A
B
C
Good
morning,
good
morning,
today
is
the
11th
day
of
April.
The
time
is
nine
o'clock.
All
three
Commissioners.
E
H
I
C
F
She
moved
to
the
downtown
location
in
1997
where
she
worked
in
both
the
DMV
and
admin
Department
in
1999
Janelle
transferred
to
the
appeal
division
as
a
Personnel
property
appraiser,
which
was
followed
in
2003
by
another
promotion
to
residential
property
appraiser
in
2015
she
became
the
officer's
manufactured
home
appraiser.
She
has
excelled
in
this
role,
bringing
consistency
and
Equity
to
the
very
to
a
very
difficult
property
type,
say
nothing
of
the
process
coordination
she
spearheaded
with
title
companies
DMV
and
the
treasurer's
office.
Given
the
nature
of
the
work
we
do
in
the
appraisal.
Division.
F
We
don't
get.
Many
benefits
heartfelt
thank
yous
from
the
tax
paying
public,
but
we
when
we
do
where
most
we're
always
always
almost
always
for
Janelle.
The
following
words
came
from
Just
One
of
Janelle's,
happy
customers,
hi
Janelle
I
got
I,
got
first
signed
on
on
this,
and
we
are
wrapping
it
up
this
file.
I
cannot
thank
you
enough
for
your
amazing
help
getting
it.
This
all
documented
I
can
only
wish
that
there
were
more
Janelle
scattered
throughout
the
county
buildings
throughout
the
Northwest.
We
have
made
this
little.
F
You
have
made
this
little
obstacle
a
minor
bump
that
is
completely
remedied.
Just
a
great
job
on
your
part
have
a
really
great
great
weekend:
Mark
weaker
Meeker
Janelle's.
Second,
most
notable
role
is
office.
Mom,
nobody
looks
out
for
her
co-workers
like
Janelle
and
office.
Morel
is
better
for
it.
She
always.
D
F
I
Ahead,
Brad
I
just
like
to
express
my
appreciation
for
her
I
mean
she
deals
with
one
of
the
most
difficult
properties
in
our
office
and
that's
mobile
homes.
That
kind
of
get
neglected
and
there's
a
lot
of
special
rules
to
go
with
mobile
homes.
That
people
really
don't
care
to
understand,
including
title
companies
and
stuff.
I
Until
it's
a
last
minute
and
general
jumps
in
and
I
mean
she's
a
rock
star,
she
does
awesome
and
the
comment
card
like
commissary
daily
read
one
I
mean
she
gets
comment
cards
all
the
time
and
many
times
they
come
with
treats
which
everyone
else
appreciates
so
yeah
she's.
The
best
feel
great.
E
Janelle's,
really,
you
know
a
friendly
face
in
the
office.
She
serves
as
a
consistent
resource
of
knowledge
and
information
both
for
employees
and
the
public.
It's
greatly
appreciated
she's,
a
benchmark
of
customer
service,
a
good
customer
service
and
I
know
the
public
and-
and
everyone
really
appreciates
that.
So
congratulations
on
30
years.
It's
well
deserved.
C
Step
over
here,
we'll
give
you
the
award
and
have
a
little
picture
taken.
C
C
H
C
All
right
next
up,
we
have
a
proclamation,
I'll
read
the
proclamation
and
if
we
have
anybody
want
to
send
him
about
it.
C
This
County
government
shoulders
this
responsibility
in
an
open
and
fiscally
responsible
manner.
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
board
of
Ada
County
commesters
in
recognition
of
County
government
hereby
joins
the
national
and
local
officials
in
proclaiming
April
as
County
government
months
and
encourages
everyone
who
lives,
works
or
visits.
Ada
County
to
observe
this
month.
By
celebrating
acknowledging
and
thanking
the
public
servants
who
work
hard
each
day
to
carry
out
the
duties
mandated
by
the
Idaho
legislature
to
keep
our
community
safe,
healthy
and
grounded
in
integrity
and
openness.
