A
Okay,
section
two
adoption
of
the
agenda:
Mrs
LaVey:
do
we
have
any
proposed
additions,
deletions
or
adjustment
in
order
of
business
Madam
President
we
do
not.
Thank
you.
Trustees
I
need
a
motion
to
adopt
the
agenda.
D
E
Yes,
thank
you,
madam
President.
We
are
excited
this
evening
and
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
to
Mr
Moran
in
a
minute
here,
but
we
are
very
excited
to
be
able
to
recognize
our
employees
with
20
years
of
service,
25
years
of
service
and
30
years
of
service.
So
tonight
we
are
going
to
recognize
them
and
Mr
Moran.
If
you
would
take
over
and
help
us
recognize
our
employees.
Thank
you
so
much
foreign.
F
You
know
you're
getting
old
when
you
have
to
switch
glasses,
so
all
right
so
good
evening,
president
La
French
trustees
and
Toronto
superintendent,
Mr
Cross
cabinet
members,
staff,
students
and
guests.
My
name
is
Carlos
Moran,
the
assistant
superintendent
of
Human
Resources.
It
gives
me
great
pleasure
tonight
to
be
here
to
recognize
staff
of
the
Adelanto
Elementary
School
District
who've
devoted
many
years
in
their
career
careers
to
enriching
the
lives
of
our
beautiful
children
in
our
community.
Not
only
have
the
staff
we
are
recognized
tonight
enrich
the
lives
of
the
students.
F
They
have
also
supported
our
classified
and
certificated
colleagues
at
the
sites
and
in
their
respective
departments.
Again,
it's
an
honor
to
present
and
recognize
the
many
employees
this
evening
and
again.
I
also
like
to
thank
the
HR
team
for
helping
organize.
This
can
do
it
without
our
team
in
the
back
Dana,
Alejandra
and
ederi,
as
well
as
the
CNS
staff.
F
So,
as
many
of
you
know,
especially
those
of
you
here
receiving
20
25
in
30
years,
the
annual
service
awards
ceremony
is
part
of
a
tradition
of
recognition
and
gratitude
for
our
dedicated
employees,
whose
accomplishments
and
outstanding
work
contribute
to
the
success
of
our
students,
teachers,
staff,
each
other
and
the
alumni.
Even
for
the
Adelante
Elementary
School
District
tonight
we
will
be
recognizing
employees,
who've
completed
20
years
of
service,
25
years
of
service
and
30
years
of
service
to
the
school
district.
F
F
So
again,
on
behalf
of
the
Board
of
Trustees
we'd
like
to
honor
you,
the
20th
anniversary
of
your
employment
and
the
School
District
offers
you
our
heartfelt
gratitude
for
all
your
contributions.
So
I'd
like
to
start
off
with
Jeanette
Acosta
from
the
I.T
Department.
F
So
again,
maybe
Mr
crossover
the
board.
You
would
pictures
at
this
time
or
how
do
you
want
to
do
that?
I
think
we
did
it
like
this
stuff.
D
F
D
F
Foreign
s
again
and
thank
you
for
your
service
and
for
reaching
that
20-year
Milestone,
so
we're
going
to
move
on
to
our
20
five
year.
Service
and
the
recipients
will
receive
a
certificate
and
a
plaque.
The
20-year
service
received
a
pin
and
a
certificate
so
for
25
years
again,
congratulations
for
reaching
that
Milestone
and
when
I
call
you
up.
The
ladies
here
will
hand
those
up
to
you
and
then,
if
you
don't
mind
standing
up
here,
we'll
follow
up
with
the
picture.
F
So
again,
congratulations
for
the
following
employees:
Stephen
anchor
Melva
Davis.
F
F
Congratulations,
so
if
I
could
just
have
the
board
stay
up
here,
we
have
yeah.
Thank
you.
We
have
one
more
again:
congratulations
to
the
25-year
anniversary
recipients,
again
our
heartfelt
gratitude
for
your
contributions
and
years
of
service.
F
So
we
have
one
person
tonight:
a
teacher
from
Mesa
Linda,
Middle
School
who's
at
30
years
of
service
for
our
district
and
will
receive
a
certificate
in
this
beautiful
glass
plaque.
Here
that
she'll
be
presented
with
Susan
Ortiz.
F
Again,
congratulations
to
all
of
our
award
recipients
for
a
job
well
done
over
the
past
20
25
30
years,
or
maybe
it's
27.
F
or
26,
just
kidding,
that's
an
inside
joke
for
some
of
us,
but
again
thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
present
tonight
and
congratulations
on
serving
our
our
community
and
our
beautiful
children.
Thank
you,
Lord.
Thank
you.
A
A
E
Thank
you,
madam
president,
we'd
like
to
welcome
the
principal
of
George
Miss,
Terry
Ridley,
so
welcome
to
the
podium
and
we're
excited
about
all
of
our
students
who
I
happen
to
pass
in
the
hallway
a
few
minutes
ago
and
I
know
they're
excited
as
well,
so
miss
Ridley.
Take
it
away.
H
H
I
am
ceteria
Ridley,
the
proud
principal
of
George
Visual
and
Performing
Arts.
First
of
all,
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
for
George
staff
and
students
to
come
and
present
to
the
Adelanto
Elementary
School
District
Community.
Today
we
will
showcase
our
Visual
and
Performing
Arts
Department.
As
you
all
know,
research
shows
that
art
education
impacts
both
the
academic
and
social
lives
of
students.
H
We
are
proud
that
we
are
able
to
impact
student
lives
through
ART,
music
and
Theater
Arts,
and
support
the
students
of
Adelanto
Elementary
School
District,
with
a
Visual
and
Performing
Arts
program
for
tonight's
presentation.
Mr
Perry
will
take
the
lead
first,
as
he
presents
his
students
that
will
showcase
their
musical
talents
following
Mrs.
Martin
will
showcase
her
students
as
we
explore
both
the
theatrical
and
media
arts
and
then
Mr,
Longnecker
and
I
will
conclude
by
showcasing
student
ceramic
tile
art
without
further
Ado
Mr
Perry.
I
Evening
board
parents,
fellow
Educators,
I'm
Mr,
Perry
I,
have
the
honor
and
the
privilege
of
teaching
music
at
George.
Vision
performing
arts
school
and
I
have
three
students
who
would
play
keyboard
for
us
at
George.
They
are
in
sixth
grade
in
Miss
Isaac's
class.
They
come
to
me
for
keyboard
and
I
would
like
to
start
with
Mr
Jonathan
and
gulo,
who
will
be
playing
a
song
called
Solis.
I
I
G
G
G
I
Next
I'd
like
to
welcome
Mr
Kai
Loom
Lopez,
who
will
be
playing
hymnopodes
number
one
by
the
French
composer,
Eric
Satie.
J
J
I
Thank
you
kailu.
Thank
you.
Lastly,
I'd
like
to
welcome
Mr
Jose
arse,
who
will
be
playing
a
piece
that
contains
a
little
bit
of
Beethoven,
a
little
bit
of
Chopin
a
little
bit
of
Mozart
and
some
Franz
list
that
he
arranged
himself.
I
G
G
G
G
G
I
A
A
No
one
does
anything
alone
and
when
I
say
George
staff
I'm
talking
about
everyone,
the
office
staff,
the
kitchen
staff
right,
the
custodians,
the
aides,
the
librarian,
the
parents,
the
teachers,
the
principal
the
assistant
principle,
and
you
guys
all
of
us
are
responsible
for
the
young
minds
that
we
have
here
tonight
and
so
I
like
to
come
bearing
a
gift.
If
you
will
and
the
gift
is
in
the
form
of
your
imagination,
don't
forget
who
you
are
and
what
your
imagination
can
do.
A
They
say
if
you
read
a
fairy
tale,
A
Day
to
your
students
to
yourself
to
your
loved
ones.
Then
you
open
up
the
possibilities
of
the
imagination.
The
imagination
will
allow
you
to
create,
build
and
everything.
You
know.
We
always
think
about.
I
want
a
car.
We
imagine
that
car
some
of
us
going
to
sit
in
it
a
house,
and
so
we
welcome
you
to
open
your
imagination
tonight.
A
A
A
At
George
we
offer
film
Theater
Arts.
Now
we
have
a
podcast
studio
and
we're
moving
forward
as
the
world
moves
forward,
we're
moving
forward
with
them.
We
just
got
completed
a
full
feature,
film
of
the
greatest
showman,
which
is
online
and
I'm,
proud
of
our
kids,
our
babies,
let's
give
them
a
round
of
applause.
Please
stand
to
your
feet.
Some
of
the
actors
of

