A
F
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you
appreciate
you
joining
us
here
today.
Madam
clerk
are
there
changes
to
the
agenda.
C
G
A
I
think
this
is
an
indication
that
we
we
kind
of
rushed
yesterday
and
we
wanted
to
take
a
little
more
time.
So
we've
changed
the
agenda
a
little
bit
added
a
little
more
time
to
it.
Yes,
sir,
so
anyway
and
we've
moved,
we
moved
a
couple
to
Friday,
because
the
rest
of
the
week
is
business.
Basically,
so
they're
gonna
be
two
or
three
that's
going
to
be
changed
to
Friday
the
the
commissioner's
budget,
wheatonfest
mosquito
okay,
but
that's
it
that's
just
two
or
three
all
right!
Thank
you
all
right.
A
If
we
have,
you
have
you've.
B
A
Office
is
there
any
discussion.
G
A
Next
up
is
resolution
number
I'll,
open
the
public
hearing
on
resolution,
2873
and
resolution
approving
Aid
Academy
membership
in
the
government
procurement
alignment.
Alliance
that
is,
is
associated
with
agreement
number
one,
five,
two
six:
two:
anybody
want
to
speak
to
that.
H
Go
ahead,
Mr,
chairman
Commissioners:
this
is
an
agreement
between
Navy
County
and
the
one
government
procurement
Alliance
or
one
GPA.
They
are
National
procurement
Cooperative
that
has
a
number
of
different
contracts
in
their
portfolio
for
the
county
to
utilize.
Should
we
want
to
utilize
those
contracts
in
the
future,
so
it
opens
up
their
contract
portfolio
to
us.
A
H
A
The
the
resolution.
H
So
Mr
chairman
commissioner
daily
great
question,
so
the
cooperatives
are
nationally
competitively
big
contracts,
and
so
what
it
allows
the
county
to
do
is
take
the
benefit
of
economies
of
scale.
So
a
large
County
in
Arizona,
for
example,
might
put
this
out
for
bid
as
a
as
a
lead
Agency
for
one
GPA
and
because
they're
such
a
large
County,
and
because
this
is
a
national
contract,
we
get
the
larger
discounts.
So
typically,
the
discounts
range
around
30
range
for
this.
H
For
this
particular
contract,
our
our
first
opportunity
to
use
it
will
likely
be
the
bulletproof
film
for
the
Sheriff's
Office
Windows
Safe
Haven
is
a
Bend
Airport
one
GPA
and
we
we'll
get
the
benefit
of
a
previous
size
discount
by
going
through
one
GPA
and
utilizing
their
contract
for
them.
A
Get
one
of
one
of
many
advantages,
but
also
saves
you
going
out
to
bid.
So
that's
that's
the
other
thing.
D
H
A
I
C
A
Second,
that
yeah
you've
heard
the
motion
all
in
favor
signify.
The
saying
all
right,
hi
hi
motion
carries
thank
you.
Now
we
have
procurement
opening
a
bid
number
two,
three
zero.
Five
nine
go.
H
Ahead:
Bob,
yes,
I'm
Mr,
chairman
Commissioners
before
you
this
morning,
we
have
the
opening
of
bid
23059,
the
Expo
Idaho
digital
reader
boards
replacement,
and
we
received
two
responses
for
this
bid.
Robin
has
our
bonfire
e-procurement
system
all
queued
up,
if
you're
ready
for
us
to
open
we're,
ready
all
right.
H
So
when
this
opens
up
we'll
have
a
spreadsheet
to
read
the
bids
from
we'll
be
looking
for
the
name
of
the
bidder
this
morning,
the
bid
amount
also
there's
an
additive
alternate
included
in
on
this
bid
for
an
extended
warranty.
H
Okay,
okay,
so
the
spreadsheet
is
opening
up
there.
So
we
have
the
two
bidders
up
there.
The
first
bidder
is
Idaho
electric
signs
and
they
have
a
base
bid
amount
of
201
000
652
dollars.