G
A
Actually
I,
when
I
interviewed
the
Commissioners,
all
three
of
the
Commissioners
I
heard
some
really
wonderful
things
about
County,
government
and
I.
Think
the
most
important
thing
is
how
it
directly
touches
people's
lives
and
how
it
is,
and
as
part
of
our
system,
federal
state,
county,
City
counties
really
do
touch
people's
lives
directly
and
how
good
Ada
County
is
about
making
sure
that
everything
we
do
is
transparent.
People
have
a
voice,
as
you
saw
during
the
Meridian
library
district
public
hearing.
A
We
had
thousands
of
people
reach
out
to
the
County
Commissioners,
knowing
that
they'd
be
listened
to
and
heard
and
read
their
emails,
and
we
hope
that
we
can
all
be
ambassadors
out
there
to
the
county
and
do
a
really
good
job
in
the
future
of
kind
of
explaining
to
our
neighbors
and
friends
and
families.
What
County
government
does
you
know?
So
often
we
hear
people
say
you
know.
I
was
telling
commissioner
daily
this
morning.
A
We
hear
people
say:
oh,
you
should
pay
teachers
more
and
we
think
well,
that's
actually
not
what
counties
do,
and
so
we
have
a
lot
of
work
to
do
to
inform
the
public
on
all
the
services
the
county
provides
and
there's
so
many
from
the
jail
to
the
landfill
to
the
coroner's
office
to
assessor
treasure,
all
the
Departments
and
all
the
elected
offices.
So
it
really
is
an
honor
to
work
for
the
county
and
I
hope.
More
people
appreciate
all
the
services
that
we
provide,
how's,
that
for
impromptu
it's
pretty.
C
C
Oh
yeah,
we
got
some
more
web
page.
We
have
some
more
videos
coming
out
anyway.
I
think
we'll
need
to
we'll
do
a
motion
to
adopt
his
Proclamation.
Now.
G
F
C
C
Moving
on,
we
have
some
several
resolutions.
I
will
open
the
public
hearing
on
resolution
number
two:
eight
five:
four
resolution
for
sole
source
contract
for
trial
court
to
clear
Technologies.
Is
there
any.
C
Any
conversation
on
that
one,
if
there
are
any
issues
very
nine
I'll
close
the
the
public
hearing
on
resolution
number
2854.
C
That
you've
heard
the
motion,
all
favor,
say
aye
aye,
aye
aye
motion
carries
we
remove
the
other
resolution.
Resolution
2855
was
taken
off
our
agenda
so
we'll
do
a
resolution
I'll
open
a
public
hearing
on
resolution,
2856.
C
resolution
for
sole
source
procurement
of
insecticide
products.
Is
there
any
discussion
or
any
issues
with
that
I'll.
G
G
C
Okay,
ever
the
the
motion,
all
in
favor
say:
aye
aye
most
carries
I'll
open
the
public
hearing
on
resolution
2857
resolution
for
sole
source
procurement
for
Mosquito
Abatement.
C
Is
there
any
discussion
on
that
hearing
that
I'll
close
the
public
hearing
on
resolution
2857.?
Is
there
I'll,
accept
emotion,.
C
Is
there
any
discussion
on
that
hearing?
None
I'll
close
the
public
hearing
on
resolution
2858
and
accept
a
motion.
C
C
J
Before
you
this
morning,
we
do
have
four
bid
openings,
the
first
of
which
is
open
to
bid
23032
Alyssa
has
our
bonfire
camera
system
up
on
the
screen.
This
is
for
the
Ada
County
Landfill
Hangar
demolition,
demolition,
2023,
and
we
received
two
responses
for
this
project
and,
if
you're
ready
for
us
to
open,
we'll
proceed.
G
J
So
Mr
chairman,
when
we
get
the
spreadsheet,
opened
up
on
the
screen
up
here,
we'll
be
looking
for
the
bidder's
name
and
their
total
bid
amount,
which
will
include
a
twenty
five
thousand
dollars
owner's
contingency
allowance.