Performing

Take
Your
Bow.
Ladies
take
your
bow.
N
Hi,
my
name
is
Dosa
Gonzalez
and
I've,
been
at
George
for
nine
years.
I've
been
in
dramas,
film
and
production
for
since
third
grade,
and
some
of
the
Productions
I
have
been
in
is
the
greatest
showman.
The
film
Native,
Son
and
also
Cinderella
in
the
greatest
showman
I,
was
on
lyric
couple
and
another
couple:
I
learned
about
hard
work,
time
management
and
also
Kirk
choreography.
N
It's
all
about
timing
and
in
Cinderella
I
was
backstage
with
props
and
I
kind
of
messed
up,
but
I
also
learned
a
lot
about
it
and
I'll.
We
also
had
a
great
production
of
Cinderella
I
also
had
a
film
called
water
bottle
where
it
was
about
a
water
bottle's
life
to
the
recycling
bin
and
about
climate
change.
N
O
Hello,
I
am
and
I
will
be,
residing
a
part
or
a
stands
of
a
poem
called
the
road
not
taken
by
Robert
Frost,
two
roads
diverged
in
the
yellow,
wood
and
sorry
I
could
not
travel
both
and
B1
traveler
long
I
stood
and
looked
one
down
as
far
as
I
could
to
where
it
bent
in
the
undergrowth.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you,
George
family.
Thank
you,
Atlanta,
School,
District,
hey
got.
You
know
what
anybody
know
me
I'm.
You
know
I'm
gonna
say
something
all
right,
so
everybody
needs
to
get
along
in
this
District
I'm.
Sorry,
that's
me!
No
I'm,
not
sorry,
I'm,
not
sorry
work
together.
Let's
keep
in
mind
that
our
kids
come
first.
A
H
The
murals
created
by
George
Arts
students,
often
utilize
well-known
Masterpiece
status
images
as
art,
instructor
Mr
Longnecker,
feels
that
there
is
intrinsic
value
in
the
process
of
deconstructing,
well-known
images
that
have
become
part
of
humankind's
shared
visual
language
and
experience.
This
year
the
George
art
department
has
created
a
mural
to
dedicate
to
the
Adelanto
school
district
office,
go
ahead
and
take
a
look
over
to
that
wall.
H
If
you're
in
the
audience
to
the
right,
if
you're
on
the
board
and
cabinet
to
the
left,
the
image
chosen
entitled
The
Flower
carrier
is
a
famous
work
by
Mexican
mirrorless
Diego
Rivera,
Rivera's
colorful
painting
from
1935
depicts
a
man
in
white
clothing,
with
a
yellow
Sombrero,
with
an
oversized
basket
of
flowers,
strapped
to
his
back
with
a
yellow
sling,
a
woman
most
likely.
The
peasant's
wife
stands
behind
him,
trying
to
help
with
the
support
of
the
basket
as
he
attempts
to
rise
to
his
feet.
L
D
E
P
If
you
choose
to
not
do
do
it
as
a
profession,
please
don't
ever
stop
playing
because
you
bring
such
beauty
into
the
world
with
that
beaut,
beautiful,
music
and
I'm
kind
of
like
the
type
where
it's
good
music.
When
I
can
Vis
visualize
myself,
I
skate
skating
in
slow
mo
motion
and
I
just
got
chills
up
and
down
it
was
so
well
done.
You
may
have
thought
you
may
made
a
mistake.
I
had
no
idea
if
you
did
or
didn't,
but
it
was
just
so
view
beautifully,
played
and
I
appreciate
it.
P
So
much
and
I
love
the
cost
costumes
of
the
Arts
I
love
how
the
kids
come
out
so
confident.
A
lot
of
the
kids
don't
like
to
come
out
where
there's
a
bunch
of
adults,
you
know
watching
them
and
EV.
Everyone
was
so
con,
confident
in
their
their
part
and
I,
truly
truly
appreciate
what
they've
done
and
the
staff
for
your
support,
because
with
you
they're
grow
growing
into
the
these
art.
D
P
Q
Good
evening,
everybody
I'm
gonna
make
a
few
comments
on
special
recognitions
overall
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
our
20
25th
and
30th
Anniversary
workers.
You
are
very
much
appreciated
and
without
you,
we
wouldn't
have
years
of
wisdom
right
here
in
our
district,
so
I
do
think
all
of
you
for
your
sacrifices
and
dedication.
Q
As
for
student
performances
tonight,
wow,
okay,
that's
really
the
only
word
we
could
have
for
that
our
pianists.
Thank
you.
So
much
for
sharing
your
talent
with
us,
Mr
Perry.
This
is
a
teacher.
I
got
to
observe
before
break,
can
can
I
come
join
your
class
for,
like
you
know,
alcohol
are
in
this,
but
no,
it
is
always
a
pleasure
because
you
get
to
see
this
teacher
really
dedicate
his
time
into
his
students.
He
has
this.
This
piano
set
up
next
to
his
desk.
With
these
headphones.
That
was
really
cool.
Q
What
do
they
call
that
theater
theater?
Okay,
her
theater
program
with
me,
there
was
there's
another
word
for
it
as
it
was
amazing.
Unfortunately,
I
did
miss
that
performance,
but
I
cannot
wait
for
the
next
one
as
I
hear
they
are
a
blast.
Lastly,
Mr
Longnecker.
Thank
you
so
much
for
our
mural
that
I
I
s
like
took
a
peek
at
it,
because
I
didn't
know
where
what
it
was,
but
that
is
amazing.
Thank
you.
So
much
I
do
want
to
thank
all
parents
and
students
that
are
out
with
us
tonight.
Q
B
Oh
I
have
to
concur
with
my
fellow
trustees.
I
would
also
first
I
would
like
to
recognize
our
20
25
and
30
employees,
while
looking
out
in
the
audience
I
see
longevity
I
see
hard
work,
I
see
dedication
to
our
students
every
day.
Every
position
I
just
want
to
say,
congratulations
and
thank
you
for
all.
You
do
and
I
know
that
it
hasn't
been
easy,
but
you
guys
have
been
there
and
and
stood
the
test
of
time.
So
congratulations
I
would
like
to
congratulate
you
for
all.
B
You
do
and
all
you've
done
and
all
you
will
continue
to
do
our
students
looking
out
at
these
performances,
I
didn't
know
what
we
were
gonna.
What
are
we
going
to
receive?
I
mean,
but
wow
I
was
wowed.
The
piano
playing.
That
was
just
amazing.
You
guys
keep
keep
it
up.
You
can
really
take
this
to
another
level,
so
don't
ever
stop
as
trustee
Benz
mentioned.
B
You
know
you
have
talent,
all
of
you
have
talent
and
I'm
just
so
happy
that
you
were
able
to
be
entertained
by
you
and
I
know
that
you
will
continue
to
entertain
as
you
go
through
life.
So
with
your
academics
and
your
arts
and
your
crafts
just
keep
it
up,
I'm
just
really
happy
that
we're
able
to
provide
this
type
of
environment
for
our
students
that
which
all
of
us
CL
all
of
our
schools,
had
you
know
the
ability
to
do
this,
and
we
will.
We
will
be
doing
this
and
Miss
Ridley.
B
B
Thank
you
and
all
the
teachers
and
parents.
We
couldn't
do
it
without
you
and
so
I
just
would
like
to
say
you
know,
keep
up
the
outstanding
work
and
this
mural
wow.
That
is
absolutely
amazing.
When
George
was
built,
Miss
Martin
did
a
mural
like
that
at
the
front
of
the
entrance
to
George
and
I.
Remember
it
today,
I
remember
seeing
that.
Well,
this
is
great
talent.
This
should
be
in
the
newspaper.
Actually
it
really
should,
because
that's
amazing,
it
really
is
amazing.
A
Thank
you,
trustee
Turner,
so
I
concur
with
the
rest
of
my
fellow
board.
Members.
I
do
want
to
say
that.
C
Oh,
it
was
wonderful
and
all
I
can
say
is:
it
was
just
greatness
all
the
way
around,
and
you
know
the
teachers
and
the
students
just
stunning
and
to
be
able
not
to
see
it
or
be
there
in
present.
I
can
only
imagine
how
much
more
beautiful
it
was.
So.
Thank
you
very
much
all
of
you.
It
was
just
stunning.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you,
trustee
Equus,
so
I
don't
want
to
repeat
everything
that
everyone
else
said
so
I'll
just
take
a
different
turn.
Of
course,
I
love,
music
I,
do
I,
love,
music
and
I,
wish
that
I
always
wished
that
I
could
sing
I
sing
anyway.
But
if
you
need
anybody
to
sing
with
you,
I
can
do
it.
Just
call
me
I'll
come.
The
next
thing
is
that
George
is
you
know
a
school
that
when
you
see
the
children
on
Saturdays
I've
been
over
to
help
Miss
Martin?
A
When
you
see
them
on
Saturdays,
you
know
just
running
around
in
character.
You
know
running
to
get
the
different
stuff,
the
ones
that
are
I
don't
know
each
person's
little
position,
but
the
one
that
is
sewing
the
costumes
and
the
ones
that
are
bringing
out
the
the
technology
part
they
are
all
intertwining
and
then
when
they
pull
it
all
together.
You're.
A
Looking
like,
oh
my
goodness
like
this,
is
you
know
these
are
children
middle
schoolers,
you
know
and
you're
looking
like,
oh
I
can't
believe
that
you
know
that
they
have
put
so
much
effort
into
it
and
they
just
all
kind
of
like
intertwine
and
flow
together.
I
was
there
to
see.
Cinderella
Cinderella
came
out
in
a
carriage
that
I
was
like
who
made
that
like
can
I
fit
in
there,
I,
don't
know
how
it
rolled
out,
but
it
had
lights
on
it.
It
was
so
beautiful.
A
Beautiful
performance
is
really
thank
you
very
much
for
all
you
do
over
at
George.
Thank
you
to
Mr
Perry
that
music.
You
can
teach
me
how
to
play,
maybe
like
they
say,
I
had
long
fingers
right
and
they
said
they
were
going
to
be
able
to
teach
me.
But
I,
don't
know
what
happened.
I,
don't
know,
I
think
my
grandmother
tried
I
think
she
did
and,
of
course,
Miss
Martin.
You
know
I
ca.
I
cannot
take
anything
of
the
way
from
the
joy
that
she
brings
to
me.
Even
as
a
parent.
A
She
will
have
sidebars
to
me
and
say,
and
I
go.
Okay.
I
will
I
will
I
will
I
will
I'll?
Do
it
I'll?
Do
it
I'll
do
it.
You
know,
but
I
want
to
just
say.
Thank
you
to
George.
George
is
just
you
know.
We
have
lots
of
I
think
that
we're
going
to
be
getting
some
money
for
the
Performing,
Arts
or
theaters
or
something
they
were
saying.
A
You
know
and
that's
something
that
we
need
across
our
schools,
not
just
that
George
all
children
need
to
be
able
to
experience
the
Performing
Arts.
Thank
you
very
much.
I
appreciate
it.
Thank
you.
I
appreciate
it.
I
want
to
say
the
children,
but
it's
already
been
said,
but
you
guys
are
awesome.
Thank
you
so
much.
Thank
you.
A
The
public
comment
period
is
administered
by
state
law
and
is
the
point
in
the
meeting
set
aside
for
members
of
the
public
to
share
their
opinions
with
the
board
open
meeting
laws
do
not
permit
the

or
answer

protocols
for
speakers.
Any
person
who
wishes
to
address
the

board
on
closed

items.
A
Only
must
complete
the
must,
complete
and
submit
ASD
speaker

five
minutes
before
the
meeting
is
called
to
order.
Public
comments
will
only
be
taken
on
agenda
items
during
the
discussion
of
those
items.
The
board
values
public
comments
and
although
the
Board
of
Trustees
cannot
take
action
or
discuss
items
not
on
the

the
Board
of

listen
carefully
and

Additionally,
a

for
exceeding
the
allotted

or
for
willfully,
causing
any
actual
disruption
to
the

before
cutting
the

off
or
removing
someone.
A
The
board
will
give
at
least
one
clear
warning
if
you
were
cut

