B
B
No,
my
senior
staff
and
we
all
met
on
Sunday
at
that
meeting.
We
had
all
of
our
commissioners
and
directors
and
in
some
cases,
those
supervisors
who
were
responsible
for
certain
servers
and
certain
software
here
at
City
Hall.
We
asked
them
to
do
three
things.
The
first
thing
was
to
ensure
that
they
provided
access
to
our
IT
department
to
our
remote
sites,
so
that
all
of
our
pcs
could
be
scanned.
The
second
was
to
determine
what
the
in
evaluate
the
impact
of
the
compromised
servers.
In
other
words,
did
where
did
this
data
reside?
C
B
Work
continued.
We
determined
that
we
were
going
to
be
able
to
open
for
business.
We
have
a
all-hands-on-deck
fall
Sunday
night
at
7:00
p.m.
where
we
went
through
each
department
and
determined
what
they
needed.
In
order
to
ensure
that
they
were
ready
for
business.
We
were
able
to
communicate
to
them
that
we
would
be
able
to
take
payments,
that
a
number
of
those
systems
were
going
to
be
operational,
and
so
the
determination
was
made,
though
we
also
had
a
letter
that
was
drafted.
B
B
Everybody
was
to
report
to
work
at
met
at
their
regular
hours.
I
made
the
decision
to
open
the
art
for
business
to
the
public
at
noon,
simply
so
that
we
could
ensure
that
employees
were
informed
that
they
had
the
opportunity
to
do
what
they
needed
to
do
with
their
various
desktops
understand
what
the
situation
was
understand.
B
What
some
of
the
workarounds
were
so
that
when
the
public
came
in
and
knew
we
were
ready
to
serve
them,
we
did
determine
that
we
would
not
be
able
to
issue
certain
birth
certificates,
death
certificates
and
marriage
certificates,
and
so
we
worked
with
our
partners
in
local
and
state
government
to
find
alternative
locations
for
those
to
be
for
people
to
be
able
to
get
those,
we
would
be
able
to
issue
certain
certificates
based
on
years
of
birth
and
death.
I
thought
that
was
too
confusing
to
the
public.
B
I
thought
it
was
just
better
to
send
a
message
to
so
that
our
perverts
could
get
up
and
running
to
have
those
picked
up
at
alternate
locations.
If
we
cannot
right
now
process
marriage
applications,
we
could
do
it
manually
but
again
in
order
to
give
the
clerk's
office
time
to
make
sure
that
they
are
up
and
running
in
all
of
their
other.
You
know
residential
parking
permits
for
Oh
requests.
B
E
B
Business
today
we
were
able
to
conduct
business
I
visited
our
remote
sites.
I
visited
building
at
home,
visited
the
Planning
Department,
we're
still
accepting
building
permits
and
we're
able
to
do
building
inspections
at
no
time.
At
all,
was
this
ever
impacting
public
safety?
Our
9-1-1
dispatchers
were
able
to
dispatch.
We
were
able
to
determine-
and
you
know,
with
respect
to,
for
example,
police
manpower,
while
it's
nice
to
be
able
to
look
at
your
phone
for
your
schedule.
D
B
B
E
B
B
B
B
C
B
So
we
do
all
of
our
electronic
payments
through
third
party.
We
do
not
retain
any
of
that
information
on
our
systems,
so
you
know
any
credit
card
payments
that
any
of
our
residents
have
made
that's
processed
by
a
third
party
provider.
I,
don't
know
about
you,
but
I've
been
notified
multiple
times,
whether
it's
my
target
credit
card
or
jimmies.
Whatever
you
know,
those
get
compromised
data,
so
I
I
can't
speak
to
that.
But
none
of
that
data
was
retained
in
any
of
the
systems
that
were
impacted
by
this
attack.
A
B
E
B
B
You
know,
for
the
most
part
as
far
as
the
public
is
concerned,
or
were
close
to
back
up
to
normal.
We
anticipate
within
the
next
week
to
be
addressing
the
issues
with
arms,
our
systems,
both
in
the
clerk's
office
and
in
biostatistics.
So
from
that
perspective,
will
be
faculty
running
as
far
as
the
public
is
concerned.
B
The
the
the
large
project
that
is
immediate
need
to
be
addressed
is
our
Kronos
timekeeping
system
that
was
impacted
and
will
have
to
require
some
pretty
significant
resource
to
get
that
back
to
where
it
needs
to
be.
This
week's
payroll
was
our
had
already
been
run,
so
this
week's
payroll
will
be
reflective
of
what
is
in
our
ERP
system,
which
is
up
and
running,
but
we
will
be
collecting
next
week's
payroll
on
paper
timesheets,
and
so
that's
something
that
our
payroll
department
is
familiar
with.
It's
how
we
used
to
do
it
so
in
violence.
B
F
B
B
E
B
Know
people
know
that
when
a
system
is
disrupted
that
sometimes
you
have
to
reset
passwords,
sometimes
you
have
to
reconfirm
your
direct
deposit
so
we're
just
encouraging
our
employees
that
they
should
not
respond
to
those
emails.
When
we
need
information
from
them,
we
will
contact
that
liquid
on
ask
them
to
click.

D
E
A
Killed
a
form,
and
then
we
have
another
form,
their
holdings
well
from
Mosul
and
I,
were
there
I
hope
with
the
chief
look,
because
there's
some
stuff
they
have
to
pilot
my
privacy
issues
involving
council.
So
I
did
talk
to
the
chief
who
is
willing
to
come
to
do
a
presentation
and
to
get
some
council
input
which
could
either
be
at
a
caucus
or
at
a
public
safety
meeting.

So
it's
a
big
big
discussion
has
to
happen
soon.
You
know
he's
on
television,
saying
we're
down
40
police
officers,
and
it
is
more
than
that
and
you're
down
to
whenever
it's
left
on
the
list.
Okay,
you're
down
into
the
70s-
and
that's
not
the
best
group
to
really
be
chosen
from,
but
we
have
to
see
how
we're
gonna
go
forward
in
this.
Well.
A
G
A
C
A
If
you're
not
responding,
she
she's,
you
know
she's
under
deadlines,
get
things
going
that
she
have
to
start
making
phone
calls
which
takes
up
more
time
so
really
please
and
make
sure
that
we're
using
the
right,
email,
I
still
get
emails
on
from
different
lists.
Based
on
you
know,
I,
never
know
what
this
I
use
the
email
that
you
have
listed
publicly
on
on
the
website
of
the
brochure.
That's
the
email
that
I
use
I
assume
that
everybody
checks
that,
on
a
regular
basis,
even
on
weekends,
like
24/7,
which
is.
