppression
on
those
Federal
lands
and
looking
at
registration
fees.
You.
L
Be
one
source
of
funding,
and
then
Chief
tominski
out
in
star
has
been
he's,
had
several
conversations
with
Mike
Moyle
about
some
of
the
ideas.
That
of
you
know
simple
majorities
and
that
kind
of
thing
and
those
conversations
I'm
sure
will
go
on
I.
Think
the
only
other
thing
to
note
is
representative
blanksma
will
be
doing
the
ride-along
experience
with
Mark
Babson
I
believe
it's
June
14th
that
she's
going
to
be
here
doing
that
so
we're
looking
forward
to
having
her
come
by
and
show
her
what
EMS
is
all
about.
A
All
that
the,
when
are
you
gonna,
get
your
first
Medicaid
check.
L
Yeah
good
question:
we
are
at
the
the
fire
chiefs
conference
last
weekend.
The
Consulting
Group
was
there
and
they're
saying
it's
looking
more
like
2024,
so
it
would
be
probably
October
and
November
of
next
year.
They
keeps
moving
but
I,
think
they've
written.
F
L
State
plan
efficiently
enough
that
that
CMS
is
working
through
the
steps
of
approval
a
little
quicker
than
we
anticipated
so
again,
I
I'll
have
to
come
in
and
ask
for
forgiveness,
because
I
didn't
include
that
money
in
my
budget,
because
I
wasn't
sure
if
it
was
coming
in
in
24
or
25,
but
if
it
does
come
in
in
24,
then
I'll
come
in
and
ask
for
forgiveness
and
open
the
budget
and
put
that
money
in
there.
Okay,
all
right!
Well,
thank.