Please
consider
that
your

individual
speakers
are
allowed
three
minutes

the

on
each
closed

agenda
item
the
board
limits
the
total
time
for
public

on
each
item
to
20
minutes
with

consent.
The
president
may
increase
or
decrease
the
time
allowed
for
public
presentations
depending
on
the
topic
and
the
number
of
persons
wishes
to
be
heard.
A
Thank
you
I'll
say
that
again,
I
always
choke
up
right
here.
Do
we
have
any
speakers
for
from
adta.
E
R
R
All
right
so
good
evening,
Madam
president
honor
trustees,
Mr
Krause
and
cabinet
I,
come
before
you
today
with
deep
concerns
over
the
health
of
our
district
bus
routes
have
stopped
running,
and
if
the
parents
can't
bring
their
children,
they
are
absent
and
missing
instruction.
We
too
are
missing
their
Ada.
We
have
13
certificated
vet
vacancies
and
there
are
only
a
few
counselors
to
meet
the
needs
of
hundreds
of
students.
We
are
understaffed
with
professionals
as
well.
R
We
have
pockets
of
people
with
email
issues
that
cannot
be
resolved
because
our
Tech
staff
is
overworked
and
strained
our
classes
are
packed
full
without
any
of
the
help
that
was
promised
classes
with
32
to
36.
Students
were
supposed
to
get
an
aide
to
support
the
teacher,
but
not
only
is
it
too
crowded
for
another
adult
anyway,
there
are
no
candidates
like
rats
leaving
a
sinking
ship.
We
are
losing
teachers,
administrators,
techs,
bus
drivers
and
paraprofessionals
to
other
districts.
R
I,
don't
blame
them
in
the
least,
and
please
forgive
the
metaphor
of
rats
that
that
is
our
district,
a
sinking
ship.
It
is
shameful
that
our
coffers
sit,
replete
with
reserves
and
children
are
leaving.
Second
grade
illiterate
for
want
of
support
and
Personnel.
It
is
shameful
that
we
cannot
attract
speech
teachers
and
so
we
contract
to
an
out-of-state
service
that
provides
Zoom
services
to
kids
requiring
speech
services.
It
is
virtually
impossible
to
Address
speech
issues
over
over
Zoom.
R
It
is
shameful
that
our
cabinet
and
board
went
on
an
expensive
Retreat,
while
60
threshold
of
salaries
and
benefits
was
not
met.
That
shortfall
of
the
60
percent
last
year
amounted
to
over
6.7
million
dollars
that
should
have
been
paid
to
us.
I
no
longer
think
of
the
salary.
Do
us,
as
simply
the
governor's
prescribed
Cola.
It
is
back
pay.
In
recent
years
we
received
one
or
two
percent
salary
increases
when
the
cola
each
year
was
well
above
that
it
is
one
thing
to
be
fiscally
conservative
and
responsible.
R
R
That
cannot
be
the
aim
to
our
best
system,
thereby
destroying
our
Ada
income
to
jam
pack,
our
classes
to
deny
us
the
counselors,
our
kids
need,
as
we
navigate
behavior
issues
never
before
seen
all
resulting
in
academic
failure.
I
have
to
wonder
if
this
is
by
Design
to
destroy
the
district
so
that
the
state
and
Charter
Schools
can
take
hold
I
understand
that
increasing
salaries
is
not
just
for
one
year,
but
going
forward.
Also,
we
are
due
this
money.
R
Other
districts
are
keeping
with
inflation
and
have
for
several
years
we
are
so
far
behind
is
going
to
take
a
great
deal
to
make
us
whole.
We
have
the
Reserves.
We
have
the
Ada.
We
have
a
growing
District
as
homes
continue
to
be
built.
Each
Year's
students
should
be
the
ones
benefiting
from
the
Ada
they
generate.
This
money
is
not
meant
to
be
hoarded
for
a
rainy
day.
Our
reserves
are
well
stocked
for
the
rainy
day.
Even
if
the
seller
scale
is
raised,
the
benefits
would
be.
R
We
could
attract
candidates
for
the
many
vacancies
we
now
have
too
many
classes
are
staffed
with
long-term
Subs,
Pips
and
sips
I
found
it
very
interesting
that
we
had
four
very
interested
and
very
capable
candidates
for
a
recent
distance
opening,
but
every
time
we
have
an
interview
for
a
teaching
position,
we
are
lucky
to
get
one
candidate
to
decide
a
simple,
yes
or
no.
We
don't
have
options
or
choices.
We
cannot
make
the
best
choice
when
we
only
have
one
choice.
R
This
tells
me
that
our
district
office
pay
ranges
are
attractive
to
prospective
employees,
not
so
with
our
certificated
and
classified
salaries,
and
even
though
we
have
little
Choice
when
it
comes
to
new
teachers.
Some
of
them
are
amazing,
but
they
too
quickly
see
how
damaged
our
district
is,
and
they
all
sleep
for
greener
pastures,
I
hope
you
are
seeing
now.
That
is
not
just
a
question
of
salary.
It
is
a
question
of
class
size
and
support
for
our
behavior
issues,
a
need
to
offer
full
services
to
our
students,
in
addition
to
competitive
salaries.
R
The
bottom
line
really
is
pay
your
people,
but
it
is
a
matter
of
quality
of
work.
Life
too.
We
are
exhausted,
burned
out,
and
many
of
us
are
literally
sick
and
tired.
There
are
a
lot
of
Staff
abscesses,
but
this
is
a
trauma
response.
We
are
saving
our
sanity
to
take
a
day
off
at
the
risk
of
not
having
a
sub
to
take
our
class.
It
would
go
a
long
way
to
feeling
respected
for
the
professionals.
We
are
to
see
the
board
direct,
the
district
to
number
one
rectify
the
shortfall
to
the
60.
R
That
was
due
us
last
year,
number
two
calculate
Cola,
based
on
the
past
several
years,
Cola
that
was
denied
to
us
number
three
fully
fund,
our
PPO
medical,
so
that
members
of
our
staff
don't
have
to
spend
almost
50
percent
of
salary
on
Health
Care.
Some
don't
have
the
option
of
using
Kaiser
number
four
reduce
our
class
sizes
in
fourth
and
fifth
grade
to
a
cap
of
30
and
begin
each
year
with
classes
under
filled
to
allow
room
to
grow.
It
isn't
enough
to
be
react,
as
we
were
during
the
past
few
years.
R
S
S
Good
evening
Madam
president
La
French
trustees,
Mr
Krause
cabinet,
classified
staff,
certificate
of
staff
and
all
others
attending
this
meeting
today,
CSEA
had
a
good
day:
Grayling
Easton,
our
csca
Labor
Relations
representative
Jennifer
Gonzalez,
our
first
vice
Brandon
Lewis
a
negotiator
and
myself
went
out
to
our
school
sites
and
departments
to
recruit
new
members
and
were
very
successful.
In
addition,
we
were
able
to
issue
25
Amazon
gift
certificates
to
the
majority
of
our
members.
S
Instead
of
having
a
Christmas
party
in
December,
we
were
able
to
get
comments
and
recommendations
from
our
staff,
also
what
we,
what
we
need
to
do
to
help
them
get
along
and
do
a
great
job
on
another
subject.
Last
year
we
had
a
reclassification
opportunity
for
members
and
were
also
successful
with
increased
hours,
increase
in
position
range
and
extending
and
employment
from
180
dollar.
Excuse
me,
from
180
days
to
12
month,
employee.
S
What
we
would
like
to
see
this
year
is
ability
to
address
all
classifications,
improved
communication
and
a
dedication
to
improve
our
transportation
department
without
our
Ada
and
the
education
of
our
students.
That's
what
we're
all
here
for
it's,
it's
terrible
what's
happening!
Thank
you
for
giving
me
this
opportunity
to
speak
and
have
a
great
evening.
T
All
right,
good
night
or
good
evening,
everyone,
my
name,
is
Debbie
Thomas
I've
worked
in
the
Adelanto
school
district
for
the
last
27
years.
I've
also
been
on
the
bargaining
team
about
nine
years
over
the
course
of
my
career
for
those
as
bargaining
chair
this
year,
I'm
not
on
there,
but,
as
you
can
see,
what's
in
front
of
you,
I
still
go
and
I
start
comparing
salary
schedules.
I
know
we
keep
talking
about
to
look
at
the
other
school
districts
and
stuff.
T
If
you're
looking
at
the
paper
I've
con
I've
compared
us
to
Apple
Valley,
Hesperia,
Victor,
Elementary
and
Victor
Union
at
step,
one
column,
one
step,
10
column,
three
step
20
column,
four
or
five
depending
and
the
highest
possible
salary
that
we
could
get.
If
we
did
our
career
in
avalanto,
if
you
see
the
green,
that
is
where
those
districts
beat
us.
If
you
see
red
it's
where
the
we
beat
that
particular
district
and
the
only
time
we
are
ever
ahead
of
any
of
those
districts
is
step.
T
One
column,
one
with
Apple,
Valley
and
all
those
other
instances
we
are
behind.
When
you
go
through
that
packet
at
the
back,
I've
included
the
salary
schedules,
numbers
don't
lie,
so
it's
right
there
so
that
you
can
check
my
numbers
for
you
anyway.
So
on
the
second
page,
what
I
did
because
I
have
nothing
else
to
do?
I
guess
is
I,
don't
know
about.
T
Eight
years
ago
we
matched
Victor
Elementary's
pay
schedule,
so
what
I
did
is
I
went
through
all
of
those
pay
schedules
and
every
single
cell
I
found
out
what
was
the
highest
paying
sell
between
all
the
districts
and
that's
what
I
created
for
us.
So
you
can
just
look
at
it
to
understand
where
we're
going
or
where
we
could
go
this
year.
They've
already
settled
all
of
those
salary
schedules
say
22.23.
We
are
the
only
ones
that
haven't
settled
salary.
That
means
this
is
a
year.
T
We
could
catch
up,
I'm,
not
saying
that
we
should
be
the
highest
paid,
I'm
saying
that
we
should
at
least
match
it.
You
I
know
that
supposedly
some
of
the
board
members
have
been
heard
to
say
they're
tired
of
hearing
about
salary.
They
don't
understand
why
we
make
some
we
make.
Why
are
we
complaining
about?
We
make
we
make
good
money.
The
point
is,
we
should
be
comparable
to
the
districts
around
us
and
obviously
we're
not.
T
That
being
said,
I
know,
as
a
bargaining
chair,
that
you
can
make
the
difference.
I
appeal
to
you,
because,
as
a
member
of
the
bargaining
team
and
the
chair,
I
know
that
when
we
were
trying
to
settle
one
night
during
a
storm
and
I
think
Mrs,
Zeke's
and
Mrs
Turner
were
still
on.
You
guys
were
on
the
phone
with
them
and
every
time
we
did
a
bargaining
thing,
we
were
going
to
settle
that
night
and
I
think
it
was
at
10
o'clock.
We
did
because
you
were
there
and
you
were
involved.
T
I
know
that
when
we
presented
the
Victor
Elementary
School
District
salary
schedule,
we
didn't
get
a
fight.
That
means
that
you
had
already
approved
that
ahead
of
time
and
told
them
to
do
it
and
the
most
amazing
one
is
when
I
presented
us
getting
a
prep
period
in
this
district
and
Todd
Beale
thought
I
was
crazy.
T
You
guys
he
came
back
and
said
you
directed
him
to
do
it
so
I'm
appealing
to
you
to
look
at
this,
see
what
other
districts
are
making
in
the
high
desert,
and
it's
not
that
we're
asking
for
something
impossible.
We're
asking
to
have
comparable
salary
schedule
and
that's
where
we're
at
so
I
hope
you
look
at
it.
If
you
have
any
questions,
you
can
ask
me
I
know
I'm
over,
but
thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much.
U
I'm
speaking
as
a
parent
recently
became
aware
that
my
daughter's
homeroom
teacher
maybe
moved
due
to
technicality,
what
have
you
something
with
that
and
I'm
very
concerned
about
that?
Because
he's
a
strong
teacher
he's
not
credentialed
yet,
but
he
is
a
strong
teacher.
Our
students
really
work
well
with
him.
Our
students,
some
of
the
kids,
are
a
little
bit.
You
know
a
little
trouble,
they
will
go
and
speak
with
him
and
he
counsels
them.
We're
actually
very
I.
U
Consider
us
very
lucky
to
have
landed
this
teenager
he's
the
gentleman
by
the
name
of
Mr
mix
and
he's
actually
he's
got.
Lots
of
experience
he's
actually
worked
as
an
administrator
in
a
charter
district
and
he's
now
with
us.
There's
got
to
be
something
that
we
could
do
to
keep
him
we're
in
crisis.
We
don't
have
teachers
applying.
We
have
empty
slots
again
as
a
parent.
U
This
is
something
that
you
know
like
before
we
heard
about
salary
does
need
to
be
definitely
taken
care
of,
but
right
now
in
the
moment
we
have
enough
crisis
happening,
let's
not
create
another
one.
Please
there's
got
to
be
something
that
we
could
do
to
make
that
happen
again.
Just
once
again
shows
how
serious
you
know
what's
happening
right
now
across
the
state
you