D
J
All
right,
so
we
have
our
two
bitters
up
on
the
screen.
Our
first
bidder
is
ideal
demolition
services
and
they
have
a
total
bid
amount
of
eight
two
thousand
seven
hundred
dollars.
Our
second
bidder
is
impact
general
contractor
and
they
have
a
total
bid
amount
of
a
hundred
twenty
two
thousand
nine
hundred
dollars.
J
J
And
we
would
request
that
this
be
tabled
for
award
recommendation
on
April
18
2023.
C
Okay,
there's
an
emotion
on
that.
C
I'll
second,
that
okay,
you've
heard
a
motion
all
in
favor,
say
aye,
all
right,
all
right,
well,
Gary's!
All
right!
Now
we're
gonna
move
to
opening
a
bit
number
two:
three:
zero:
three:
six
Expo
Idaho
Exposition
building
and
parking
lot
lighting.
J
Mr,
chairman
Commissioners
80
County
procurement
received
two
responses
for
bid
23036,
and
we
have
our
bonfire
e
procurement
system
all
queued
up.
If
you're
ready
for
us
to
open
we're,
ready,
ready.
J
It's
Mr
chairman
when
the
spreadsheet
opens
much
like
the
last
bid
that
we'll
be
looking
for
the
name
of
the
bidder
and
this
one.
This
one
will
also
have
a
owner's
contingency,
but
it
will
be
41
000
that
will
be
included.
J
So
those
are
two
bidders
and
we
would
like
to
request
that
this
be
tabled
for
award
recommendation
to
the
April
18th
2023,
open
business
meeting.
D
D
The
upgrade
to
these
are
all
new
LEDs
size
and
outside
the
last
time
they
were
updated,
was
the
North
and
South,
probably
eight
or
nine
years
ago,
and
those
weren't
even
LEDs.
So
it's
it's
due
for
a
retrofit
all
the
way
around.
G
G
C
J
Mr
chairman
Commissioners
Ada
County
procurement
receives
three
responses
for
bid
23037
and
we're
all
queued
up.
If
you're
ready
for
us
to
open
we're.
G
J
J
Like
the
last
couple
bids,
this
will
be
another
spreadsheet.
I
will
be
looking
for
the
name
of
the
bidder
and
the
total
bid
amount,
including
the
ten
thousand
dollar
owner's
contingency.
J
So
our
first
bidder
is
Echo
engineered
systems
and
they
have
a
total
good
amount
of
256
thousand
three
hundred
eleven
dollars.
Our
second
bidder
is
tml
Commercial
Services
and
they
have
a
total
bid,
amount
of
279,
950
and
number
three
better
is
TBR
Incorporated
and
they
have
a
total
bit
amount
of
312,
117
dollars
and
twelve
cents.
J
So
those
are
our
three
bidders
and
we
would
like
to
request
that
this
be
a
table
for
award
recommendation
to
the
April
18
2023,
open
business
meeting.
Okay,
thank.
C
J
J
We
have
three
responses
for
bid:
23041
Robin
has
our
bonfire
procurement
system
all
queued
up,
if
you're
ready
for
us
to
open?
Okay,
all
right.
J
J
Feel
like
we
should
have
some
Jeopardy
music
there
you
go
so
we'll
be
looking
at
the
name
of
the
bidder
on
this
bid,
as
well
as
the
total
bid
amount
that
will
have
a
five
thousand
dollars
owner's
contingency
included
in
on
it.
J
I
do
want
to
note
that
IAQ
Distribution
Incorporated
will
likely
be
found.
Non-Responsive
there
was
a
mandatory
pre-bid
that
they
did
not
attend.
So
starting
with
our
first
bidder,
IAQ
distribution.
They
have
a
total
bit
amount
of
eighty
thousand
dollars.