H
Bidder
number
two
is
yes
go
and
they
have
a
base
bid
amount
of
162
662
dollars.
So
the
additive
alternate
for
idoelectric
signs,
they
bid.
301,
652
and
yesco
has
a
zero
bid
and
that's
included,
probably
within
their
pricing.
H
A
G
Right,
Mr
chair,
yes,
so
just
question
on
these:
what
is
it
just
the
the
digital
part
that's
being
replaced
on
the
sign,
the
the
display.
A
C
A
Second,
there,
okay,
you've
heard
the
motion
I'll
ever
say
all
right,
all
right
all
right.
All
right
both
carries
thanks.
Bob
thanks.
A
Right
next
up
we
have
licenses,
we
have
catering
permits
and
two
lights
and
new
licenses
and
license
renewal.
A
Is
there
a
motion?
I've
got
promotion
on
this
Mr
chairman,
just
quick
questions
for.
C
The
for
the
record:
how
how
are
these
people
vetted
to
what's
the
process
just
for
the
records
of
the
people
on.
C
All
of
these
actually
the
licenses,
the
the
catering
permits
and
Licensing.
E
Commissioner,
good
question:
yes,
so
our
recorder's
office
does
a
vetting
process.
They
look
at
State
Licensing
to
make
sure
that
they're
equipped
with
all
the
compliance
measures
with
the
state.
They
also
look
at
previous
compliance
records
with
law,
so
they
tap
into
the
Law
Department
from
the
sheriff
and
see
if
there's
any
any
kind
of
misdemeanors
or
anything
with
the
individual.
If
so,
it's
flagged
and
that's
when
we
propose
to
deny
such
a
record
and
go
before
you
guys
so
process
is,
is
working
well,
we
catch
things
and
I
can
Loop
in
our
recorder.
A
Yeah
and
they're
all
vetted
they're
they're
all
vetted,
and
then
they
they
you
get
an
update
on
the
Criminal
and
then
they're
denied
correct.
G
Motion
all
right:
let's
go
ahead
and
make
the
motion
to
approve
11,
Peddler
solicitor
licenses
and
authorize
the
chair
to
sign
the
documents
on
behalf
of
the
board.
A
Most
carries
now
we
have
some
two
catering
permits,
two
new
licenses
and
one
license
renewal.
G
C
A
Oh
yeah,
with
this
Clerk's
Office.
E
Hearings
this
afternoon
and
for
the
rest
of
the
week,
so
thanks
everyone
for
their
time
and
efforts
on
this
of
note
didn't
want
to
mention
that
clerk,
Trent
and
myself
were
able
to
join
the
44
County
clerks
and
the
44-ish
that
showed
up
Commissioners
at
the
annual
conference
in
Moscow
last
week,
and
there
were
some
very
interesting
resolutions
that
some
of
the
Commissioners
were
pitching
for
the
upcoming
legislative
session,
one
of
which
was
addressing
the
three
percent
cap
to
help
relief
on
property
tax.
E
E
Were
some
things
discussing
wildfire
and
state
land,
but
nothing
that
would
probably
impact
our
County
very
dramatically.
There
was
some
some
healthy
conversations
on
elections
and
it
was
clear
that
we,
we
are
the
great
state
of
ADA.
We
were
able
to
share
best
practices
and
printing
balance
onto
my
demand,
designing
a
cage
where
we
can
put
all
of
our
valuable
information
for
security
and
transport.
Those
to
our
polling
locations
had
a
lot
of
interest
from
the
other,
the
other
County
Clerks.
A
True,
that's
always
a
good
Converse.
We
miss
it
this
year,
but
we
typically
have
John
done
that
one,
but
we
did
we
missed
that
one.
Thank
you,
sir.
All
right
so
I
appreciate
that
that
update
anything
else
from
the
clerk's
office,
not.
A
C
A
A
Eight
step
increases
two
miscellaneous
three
grade
or
ladder
change
to
Greater
step
progression.
One
transfer.
G
A
A
It
was
the
the
oh.