know,
but
where
this
is
crisis
mode
there
has
to
be
something
we
can
do
to
help
not
move
around
people
that
are
in
these
positions.
U
A
D
J
D
A
A
The
board
took
action
and
closed
session
to
accept
the
final
settlement.
Agreement
for
oah
case
number:
two:
zero:
two,
two
one:
zero
zero,
eight
six,
seven,
it
was
moved
by
trustee,
Turner
and
second
by
trustee
Benz.
The
vote
was
five
to
one
eyes:
Turner
Webster,
I'm,
sorry,
the
vote.
The
report
of
the
vote
is
as
followed
eyes:
Turner,
Webster,
bins,
eckus
and
love
French.
A
E
Csea,
do
you
see
anybody
Mr
snatcher
from
CSEA
for
Open
Session.
E
Yes,
Madam
president
we'd
like
to
welcome
Miss
Kansas,
Devlin
I
believe
she's
on
zoo,
Mr
Sinatra.
If
you
could
ask
her
to
me,
please.
G
A
K
K
The
communication
has
greatly
improved
and
as
a
parent
and
an
employee
of
the
district,
it
makes
a
little
bit
less
stress
at
home,
knowing
that
one
I
have
to
find
busing
or
a
way
to
get
my
kid
to
school,
but
giving
me
enough
time
to
be
able
to
do
so,
and
so
on
behalf
of
the
parents,
at
least.
From
my
point
of
view,
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you,
because
that
was
the
biggest
concern
was
communication
wasn't
established
in
a
timely
manner
prior
to
the
last
board
meeting.
So
thank
you.
K
E
Yes,
Madam
president
we'd
like
to
welcome
Mr
Andrew
Irvin
to
the
podium
Mr
Urban.
W
All
right
technology
I
think
it's
great
when
it
works.
Thank
you
very
much.
Trustee
bentz,
Webster
trustee,
Turner
eckers,
let's
see
and
trustee,
is
it
love
French?
Is
that
the
way
I
say
it?
Yes,
it
is
great.
Thank
you
very
much
for
inviting
me
or
having
me
speak
and
thank
you
Mr
Krause
and
Mr
Moran.
Thank
you
very
much.
W
I
love
working
in
Adelanto
and
some
of
you
have
visited
with
me
individually
and
thanks
very
much
I'm
here
to
invite
you
to
come
and
observe
and
participate
in
the
reading
club
that
Matt,
Carlson
and
I
have
developed
Matt,
mostly
under
the
auspice
of
Christina
Valenzuela
at
Braddock
Elementary.
So
we
meet
on
Wednesday
nights
at
5
30..
We
have
seven
families
last
week
that
showed
up.
It
was
crazy
and
we
have
siblings.
We
have
older,
siblings,
younger,
siblings
parents.
W
Both
sets
of
parents
meeting
visiting
reading
processing
paraphrasing
answers.
It's
it's
a
full-on
madhouse,
it's
wonderful!
It
really
is,
and
so
we
meet
at
5
30.
If
you
want
to
come
to
the
Southwest
gate,
we
we
are
there.
We
manage
people
coming
in
and
out.
There's
not
too
many
people
going
out
until
the
end
of
the
session,
we're
there
for
an
hour
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
personal
invitation
to
each
of
you
to
come
and
join,
participate
and
I
think
you
would
find
it
exciting.
W
You
may
have
seen
pictures
that
I
sent
to
Mr
Krause
last
week
or
maybe
10
days
ago.
So
if
you
had
a
chance
for
that,
that's
great
too
thanks
very
much.
V
V
I
invite
anybody
to
come
by
anytime,
I'm
sure
everybody
here
is
familiar
with,
where
it
is
across
from
City
Hall,
the
building
that
was
covered
with
all
the
trees
and
it's
not
covered
anymore.
You
can
see
it
we're
there.
Every
morning
from
eight
in
the
morning,
till
7
30
8
o'clock,
I
close
up
it's
open
for
any
kid
to
come
there.
V
We
have
a
very
large
program,
so
I
invite
any
one
of
you
to
come
by
anytime.
You
don't
have
to
call
and
make
an
appointment
just
show
up.
I
just
want
to
build
that
relation
back
with
the
school
district.
I,
don't
know
everybody
but
I'm
sure
I'll
get
to
know
all
you
guys.
Thank
you.
E
X
I
would
like
to
say
good
evening
to
everybody
a
few
of
you
Mr
Miranda,
who
I
am
I'm.
X
I,
have
a
deeper
I'm
here
to
express
some
concerns
that
I
have
with
one
of
your
schools
or
Columbia,
with
your
policy
from
what
I've
been
told
that
men
and
women
can
freely
go
in
the
bathroom
with
our
children
if
they
knock
and
you
women
here
on
the
stage
up
here
in
front
of
me,
I'm
pretty
sure
would
not
be
comfortable
with
some
man
walking
in
the
bathroom
with
you
when
I
I've
been
trying
to
address
this
issue
since
November
when
I
have
spoke
out
about
the
principle
and
I'm
being
rude
to
me
and
disrespectful,
it
has
escalated
to
the
point
where
my
daughter
is
being
and
she's
a
special
needs,
child
her
she's
being
denied
Services.
X
X
There
has
been
an
issue
when
my
daughter
made
it
said
that
men
pulled
her
out
of
the
restroom
that
was
found
to
be
false,
but
I've
talked
to
my
daughter,
as
well
as
about
six
different
girls
coming
to
my
house
every
weekend,
and
they
all
dressed
that
your
staff
freak
as
long
as
they
knock
according
to
Mr
Moran,
can
go
in
the
bathroom
with
our
children
at
will.
X
This
is
also
including
the
PE
teacher,
the
fact
that
he
could
tell
my
daughter
and
other
students
that,
if
I
catch
you
on
your
phone
I'm
taking
it
away
with
no
female
staff
present
that
shows
that
he
is
in
the
locker
room
with
these
girls.
While
there
are
changing.
How
else
would
he
know,
and
the
fact
that
this
has
taken
since
November
Michael
Klaus
I
have
dressed
this
to
him,
and
his
response
to
me
was
in
an
email
that
this
is
not
happening
in
my
schools.
X
Thank
you
not,
and
until
today
was
the
first
time
I've
heard
from
him
since
November
about
this
issue,
and
he
said
he
will
talk
to
me
tomorrow,
but
I
want
to
know
why
you
guys
have
an
open
policy
that
men
can
go
in
the
bathroom
with
our
children
as
well
as
now
my
dog
I'm,
getting
reports
that
she's,
not
there
I
drop.
Her
I
call
her
on
video
chat.
X
She
shows
me
that
she's
in
class,
but
I,
am
being
threatened
with
a
paper
that,
when
I
was
handed
handed
to
me,
that
I
will
be
prosecuted
by
your
District
in
the
D.A
for
her
attendance
when
your
staff
are
changing
her
attendance
like
he
said
this
morning.
Yes,
the
teacher
can
Mark
her
there,
but
ultimately
the
staff
in
the
office-
and
this
is
not
just
this
school-
it's
happened
with
Mesa
Linda
to
the
point
where
my
one
of
her
my
daughter's
teacher
lives
across
the
street.
X
She
is
my
friend,
my
kids
hang
out
there
daily
and
she's
she's
called
me
and
said.
Yes,
your
daughter
is
here
and
I'm
like.
Why
are
you
guys,
marking
her
absence
and
I?
Had
security
guards?
Remove
me
from
the
campus
yesterday,
one
of
them
with
a
gun
on
his
hip
hand,
on
gun,
told
me
that
the
administration
Mr
Upshaw,
told
me
I,
am
not
a
welcomed
on
your
school
campuses
and
I
was
removed
and
walked
to
my
car.
So
now
my
daughter
and
me
are
being
harassed.
X
My
family
are
being
attacked,
she's,
not
getting
the
services
she
needs
as
a
special
ed
I
am
waiting
for
Donald
English.
To
call
me
tomorrow,
I
used
to
talk
to
a
doctor,
I
forgot
her
name,
but
the
head
of
Department
of
Education
I
would
like
to
let
everybody
know
here
a
little
history.
My
grandmother
helped
write
the
laws
of
California.
X
X
E
A
E
Madam
President,
we
do
have
one
speaker
left
Miss
Lisa,
Martinelli
we'd
like
to
welcome
her
to
the
podium.
Please.
Y
Good
evening,
thank
you,
I
did
put
in
an
online
thing
online
application,
but
I
don't
know
what
happened.
So.
Thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
speak.
I
do
want
to
say
that
since
I've
been
coming,
I
have
really
enjoyed
the
presentations
of
the
students
and
through
that
you
can
see
the
gift
that
allows
them
to
fly.
Y
Y
F
Okay,
great
thank
you,
Mr
Krause,
all
right
good
evening,
president
of
French
trustees,
Mr
Cross,
District,
colleagues
and
Community.
Let
me
start
I
know
last
time,
and
this
will
be
brief
on
this
section.
Negotiations
with
agta
our
next
scheduled
negotiations
take
takes
place,
Tuesday
next
Tuesday
January
31st.
F
Looking
forward
to
that
meeting,
also
with
CSEA.
Our
next
meeting
is
next
week:
Friday
February
3rd.
We
are
making
progress
with
csca
I
believe
last
time.
I
also
shared
that
our
CSEA
partners
and
the
district
are
meeting
to
revamp
and
update
several
job
descriptions,
and
so
we
do
have
a
meeting
just
for
the
job
descriptions
this
Monday
January
10th.
So
we
appreciate
the
work
in
progress.
We're
making
with
our
csca
partners
I'd
like
to
also
remind
everybody
that
our
HR
team
is
finalizing.
F
Our
customer
service
training
that
takes
place
this
Friday
January
27th
it's
a
non-student
day,
but
this
training
is
going
to
sit
alongside
this
Dr
Dwight
will
probably
share
herpes,
but
on
Friday
January
27th
at
Gus.
Franklin
again
is
the
customer
service
training.
We
look
forward
to
our
school
and
District
secretaries,
clerks
and
health
clerks.
It's
also
been
open
up
to
our
bus
drivers
to
attend
on
Friday.
F
Also,
our
HR
staff
are
continuing
to
improve
their
skills
by
attending
various
trainings
and
webinars.
Recently,
our
HR
staff
attended
an
education
code
leave
coordination,
training
and
this
helps
to
understand
and
coordinate
appropriate
leave
requests.
F
Also
I
had
shared
a
couple
months
back
and
the
board
did
approve
this
action.
I
believe
last
summer
for
Dana
Curtis
and
Alejandra
Gonzalez
from
our
HR
office
to
attend
the
AXA
Personnel
Academy.
They
have
now
completed
five
weekend
weekends
weekend
sessions,
it's
a
Friday
Saturday.
They
have
two
more
before
they
finish
that
Academy.
So
they're,
appreciative
of
that
and
then
last
week,
I
also
had
the
opportunity
to
to
attend
access
negotiator.
F
Symposium
this
event
had
a
mix
of
a
variety
of
things:
interactive
and
informative
workshops
led
by
Consultants
attorneys,
different
HR
practitioners
and
the
Symposium
brought
together.
Lots
of
HR
leads
from
up
and
down
the
state
to
help,
and
it
helps
us
stay
informed
on
any
changing
employment
legislation
provided
opportunities
for
me
also
to
network
with
other
colleagues
up
and
down
the
state
and
were
able
to
exchange
information.
F
Also
I'd
like
to
thank
Dana
and
iredi,
and
our
team
for
setting
up
meetings
with
our
University
partners
that
are
going
to
be
happening
soon,
to
discuss
again
student
teaching
opportunities,
as
well
as
scholarship
opportunities
for
our
paraprofessionals,
some
of
the
universities,
our
Grand
Canyon,
University,
Cal,
State,
San,
Bernardino
and
UMass
global
I.
Also
like
to
thank
Melanie.
F
As
you
know,
she
was
a
appointed
director
of
risk
management
benefits
back
in
December,
so
she's
going
to
be
making
a
first
presentation
in
front
of
the
DAC
I
believe
it's
this
Thursday
to
review
school
safety
plans,
so
I
wish
her
good
luck
there
and
the
last
I'd
like
to
share
is
today,
as
you
know,
board
and
the
community.
We
were
going
through
the
federal
program
monitoring
this
year
and
a
part
of
that
work
was
making
sure
that
our
Title
IX
team
was
trained.
F
So
today,
with
our
with
our
attorney
team,
we
completed
the
Title
IX
training
I'd
like
to
thank
the
following
people
who
attended
this
morning:
a
three-hour
training,
Kathy
usevich
principal
from
Melva
Dr
Ward
from
El
Mirage,
Carol
Colburn
director
here
at
the
district
Mr
Alex
verdusco
from
Victoria
mcgathan
Melanie
from
my
office
and
ayude
Eddie,
Peralta
and
myself.
So
we
had
that
training
today
and
so
we're
going
to
be
in
compliance
and
submit
those
items
through.
D
F
D
M
Right,
thank
you
good
evening.
Everyone
so
good
evening
to
our
board
president
love
French
Board
of
Trustees,
our
aesd
staff
and
community.
So
it's
my
pleasure
to
share
with
you
some
of
the
highlights
from
our
academic
Services
team.
First
off
we
like
to
thank
all
of
those
in
attendance,
this
past
Saturday.
We
had
our
Science
and
History
Day
Fair
we
had
over.
We
had
about
102
displays
from
all
over
the
district.
M
It
was
so
great
to
see
the
pride
and
the
smiles
we
thank
our
Trustees
for
attending,
and
we
want
to
thank
Melvin
Davis
for