Our
second
bidder
is
Power
Plus
Incorporated,
with
a
total
bid,
amount
of
134
990
and.
E
J
Bidder
is
Total
Electric,
International
LLC,
with
a
total
bid,
amount
of
five
thousand
six
hundred
and
twelve
dollars
and
ninety
seven
cents.
So
obviously
we'll
be
looking
at
that
one
pretty
closely.
So
those
are
three
bidders
and
we
would
like
to
request
that
this
be
table
for
award
recommended
recommendation
to
the
April
18th
2023,
open
business
meeting.
G
C
F
C
C
H
For
your
May
election,
you
have
before
you
and
hopefully,
if
you
viewed
the
approved
polling
places,
there
are
137
precincts
involved
at
109
locations.
Some
of
those
are
combined
simply
based
off
the
fact
that
some
of
these
precincts
have
five
voters
in
them
and
we're
not
going
to
stand
up
a
standalone
precinct
for
five
voters.
So
all
of
those
that
were
affected
by
the
change
from
their
normal
polling
place
will
be
notified
of
the
new
location
for
the
commissioners,
education.
H
You
can
go
on
Ada,
County,
elections.com,
now
voter
information
and
view
my
ballot
and
it'll
have
your
ballot,
your
sample
ballot.
What's
going
to
be
on
your
ballot
as
well
as
your
polling
location.
So
if
you
have
constituents
that
are
asking
about
the
election,
that's
upcoming
and
what's
on
it
or
what
will
be
on
their
ballot,
they
can
actually
go
on
and
view
what's
actually
on
their
ballot.
I
just
pulled
mine
up
I
have
two
Library
trustees
and
a
50
million
dollar
facilities
Levy
for
West
data
on
my
personal
ballot.
H
So
you
can
go
on
there
and
see
what
you'd
be
voting
on
and
it
shows
you
where
your
location
is
and
time
and
voting
and
all
that
for
election
day.
So
that's
the
report
from
us.
If
you
have
any
questions
about
performing
locations,
we
are
also
just
we
are
attempting
to
do
something
in
early
voting.
We
do
ballot
on
demand
where
a
voter
will
come
in,
they
will
sign
into
our
system
and
we
will
print
their
actual
ballot
on
site
there.
Normally
we
don't
do
that
on
Election
Day,
we
pre-pent
all
the
ballots
ballot.
H
On
Demand
is
a
more
secure
way
of
handling
ballots
because
we
don't
have
to
pre-print
them
and
have
them
Tran,
transported
back
and
forth
and
handled
by
a
bunch
of
different
people.
So
on
some
of
the
precincts
this
go
around,
not
all
of
them.
It's
just
a
small
number
of
them.
We
are
going
to
do
ballot
on
demand
at
the
precinct
on
Election
Day.
We
also
will
have
pre-printed
ballots
as
a
backup
because
we
don't
want
to
get
into
a
Maricopa
County
situation,
so
we'll
have
backups
in
case
we
have
issues
with
our
ballot.
H
We're
sending
it
all
on
our
social
media
feeds
everyone
that
is
having
a
precinct.
Location
change
is
getting
a
mailer
from
us,
notifying
them
of
the
change
of
location,
but
beyond
that,
it's
just
media
Outlets
that
are
covering
the
election,
we're
working
with
them
to
get
them
the
information
on
how
to
accept
absentee
ballots
or
quest
to
absentee
ballots
or
vote
on
Election
Day
or
early.
H
C
No
I,
don't
think
so.
Thank
you
great.
Thank
you
all
right.
Next
up
we
have
the
claims
journal
for
April
7th.
Oh.
C
F
G
C
G
I
Yeah
all
right
morning,
Commissioners
yeah,
the
ortho,
is
a
contract
with
compass.