D
A
D
Regards
to
the
appeals,
I
know:
yesterday
we
spoke
a
little
bit
about
that
and
currently
we're
at
53
appeals
and
we're
trending
less
than
half
of
what
we
have
for
we'll
say
averaging
out
in
the
last
five
years.
So
it's
looking
really
good
for
the
upcoming
Boe,
so
we're
doing
our
best
to
we
get
a
lot
more
time
that
we
can
speak
with
people
too,
because
we're
not
getting
inundated
with
phone
calls.
So
we
can
actually
go
out
and
do
inspections
and
work
with
the
property
owners
yeah,
which.
A
D
A
D
When's
the
deadline
again
June
26th
so
less
than
two
weeks
away.
So.
A
D
A
Really
good
all
right,
so
we
have
a
tax
cancellation
very.
D
Casually
loss,
it's
kind
of
an
interesting
one,
but
yeah
I'm,
not
sure
if
you
read
the
details
on
it,
but
yeah
pretty
expensive,
toilet
flush,
exactly
yeah.
C
A
J
Good
morning,
Mr,
chairman
Commissioners
I'm,
just
a
brief
update
on
the
property
tax
collections.
Before
we
get
into
the
monthly
report,
the
collections
for
the
second
half
2022
tax
year.
It's
going
well
we're
in
the
final
days.
The
due
date
is
next
Tuesday
June,
20th,
Idaho
law
does
require
us
to
assess
a
two
percent
late
charge
in
interest,
so
we're
required
to
do
that
for
payments
that
we've
not
received
timely,
so
we'll
be
doing
that
next
Tuesday
night.
J
J
E
B
B
If,
in
fact,
one
report
I
read
this
morning,
was
that
there's
100
chance,
the
market
believes
that
there
will
be
no
hike
that
they're
going
to
do
a
pause
of
course,
tomorrow
morning
before
that
decision
is
made,
the
PPI
numbers
come
out
and
the
producer
price
index
is
a
leading
indicator
of
inflation
down
the
road
because
those
prices
they
passed
on
to
Consumers.
So.
B
No
big
changes
there,
which
I
I
can't
imagine
why
there
would
be
then
most
likely
we'll
see
a
pause
and
so
our
portfolio,
the
way
it's
been
working
out,
is
we've
sort
of
been
taken
advantage
of
the
higher
rates
and
with
our
portfolio
of
bringing
back
through
our
mortgage-backed
Securities
pay
Downs
of
about
a
million
dollars
a
month.
Every
couple
months
on
average,
it
seems,
like
we've
generated
a
couple
million
dollars
in
money
that
has
come
back
to
us,
and
so
we've
been
repurchasing
right
now
at
these
higher
rates.
B
In
fact,
if
you
go
through
to
our
probably
through
four
or
five
pages
in,
if
you
look
at
that
that
blue
chart
that
shows
our
interest
received
by
source
yeah
and
now
just
just
behind
that
one,
you
can
see,
we
made
a
new
purchase
there
in
the
month
of
May
and
the
yield
to
maturity,
which
is
at
the
far
right
is
4.161,
and
so
that's
significantly
higher
than
what
we've
seen
over
the
past
few
years.
So
it's
given
us
the
opportunity
to
purchase
these
higher
yield
to
maturity,
assets
and
because
this
is
a
mortgage-backed
security.
B
They're
long
dated
we're
sort
of
locking
these
better
rates
in
for
a
long
period
of
time.
Another
thing
is
is
good.
To
look
at
is
our
maturity's
graph,
which
is
two
pages
beyond
that,
and,
as
you
can
see
here,
we've
got
about
what
we
have
exactly
eight
million
in
maturities
come
and
do
in
this
calendar
year.
B
I
think
the
first
one
is
three
million
in
September
and
then
the
last
few
months
the
full
8
million
comes
in,
and
so
what
is
likely
to
happen
is
Even
If,
the
Fed
pauses
and
in
fact,
they're
talking
about.