hosting
us
and
our
academic
Services
team
for
all
their
hard
work.
But
the
thank
you
goes
to
the
schools,
the
teachers,
the
students
and
the
parents
for
making
this
such
a
great
event.
So
they
were,
there
were
some
projects
that
just
really
they
all
blew
me
away.
To
be
honest
with
you,
so
thank
you
for
your
work
to
our
district,
for
that.
M
This
Friday
Mr
Moran
already
mentioned
that
this
is
our
professional
development
date
as
a
non-student
day.
We
want
to
invite
all
of
our
teachers
to
attend
where
we
have
sessions
on
math
language
arts
focus
on
reading.
How
do
we
help
our
students
to
do
better
in
their
reading,
and
so
all
of
the
things
that
we
learned,
this
Friday
support
our
effective
classroom
practices,
so
we
are
looking
forward
to
that
day.
M
I
enjoyed
those
sessions
too
I
love
learning
alongside
our
teachers,
so
board.
You
are
also
welcome
to
drop
in
and
say
hello.
Principals
have
begun
the
work
of
revising
we're
already
in
our
season,
so
we
call
sipsa
it's
our
school
plan
for
student
achievement.
We
actually
spent
all
of
January
in
our
site
leadership
meetings.
Looking
at
our
data,
which
includes
our
academic,
our
discipline,
our
attendance,
which
incr
includes
our
chronic
absenteeism.
M
Our
theme
this
year
is
how
do
we
positively
move
our
schools
forward?
We
want
to
make
sure
we're
addressing
the
needs
of
the
whole
child,
and
so
site
leaders
also
model
and
engage
the
school
staff
in
these
same
discussions
that
we
do
at
our
site
leadership
meetings
with
their
staff.
So
we
look
forward
to
bringing
those
highlights
to
you
at
an
upcoming
board
meeting
toward
the
end
of
the
year.
When
those
are
revised.
This
Thursday,
we
do
have
our
district
advisory
council
meeting.
M
We
will
be
in
trustee
area,
5,
that's
going
to
be
in
person
at
Adelanto,
Elementary
School.
You
can
attend
in
person.
If
you
can't
intend
in
person,
you
may
attend
virtually
Mr
Moran
mentioned
this,
but
the
topic
is
school
safety
and
that
will
be
presented
by
our
director
of
risk
and
benefits.
Miss
Melanie
Olson
Savala.
M
So
the
meeting
is
open
to
all
those
who
want
to
attend,
but
primarily
it's
our
School
site,
DAC
Representatives,
who
come
to
the
meeting,
and
they
take
that
meeting
back
to
their
SSC
council
at
school.
So
we'll
be
sending
this
information
out
via
parent
square,
and
it
can
also
be
found
on
our
website,
and
tomorrow
is
our
district-wide.
We
call
it
a
practice
testing
day
it's
when
all
of
our
students
grade
three
through
eight
are
taking
part
in
a
practice
Ela
and
math
IAB.
M
This
helps
us
to
prepare
for
State
Testing,
which
is
coming
up
in
April
and
May
gives
us
a
chance
to
test
out
the
system.
Are
there
any
kinks,
and
so
that
way,
I
will
be
all
ready
to
go
when
testing
rolls
around.
So
many
great
things
in
academic
Services,
I'd
like
to
thank
our
team
and
all
of
our
colleagues
for
their
support.
E
Great
thank
you
Mr
Moran,
Dr,
dwyzan
and
good
evening,
members
of
the
board
and
members
of
the
audience
here
with
us,
and
those
of
you
out
on
Zoom
I,
appreciate
you
joining
us
this
evening.
So
just
a
few
quick
updates-
and
it's
always
refreshing
to
hear
from
our
human
resources
team
and
our
academic
Services
team,
there's
so
many
great
things
going
on
in
our
district
and
so
I'm.
Just
going
to
add
a
few
more
things
to
that.
E
We
several
of
us
did
have
the
privilege
of
going
to
the
every
student
counts
Symposium
in
Palm
Desert
this
month
and
I
have
to
tell
you
that
it's
truly
amazing
to
see
people
from
all
over
the
state
of
California
get
together
and
talk
about
our
students
and
their
needs
and
and
how
you
know.
We
hear
it
so
many
times.
E
Every
single
student
does
count
in
our
district,
not
only
in
our
district
but
in
every
District,
in
the
state
of
California
and
in
the
country,
and
so
it
was
just
refreshing
to
hear
some
best
practices
going
on
hear
from
some
great
speakers
about
what
they're
doing
and
what
they
have
done
in
the
past
and
I
know.
Dr
dwison
and
her
team
are
really
excited
to
be
looking
at
some
more
professional
development
to
bring
to
our
teachers
and
staff
here
in
the
district.
E
That
will
help
them
in
the
work
that
they
do
every
day
in
our
classroom,
so
excited
about
that.
We
did
hear
earlier
about
hiring
and
I
did
want
to
tell
you.
I
have
a
flyer
here.
It
says
we
are
hiring
and
we
have
the
opportunity.
Well,
okay,
there
we
go.
We
had
the
opportunity
to
share
this
in
the
high
desert
chamber,
Commerce
magazine,
which
goes
out
to
all
of
the
businesses
in
the
high
desert,
and
it
was
in
there
this
past
month.
E
It
will
be
in
there,
and
so
many
many
organizations
were
able
to
receive
that
as
far
as
our
hiring
and
so
also
in
case
you're.
Listening
out
there,
whoever
owns
this
giant
electronic
billboard
out
in
front
of
the
district
office,
we
are
trying
to
get
a
hold
of
you.
Please
call
us
back
we'd
really
like
to
advertise
on
that,
billboard
about
our
job
vacancies
and
also
about
enrollment.
So
if
you're
listening
out
there,
we
have
tried
to
call
that
number.
E
We
would
love
to
get
in
touch
with
you
and
and
advertise
to
our
families
on
that
as
well,
but
we
are
actively
Mr
Moran
and
his
team
are
actively
recruiting
job
fairs.
Many
different
ways
of
speaking
out
assistance
you'll
see
in
a
presentation
this
evening
with
the
governor's
budget
Workshop
about
the
teacher's
shortage
in
the
state
and
what
the
you
know
there's
there
there
might
be
some
light
at
the
end
of
the
tunnel
on
that.
So,
look
for
that
in
a
few
minutes.
E
I
also
wanted
to
say
that
we
are
also
excited
about
Mr
Irving
coming
and
presenting
the
reading
club
at
Braddock
I
had
the
opportunity
to
talk
to
Mr,
Cross
or
Mr
Urban
about
that
and
appreciate
all
the
work
they're
doing
at
Braddock
and
all
of
our
teachers
and
all
of
our
other
schools
and
I
know
that
it's
a
challenge
to
get
out
to
every
single
event
that
our
schools
are
doing.
But
I
will
do
my
best
and
I
know
the
board
members
and
cabinet
as
well
really
enjoy
getting
the
invite.
E
E
You
should
already
be
in
bed
and
make
sure
that
you
eat
a
great
breakfast
I
want
to
thank
our
child
nutrition
services
department
team
because
they
ensure
every
day
that
we
have
breakfast
available
for
our
students,
but
especially
before
testing,
make
sure
you
go
by
the
cafeteria
and
grab
some
of
that
nutritious
food
I
actually
tasted
some
today
and
it
was
yummy
and
the
chocolate
milk's
very
good
too,
by
the
way
but
Good
Luck
to
all
of
our
students
tomorrow,
as
they
take
their
test
and
I
know,
you
will
do
well
so
with
that
Madam
president.
E
E
I
should
turn
it
on
there.
We
go
all
right
well,
good
evening,
everyone
and
I'm
going
to
move
this
Podium
back
over
here,
a
little
bit
so
the
camera
we
have
the
ability
to
move
our
camera
now,
which
is
really
great
I,
want
to
thank
Our,
IT
team
for
helping
get
this
coordinated.
Whenever
we
do
this,
it's
always
a
wonderful
blessing
to
have
our
it
team
here
and
we
have
Mr
Anthony
Sinatra
this
evening,
Mr
Brandon
with
us
this
evening
as
well.
So
I
just
want
to.
E
Thank
you
both
for
all
the
work
you
do
to
help
keep
our
board
meetings
running
and
so
with
that
we're
just
going
to
go
on
a
brief
overview
of
what
governor
Newsome
has
proposed
for
next
year's
budget,
and
so
one
of
the
things
that
we
do
every
year
is
we
invite
our
Union
colleagues
to
come
to
a
presentation
by
school
Services
of
California,
and
this
time
it
was
in
Long,
Beach
and
and
basically
they
digest,
and
they
then
put
out
a
presentation
and
it
was
way
longer
than
this
one.
E
E
They
were
able
to
come
with
us
as
well
to
hear
firsthand
what
is
being
proposed
for
the
state
budget,
which
then
trickles
down
to
the
education
budget
for
our
districts,
and
so,
if
you
will
so,
let's
look
at
some
of
the
themes
for
the
Governor's
budget
as
we
as
we
digested
this
information,
you
know,
California
seems
to
have
turned
a
page,
and-
and
you
know,
if
you
look
at
the
national
economy,
we're
potentially
in
a
recession
or
headed
towards
a
recession.
E
At
some
point,
California
has
weather
recessions
in
the
past
very
well,
and
we
think
that,
according
to
the
governor,
we
may
be
okay
as
we
move
forward
into
the
23-24
year
because
of
the
fact
that
we
have
Hefty
Reserves
at
the
state
level,
they
put
what
they
call
a
rainy
day
fund,
so
that
in
event
there
is
a
recession
they
might
be
able
to
weather
fairly.
Well,
but
again
it
all
trickles
down.
The
governor
does
have
more
priorities.
E
Recently
we
had
a
lot
of
rain,
and
so
things
like
that,
where
the
governor's
priority
is
making
sure
that
we're
trying
to
mitigate
these
in
the
long
term
so
next
slide,
if
you
will
Mr
Sinatra,
let's
look
at
the
state
budget
and
the
economy,
and
so
as
we
look
at
this,
of
course,
I
was
just
mentioning
the
fact
that
there
is
a
recession
on
the
horizon.
Anybody
tried
to
buy
a
carton
of
eggs.
E
Lately,
anybody
seen
the
price
of
eggs
I
think
it
was
like
14
in
some
places
just
for
a
dozen
eggs,
so
I
am
actually
seeking
chickens
if
any
of
our
employees
are
selling
chickens
or
even
eggs.
Reach
out.
Let
me
know
because
inflation
has
hit
chickens,
apparently
so
as
well
as
everything
else,
but
so
he's
he's.
E
Basically,
the
governor's
forecasting
lower
revenues
in
the
state
this
year
than
what
he
had
predicted
last
year,
and
so,
as
we
look
there,
you
can
see
there's
a
gap
he's
looking
at
maybe
30
billion
dollars
or
so
lower
in
Revenue
forecasts,
which
again
May
trickle
down
into
the
education
budget.
E
So
he's
working
on
that
to
see
what's
going
on
and
we've
got
that
rainy
day
fund,
potentially
at
the
state
level
too,
whether
that
storm
next
one
so
then
we
talk
about
we
talked
about.
School
service
talked
about
the
risk
to
the
budget,
the
state
budget,
as
you
can
see
here,
some
of
the
things
we
got
geopolitical
turmoil,
covid-19
the
Federal
Reserve
anybody
try
to
go,
buy
a
house
lately.
Was
it
like
seven
percent,
it's
crazy
I
mean
the
inflation
rate.
E
The
inflation
is
driving
the
the
mortgage,
the
interest
rates
up
and
so
that,
when
inflation,
when
in
mortgage
rates,
go
up,
less
people
are
able
to
afford
a
house
there's
further
declines
in
home
prices
and
there's
possible
recessions.
So
here's
some
of
the
pressures
on
the
state
budget
as
we
move
forward
next
slide.
So
here's
a
slide
that
I
wanted
to
spend
a
moment
on,
because
this
is
a
very
important
planning
factor
for
our
district
for
human
resources,
for
academic
resources
for
business
services
for
the
district
in
general.
E
When
we
look
at
this
slide,
it
gives
the
multi-year
funding
factors
for
the
budget
for
the
state
budget.
As
you
can
see
there,
you
see
it's
it's
basically
by
grade
span,
I
want
to
point
that
out
that
the
state
does
not
equally
fund
grade
spans
with
the
same
dollar
amounts,
and
this
is
a
clear
indication
that
certain
grade
levels
perhaps
receive
more.
So
you
can
see
TK
and
K3.
E
So,
for
whatever
reason,
historically
High
School
Districts
districts
with
9
through
12
are
funded
at
a
much
higher
rate
per
student
and
then
so
this
just
shows
you
at
the
very
end
down.
There
just
gives
you
some
more
figures
but
down
this
slide.
That
is
the
biggest
thing
to
look
at
he's.
Also
predicting
8.13
Cola
there.
You
see
that
and
then
and
the
next
slide,
we'll
look
at
the
dart
board,
so
Mr
snotcher,
if
you
can
move
us
to
the
next
slide.
E
So
as
we
look
at
what
we
call
the
multi-year
projection,
we
do
the
current
year
and
we
do
two
out
years
when
we
do
budget
forecast,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
can
afford
