If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

So
it
is
a
comprehensive,
clear
code
of
ethics.
It
also
establishes
ethics,
a
board
of
that
ethics
board
that
we
haven't
had,
and
you
know
it's
going
to
take
some
discussion,
but
it's
I
think
it's
important
thing
to
get
something
going
on
the
folks.
It
also
has
some
provisions.
I
think
the
supporting
material
did
show
indicates
some
of
the
comparisons
as
to
what
is
we
abide
by
now,
what
the
state
law
is,
etc.
C
There
are
some
provisions
like
a
nepotism,
for
example,
which
is
not
covered
right
now
that
could
be
included
here,
but
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
have
some
good
discussion
in
committee
and
it's
going
to
take
time
if
we
do
get
to
it.
So
are
there
required
things
that
we're
not
doing
you
know
we're
doing?
What's
probably
what's
required
there
are.
There
might
be
some
things
that
we
should
be
doing.
That's
not
clear,
but
we
now
kind
of
operate
under
provisions
in
the
general
municipal
law.
The.
F
C
It
would
be
a
five-member
board
appointed
by
the
mayor
with
confirmation
by
the
council,
I
believe
by,
provided
that
the
supermajority
vote
for
confirmation
there
are
provisions
which
is
standard
in
others
in
terms
of
they
have
to
be.
You
know,
obviously,
residents
and
also
provisions
that,
in
terms
of
political
party
registration,
that
a
majority
can't
be
of
any
one
political
party,
so
that's
kind
of
a
standard.
You
know
we'll
talk
about
that
and
a
city
like
this.
Maybe
that
might
be
difficult,
but.
F
C
Investigative
Authority
and
they
be
able
to
achieve
advisory
opinions,
and
if
employees
had
questions
about
a
certain
behavior
appropriate
behavior,
they
would
also
have
subpoena
power
to
conduct
investigations
which
are
kind
of
standard
in
what
what
can
I
calm
also
recognize.
We
don't
have
an
ethics
board
right
now.
We
sort
of
rely
on
the
county
board,
which
is
not
clear
if
that
one
really
is
constituted
or
operable,
but
we
probably
that
we
have
our
own
ethics.
You.

Description,
but
what
makes
unit
this
particular
person
is
appropriately
compensated
raised
the
salary
by
$2,000
for
the
position
and
then
also
changed
the
minimum
qualification.
The
person
is
seated
in
this
position
has
a
bachelor's
degree
in
accounting,
the
concentration
of
findings,
so
there
are
things
that
I
could
ask
them
to
do.
Like
I
was
looking
at
five
years
the
revenues
coming
into
the
department,
because
he
has
the
skill
set,
he
was
able
to
do
it
the
way
the
current
job
description
is
written.

I
Also
want
to
approach
me,
that's
not
section.
Eight,
and
one
of
their
concerns
is
that
they
can't
find
they're
trying
to
move
their
family
away
from
some
certain
conditions
that
they're
existent
now
and
they
can't
find
any
affordable
housing.
That
would
you
know,
fit
the
section
eight
function,
so
it
just
made
me
think
about
luxury
apartments.
You
know
the
comment
that
was
made
by
mr.
Anna
Anderson
and
you
know
soon
as
I
walk
out
of
that
meeting.
I
I
get
that
phone
call
about
a
person
who
was
looking
all
over
the
city
of
Waukee
trying
to
find
you
know
living
and
the
pickings
are
very
slim.
So
you
know
that's
a
real
situation
for
folks
right
now
to
try
to
find
housing
that
will
pull
them
out,
pull
out
of
some
of
the
things
that
they're
dealing
with
in
their
current
situation.
E
C
Okay,
and
also,
if
I
go
back
to
ordinances,
there
have
a
lot
of
four
candidates,
but
I
headed
out
to
Michelle
about
possibly
doing
a
council
operations
of
November
12th.
That's
a
Tuesday
take
off
the
two
ordinances
that
relate
the
City
Clerk's
office,
the
one
on
marriage
fees
and
the
one
that
relates
to
marriage
and
I
think
birthing,
ready.

