If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
April
10th
caucus
members
present
are
myself
mr.
councilmembers,
Umbro,
Bryan
and
Annie
Johnson
chloƫ
loved
farrell
clears
Fahey
ballerina
and
staff
is
michelle
andre,
coloring
and
kishan
at
birth.
Okay.
So,
let's
start
going
over
the
agenda
for
Monday's
meeting,
which
is
relatively
short.
Also,
it
will
remind
you
that
there
is
a
planning
committee
meeting
immediately
following
caucus
to
consider
one
of
the
mayor's
appointments
or
reappointments
to
the
parking
authority.
A
A
Items
1740
to
19:
this
is
a
resolution
from
the
assessor's
office.
It's
a
salary
adjustment
and
a
title
change.
Trey
could
not
be
here
tonight
and
I
thought
and
would
not
be
able
to
be
here,
I
believe
on
Monday.
So
this
will
be
an
introduction
and
we'll
hold
it.
Until
he's
able
to
be
here
to
answer
any
questions
you
might
have
he's
Judy
I
know
she
was
abandoned,
hey
looky
Judy,
but
is
she
away
he's
away
she's
away?
That's
alright!
So
she
went
through.
B
C
B
A
A
B
A
And
I
presume
that
will
come
at
it
from
you
presume
that
will
be
a
path.
Okay,
so
just
to
know,
if
you
it's
appointed
into
a
five-year
term
which
ends
in
2021,
that's
because
they're
alive
wouldn't
fall
of
parking
authority.
Appointments
are
all
serving
to
nod
there
of
the
expiration
of
their
terms,
so
he
is
technically
being
reappointed
to
the
remainder
of
the
term
he's
serving
behind
his
expiration
date.
That's
why
it's
not
five
years,
but
you
know
it
and
he's
been
serving
some
of
that.
A
It's
not
quickly.
We
did
have
a
music
meeting
on
Tuesday
with
the
mayor.
So
so
far
that's
been
going
pretty
well.
A
lot
of
what
we
talked
about
again
was
an
update
on
the
ransomware
attack.
I
know
she
did
hold
a
press
conference,
not
press
contact,
press
availability,
which
a
lot
of
what
she
said
yesterday
also
came
out
today.
They
do
anticipate
having
everything
up
and
running
I,
think
birth
and
marriage,
birth
certificates,
etc.
By
the
end
of
this
week,
from
what
she
said,
I.
C
C
C
A
So
that
was
my:
there
was
one
area
that
I
also
pointed
out.
I
know,
you
know
the
planning
departments
self-service
portal,
where
you
can
pull
applications
up
online,
that's
not
available
I,
don't
think
they
were
aware
of
that.
I
brought
it
up,
so
they
were
going
to
look
into
that.
I
know
the
planning
departments
aware
of
it,
but
it's
still
as
it
today
still
not
available.
A
We
did
talk
about
the
issue
of
employee
bank
accounts
potentially
being
compromised.
I
know,
that's
been
in
the
news
and
that
was
discussed.
Also
this
morning
and
I've
been
on
the
news
tonight.
I
mean
they
said
that
they're
there,
no
indication
that
that's
been
happening
and
some
of
it
there's
been
a
history
of
happening
prior
and
not
necessarily
related
to
this.
A
D
B
A
C
A
I
mean
you
know
there:
it's
obviously
they're
going
to
be
doing
things
in
terms
of
safeguards,
training,
employees
or
reminding
employees.
Things
like
that,
I
think.
One
part,
you
know
it's
a
certain
sensitivity
towards
how
much
public
disclosure
there
is,
because
an
investigation
you
don't
want
to
publicly
you
know,
say
this
was
our
vulnerabilities.
This
is
what
the
problem
was
kind
of
put
tell
everybody.
This
is
how
you
do
it
the
next
time.
So,
as
so.
A
Has
not
that
that
you
know
review
process
investigation
is
still
ongoing.
There
might
be
a
point
later
on.
If
the
council
wants
to
get
more
in-depth
information
where
we
can
go
into
executive
session,
but
I,
you
know
how
much
you
want
to
say
as
far
as
what
actually
happened,
how
it
happened,
who
did
and
what
the
vulnerabilities
were
and
then
what
safeguards
we
are
now
taking.
It's,
not
something
you
wanna.
This
was
put
out
a
public,
but
it's
a
learning
experience
so
that
that
would
be
something
you
process
any
of
the
questions
of
that
yep.
A
A
D
Where
it's
more
likely
that
it's
just
a
commonality,
they
said
58
yeah,
that
because
it's
such
a
big,
large
work
force
throughout
the
city
that
was
like
anytime,
they
pull
the
work
force.
There
would
be
around
five
people
who
would
say
in
the
last
month
my
personal
bank
account
was
compromised,
its
own
fashion,
but.
A
We
also-
and
you
know
this
remind
everybody
in
terms
of
the
the
agenda-
has
been
light.
We
have
a
lot
of
committee
meetings
scheduled
between
tonight's
actually
through
the
end
of
the
month,
which
is
going
to
potentially
be
churning
out
a
lot
of
stuff.