whatever
it
is
that
we
are
proposing
Mr
Miranda
his
team
at
the
negotiations
table.
If
we're
looking
at
textbook
adoption
major
purchases,
can
we
afford
it?
So
we
have
to
do
a
multi-year
projection
and
here's
you
can
see
what
the
rates
are.
Lottery
rates
we
get
so
much
per
Ada
we
get
mandated
block,
grant.
E
We've
got
the
cola
up
at
the
top
there.
You
can
see
the
cola
so
for
23
24.
He
is
predicting
8.13
Cola,
okay
on
24
25,
that
Cola
drops
down
to
3.54
and
then
drops
again
to
3.31
and
3.23.
E
Why
is
it
dropping
because
the
revenues
are
down
in
the
state
of
California
and
Governor
Newsom
believes
that
he's
not
able
to
afford
a
cola,
at
least
right
now,
like
he's
proposing
for
next
year
at
eight
point,
one
three
percent
now
that
could
all
change
by
may,
but
at
this
point
in
time,
what
he's
proposing
right
now
is
the
coal,
as
you
see
it
there
before
the
board
and
the
community
as
we're
talking
about
it
today
and
so
again,
that's
proposed.
E
The
next
step
is
that
in
May
well,
between
now
and
may
he
discusses
with
the
legislature
what
they
want,
and
then
he
comes
out
with
another
Revision
in
May
and
that
helps
our
district,
create
our
budget
for
next
year,
which
we
take
to
the
board
in
June.
So
just
to
give
you
an
idea
of
what
he's
proposing,
then
the
planning
factors
on
Nicole
we
heard
about
Cola
tonight
and
you
can
see
there
what
the
planning
fact
are:
okay,
Mr
snot
to
the
next
one.
E
E
So
here
we
can
see
that
stirs
districts
have
to
pay
into
this
big
pot
of
money,
and
then
retirees
take
out
of
that
pot
of
money
over
time
and
if
there's
not
enough
people
putting
into
the
pot
of
money
and
there's
more
people
taken
out
of
that
pot
of
money,
the
state
has
to
figure
out
if
stirs
has
to
figure
out
how
we're
going
to
fund
everybody.
So
what
they
do
is
they
raise
the
rates
except
in
this
case
knock
on
wood,
they're
sticking
at
19.10.
E
You
see
it's
not
changing
in
the
multi-year
projection
there,
it's
steady
at
19.10,
but
look
what
it
was
back
in
2013.
it
was
8.25
and
then
they
said.
Well,
we
don't
have
enough
money
in
our
pot
to
be
able
to
fund
our
retirees.
We
got
to
start
given
districts
more
of
an
increase
in
what
they
have
to
pay
into
the
pension
fund.
So
you
can
see
there.
It's
steadily
gone
up,
but
thankfully
right
now
it's
there
at
19.1
I
hope
it
stays
there
all
right.
If
you
can
look
at
the
next
slide.
E
So
here
we
see
purrs.
Now
this
is
where
it's
a
little
eye-opening,
because
the
difference
between
stirs
and
purrs
is
a
lot
of
percent
of
money.
So
you
can
see
there
for
22.23
25.37
percent
and
then
it's
predicted
to
go
up
now,
because
that
was
the
prior.
So
prior
meant
before
the
January
January
budget
proposal
per
said.
Oh,
we
can
do
it
at
25.2
percent
and
then
something
happened.
He
said
we
don't
have
enough
money.
Now
we
got
to
charge
27,
so
you
see
there
27.
E
What's
it
do
next
year,
28.1
and
28.8,
so
pers
is
having
a
situation
stirs
that
retirement
fund
and
they're
okay
for
now
pers,
though
they
got
a
problem.
Now
all
you
classified
retirees
and
people,
don't
stress
out,
there's
going
to
be
money
there.
What
is
happening
is
that
the
state
has
to
require
more
of
districts
to
put
into
that
pot
in
order
for
the
retirees
to
take
out
of
the
Pod.
So
you
can
see
there.
E
The
rates
are
going
up,
that's
a
cost
pressure
on
all
districts,
including
ours,
because
we
now
have
to
put
in
more
money
into
our
retirement
fund.
So
just
as
a
example
of
what's
going
on
with
our
retirements
with
stores
and
pers
next
slide
minimum
wage
increase.
Anybody
know
what
current
minimum
wage
is
without
looking
15.50
it
went
up.
January
1st
February,
January
1st,
the
minimum
wage
is
predicted
to
go
up,
so
you
can
see
here
15.50,
what's
going
next
year,
16.
after
that's,
it
doesn't
go
up
as
much
1640
1680
1720
1760.
E
sounds
like
the
scores
on
the
Cowboys
game
the
other
day
right.
Oh,
oh
sorry,
I
heard
a
laugh
out
of
a
Raiders
fan
in
here,
but
you
know:
hey
go
forward
yeah
so
anyway,
so
you
can
see
there
it's
going
up,
though
it's
going
up
and
we
as
a
district
have
to
adjust
our
salary
schedules
when
it
goes
up.
So
we
do
not
have
anybody
making
less
than
minimum
wage
I
want
to
make
that
clear.
We
have
no
employees
and
every
time
it
goes
up.
E
We
ensure
that
there
are
no
employees
making
less
than
minimum
wage
in
our
district.
It
continues
to
go
up
and
we
also
continue
to
change
in
conjunction
with
HR.
Thank
you,
HR
team
for
adjusting
our
salary
schedules
every
year,
but
we
do
it
just
it.
So
rest
assured
we
follow
this.
This
is
our
road
map
to
where
we
go
with
our
minimum
wage,
and
this
is
calculated
into
our
multi-year
projections.
All
right
next
slide.
Here's
a
little
scary
thing.
E
So
earlier
this
year
the
governor
said:
hey
we're
going
to
give
everybody
some
Arts
and
Music
block
grants.
We're
gonna
give
them
some
money,
which
was
great
except
now,
based
on
the
revenues
he's
taken
some
away,
so
he
gave
us
some
money
as
well
as
every
other
District,
but
you
can
see
here
that
he
is
now
taking
it
back.
Okay,
so
that's
one
of
the
issues
that
we
have,
except
we
don't
as
a
district
and
I
want
to
thank
our
board
because
we
don't
use
one-time
money
for
ongoing
costs.
This
is
a
one-time
Grant.
E
E
We
keep
a
bottom
line
of
fiscal
health.
So,
but
you
can
see
that
he's
cut
it,
which
is
kind
of
scary.
He
might
still
cut
it
some
more.
We
don't
know,
but
luckily
we
have
not
put
any
expenditures
into
there.
We've
just
recognized
the
funding
at
this
point,
but
we
heard
we
hear
about
our
team
look
at
what
happened
tonight.
This
room
was
filled
with
students,
doing
Arts
and
Music
from
George
and
other
schools,
and
it's
so
sad
that
of
all
things
he
decides
to
cut
he's.
E
Cutting
the
Arts
and
Music
block
grant
right,
because
we
could
use
that
money
to
fund
programs
to
fund
these
wonderful
outfits
that
these
students
were
wearing
tonight,
I,
don't
know
which
Cinderella
character
was
who,
but
you
know
it's
pretty
interesting
to
see
them,
but
you
know
the
same
thing
with
that
piano
I
mean
imagine
that
the
piano
just
absolutely
amazing
those
students
playing
those
that
music
I
was
jealous.
I
always
wanted
to
play
music,
but
my
fingers
are
too
short.
I
tried,
but
didn't
get
anywhere.
So
that's
just
a
you
know
it's
unfortunate,
however.
E
The
next
slide
I
got
good
news
for
everybody
don't
be
too
sad,
because
we
got
good
news
prop
28.
How
many
of
you
have
heard
prop
28.
back
in
November.
You
might
have
voted
for
it,
even
if
you
didn't
know,
because
there's
so
many
darn
things
on
the
ballot,
anybody.
Nobody
knows
what
they're
voting
for
they
say.
Yes,
no,
yes,
no,
but
thankfully
prop
28
passed.
What
is
prop
28?
It
gives
ongoing.
E
E
We
want
to
make
sure
that
every
school
in
our
district
has
a
robust,
Arts
and
Music
program
with
ongoing
money,
and
this
is
the
way
to
do
it.
So
thank
you
to
all
the
taxpayers
out
there
that
voted
for
this
and
that
have
passed
great
news
so
once
they
know
what
we
are
going
to
get
we'll,
be
able
to
start
planning
and
have
planning
sessions
of
planning
meetings,
we'll
present
to
the
board
our
plan
on
how
we're
going
to
be
spending
this
ongoing
funding,
so
great
news
there.
E
This
is
not
a
block
grants
ongoing
thanks
to
the
voters.
Next
slide:
Mr
Sinatra
special
education
reforms,
as
you
know,
there's
always
been
reforms
at
the
federal
level
and
we're
also
seeing
them
at
the
state
level
related
to
special
education.
So
we
are
actively
monitoring
what
those
changes
are
again.
E
The
special
ed
team
here
in
the
district
is
always
working
with
all
of
our
sites
on
any
kind
of
special
education
changes
in
our
families
to
make
sure
that
we're
keeping
up
to
date
on
that,
what
is
not
next
slide,
Mr
Sinatra,
what
is
not
in
a
proposed
budget
I
will
tell
you
what's
not
in
a
proposed
budget
here.
You
can
see
a
myriad
of
categorical
programs.
You
might
recall,
years
ago
we
had
tier
three
programs
there's
like
32
programs
under
the
tier
three
categoricals.
E
Nobody
know
what
to
do
with
them,
because
there
were
so
many
of
them,
but
the
governor
is
now
proposing
any
new
categorical
programs,
which
is
good
because
all
it
does
is
create
another
categorical
program,
another
set
of
reporting
and
until
they
have
a
vision
of
what
they
want
to
do
with
that
money,
it's
usually
it
usually
just
sits
out
there
so
pension
relief.
We
talked
about
that.
E
You
saw
the
numbers
they're
going
up:
no
pension
relief,
Reserve
withdrawal
right
now-
he's
not
talking
about
using
a
rainy
day
fund,
but
if
things
go
south
he's
going
to
have
to
look
at
it
and
dip
into
that
rainy
day,
fund
covert,
related
relief.
How
many
of
you
remember
covid
nobody
so
long
ago?
Wasn't
it
it's
all
gone,
so
we're
not
getting
any
more
money,
so
we
do
have
a
a
decent
amount
of
money
left
we
did
purchase
as
the
board
is
well
aware
and
Community
many
many
face,
masks
and
hand
sanitizer
anybody's
answers.
E
E
Next
slide,
you
got
it.
You
can
do
this
all
right.
State,
enrollment,
Trends
by
region,
enrollment,
is
down
everywhere
everywhere
in
the
state
for
the
most
part,
except
in
Fresno
I.
Don't
know
why,
but
in
Fresno
they're
getting
more
people
out
there
I
think
it's
where
we're
losing
students
and
going
to
like
Central
Valley,
you
see
in
Southern,
California,
there's
a
drop
of
about
7.73
and
then
all
the
way
across
you
got
different
ones
there.
E
Basically
everybody
except
Northern
California,
which
is
really
kind
of
central
valley-ish
when
they
were
talking
to
us
about
it
in
the
Fresno
area,
they're
getting
students,
but
everywhere
else
is
pretty
much
losing
students,
and
so
we
are
actually
staying
steady
and
seeing
a
few
more
students
because
of
the
housing.
If
you
want
to
drive
around
Adelanto,
you
see
housing
going
up
everywhere.
There
is
housing
going
up
everywhere.
So
we're
excited
about
that
next
one.
E
Here
we
have
a
radon.
Collective
bargaining
teach
compensation,
you
see,
Statewide
averages
and
so
I
appreciate
Miss
Thomas
earlier
presenting
what
she
did
for
us
on
her
salary
schedules
and
then
I
wanted
to
share
this
as
well
when
she
was
presenting
that
when
she
was
sharing
that
I
thought
about
this
slide
as
well
and
so
again
here
you
can
see
what
the
Statewide
average
is
on:
ba
plus
30
bachelor's
plus
30
step
10,
the
max
out,
and
then
the
Health
and
Welfare
District
contribution.
E
So
just
a
snapshot
of
Statewide
where
they
take
all
the
districts
is
about
1200
districts
in
the
state
of
California.
This
is
the
average
amongst
all
those
1200
districts
teacher
shortage.
We
talked
about
that.
We
heard
about
this
earlier.
We
know
our
team
is
well
aware
of
a
teacher
shortage
and
a
classified
Staffing
shortage
in
the
state.
Here
you
can
see,
though
great
news
new
credentials
are
up
in
2021
by
10.2
percent
highest
increase
that
they've
seen
in
the
state
of
people
going
into
credentialing
programs.
E
That's
one
of
the
issues
is
that
the
schools
are
not
churning
out
teacher
candidates
out
of
the
teacher
preparation
programs,
so
you
can
see
there.
There's
issues
that
have
been
issue
waivers
that
have
been
issued
for
teachers
to
get
them
in
the
classroom
and
then
authorizations
were
up
as
well,
so
we're
starting
to
see
a
a
positive
trend
towards
more
people
going
into
the
teaching
profession.
We
need
that
billboard.
E
So
we
can
advertise
for
more
teachers
if
you're
listening,
billboard
people
and
we're
excited,
because
I
can
tell
you
that
we
are
recruiting
everywhere,
we
can
Mr
Moran
his
team,
we've
done
door.