So
what
we're
here
today
is
to
ask
that
you
earmarked
67
000
on
your
budget
for
the
expense
for
these
and
this
to
give
you
a
little
history
on
this,
since
it
does
go
through
carpets
and
it's
many
jurisdictions
that
contribute
to
this
funding
and
it's
a
five-year
multi-year
contract
with
them
and
it
kind
of
relies
on
everyone
putting
the
money
in
for
these
flyovers
to
handle,
because
they're
pretty
expensive
in
our
portion.
I
You
know
we
pay
based
on
population
and
overall
I'll,
let
Dawn
I
know
can't
get
into
the
weeds
a
little
bit.
Give
you
a
little
more
detail
as
far
as
the
orthos
and
the
contracts
yeah
we're
in
the
2023
is
the
second
year
of
the
five-year
contract.
We
have.
J
The
first
year
being
last
year,
this
year
will
be
a
urban
area
only
as
well
the
one
floating
fiscal
year
2024..
These
are
extremely
important
to
the
appraisal
department
and
used
by
the
entire
County
development
services.
Emergency
Management,
Sheriff's
Office.
Is
it
accessible
to
everyone,
including
the
public,
on
our
website
and
I,
believe
by
T's
website
is
allowed
to
produce
these
things
so
that
yeah
they're
really
critical
to
the
work
we
do
in
the
Assessor's
Office.
J
C
L
L
So,
looking
at
the
portfolio
this
month,
we
we
haven't
had
a
a
whole
bunch
of
changes.
We
did
make
one
new
purchase
of
a
mortgage-backed
security
and
you'll
find
that
if
you
go
through
here,
I'm,
not
sure
these
numbers,
these
Pages
aren't
numbered,
but
we
did
make
a
new
purchase
for
a
mortgage-backed
security.
L
If
you
look
at
the
yield
to
maturity
on
that
one,
it
was
actually
ended
up
being
a
pretty
good,
buy,
I
think
the
yield
to
maturity
on
that
was
about
4.6,
which
is
about
100
basis
points
above
what
it
would.
We
could
probably
buy
that
for
now
and
that
was
purchased,
mid,
mid
March.
L
The
interest
earnings
on
the
portfolio
this
month
was
just
under
a
million
dollars
and
that's
located
on
the
the
blue
chart.
A
few
pages
in
it
gives
a
break
out
of
where
that
interest
came
from
we're
still
seeing
the
the
most
yield
on
the
front
end
of
the
yield
curve,
which
is
a
short
term
because
of
the
the
way
the
FED
has
been
raising
the
rates.
L
So
I
think
we've
got
about
995
thousand
in
interest
earnings
on
the
portfolio
and
again
we
get
about
a
million
dollars
paid
down
on
the
mortgage-backed
Securities
we
own,
and
so
this
past
month,
roughly
about
1.9
million
came
in,
and
so
we
use
that
money,
the
interest
that
comes
in
monthly
and
then
any
pay
Downs
on
the
mortgage
back
to
reinvest
and
an
investment
that
seems
appropriate
for
the
county.
L
You
know
given
the
market
conditions
and
that's
what
we
use
to
purchase
the
the
new
mortgage-backed
security
other
than
that
it's
been
pretty
steady,
I
think
we're
going
to
have
a
CPI
report
come
out
tomorrow
and
then
a
producer
price
index
come
out
on
Thursday
and
that'll,
give
the
FED
some
new
data
to
determine
where
they're
going,
but
I
think
the
Bond
Market
thinks
that
most
of
the
interest
rate
hikes
are
kind
of
already
priced
in
and
we
may
be
getting
their
top.
But
it's
anybody's
guess
as
to
what
will
happen
there.
C
C
A
C
C
K
B
B
And
if
you'll
notice,
the
numbers
from
the
previous
fiscal
year,
it
looks
like
we're
way
down
on
a
whole
bunch
of
stuff,
but
apparently
this
is
the
slow
time
of
year
for
my
office.
So
I
expect
that
to
to
increase.
You
know
level
out
in
the
in
the
coming
months.
B
The
highlighted
activities
I
wanted
to
make
mention
is
the
long
overdue
promotion
of
Tanya
Fleming.
