A
A
No
changes
to
the
agenda:
okay,
we're
going
to
take
out.
First,
we
have
no
whole
business,
so
we're
taking
a
first
new
business
which
is
resolution.
2876
I
will
open
the
public
hearing
on
resolution
2876.
C
A
C
And
so
you
know
we
get
money
from
the
federal
government
based
off
Timber
sales
on
federal
lands,
and
since
we
don't
have
very
much,
our
our
portion
of
this
is
I
think
just
north
of
three
thousand
dollars,
whereas
some
other
counties
whose
population
is
a
fraction
of
ours
gets
millions
of
dollars
because
they
obviously
have
lots
of
federal
land
and
Timber
sales
and
stuff.
C
So
we
go
through
this
exercise
every
year,
but
it
probably
costs
more
to
apply
for
this
and
send
it
and
get
the
money
than
the
money's
worth,
but
once
we
get
that
money
in
we'll
distribute
it
to
transportation
department,
as
well
as
schools
to
use
their
couple
hundred
dollars
to
do
what
they
want
with.
So
it's
a
formality
more
than
anything
but
I
know
when
every
time
it
comes
up,
there's
like
oh.
What's
this
and
the
the
talk
around
the
state
is
a
lot
of
counties
rely
heavily
on
this
money.
Oh.
A
C
A
We
have
four
catering
permits
three
license:
transfers
any
discussion
or
issues
on
any
licenses
or
transfers,
not
all
except
emotion.
F
C
Sure,
thank
you
for
the
support
of
the
board
over
the
last
couple
weeks
with
the
the
budget.
Kathleen
is
breathing
much
easier
now
and
we'll
get
to
work
on
formulating
the
final
budget
presentation
on
the
25th
of
July,
we'll
try
to
schedule
something
before
that.
To
make
sure
the
message
we're
portraying
in
that
budget
presentation
is
appropriate
for
the
community,
as
well
as
our
other
elected
officials
and
stuff,
but
outside
of
that
daily
operations
go
on.
So
it's
our
report.
C
E
A
You've
heard
the
emotional
favorite
say:
hi
hi
motion
carries.
We
have
some
Personnel
actions
kept
the
motion
on
the
Personnel
action
I'll.
F
Move
to
approve
the
Personnel
actions
as
listed
on
the
agenda
and
that
the
summary
she's
made
on
file
at
the
Commissioner's
Office
high
technology.
E
D
Are
you
today?
Is
it
Final
War
it's
a
great
day?
The
bills
are
have
ended
last
night
as
of
five
o'clock
and
currently
we're
at
533.
But,
like
I,
heard
the
conversation
a
little
earlier,
there's
a
lot
of
commercial
property,
so
I
won't
say
a
lot,
but
more.
D
More
yeah
as
a
percentage
of
the
total,
usually
commercials,
10
or
15,
and
this
time
I
think
it's
around
half
or
a
little
more
so
yeah
more
than
that,
yeah
yeah
I've
been
seeing
the
latest
numbers
as
of
today,
but
yeah
so
you'll
see
this
week
will
be
pretty
light
week.
A
D
A
Right
we
have
some
some
some
regular
customers
as
well
I
noticed,
of
course,
okay,
you
have
a
Jackson.
D
Insulation,
yes,
we
have
one
tax
cancellation
on
there,
the
property
burned,
and
it's
actually
happened
in
2021,
but
they
didn't
file
in
that
year.
So
it's
actually
a
two-year
2021
and
2022
casually
loss.
So,
okay.
E
F
E
B
Morning,
Mr
chairman,
our
priority
has
been
property.
Tax
collections
on
behalf
of
the
districts
last
week
was
the
due
date.
One
thing
I'll
note
was
that
after
the
due
date,
we
received
four
bins
of
timely
mail.
It
had
all
been
postmarked,
June
15th,
so,
like
I
said,
we
are
we're
looking
at
all
the
envelopes
to
make
sure
that
anyone
who
did
pay
timely
is
not
assessed
a
late
charge
or
interest.
B
We
did
yeah,
it
was
a
lot
of
mail
to
receive
after
the
due
date.
I
also
note
that
we
did
serve
a
record
number
of
taxpayers
for
the
second
half
payments
out
at
Cloverdale.
It
was
just
shy
of
a
thousand
people
who
we
served
out
there.
This
May
and
June
so
definitely
is
a
benefit
to
our
taxpayers
in
that
part
of
the
county.
So
thank
you
for
your
support
of
that
sure.
A
A
With
some
material.
G
Yeah
Mr
Cherry
producers
I
appreciate
the
the
time
and
your
consideration
of
three
final
plots
today.
The
the
first
final
plat
item
9A,
is
for
Idaho
States
subdivision.
This
is
a
19
acre
property
southeast
of
meridianas
being
subdivided
into
three
residential
lots
and
the
applicant
has
been
able
to
comply
with
all
the
conditions
of
approval
and
it
complies
with
County
and
state
code,
and
we
recommend
that
you
authorize
a
chair
to
sign
a
stamp.
The
final
plot
of
Idaho,
State,
subdivision
and
I
can
cover
the
other
two
real
quick.
A
G
All
right,
thank
you,
Mr
chairman,
so
9B.
This
is
the
final
plot
of
maddenford
estates.
This
is
a
actually
Northeast
of
star
10,
Acre,
Site,
being
subdivided
into
two
five:
five
acre
lots
and
again,
in
this
case
the
applicant
has
been
able
to
satisfy
the
conditions
of
approval
and
we
recommend
that
the
ward
authorized
chair
to
sign
a
stamp.
