On
local
laws,
local
law
II,
which
is
the
the
waste
fee
as
discussed
at
the
last
Wednesday,
there
is
a
revised
version,
and
so
the
revision
on
this
section,
five
just
amends
the
sunset
from
the
original
version.
So
this
would
eliminate
the
sunset
date
to
make
it
permanent,
which
is
a
discussion
that
will
we'll
be
having
whether
we
want
to
do
that
or
not.
A
But
this
is
the
way
it
was
proposed
and
there
are
other
provisions
of
that
section
that
relate
to
reporting
and
separate
funds
that
we'll
probably
look
at
during
the
course
of
consideration
of
the
budget.
So
there
might
be
further
amendments
to
this
local
laws
we
move
forward.
So
this
is
the
the
revised
version
it's
being
introduced
tonight
by
the
Committee
on
Finance,
as
opposed
to
the
individual.
So.
B
A
Because
this
is
the
way
it
was
proposed
by
the
administration,
so
we're
going
to
introduce
administration's
proposal
and
during
committee
discussion
budget
discussion
will
discuss
what
we
want
to
do.
Okay,
so
this
will
be
introduced
by
the
Committee
on
Finance.
So
Cory
will
recognize
Junie
for
that
purpose
and
she'll
introduce
it
on
behalf
of
the
committee.
A
Through
the
star,
through
31,
are
all
bonding
ordinances
and
again
what
we'll
do
toriel
recognize
Judy.
These
will
all
be
introduced
by
the
Committee
on
Finance,
I
and
the
way
you'll
do.
What
of
this.
You
know
offering
16
101
19
3-1,
including
whatever
that
last
number
is
so
all
at
once,
so
you
don't
have
to
get
up
and
down
and
then
so
we
did
before
and
then
Danielle,
though,
will
have
to
read
through
each
title.
A
So
at
that
point
you
know
she'll
be
through
the
title
and
at
the
end,
they'll
all
be
referred
to
finance
okay,
but
these
are
all
the
introductions
on
the
bonding
for
tonight.
The
next
one
item
32,
that's
the
one
that
relates
to
the
marriage
fees
that
was
going
to
be
by
mr.
O'brien
and
it
will
be
referred
to
it's
going
to
be
referred:
you've,
canceled
operations
and
then
33
is
the
budget
ordinance
which
will
be
filled
in
later
as
we
get
into
our
process.

In
addition,
there
was
a
recommendation
to
pull
out
some
language
on
the
scholarship
that
Albany
Housing
Authority
has
agreed
to
that
language
specifically
is
pulled
out
and
put
in
resolution
for
Michelle-
that's
printing
that
now,
and
so
that
resolution
will
accompany
this
larger
ordinance.
So
the
initial
resolution
is
being
withdrawn
in
place
of
it
would
be
in
ordinance
and
then
we'll
be
accompanied
with
a
resolution
specifically
on
the
scholarship
committee
per
minute,
commitment
from
all
the
houses
so.

A
Than
that,
okay,
it
goes
back
to
when
I
started,
and
actually
our
budget
resolution
from
last
year
talks
about
how
far
back
that
went
and.
D
A
D
D
What
but
Jonathan
cooperated
with
senior
services
of
colony,
which
is
also
a
not-for-profit
on
a
health
fair
that
he
did
back
in
April
and
he
was
very
impressed
and
satisfied
with
what
the
senior
centers
economy
offered
him
at
no
cost.
So
I
use
Senior,
Services
colony
myself
and
it's
very
impressive.
They
have
a
nice
50.
D
F
E
One
of
my
confusion
about
how
do
we
approach
this
is:
we
also
have
the
morgue
providing
services.
We
have
the
Jewish,
Community
Center
to
some
extent
providing
services.
The
Jewish
I
think
there's
something
an
organization
called
Jewish
senior
services
and
somebody
reached
out
to
me
recently
about
you
know
they
would
like
to
do
more
providing
services
so
I,
don't
know
for
me
the
little
daunting
the
ideas
are
the
budget
process
to
now
figure
out
what
we
do
and
end
this
and
the
other
party
media
we're
not
running
it's
tration,
medicine,
charge
contracting
and
overseas,
cetera.