She
was
our
office
manager
for
gazillion
years
and
within
about
two
days.
I
realized
that
that
was
probably
inappropriate
so
working
with
HR,
where
you
promoted
her
to
Chief
Administration
officer,
a
long
overdue
promotion
on
her
part,
she's,
invaluable
and
I
saw
the
value
there
and
figured
that's
the
right
thing
to
do:
we're
still
working
with
HR
on
our
job,
Audits
and
and
kind
of
moving
things
around,
as
you
guys
will
see
in
the
budget
process.
B
B
So
that's
moving
along.
That's
that's
really
good
stuff.
Our
out-of-county
pathology,
Services
agreement
right
now
is
still
under
a
staff
review
and
hopefully
we'll
send
it
over
to
Legal
by
the
end
of
the
week,
and
then
you
guys
will
get
a
copy
of
it
to
you
know,
make
your
do
your
thing
and
give
edits,
and
we
can
move
forward
that
we
met
with
Cloverdale
funeral
home
to
begin
the
process
of
planning.
This
year's
memorial
for
the
for
the
Indigent
Cremation
of
people
that
wasn't
right
at
all
anyway.
B
So
we're
looking
at
the
current
Crypt
that
we
have
available
is
full
or
about
to
be
full,
so
they're,
they're,
Cloverdale,
is
will
be
presenting
some
ideas
on
a
new
Crypt
or
ossuaries.
What
they.
What
we're
looking
at-
and
my
hope
is
that
once
I
get
all
that
information
is
I
will
contact.
B
For
example,
the
the
treasurer's
office
with
their
pa
crew
and
the
County
Commissioners
see
if
we
can
all
do
like
a
a
partnership
to
to
make
that
a
fairly
decent
memorial
for
those
that
were
either
abandoned
or
forgotten
or
discarded.
B
In
some
cases
we
had
a
the
new
building
transition
meeting,
so
met
with
some
key
County
players,
and
that
was
a
eye-opening
experience
on
my
part,
and
so
that's
that
the
new
building's
moving
forward
clearly
we're
at
the
point
now,
where
we're
looking
at
the
FF
Andes
and
the
the
furniture
and
what
the
information
of
these
one
packet
that
I
have.
B
You
know
I
about,
had
to
call
the
EMTs
when
I
saw
a
picnic
bench
for
20
for
10
675
dollars,
I
closed
the
book
and
says
no
we're
not
going
there.
We're
going
to
try
something
different
to
be
fair.
B
I
haven't
done
a
deep
dive
on
why
it's
so
expensive
or
where
those
that
money
came
from,
but
to
be
honest
with
you
that
discouraged
me
from
even
asking
so
we're
going
to
plan
B,
hopefully
save
a
a
ton
of
money
by
finding
non-designer
type
furniture
and
going
with
something
a
little
more
traditional
but
we'll
see.
I
don't
want
anybody
to
panic
about
that
it
did.
B
It
did
make
my
veins
pop
a
little
bit
but
I'm
over
that
now,
on
the
side
of
that
in
next
month's
report,
you'll
see
the
in
the
current
reports.
We
have
a
suicide
row
there
I'm
going
to
break
that
down.
I
want
to
report
to
you
folks,
the
under
18
suicides.
There
just
seems
to
be
a
lot
of
I,
don't
know
what
the
number
is
right
now
that'll
show
up
on
the
next
report,
but
just
based
on
what
I've
been
saying:
it's
it's!
It's
not
nice!
It's
it's
not
appropriate.
B
We
got
as
a
society.
We
need
to
try
to
figure
out
ways
to
help
drop
that
number
significantly,
but
so
that's
just
for
your
information
that
that's
what'll
be
coming
any
questions.
B
Can
but
it
seems
to
me
that
everybody
I
talk
to
wants
to
know
about
the
kids.