The
Madden,
Ford,
Estates
final
plot
and
the
last
item.
9C
is
the
final
plot
of
Estates
subdivision.
This
is
a
three
lot,
a
subdivision
of
15
Acres.
G
G
B
A
Right,
well
any
any
questions
from
the
board
on
any
of
these
applications.
A
Okay,
if
not
emotions
in
order,
you
want
to
do
three
separate
motions.
F
I
could
probably
combine
it.
No
one
come
on
Cheryl
move
to
approve
the
following
application.
Numbers
number:
two:
zero:

Estates,
subdivision
and
authorize
the
chair
to
sign
and
stamp
all
three
final
plats
on
behalf
of
the
board.
I.
A
Ever
demotion,
all
if
they
ever
say
I
I
I,
carries
thank
you.
Okay.
Next
up,
we
have
the
approval
of
the
minutes
for
613
and
6
20
and
the
public
hearing
6
14.
E
A
There
you've
heard
of
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye,
aye
aye
motion
carries
next
up.
We
have
West
Western
Expo
Idaho
Western,
Fair
concession
agreements,
one
for
Boise
coal
stories
except
the
motion.
F
A
Either
motion
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye.
Next
up
we
have
parks
and
waterways,
Barbara,
Park,
Education
and
Event
Center.
We
have
five
agreements
and
it
looks
like
there's
all
weddings.
A
A
E
F
A
F
I
moved
to
approve
the
two
agreements
as
listed
on
the
agenda
and
authorize
the
chair
to
sign
the
documents
on
behalf
of
the
board
I.
Second,
the
motion.
A
F
F
A
A
Foreign
well
good
morning
today
is
the
27th
day
of
June.
Time
is
9
20.
the
board
Commissioners
sitting
as
a
board
of
Emergency
Medical
Services
district
is
in
session
to
conduct
its
weekly
open
business
meeting.
A
Okay,
first
first
item
up
is
a
claims.
Journal
I'll
accept
a
motion
on
the.
E
A
A
H
H
Right,
as
I
said
to
a
couple
of
folks
on
the
floor,
you're
through
the
keys
to
us
and
said
don't
wreck
it,
I
only
have
a
couple
of
things
for
you.
One
was
that
we
had
a
department
meeting
that
was
quite
successful
last
week
to
update
everybody
about
the
goings-on
through
our
department,
some
of
the
things
that
folks
might
not
know
about.
H
We
also
just
opened
up
a
new
round
of
hiring
those
Folks
by
the
time
we
do
all
the
hiring
and
the
intake,
processing
and
hiring
Academy
will
be
in
the
field.
Sometime.
G
H
September
so
that'll
take
a
a
few
squares
of
time
and
we're
getting
ready
to
start
I.
Think
Sean
has
probably
mentioned
to
you:
BLS
ambulance
pilot
along
with
Boise
fire
in
the
downtown
Corridor.
That
starts
July
7th,
so
we're
in
the
the
final
throws
of
what
is
quite
a
bit
of
work,
going
back
working
Earnest
going
back
to
last
year.
What.
F
H
H
It
is
a
it's
a
pilot
that
we've
never
done
here
before
it
has
been
proven
as
a
concept
in
a
number
of
other
locations
across
the
country
or
giving
it
a
shot
here.
Don't
see
any
reason
why
it
wouldn't
work
and
it
will
again
help
us
tailor
our
responses
and
improve
our
service.
F
H
That's
right:
that's
one
of
the
that's
one
of
the
bits
of
this
that
folks
didn't
get
their
their
minds
wrapped
around,
necessarily
that
a
lot
of
this
was
going
to
be
on
the
dispatch
side,
as
opposed
to
the
actual
field
operation
side.
How
those
these
calls
would
be
sorted
in
dispatch.
So
it
was
a.
H
It
was
a
larger
project
than
we
first
imagined
foreign,
but
we're
we're
on
the
right
on
the
cusp
of
starting
I
anticipated
we'll,
but
we'll
have
a
few
Road
pumps,
just
like
any
project
like
this
will,
but
ultimately,
in
the
three
months,
we'll
prove
out
the
concept
that
that
we're
hoping
for.
H
That's
right:
the
music
festival
there
were
lots
of
contacts.
Many
of
those
are
over-the-counter
type
interactions,
so
Band-Aids
and
moleskin
and
ibuprofen
are
Tylenol.
That
kind
of
thing,
and
then
the
idea
of
having
a
place
for
somebody
to
go
to
sit
down
to
cool
to
hydrate
can
really
be
a
benefit
to
to
preventing
somebody
from
having
to
be
transported.
If
you
just
provide
that
that
cool
spot
for
them
to
be
right,
I
think
there
were
only
a
couple
of
transports
if
I
remember
correctly,
so.
H
H
It
was
a
it
was
well
staffed,
as
big
events
like
this
need
to
be
what.
A
How
about
how
about
Jelly,
Belly,
roll
or
jelly
roll.
A
A
Well,
good
morning,
today
is
the
27th
of
June.
The
time
is
9
30.,
the
Board
of
Commissioners
sitting
as
the
board
of
avamar
community
infrastructure.
District
number
one
is
in
session
to
conduct
its
weekly
open
business
meeting
and
clerk.
Are
there
any
changes
to
the
agenda.
E
D
E
A
F
I'm
just
wondering
when
Eagle's
gonna
be
taking
over,
you
got
any
estimated
dates
right,
well,
they're
getting.
They
may
have
a.