Possibly
there
might
be
another
bump
up
in
July
in
the
July
meeting,
because
these
fed
interest
rate
moves
take
a
while
to
go
through
the
economy
and
it's
kind
of
like
having
a
lot
of
play
in
your
steering
wheel.
You,
you
might
be
turning
and
nothing's
happening,
so
you
think
you
need
to
turn
more.
B
But
if
you
look
at
the
calendar
year,
8
million
come
and
do
we're
we're
still
going
to
be
at
fairly
High
rates
historically,
and
that
gives
us
an
opportunity
to
reinvest
this
8
million
plus
another
couple
million
every
couple
of
months,
and
so
right
now
we're
an
opportunity,
we're
locking
in
these
longer
rates
and
over
time
that
should
play
well
for
us.
We
just
had
the
one
purchase
in
the
month.
Everything
else
Remains
the
Same
the
purchase
was
a
mortgage-backed
security,
a
little
over
two
million
dollars.
A
All
right,
you
have
any
questions.
No
I
don't
deserve
any
questions
from
the
commission.
I.
Like
the
report,
it's
easier
to
read:
yeah.
B
A
F
Thank
you,
sir
appreciate
it
we'll
see
you
by
the
Numbers
in
most
every
category,
that's
reported
anyway,
we're
slightly
above
last
year's
percentage-wise
and
we're
well
above
the
six
year
average
of
activity
reported
activity,
not
quite
sure.
What's
that
attributed
to
other
than
just
the
growth
we
are.
We
are
looking
at
constantly
looking
at
efficiencies
of
service.
You
know,
are
we
taking
the
calls
that
we
that
are
required
versus
the
ones
that
aren't
kind
of
thing?
F
So
that's
already
I
can
already
see
how
that's
playing
out
just
a
little
bit
regarding
the
total
cases
that
we
bring
in,
but
as
far
as
most
everything
else
we're
on
we're
on
a
rise,
and
that
includes
the
years
of
covid,
so
I'm
not
sure,
like
I
said
I,
don't
I
Can't
Tell
You
Why
other
than
probably
it's
do
mostly
to
the
growth
of
the
area.
F
Right
know
that
it
is
yeah
it
just
I
mean
it
is
what
it
is.
You
can't
stop
it
so,
but
it'd
be
nice
to
be
able
to
say
what
we
think
it's
this.
At
least
we
can
project.
We.
F
Yeah
so-
and
you
know
the
more,
it
grows
the
more
activity
we
get
just
like
every
other
department
that
we
have
so
other
activity.
F
If
you
notice
here
in
the
notes,
since
our
last
meeting
I,
actually
we
had
a
zoom
meeting
with
the
software
company
and
it's
just
amazing
what
happens
when
you
hear
their
explanation
on
how
to
do
data
searches
versus
what
I
was
told
since
I
got
here
so
I'm
a
tad
bit
more
comfortable
with
the
numbers
that
are
from
this
point
forward,
the
the
data
searches
all
will
be
more
consistent
anyway,
you'll
notice,
I
took
out
the
fentanyl
reporting,
the
reason
I
did.
F
F
What
do
you
guys
want
and
my
thought
is
with
fentanyl
it's
just
slightly
above
methamphetamine
as
as
far
as
as
far
as
we're
concerned,
so
no
matter
how
you
look
at
it,
we
have
a
problem.
It's
just
you
know.
What
are
we
going
to
do
about
it
so
for
now,
I've
just
decided
to
take
it
off
the
stat
sheet,
because
it's
kind
of
misleading
to
my
in
my
opinion,
and
you.
F
Related
yeah
yeah,
that's
misleading!
You
know!
If
the,
if
the
you
know,
if
we're
trying
to
establish
well,
what's
the
problem
well,
the
problem
is,
is
we
can't
tell
you
that's
right
if
it's
fentanyl
on
board,
because
we
yeah
you
know
that
could
be
a
legal
prescription.
So,
whereas
methamphetamine
that's
not
a
prescription,
so
we
know
we
can
play
with
that.