You
know
over
18s,
it's
like
well,
okay,
apparently
not
a
lot
of
people
are
concerned
about
the
adult
suicides,
for
whatever
reason
more
people
are
concerned
about
the
youngers
than
they
are
about
the
owners,
not
that
anybody
doesn't
care,
it's
just
from
what
I'm
seeing
more
people
care
about
the
juveniles
taking
their
own
lives
as
opposed
to
the
adults,
but
I
can
break.
F
B
B
C
C
It
was
a
man
therapy
thing,
it
was
something
that
was
a
grant
that
Dottie
got
and
then
it
was
extended.
I
believe
you
don't
want
to
check
on
them.
Yeah.
B
Not
heard
of
that
program
but
I
tell
you
who
did
would
that
be
Tanya
yeah
but
I
think
she's
in
jury
duty
today,
so
I'll
have
to
get
that
back
to
you
on
that
one.
So
if
anybody
knows
what
she's
gonna
know
it
so.
D
C
So
now
we
have
development
services
with
a
land
surveying.
K
Go
ahead,
thank
you,
Mr
chairman
and
Commissioners.
Yes,
this
this
item
is
final
plot
for
Belvedere
Farms
subdivision
number
one.
This
is
a
two
lot
residential
subdivision
development
services
staff
has
reviewed
the
plat
and
found
that
the
applicant
has
been
able
to
comply
with
all
the
applicable
conditions
of
approval
and
that
the
plaque
complies
with
State
and
county
law
and
recommend
that
the
board
authorized
the
chair
to
sign
and
stamp
the
flat.
C
C
We
have
exploit
with
some
interim
events
and
some
concession
agreements.
G
C
Second,
that
okay,
even
motion
off
ever
say
I
I
I
motion,
carries
next
up.
We
have
six
agreements,
these
various
agreements,
I
reviewed
them-
is
there
any
discussion
on
any
of
these
agreements.
G
Well,
maybe
operations
could
talk
about
D,
so
what's
the
letter
of
direction
for
payment,
Mr,
chairman
commissioners,.
M
You'll
note
in
the
agreement
that
we
were
under
agreement
with
signature
Roofing
to
do
a
roof
repair
here
at
the
courthouse.
Signature
Roofing
is
doing
business
as
signature
Roofing,
but
they're
Cano
Roofing,
and
to
add
a
third
piece
of
that.
Their
Bonding
Agency,
which
they
signed
a
new
agreement
with
there's
a
little
bit
of
a
there's,
a
condition
that
we
need
to
pay.
The
Bonding
Agency
and
the
Bonding
Agency
pays
Cano
Roofing.
So
it
seems
convoluted,
we've
vetted
it
with
the
attorneys
and
they
they've
agreed
that
it
makes
sense.
It
is
legal.
M
M
I,
don't
want
to
speak
to
the
condition
of
of
companies,
but
from
my
experience
what
I've
noticed
is
when
this
situation
occurs.
Typically,
a
company's
Bond
rating
is
is
low,
that
which
is
kind
of
their
their
their
insurability
becomes
in
question
and
their
ability
to
pay
other
subcontractors
become
a
question.
So
the
bonding
company
asked
that
the
payment
goes
through
them,
so
they
can
assure
that
people
get
paid.
That's.
C
G
E
G
C
Second,
the
motion-
yeah
you've,
heard
the
the
motion.
All
in
favor
say:
aye
aye,
aye
aye
motion
carries
next
up.
We
have
Indigent
services
with
weekly
Indigent
items.
F
Mr
chairman
I,
moved
to
accept
the
recommendations
of
the
Indigent
services
staff,
as
listed
on
the
summary
of
cases
dated
April
11
2023
and
authorized
the
chair
to
sign
the
documents
on
behalf.
C
C
Third
well
good
morning,
the
Board
of
Commissioners
sitting
as
a
board
of
Emergency
Medical.
C
F
G
C
C
B
C
Second
time:
okay,
unless
there's
for
the
business
we'll
be
in
recess.
