Three
life
guard
I'm
correct
on
in
three
lifeguard
positions
that
were
taken
out,
based
on
an
understanding
that
we
have
some
kind
of
a
in
the
school
district
which
I
guess
hasn't
panned
out
whatever
I'll.
Let
you
explain
that
so
that
resolution
I
don't
know
the
resolution
that
was
sent
down
had
a
different.
The
resolution
is
111
19
or
so
this
will
be
our
the
first
resolution
of
the
year,
and
this
will
be
an
MC
with
a
requested
passage
for
tonight
since
or
some
urgency
so
Jonathan.
Why
don't
you
tell
us
what
happened
sponsored.
F
Go
ahead
good
evening,
everyone!
Well,
how
can
I
start
with
this?
The
city
currently
does
not
have
a
year-round
full
facility
anymore
that
changed
when
the
middle
school
moves
into
the
Arbor
Hill
Community
Center,
and
so
after
that
we
worked
with
the
school
district,
and
now
we
have
an
agreement.
So
there
are
three
lifeguards:
will
work
for
the
school
district
to
teach
our
second
grade,
young
students
how
to
swim,
and
then
in
the
summertime
we
return
back
to
us
to
work
at
Lincoln,
our
burrito
animator
Kristin.
So.

On
other
issues,
local
law,
a
which
relates
to
minutes
by
public
bodies-
I'm,
sorry,
yellow
egg-
isn't
introduction.
There
were
some
of
the
patient's
on
that
which
I
think
everybody
got.
So
that's
an
introduction
and
a
referral
to
the
operations
committee
and
I'll
be
reaching
out
or
have
Michelle
do
that
to
try
to
schedule
a
meeting
up
operation
shortly
on
that
one,
that's
fine!
Mr.
Howe,
a
local
law.
She
with
20
as
a
whole
ordinances
introduced.
D
G
D
Thread
on
Thursday
on
the
ordinances
held
agenda,
nothing
is
moving
tonight.
The
Finance
Committee
hit
lead
on
the
third
and
I
think
they
made
some
preliminary
decisions,
but
nothing
any
of
those
ordinances
will
be
coming
up
or
a
vote
tonight
and
there
will
be
and
then
another
finance
meeting
on
additional
bonding
ordinances
on
the
10th
that
will
follow
the
Human
Resources
meeting.
So
the
human
resources
meeting
it.
D
H
E
H
D
Go
on
enjoying
that
I
thought
that
I
was
referring
this
ordinance
to
to
the
Human
Resources
Committee
I
thought
the
Human
Resources
Committee
was
meeting
on
Thursday.
It's
the
Housing
Committee
there's
a
lot
of
overlap
between
the
two.
Do
you
just
wanna
do
a
joint?
It's
a
non-controversial
and
many
more.

Mean
the
USDA
was
a
little
confusing
about
public
hearings,
because
the
text
refers
back
to
talks
about
plan
or
map
amendments
and
text
amendments.
When
you
go
back
to
look
at
the
section,
it
seems
more
applicable
to
zoning
or
map
amendments
and
the
findings
so
that
it's
kind
of
confusing
as
to
what
you're
supposed
to
be
doing.
As
far
as
the
hearing
and
the
hearing
notice.
H

B
K
E
D
Actually,
traditionally,
the
the
message
always
was
when
I
first
started.
It
was
always
the
mayor
were
delivered
at
the
first
meeting
in
January
in
the
council
chamber
to
the
council
and
then
at
some
point.
Jerry
wanted
to
do
a
big
thing
and
he
moved
it
out
and
then
it
wasn't
no
longer
connected
to
the
regular
council
meeting.
So
things
got
you
know
whatever,
and
so
last
year
was
the
first
time
that
they
wanted.
D
They
brought
it
back
to
the
council
at
a
regular,
scheduled
council
meeting,
although
was
done
earlier,
so
the
idea
traditionally
it
would
have
been
you
know,
which
was
the
mayor's
delivering
the
message
to
the
council
in
the
council
chamber,
which
is
you
know
powerful,
so
it
also
broke
away
used
to
be
in
the
council.
So
now
it's
based
on
availability.
D
C
K
So
and
I
expressed
our
concerns
about
the
the
chambers
being
taken
over
and
all
the
department
said
heads
reserving
seats,
so
the
public
couldn't
get
in
and
made
it
clear
that
we
want
more
public
seating
in
there.
The
thing
is,
obviously
we
can't
fit
everyone
in
in
the
space,
but
we're
not
it's
not
gonna
happen
like
last
year.
It.
J
D
E
E
D
Pretty
much
whatever
you
know,
there
was
I
think
you
were
here
yeah.
So
there
was
some
of
that
discussion,
I
think
going
back
and
forth.
Basically,
there
was
a
sign
on
letter
and
I
think
the
I
mean
my
feeling
I
think
in
talking
to
Kelly.
Without
writing
it
remember
it's
an
individual
choice
as
to
what
members
want
to
do
as
far
as
signing
on
or
not
I
don't
know
that
it's
really
a
strong
basis
to
do
an
executive
session
on
it
and.
K
I
would
say
that
the
executive
session
came
about
because
I
got
a
couple
of
calls
for
members,
obviously
because
the
retired
police
officer
in
the
group.
What
do
you
think
about
this?
What
do
you
know?
What
are
your
thoughts
so
I
grabbed
Pritchard
before
our
last
meeting
and
said:
I
don't
have
an
executive
session
it
you
know
they
discuss
it,
not
to
influence
folks
one
way
or
the
other
your
thoughts
or
your
thoughts,
but
just
to
say,
hey,
let's,
as
a
collective,
have
a
conversation
about
it.

Council
members
I
said
we
use
your
committee
like
if
you,
the
committee,
sets
up
the
committee
meets
council.
Members
can
come
people
to
come
and
say:
okay,
these
are
discrepancies,
then
the
council,
as
a
body,
can
say,
we've
gotten
these
questions.
We
might
want
more
answers
to
this,
and
do
we
have
the
ability
to
push
that?
How
do
we
go
about
that?
How
do
and
the
council
can
make
a
statement
at
after
the
Public
Safety
Committee
meeting?
That's
what
that's!
What.

C
It
does
what
I
think
those
standards
doesn't
have
to
come
from
them
coming
in
front
of
us.
We
are
a
body
we
can.
We
can
pass
a
resolution,
we
can
pass
a
listen.
These
are
the
standards
or
I.
Don't
think
we
need
to
executive
session
to
do
that.
We
have
them.
We.
We
have
the
ability
to
do
that
because
we
go
under
that
concession
anything
shared
and
that
we
can't
do
anything
we
can't
share
anyway.
So
what's
the
like
yeah.