One
bottom
line
is:
if
somebody
wants
some
stats
on
fentanyl,
we'll
have
a
chat
as
to
what
exactly
is
being
looked
for
then
we'll
do
the
research
into
it.
F
So
we're
not
going
to
take
up
our
time
to
continually
produce
steps
that
are
misleading
and
kind
of
like
pointless.
In
my
opinion,
one
of
the
other
things
that
we
did
this
this
past
month,
we
had
a
skeletal,
remains
recovery
up
in
the
mountains,
fabulous
work
by
our
multi-division
team
that
went
up
there.
They
did
a
great
job
hiking
in
through
all
the
brushing
stickers
and
getting
cut
and
everything
else
like
you
would
expect,
but
they
they
did
find
the
remains,
and
so
we
can
bring
closure
to
the
to
that
family.
F
Our
office
was
awarded
presented
the
award
for
the
Life
Alliance
hope
award,
which
is
a
collaborative
effort
for
organ
donor
program.
We
had
a
couple
of
Commissioners
on
hand
for
that
ceremony.
Thank
you
very
much
for
attending
you
missed
out,
but
you
know
there'll
be
more.
F
We're
working
on
it
and
then
we
got
official
notice
that
our
accreditation
has
been
renewed
for
the
National
Association
of
medical
examiners
and
now
we're
in
the
throes
of
of
doing
in
the
process
of
reporting
collecting
data
for
reporting
for
the
International
Association
of
corners
and
medical
examiners.
F
A
Appreciate
it
yeah
appreciate
the
the
report
and
I
do
have
a
question.
What's
a
remote
exam.
A
C
G
G
A
You
motion
carries
we
have
a
couple
of
interim
events
and
some
concessionaire
agreements
at
Expo,
Idaho.
D
G
A
Parks
and
water,
Rays
education
and
Event
Center.
We
have
four
four
events.
A
Well,
these
are
these
are
some
of
these
are
a
year
out
must
be
in
high
demand.
That
facility
is
yeah.
Okay,
I'll
accept
a
motion.
Mr.
C
G
A
Okay,
you've
written
the
motion,
all
in
favor,
say
aye,
aye,
aye,
all
right
most
carries
now.
We
have
a
couple
of
agreements
to
one
I
have
already
signed,
but
we
need
the
ratification,
the
other
one's,
a
new
agreement
and
it's
important.
It's
for
manure,
hauling
I
will
second.
That
wholeheartedly
said
that
in
Western
Idaho
affair,
all
right
is
there
any
discussion
on
the
agreements.
G
So
the
the
buyback
that
was
was
not
instituted
by
our
fleet
manager
is
that
what's
it
cost
savings
because
the
one
of
them
is,
it
was
being
recalled
or
something
like
that
lemon.
H
Yeah
Mr
chairman
and
commissioner
Davidson.
Yes,
so
we
bought
this
van
a
year
ago
and
for
operations
and
unfortunately
the
van
was
a
lemon
for
for
most
it
would
break
suddenly
for
no
reason,
so
they
couldn't
figure
it
out,
and
so
operations
worked
with
a
dealership
as
well
as
Ken
Sinclair,
our
fleet
manager,
to
get
this
buyback
to
both
of
you.
So
we'll
get
a
check
back
from
Chrysler
and
we'll
go
back
out
on
the
market.
Try
to
find
operations,
something
else
to.
A
C
G
C
C
Surprised
Bob,
you
didn't
have
any
comments
about
the
manure,
Holly
and
politicians.
I
know
my
place.
A
A
A
Good
morning,
good
morning
today,.
A
June,
the
13th.
The
time
is
9
40.,
the
Ada
County.
A
A
Okay,
do
we
have
any
changes
to
the
agenda
now,
clerk.
A
No
changes
to
the
agenda
all
right,
First
Step,
we'll
do
a
claims
Journal.
Do
we
have
a
motion
on
the
claims,
General
I.
A
You've
heard
the
motion
all
in
favor,
say:
aye,
all
right,
all
right.
Okay,
next
up,
we
have
a
couple
of
agreements.