Hangers
we've
done
advertising
on
the
radio,
we're
going
to
continue
to
do
that,
we're
doing
it
on
our
websites,
we're
doing
it
through
parent
Square.
I
know
that
we're
getting
out
by
word
of
mouth
I.
Do
it
at
the
gas
stations
at
Walmart
wherever
I'm
at
hey.
What
are
you
doing?
E
E
Almost
there
almost
there,
you
guys,
you're
good
you're
good
over
there,
like
a
team
you're
very
proficient
next
day,
budget
checkpoint,
May,
revise
between
now
and
then
he's
going
to
be
negotiating.
You
can
see
here
the
May
revision
he's
going
to
say
hey.
This
is
what
I
want
and
the
legislature's
going
to
say.
No.
E
A
P
So
when
you
have
the
per
percent
centage
in
increasing
that's
what
what
the
dis
District
puts
in
through
into
the
pot
right
that
that's
not
not
what's
pulled
out
out
of
the
the
the
employee's
check
can.
Can
you
explain
how
that
kind
of
works.
E
Yeah,
absolutely
so,
there's
two
parts
to
that,
so
so
the
employee
and
the
employer
contribute
to
the
retirement
pot
so
that
it's
a
it's
a
shared
burden.
So
to
speak
right,
however,
the
employer
has
the
Lion's
Share
most
of
the
time
so,
but
when
stirs
and
pers
realize
they
don't
have
enough
money
going
in
because
they
understand
that
there's
less
people
working,
we
see
it,
there's
a
shortage
in
the
state
of
California
alone
of
of
employees,
no
matter
what
your
classification,
so
that
means
less
money
going
into
the
retirement
pot
more
money
coming
out.
E
Those
rates
will
continue
to
rise,
if
that's
the
case,
but
then
they
might
go
down
if
more
people
start
working.
But
yes,
there
is
a
that
that
percentage
you
saw
there
tonight
for
stirs
and
purse
comes
out
of
the
employer.
We
put
that
into
the
retirement
pot,
but
also
a
certain
percentage
comes
out
of
the
employees
checks
every
month.
Okay,.
P
And
then
I
also
have
an
another
question
about
the
aid
Ada,
so
on
slide
four,
it
shows
that
9th
through
12th
grade
they
get
a.
They
get
more
pursued
student
right.
Yes,.
E
That
is
correct
and
Mr
snatcher
go
back
to
this
slide.
I
believe
it's
11
100,
but
don't
quote
me
on
that
until
he
pulls
up
the
slide,
but
we
do
we.
Do
you
see
that
slide
on
the
percentage
of
funding
for
so
there?
It
is
right
there.
So
you
can
see
there
11
100.
two
dollars,
don't
forget
the
two
dollars,
but.
E
Ninety
five
hundred
eighty
dollars-
and
that's
only
seven
and
eight-
you
can
see
there-
it's
not
even
consistent
in
four
through
six,
they
make
even
less
per
Ada
and
then
our
poor
little
T
cares.
They
only
get
90
166
dollars
per
Ada,
so
it's
at
some
point.
I
know:
there's
going
to
be
discussions
across
the
state
of
making
this
more
Equitable
because
it's
never
been
Equitable
for
years.
It's
always
funded
differently
and
therefore
the
districts
with
9
through
12th
graders,
actually
do
receive
more,
have
always
done
that.
E
P
Also,
do
you
have
happen
to
know
the
T
teachers
who
work
at
the
union
U
Unified,
School
District?
Is
that
it
do
you
know
if
their
base
is.
If
their
pay
is
based
on
what
grade
they
they
teach
or
is
it
an
overall
Ave
average?
Well
I'm
just
cure
curious
because,
like
you
know,
we
we
have
that
that
charge
that
was
give
give
given
to
us
and
then
the
pay
is
being
compared.
P
Our
pay
is
being
come
compared
to
like
Victor
Yoon
Union
and
his
spare
Xperia
Yoon
unified
in
Apple
Valley,
but
we
can't
get
the
high
high
school
a
Ada
because
we
don't
have
high
school.
So
I
was
just
one
to
one
to
wondering:
do
they
pay
their
their
Elementary
School
T
teachers
did
the
same
pay
at
the
same
base.
I
mean
do
we
know
if
that's
averaged
out.
E
F
I
don't
but
I
could
look
into
that
because
I
know
in
in
the
high
school
or
a
union
Unified
School
District
would
happen.
Sometimes
they
might
have
a
variety
of
teacher
salary
schedules,
so
they
might
say
one
salary
schedule
might
be
185
work
days
and
then
another
salary
schedule
might
be
187
189.
F
right
because
because
some
of
those
teachers
might
end
up
doing
additional
work,
even
though
the
number
of
number
of
school
days
May
remain
the
same,
you
know
Dr
dwyzer
might
be
on
the
183
Day
schedule,
but
I
might
be
on
the
190,
because
I'm
at
the
high
school
and
I'm
doing
other
things,
right,
promotion
and
and
graduation
and
there's
all
these
other
factors,
but
I
yeah
I
could
look
into
that
for
the
team
and
absolutely.
P
P
Yeah
thanks,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
I
was
just
one
wondering
about
that.
One
and
I
think
right
now,
that's!
Oh!
What
is
our?
What
what's
our
atten
attendance
number
right
now,
where,
where
are
we
at
absolutely.
E
Great
question:
so
we
have
these
two
reporting
periods.
One
is
called
P1,
which
is
in
December,
and
this
is
all
just
Greek
speak
for
most
people,
but
we
have
to
report
to
the
state
certain
percentages
twice
a
year
P1
in
December
and
P2
in
April
P1
was
at
91,
which
is
well
above
what
we
had
you
know
anticipated
potentially,
when
we
did
first
interim
so
I
think
we
were
under
91,
so
we're
excited
that
more
people
are
attending
daily,
which
is
great.
E
We
need
to
get
that
up
to
like
94,
which
would
be
even
better,
and
we
do
appreciate
all
the
work.
Our
teachers
and
teaching
staff
are
encouraging
their
students
to
come.
We're
classified
staff
and
our
Liaisons
to
reach
out
to
our
families
to
encourage
them
to
have
students
come
every
single
day,
especially
tomorrow
during
testing
eat
a
good
breakfast.
Okay.
P
P
Splaying
things
like
you,
you'd
hear
a
lot
of
dings
go,
go,
go
going
off
in
the
room,
because
that's
what
you
you
think
right.
They
explained
that
call
Cola
the
cost
of
live
living.
A
just
adjustment
is
for
the
district,
like,
like
the
The
increased
cost
of
gas,
which
we
all
know
we
got
to
pay
the
gas
and
the
increased
cost
of
electricity
and
food
and
stuff
like
that
is
am
I
clear
on
that
that
it's
it's
for
the
the
district
as
a
whole
when
they
talk
about
cost
of
live
living
adjustment.
Yes,.
E
That
is
correct,
so
I
look
at
Cola
as
being
a
shared
Revenue
Source,
because
there
are
many
cost
pressures
on
our
District
budget
and
cola
is
there
to
help
offset
that
in
the
case
of
next
year,
proposing
eight
point
one
three
percent
Cola.
It
is
for
the
price
of
Prince,
for
instance
natural
gas.
If
you
look
at
your
heating
bill
lately,
don't
look
at
it,
don't
open
it,
because
it's
going
to
be
tripled
according
to
what
they're
saying
right.
So,
for
example,
it
not
only
affects
residential
homes.
E
It
affects
us
as
well
as
a
school
district,
so
there's
pressures
of
utilities,
there's
pressures
of
buying
textbooks.
Whatever
Dr
weisen's
team
was
quoted
a
month
ago.
It
could
be
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
more
just
because
of
the
cost
of
printing
and
paper
and
gas
and
Fuel
and
everything
else.
And
so
yes,
the
cola
is
shared
a
month,
but
it's
also
for
salaries
and
benefits
because
they
go
up
as
well
every
year.
The
board
is
well
aware,
is
the
community
that
insurance
costs
are
rising
dramatically?
E
They
have
been
over
the
last
several
years
so
that
helps
offset
that
cost
as
well
and
so
same
thing
with
all
of
the
other
expenditures
that
a
district
has.
It
is
for
the
general
operating
expenditures,
but
again
it's
a
shared
Revenue
source
that
can
be
shared,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
the
operations
also
have
to
be
funded
at
their
capacity
City,
with
whatever
the
increased
costs
are.
E
Q
A
B
I'll
keep
my
question
short
I
I
attended
the
governor's
budget
workshops,
so
you
know
what
Mr
Krause
did
an
excellent
job.
Sharing
this
information
he
cut
down
three
hours
into
what
30
minutes,
if
that
so
great
job
Mr
Krause
should
do
an
amazing
job.
You
know
interpreting,
you
know
our
money
and
our
expenditures
and
what
we
do
here.
My
question
is
on
Arts
and
Music
instructor
that
block
grant
that
we
got
that
we
had
to
give
back
1.2
billion.
B
E
He
has
no
control
over
that.
It
is
voted
in
by
the
voters,
and
so
he
knows
that,
and
so
he
might
use
that,
potentially
as
a
way
of
filling
in
the
revenue,
the
whole
of
the
revenue
that
the
state
is
experiencing
right
now.
So,
potentially
that's
a
excellent
point
on
that.
So.
B
E
We
have
so
many
ideas
and
I
know.
Dr
Wise
and
her
team
are
already
have
their
committee
and
working
on
more
committee
members
to
be
able
to
do
a
presentation
to
the
board
on
our
proposed
plan
for
that
money,
and
again
it
will
be
district-wide
every
school
we
really
are
looking
to
enhance
I
mean
we
have
a
great
programs
as
it
is,
but
we
can
always
do
better
with
more
money
right
and
that's
what
helps
us
and
so
we're
excited
about
that.
E
Pretty
much
I
believe
if
the
money
comes
in,
that's
the
only
other
thing
right
now
we
have
an
estimate
of
how
much
money
is
coming
in,
but
they
haven't
told
us
when
it's
coming
in.
So
we
don't
like
to
count
our
chickens
before
they
hatch
I'm,
mentioning
eggs
and
chickens
tonight
for
some
reason,
but
we
don't
like
to
count
our
chickens
before
they
hatch.
E
So
once
we
know
that
that
money's
in
the
bank,
then
we
can
really
push
forward
much
quicker
with
that,
because
Mr
Moran
will
tell
you
he
doesn't
want
to
hire
people
and
not
have
the
money
to
to
sustain
them
so
because
this
is
ongoing
money.
This
is
not
one
time
so,
for
example,
just
gonna
throw
it
out
there
if
we
hire
staff
to
in
enhance
our
arts
and
music
programs
in
our
district.
As
long
as
that
money
should
be
coming
in
in
Infinity,
it's
not
one
time
right.
G
E
B
I'm
I'm
almost
done
at
the
governor's
Workshop.
They
made
a
joke
about
Fresno
I
know
you
mentioned
Fresno,
they
said
press,
yes,
not.
No.
Everyone
else
is
no
Fresno
is
yes
press.
Yes,.
B
F
G
A
Okay,
does
any
okay?
Well,
let's
thank
you
very
much
as
always,
I'm
able
to
understand
those
finances
and
I
understand
how
much
eggs
cost
it's
always
relatable.
I
appreciate
it,
and
your
presentations
on
money
is
always
phenomenal.
Thank
you.
Thank.
H
K
A
Need
a
motion
can
I
may
I
get
a
motion
Rusty.
B
Turner
I
motion
that
we
approve
the
admit
the
superintendent
recommendation.
P
It's
13
19
13.
T
Madam
president
I'm
sorry,
the
1319
is
certificated
administrative,
new.
Q
Oh,
take
it
away:
okay,
cool
good
evening.
I
do
want
to
take
a
moment
and
offer
my
congratulations
to.
If
we
vote.
We.
Q
Mind
the
anticipated
congratulations
to
this
individual
Welcome
to
our
family
in
anticipation
of
the
vote
so
everything's
legit.
Can
we
call.
A
F
Yes,
thank
you.
Congratulations,
so
the
board
just
approved
our
director
of
state
and
federal
Dr,
Diana
Ochoa
she's
in
the
room
here.
Thank
you.
Congratulations.
Thank
you
board.
D
D
P
Oh
I,
I
am
excited
excited
to
to
have
you
here,
because
I
know
that
it
takes
a
a
lot,
a
lot
of
work
to
keep
things
in
or
or
order
and
I
know
with
the
gov
of
government.
They've
got
a
lot
of
paper
paperwork
so
bless
you
for
take,
take
Taking
it
on,
so
that
we
keep
our
things
straight
and
that
we
we
we
are
run
running
well.
So
I
I,
pretty
appreciate
you
and
I'm
I'm.
Look
looking
forward
forward
to
hear
hearing
good
good
things.
B
I
would
like
to
say
Dr
Ochoa
Welcome
to
our
family.
It's
we're
excited
to
have
you
on
board.
Thank
you
and
congratulations.
Z
D
A
To
to
approve
the
appointment
of
Mr
Krause
at
step,
two
on
the
superintendent's
salary
schedule
now
I
need
a
second
motion.
X
B
Could
congratulations
Mr
Krause
you
have
done
after
an
exceptional
job.
Is
interim
superintendent
moving
our
district
forward
during
the
past
six
months
and
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
am
so
excited.
You
know
to
appoint
you
as
our
new
superintendent