So
we
did
also
review
that
we
have
a
planning
meeting
tonight.
We
have
a
housing
meeting
tomorrow,
but
that's
to
review
the
HUD
budget.
That's
not
going
to
generate
action
for
the
next
meeting
operation.
This
is
meeting
on
the
16th
to
consider
mr.
hallease
local
law
on
agendas.
A
The
law
committee
is
meeting
on
the
17th
to
consider
three
items.
One
is
DGS,
I
guess
adjudication
process.
One
is
the
market
of
fire
hydrants.
The
other
is
the
snow
emergency
amendments
and
then
human
resources
will
be
being
the
23rd
to
look
at
the
living
wage
ordinance
right
now.
There's
a
planning
meeting
for
the
25th
on
the
methadone
ordinance
and
then
the
29th
is
Public
Safety
Committee
meeting
we're
actually
dressing.
A
B
C
A
A
A
I'm
going
to
resend
that
out,
I
forget
which
committees
I
think
Human
Resources
was
one
law
was
probably
another
I
think
there
were
five
or
six
that
were
involved,
I
mean
I,
probably
camera
services,
yep
general
services,
whatever
so
I'm
gonna
resend.
That
out,
because
that
package
does,
as
I
said,
touches
on
a
lot
of
different
committee
jurisdictions.
We
wanted
to
get
feedback
through
the
OP
from
the
committee's
to
the
Operations
Committee.
A
There
would
be
a
requirement,
in
some
cases
to
then
draft
additional
legislation
outside
of
the
resolution
to
put
some
of
those
provisions
in
code,
for
example,
what
on
General
Services
with
the
streets
and
how
that's
done,
which
General
Services
is
doing.
But
the
idea
is,
you
want
to
put
it
in
code,
so
it's
they're
moving
forward
rather
than
something
that
that
doesn't
get
lost.
D
C
A
A
Washington
I
mean
the
areas
where
we
want
to
look
at
some
expansions
that
are
not
covered
right
now,
a
Washington
Square
area
mainly
and
then
you
know,
you've
expressed
some
interest
in
the
Pine
Hills
and
there
are
some
areas
around
in
Park,
South
and
the
other
side
in
Scotland
where
Albany
met
the
project.
The
tri-cities
project
is
expanding.
Other
areas
like
in
the
mansion
area,
timber
oak
area,
whatever
those
areas
are
within
the
current
radius.
A
So
one
of
the
things
we'd
also
like
to
go
back
next
year
potentially
to
the
legislature,
is
if
we
do
expand
boundaries.
We're
also
going
to
want
to
get
an
expansion
in
the
number
of
spaces
that
we
are
allowed
to
designate
on
street
parking
right
now.
We're
tapped
at
twenty
seven
hundred
and
fifty
so
when
you
want
to
get
more
that
we
can
use
to
take
care
of
various
needs.
A
We'd
also
like
to
make
it
permanent,
so
we
don't
have
to
go
back
every
year.
So
those
are
a
couple
of
things
we
would
like
to
do
and
I
think
the
goal
was
to
maybe
try
and
get
state
legislation
with
what
we
want
introduced
this
year,
knowing
that
it's
not
going
to
move,
because
it's
not
going
to
move
until
we're
talking
about
the
sunset
issue
next
year.
But
you
try
to
get
that
on
a
table
now.
So
we
can
begin
to
focus
on
some
of
those
issues
and
then
move
forward
and.
B
A
B
B
A
B
B
B
B
A
So
you
won't
be
here
on
Monday
yeah
again.
This
is
gonna,
be
a
way
of
during
the
week
or
on
vacation
or
missing
me.
Michelle
know
when
that's
gonna
happen.
Actually
you
know
for
her
planning
purposes
and
committee
scheduling.
She
can
have
an
overall
calendar
like
if
you're
gonna,
even
it's
going
to
be
a
month
away.
You
have
plans
whatever
let
her
know
it.
So
she
can
plug
that
in
I
want
to
quickly
touch
on
the
city
clerk
interview
process
because
we
want
to
move
and
get
that
issue
taken
care
of.
A
D
A
So
there
are,
there
are
a
number
of
applications
you
know
from
all
over
the
place
we
are
going
to
review
the
committee
narrowed
down
to
a
manageable
number.
We
have
internal
candidates.
Obviously
all
the
internal
candidates
will
automatically
get
interviewed,
which
is
what
we
always
do.
So
we're
going
to
start
that
schedule
and
do
those
candidates,
and
then
you
know
we'll
move
forward
and
see
what
we
want
to
go
from
there.
A
So
myself,
Kelly,
Cathy,
Jenny
and
Joyce
yeah
Cory
just
participates,
and
you
know,
of
course,
sometimes
comes
in
and
now
as
things,
but
that's
okay,
so
I
mean
it
is
our
we
want
to
get
this
issue.
You
know
all
done
as
soon
as
possible,
so
we
can
move
forward
on
a
number
of
other
issues.
That
is
what
I
have
you
know.
I
want
to
do
a
quick.