We
have
agreement
number
one,
five,
two,
six,
four:
seven
Grand
between
80
County,
Emergency,
Medical,
Services,
district
and
state
of
Idaho,
Department
of
Health
and
Welfare
for
five
McGrath
video
laryn
Scotties.
A
I
Mr,
chair
Commissioners,
these
are
actually
becoming
the
standard
of
care
and
EMS,
and
so
what
it
is
is
for.
Since
I've
been
a
paramedic,
you
would
use
a
device
that
had
a
light
on
the
end
of
it
and
you
would
put
it
in
the
person's
mouth,
lift
up
their
tongue
and
you
can
actually
see
their
vocal
cords
and
we'll
pass
it
to
you
just
like
they
do
on
the
or
like
an
anesthesiologist
uses.
I
This
actually
has
a
screen,
so
you
can
see
the
vocal
cords
a
little
bit
easier
and
it
just
increases
our
likelihood
of
successfully
passing
that
two
bit
through
the
vocal
cords
and
protecting
a
person's
Airway.
Then
we
can,
we
can,
you
know,
breathe,
for
them
put
them
on
a
ventilator
that
kind
of
thing.
So
it
was
actually
deputy
chief
Chabot
art,
Deputy
Chief
of
training
and
safety
that
went
after
this
Grant
and
he
he
did.
I
A
great
job
got
us
actually
10
of
these
devices
there's
a
it
was
a
two-part
Grant
and
we
applied
for
both
and
and
got
both.
So
it's
going
to
be
a
good
addition
to
the
field.
A
I
Update
EMS
update,
we
Mr
chair
Commissioners,
we
have
Scott
Moore
is
a
consultant
here
providing
all
of
our
employees,
including
myself
and
Command
Staff
respectful
workplace
training.
He
is
actually
an
attorney
and
also
a
firefighter
EMT.
I
So
that's
a
great
thing.
It's
the
first
time
he's
done
this
in
person
it
there
was
some
online
training.
Everybody
had
to
do
at
first
and
then
he's
doing
two
hours
for
each
group
in
person
just
to
have
the
discussion.
I
spoke
with
him
this
morning
that
the
classes
yesterday
he
had
some
really
good
discussion
and
you
know
a
good
training.
So
that's
been
a
work
in
progress.
I
think
we've
been,
we
started
talking
to
him
last
fall
and
he
had
to
kind
of
developed
this.
I
This
hybrid
model,
but
it's
been
well
received
tomorrow,
representative
blanks
and
I
will
be
doing
the
Ride
Along
program,
and
so
we're
really
looking
forward
to
meeting
with
her
and
showing
her.
What
EMS
is
all
about
and
and
that's
been
one
of
the
biggest
challenges
is-
is
educating
legislators
on.
I
You
know
what
is
EMS,
because
you
think
it's
all
heart
attacks
and
car
wrecks,
but
it's
so
much
more
than
that,
and
so
hopefully,
she'll
have
a
really
good
experience
tomorrow,
she'll
be
riding
with
Mark
Babs
and,
and
he
takes
her
he'll,
take
her
out
the
dispatch
and
I
know.
Commissioner
Daley
did
this
back
in
December,
so
same
same
program,
she'll
be
going
through
that
tomorrow,
so
we're
looking
forward
to
having
her
out
outside
of
that
just
an
update
on
our
billing
office.
I
So
if
you
remember,
we
signed
a
contract
with
Captivate
billing
to
Outsource
half
of
our
bills,
and
that
is
working
really
really
well.
The
month
of
May
we
brought
in
1.5
million
dollars
worth
of
Revenue.
Normally
we
would
probably
see
somewhere
around
60
65
percent
of
that
number.
I
So
if
we
continue
on
course
we're
going
to
overshoot
what
we
thought
we
would
bring
in
through
billing
by
conservatively
probably
two
million
dollars
this
year,
which
is
gonna
help
because
we
anticipated
using
some
fund
balance
this
year
and
I.