F
C
C
H
C
Looking
at
Tuesday
November
12th,
okay,
do
you
have
another
date?
That's
open!
That's
the
only
problem.
C
C
K
K
To
create
them,
but
so
if
anybody
is
interested
in
reading
through
them,
we
two
candidates
were
excellent
and
we
felt
pretty
I
would
say
we
really
liked
both
of
them.
One
of
them,
though,
is
a
current
city
resident.
He
actually
lives
in
Joyce's
ward,
and
he
recently
came
to
speak
in
front
of
the
council
advocating,
for
you
know
a
one
way
to
be
put
back
or
traffic
direction.
So
he's
like
cares
about
the
community
is
involved
in
the
community,
was
very
smart,
very
well
put
together
just
like
shark
and
reminded
everyone
of.
B
K
Yeah,
so
he's
he's
the
one
that
we
really
that
we
ultimately
lead
it
we're
putting
forward.
So
what
we
would
love
to
do
if
there's
not
I
mean
if
anybody
has
any
way
and
from
their
writing
samples
and
feels
differently
about
that
him
being
our
first
choice,
if
we
could
here
by
Friday
or
if
you
need
more
time,
it's
fine,
but
it
would
be
great.
Yes,.
K
K
Isn't
right,
I
want
to
find
a
place,
that's
home,
and
he
had
gone
to
you
Albany
in
and
made
the
choice
to
come
back
to
Albany,
to
kind
of
set
down
roots,
which
is
when
he
opened
his
own
law
office
and
made
it
to
I,
mean
just
made
a
choice
to
make
our
city
his
home
and
lay
down
roots
here
and
he's
also
really
believes
in
the
city
and
working
for
the
city.
So
that
was
something
that
he
also
that
really
resonated
for
us
and
it
was
very
genuine.
It
wasn't
just
a
so.
E
E
It
has
well
kind
cut
and
paste
from
here.
H
E
E
E
B
H
H
K
I
K
B
D
Wanted
to
update
you
about
the
Community
Choice
aggregation
exploration.
The
mayor's
office
is
moving
forward
with
interviewing
there's
three
authorized
administrators
in
York,
State
and
they're
going
to
go,
have
an
interview
of
each
of
those
and
that's
November.
A
task
force
is
being
created
to
do
the
interviews.
It's
gonna
include
myself,
Krista,
fencer,
Mike,
wheeler
and.
D
Gallon
in
front
shape,
so
I
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
we
are
looking
forward
to
the
administration's
moving
forward
with
those
anchors
and
if
anybody
else
I
did
reach
out
to
you,
know
the
planning
committee.
You
know
men
on
this,
the
CCA.
You
know
we
could
use
one
more
member
on
task
force
from
the
council.
If
anybody
wants
to
join
us,
it's
November,
8th,
I
I,
have
reached
out
to
her.
D
You
know
about
that
and
hear
back
from
them,
but
if
anyone
else
is
really
dying
to
participate,
let
me
know
any
other
questions
about
that.
Remember
if
we
do
sign
a
contract
with
one
of
the
administrators,
that
doesn't
mean
that's,
not
a
that's.
Only
the
first
step
that
kind
of
authorizes
them
to
begin
to
explore
whether
we
should
go
forward
and
there's
a
certain
amount
of
education
that
they,
but
there's
that
initial
contract.
D
F
H
F
F
K
I
I
Know
something
I
take
some
getting
used
to
because
like
if
you
come
up
faster,
other
places
make
enough
on
grant.
You
know
this
kind
of
tricky
like
when
I
think
when
I
look
at
it.
It's
like
was
like
a
sudden
light
that
wasn't
there
so
I
think
that,
as
time
goes
on,
you
know
they
get
comfortable
work.
I.
D
H
B
B
But
like
finance,
it's
got
a
meeting,
I
mean
we
can
just
have
a
quick
conversation
about
Monday
before
the
budget
hearing
I
guess
most
people
take
motions
or
people
can
put
forth
motions
for
the
leadership
positions
and
don't
just
vote
make
sense
before
we
start
that'll
be
the
first
thing.
We
do
well
seven
in
the
meaning,
not
in
the
caucus.