and
hopefully
you'll,
be
with
us
for
many
many
many
many
years
ago.
B
A
You
a
motion
has
been
made
to
approve
the
agreement
for
the
appointment
of
Mr
Michael
Cross.
The
contract
is
for
a
term
beginning
January,
the
24th
2023
through
June,
the
30th
2025.
You
will
be
placed
on
the
step
two
of
the
superintendent
salary
schedule
for
a
work
year
of
the
standard,
20
223
work
days.
A
T
E
First
off,
let
me
say:
I'm,
humbled
and
thankful
for
this
opportunity
and
I
do
not
take
it
lightly,
but
the
work
that
we
have
been
doing
and
will
continue
to
do,
I
do
not
do
alone.
I
want
to
introduce
come
on
up
to
the
podium.
Oh
you
guys
are
up
here
as
well.
I
want
to
introduce
my
team
that
has
been
my
team
and
will
continue
to
be
my
team
and
Mr
Carlos
Moran,
our
assistant
superintendent
of
Human
Resources
I,
want
to
give
him
a
round
of
applause
for
the
work
that
he
does.
E
He
and
his
team
and
Dr
Tasha
twice
on
an
academic
service,
our
assistant
soup
and
the
work
that
she
and
her
team
does.
Let's
give
her
a
round
of
applause
as
well.
They
are
our
right
and
left
hand
and
help
keep
this
District
a
well-oiled
machine.
And
yes,
as
you've
heard
we
do
have.
We
do
have
issues.
We
do
have
problems
like
every
other
District,
but
you
know
what
we
are
working
together
with
our
associations.
E
I
want
to
thank
Ms,
Jen
Rader,
president
of
adta,
for
all
the
collaboration
that
she
and
her
team
does
with
us.
I
want
to
thank
Mrs,
Diane
Lin
for
all
of
the
work
with
CSEA
and
the
work
ongoing
work
that
we're
doing
with
her
and
her
team,
as
well.
All
of
our
teachers
and
staff
in
this
District
classified
staff,
as
well
as
our
management
team,
all
of
our
principals,
all
of
our
directors
supervisors.
Again,
it's
not
any
one
of
us
that
makes
the
difference.
E
It's
all
of
us
that
make
the
difference
and,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
we're
all
here
for
one
reason
and
that's
our
students
for
no
other
reason,
though
I
get
up
in
the
morning
than
to
come
to
work
and
make
sure
that
our
students
have
every
opportunity
that
they
can
have,
and
we
heard
somebody
say
today
that,
yes,
our
students
are
probably
some
of
the
neediest
students
in
the
state.
If
not,
the
country
I've
been
out
there
into
the
neighborhoods
I've
seen
I've
driven
around
almost
daily
I,
go
to
our
sites.
E
I
talk
to
them,
I
talk
to
their
parents,
and
you
know
just
amazes
me,
though,
the
resilience
our
students
and
family
have
coming
from
where
they
come
from,
but
they
bounce
back
after
covid.
That
was
a
challenge,
but
I
got
to
tell
you
our
our
staff
are
resilient,
our
families
are
resilient
and
I
would
be
remiss
if
I
didn't
think
every
one
of
the
board
members
sitting
in
front
of
me
at
the
diocese
this
evening
and
trustee
eckus,
that's
out
there
with
us
as
well.
A
A
A
B
Okay,
Turner
I.
Second,
we
will
go
into
discussion
and
make
the
modifications
here
right.
B
B
And
add
also
add
a
reorganization
section
in
our
handbook
to
talk
about
when
we
do
the
reorganization
after
the
election
in
December
and
what
it
takes
to
become
board
president.
That
should
be
there
that
we
must
complete
the
board's
president's
workshop
at
csba
at
that
language,
and
also
we
do
the
table
of
contents.
It's
currently
the
table
of
content
is
on
page
four
and
it
does
not
identify
the
two
pages
of
what's
in
the
handbook.
B
So
we
really
need
to
take
a
look
at
that,
and
also
I
would
also
like
to
add
at
the
last
page
and
list
the
900
series
of
the
board
policies.
The
900s
I
would
I
would
like
to
add
the
900
to
this.
So
when
we
look
at
our
handbook-
and
we
want
information
regarding
the
board
policies,
the
ones
that
govern
us
will
have
those
policies
available
right
there.
B
So
it's
just
a
matter
of
just
pointing
those
out
and
adding
them,
and
if
we
want
to
make
changes
or
update
those
policies,
it'll
be
easier
for
us
to
do
it.
That
way,
to
make
sure
that
we're
in
compliance
and
I.
A
Think
that's,
it
did
I
get
it
all.
Just
one
more
thing
in
that
organization
section.
Do
you
want
to
add
that
we
are.
T
Now,
bringing
back
the
board
meeting
schedules
in.
B
June,
yes,
yes,
yes,
okay,
I
know
that
we
changed
the
date
that
we
approve
our
regularly
scheduled
board
meetings.
We
generally
in
the
past.
We've
done
it
at
reorg,
but
I
think
we
changed
it
two
years
ago
to
add
it,
make
it
effective
in
June.
So
we
could
begin
the
beginning
of
the
school
year
July,
with
our
regularly
scheduled
meeting
so
I
think
we.
K
A
Okay
for
clarification,
I
just
want
to
know
the
table
of
content,
so
you
want
to
move
that
to
make
it
page
one.
Is
that
correct
page,
two
or
two
yeah.
S
B
A
H
A
B
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
do
this
on
a
regular
basis,
because-
and
we
should
indicate
when
we're
gonna
update
this
handbook
in
our
handbook,
because
last
year
it
did
not
get
updated,
and
so
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we
indicate
when
we're
going
to
do
this
work
on
the
handle.
B
B
I'll,
keep
it
brief.
I
I,
as
I
mentioned,
I
attended
the
governor's
workshop
last
Thursday,
and
you
know
all
the
information
was
shared.
You
know,
I
also
attended.
Every
child
counts
conference,
which
was
Mr
Krause
did
an
outstanding
job.
You
know
talking
about
that.
It
was
very
a
very
great
conference
and
they
really
focused
on
the
children
needs.
You
know,
and
we
need
to
include
our
children
in
making
decisions
about
what
they
would
like
to
see
in
their
schools
and
in
their
education.
B
You
know
we
have
our
a
through
G
requirements,
but
we
need
to
involve
our
students
because
it
affect
them
more
than
anyone
else.
B
I
also
attended
the
history
and
science
up
there,
which
Dr
dewaizan
she
did
an
outstanding
job.
Talking
about
that,
it
was
really
really
great.
Our
children
are
so
creative,
wow
I.
You
know,
I
listened
to
a
podcast
that
they
created,
and
you
know
some
of
the
posters
that
Cesar
Chavez.
Some
of
the
amazing
work
that
our
students
did.
B
We
have
some
talented
students
and,
looking
at
you,
know
the
performances
again
today
you
know
I
was
blown
away,
I've
been
blown
away
for
all
of
our
student
performances
and
I
know
it's
not
easy,
standing
up
in
front
of
a
board
with
a
big
plastic
screen
in
front
of
us
and
and
Performing,
and
they
did
you
know,
and
teachers
and
parents.
You
know
I,
give
kudos
to
you.
B
You
know
test
scores,
don't
show
everything
you
know
and
our
students
and
we
only
we're
only
going
to
get
better.
You
know
with
with
adding
music
and
arts
and
science
to
our
curriculum,
it's
amazing
and
again
to
our
20,
25
and
30
year
old
30
year.
B
Employees
again,
congratulations
and
thank
you
for
hanging
in
there
with
us
and
we're
only
going
to
get
better.
That's
all
I
have
thank
you.
Thank
you!
Trustee
Ben,
oh,
oh
and
again,
congratulations
to
our
new
superintendent,
Mr
Krause
and
to
our
new
director
of
categorical
programs.
E
P
Since
we
we
didn't
get
get
to
have
comments,
the
last
board
one
so
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
and
I'm
glad
that
I
can
spend
another
four
years
on
the
board.
Next
thing,
I
did
get
get
to
go
to
the
his
history
and
science,
science,
fair
and
I.
Really,
history
is
my
first
love:
I
love
the
history
I.
F
P
The
stories
I
find
them
all
in
interesting
and
to
see
all
the
work
the
kids
had
done
in
it.
P
It
was
great
seeing
the
kids
and
the
parent
parents
there
and
the
size
science
was
great
and
I
really
loved
how
the
staff
that
that
were
there
were
so
proud,
so
proud
of,
of
their
their
students
and
I
want
to
thank
all
the
the
Stu
students
and
the
parent
parent
parent
parents
who
showed
up
I
also
want
to
maybe
maybe
put
a
thought
to
the
board
about
take
taking
down
this
plastic
screen,
because
it
really
does
not
serve
a
purpose.
P
We
go
around
it
to
take
pictures
and
congratulate
and
hug
so
I'd
like
to.
Hopefully
we
can
have
a
discussion
one
day
soon
about
take
Taking,
It,
Down,
I,
think
it
it's
an
obstruction.
It
just
feels
like
we're
separated
and
it's
just
I
think
it
it
it's
outlived,
it's
usefulness
so
and
that's
all
I
have
to
say
good.
That's
it.
Thank.
Q
Oh
there's
just
so
much
I
want
to
talk
about
so
I've
got
to
be
very,
very
quick,
apparently,
okay,
so
I
am
going
to
start
off
by
acknowledging
a
few
individuals
within
our
district
I
wanted
to
make
a
special
shout
out.
Last
week,
I
was
able
to
attend
the
paint
night
over
at
Gus
Franklin,
a
special
thank
you
to
miss
Moreno
for
leading
that
it
was
beautiful
to
see
the
parent
engagement
along
with
the
students
all
together,
painting,
laughing
and
smiling.
Q
I
do
want
to
take
a
moment
and
recognize
Miss
Caven
think
I
said
that
right,
I
had
the
pleasure
of
observing
her
in
the
office
last
week
as
well.
She
faced
a
very,
very
intimidated
and
scared
student
who
was
coming
into
her
classroom.
One
thing
that
I
did
admire
was
her
positivity
to
walk
into
a
room
and
make
this
smile,
this
child's
smile,
but
parents
at
ease
and
then
lead
into
what
seemed
like
a
really
good
day
for
this
student.
So
a
special
thank
you.
Thank
you
shout
out
to
her
as
well.
Q
I
do
want
to
go
on
and
say
that
these
signs
in
History
Fair
last
weekend
was
one
to
admire.
Our
students
are
so
phenomenally
smart
and
great
I
do
want
to
thank
every
teacher
and
a
site
administrator,
as
these
are
the
individuals
who
get
to
help
bring
these
kids
to
light.
So
thank
you
to
all
of
those
and,
lastly,
I
do
want
to
tell
Mr
Krause
congratulations!
Thank
you
for
being
our
guy.
A
G
Z
Husband
was
in
a
horrible
car
accident
about
a
month
ago
and
I'm
very
grateful
that
he
survived.
If
you
ever
see
the
photos,
you
would
just
be
amazed.
God
is
so
good.
Z
Z
Yes,
when
it
rains
it
pours,
I've
had
other
situations
pop
up,
but
just
knowing
that
people
are
out
there
that
care
and
if
they
love
me
that
just
it
just
means
the
world
to
me.
So
just
thank
you
so
much.
Your
prayers
are
always
wanted
and
needed.
I
don't
want
anybody
to
worry.
Z
It's
just
I'm
going
through
a
hard
time
right
now,
but
again,
I
am
so
blessed
and
being
such
a
wonderful
School
District,
where
so
many
people
just
love
and
care
for
each
other.
So
I
just
wanted
to
put
that
out
there
and
just
thank
you
all
again,
you're
just
so
amazing
all
of
you
so
anyway,
thank
you
and
I
hope.
Everybody
has
a
wonderful
evening.
A
Thank
you
Miss.
We
appreciate
those
comments.
I
just
want
to
say
real
quickly
that
the
science
fair
was
wonderful.
I
enjoyed
the
science
slash
history
I
had
the
opportunity
to
go
out
on
a
visit
this
past
Friday
to
Braddock
and
Victoria
mcathan
Ted
Vic
and
visit
Columbia
had
a
wonderful
time.
At
each
school
I
observed
some
wonderful
teachers
doing
a
phenomenal
job
at
our
schools.
I
was
so
appreciative
to
see
the
children
engaged
and
interacting
with
their
their
peers
and
their
teachers.
I
saw
some
wonderful,
phenomenal
classrooms.
A
B
A
Madam
president
can
can
I
make
one
more
statement
on
about
our
visit,
our
luncheon
with
CTA,
please
on
Saturday
the
board
had
an
opportunity
to
participate
in
the
luncheon
with
the
CTA
on.
B
I
have
to
say,
I
know
that
if
trustee
eckers
was
doing
well,
she
would
have
been
there
and
we
would
have
had
all
five
of
our
board
members
there.
But
your
thoughts
were
with
us
and
you
know
we
pray
that
you
get
better
soon,
but
it
was
very
exciting
time.
You
know
sitting
with
our
our
adta
president
Jennifer
Rader
as
she
got
sexually
after
hearing
her
comments
today.
So
it
was
a
wonderful
wonderful
meeting,
meeting
other
trustees
and
other
members
other
superintendents
and
next
year,
Mr
Krause.