Don't
think
we're
going
to
use
near
as
much
fund
balance
as
we
thought
we
would
because
of
the
strategy.
And
so,
as
we
look
to
the
future,
we
intend
to
sign
on
with
them
again
for
the
upcoming
fiscal
year,
just
to
keep
that
Revenue
coming
through
the
door
and
not
leaving
anything
on
that.
B
I
B
A
I
Mr,
chair
Commissioners,
you
know
they.
They
went
through
quite
a
bit
of
transition
over
probably
the
last
six
years.
They
we're
Elmore
County
ambulance
and
then
St
Luke's
kind
of
stepped
in
and
started
providing
the
service
over
there.
For
whatever
reason
that
agreement
didn't
work
out
and
so
they've
gone
back
to
Elmore
County
ambulance,
they
do
a
good
job.
I
They've
got
I'm,
not
exactly
sure
how
many
units
they
still
have,
but
I
know
that
they
have
one
in
Mountain,
Home
and
then
one
out
in
Glens,
Ferry
and
then
some
qrdus
that
are
are
the
first
response
in
some
of
the
smaller
areas.
But
you
know
my
like
many
EMS
agencies,
everybody,
you
know
struggles
with
the
same
things
just
on
a
different
scale,
and
so,
if
you
can
imagine
the.
I
A
I
You
know
yeah
sometimes
or
they
just
stop
in
the
middle
of
the
road
yeah
I
I,
wonder
sometimes
you
know
with
the
insulation
in
vehicles
now.
You
know
you
think.
20
years
ago
you
in
an
old
pickup
truck
you'd
even
have
a
headliner
in
the
thing,
so
you
could
hear
a
siren
a
lot
better,
but
these
days
you
have
to
get
right
on
somebody's
bumper.
Sometimes
they
got
their
music
cranked
up
and
they're,
not
paying
attention
and
people
don't
pull
out
of
the
way
for
us
so
driving
code.
I
Do
they
they
have
the
same
issues?
We
do.
You
know
those
it's
almost
like
the
the
railroad
horns
on
those
things
tend
to
get
somebody's
attention.
We
have
what
are
called
Rumblers
on
ours
that
are
meant
to
kind
of
vibrate
the
vehicle
in
front
of
you,
but
nothing
works
as
well
as
it
did
20
years
ago,
but
I
really
do
think
it's
because
there's
so
much
more
insulation
in
that
the
newer
vehicles.
I
I
think
it's
just
the
size
and
the
you
know
on
a
daily
basis,
since
we've
we're
projecting
we're
going
to
run
38
000
calls
this
year.
So
that's
over
100
calls
a
day
that
we're
running
you.
I
Sit
there
yeah
are
going
to
be
quite
a
bit
fewer.
You
know
you
look
at
Jim,
County
I
think
they
just
hit
like
1200
calls
last
year,
so
just
size
and
scope.
I
She
we're
scheduled
to
have
lunch
from
1
to
2,
30
and
so
I'm
gonna
sit
down
with
her
and
and
talk
about
some
of
those
ideas
and
just
see.
If
I
can
one
of
the
the
issues
that
we
run
into
is
funding
because
you
know
how
do
you
fund
it
properly?
If
it's
not
going
to
be
property,
it
has
to
come
from
somewhere.
I
You
know,
so
what
kind
of
things
would
be
palatable
down
at
the
legislature
as
far
as
funding
EMS,
because
we
know
that
the
fee
for
service
just
doesn't
pay
for
it
like
it
did
20
plus
years
ago,
because
the
the
changes
the
federal
government
made
so
we've
got
to
find
a
solution
to
that
and
what
works
here
wouldn't
work
in
Clark
County.
They
could
max
out
their
Levy,
but
you
can't
tax
potatoes.
B
C
I'd
like
to
to
debrief.
C
A
That's
That
mnmrna
vaccine
is
has
proven
effective
for
melanoma.
A
But
that's
he
didn't
say
anything
about
that,
but
did
say
the
report.
You
must
heard
the
same
report
about.
B
A
B
A
Today
is

the
