exercise
is
a
tricep
extension
we're
going
to
be
working
through
the
back
of
the
arm
at
the
top
and
extending
through
our
elbow
today,
I'm
going
to
show
you
some
versions
seated
for
those
of
you
a
little
unstable
and
support
it,
standing
I'm
going
to
show
you
a
standing
option
and
then
we're
also
going
to
be
using
a
resistance
band
as
well
and
to
show
you
how
you
can
do
this
exercise
so,
first
of
all,

be
seated
so

forward

you
can
just
do
this
at
home.

So
if
you're
at
home,
you
can
use
a
chair
just
to
rest
yourself
on
and
we're
keeping
that
upper
arm
still
and
just
moving
from
the
elbow
that
lower
arm
extending
away
from
the
body.
If
you
feel
happy
with
those,
you
could
try
the
standing
tricep
so
I'm
standing,
nice
and
soft
through
my
legs
Bend
through
my
hips
engage
through
my
core
elbow
comes
back
and
down
and
I
squeeze
that
arm
away.

I'm
going
to
show
you
the
tricep
extension
exercise
using
a
resistance
band.
This
is
going
to
greatly
increase
the
intensity
and
it
means
you've
got
a
a
force
pulling
your
arm
all
the
way
back,
as
well
as
controlling
your
arm
when
it
comes
back
in
so
if
you're
at
home,
and
you
need
to
be
seated
just
get
a
good
sturdy
chair
to
sit
on
make
sure
you
put
the
resistance
band
fully
under
your
foot.
So
it's
anchored
well
and
then,
as
you
did
before,
ally
just
lean
forward.
