Discussion
after
I
get
through
the
we'll,
do
it
in
caucus,
but
through
something
on
the
record,
it's
kind
of
strong,
okay.
Okay,
then
we
have
the
budget
hearing
for
approval
of
minutes.
The
October
21st
minutes
I
have
for
approval
all
right,
we'll
have
the
public
hearing
and
I
once
that's
over
local
laws,
local
law,

that
goes

planning
next

resolution,
seventy-five

nineteen,
our
by
mr.
O'shay,
that
will
be
going
to
the
Housing
and
Community
Development
Committee
for
discussion.
Actually,
we
schedule
that
meeting
it's
for
November.

A
I
think
for
the
first
year,
or
so
the
mayor
wasn't
really
participating,
so
that
was
for
me.
I
had
like
certain
expectations
for
going
into
this
leadership
role,
and
you
know
working,
and
it
wasn't
until
recently
that
the
mayor
actually
started
dissipate
I'm
sure
I
mean
by
on
her
own
directly
through
her
staff.
They
were
their
chief
of
staff
and
deputy.
They
were
part
of
those
meetings,
but
I
thought
I
was
getting
into
it
to
deal
directly
with
the
mayor.
A
A
Administration
didn't
trust.
This
I
mean
we're
supposed
to
be
working
together,
so
we
need
there's
certain
information
we
need
I
would
be.
We
need
it
as
leadership
in
order
to
communicate
that
with
you
all
I
think
you
were
thinking
that
maybe
some
new
members
had
a
notion
that
we
weren't
sharing
something
and
stuff
wasn't
getting
out,
but
that
wasn't
it
we
we
just
went
through.
A
We
were
going
through
the
agenda,
and
that
was
the
extent
of
it
I'd
like
to
see
moving
forward
that
changed
a
little
more
trust,
communication,
I,
actually,
plan
on
speaking
and
interact,
communicate
more
with
members
to
get
you
know.
What
do
you
need?
What
do
you
need
and
how
can
I
help
you
you
get
there
I.
F
A
Go
I'll
go
in
requested.
The
thing
is
we
we're
doing
the
people's
work
we
didn't
put,
not
only
that
we
have
a
right
to
that
information
to
do
our
jobs.
We
need
that
information.
So
I'm
will
you
know
if,
but
members
are
chairs,
having
trouble
hidden
information.
You
know
I'll
I'll,
go
to
bat
and
have
conversations
with
the
administration
to
try
and
get
those.
I
I
I
I
I
But
for
too
long
I
feel
that
you
know
if
I
think
some
members
are
like
if
you're
in
tight
and
then
what
happens
everybody
else,
but
we've
had
those
when
I
first
started
here
it
was
like
you
know:
I
was
on
the
outside
and
I'm
hoping
that
that
it's
time
goes
on.
We
can
work
together
and
you
can
accomplish
something.
That's
important.
I
I
One
of
the
reasons,
I
think,
is
that
we
come
we
rush
in
here.
We
try
to
get
a
like
a
cork,
it's
Wednesday
in
Vail,
and
then
we
have
like
what
this
meeting
right
before
the
waiting
for
a
half
hour.
I
would
make
the
Wednesday's
meetings
more.
That
we
thought
I
would
try
to
do
stuff
that
we
we
may
need
to
eat
together.
I
will
try
to
make
us
more
of
a
team
that
we.
C
I
To
work
together,
okay
I
think
we're
all
from
different
parts.
The
cities
is
Walmart
I'm
strangest,
one
of
the
things
I
offered
him.
The
one
person
took
me
up
on
the
offer
was
countered.
I
would
like
to
tour
every
war.
It's
you
know,
I
represent
the
fifteenth,
but
we're
all
part
of
a
big
city
and
I.
I
Don't
think
we
do
enough
to
find
out
what's
going
on
in
different
parts
of
the
city,
when
I
did
the
walking
you're
part
of
the
city,
when
we
had
all
the
shootings,
not
the
Sun,
it
was
some
blacks
I
wanted
to
avoid.
Then
I
saw
a
sign
street
signs
totally
like
that.
You
couldn't,
you
didn't
know,
wait,
wait.
You
were
just
trying
to
call
me
GPS
and
I.
Put
the
wall.
I
could
pull
bill
turned
on
said
this
summit
to
the
picture
did
because
each
this
problem,
the
local
city
and
it's
a
group.
I
That,
if
somebody
has
relative
paths
the
way,
instead
of
going
on
that,
there's
something
there
we
can
do
it.
You
know
there's
different
ways.
We
can
do
it
right
thing
from
around
or
I
think
the
one
time
when
we
point
out
the
time
when
we
throw
down
the
sky,
that
was
the
first
kind
of
week,
work
14
votes.
Well,
some
people
abstain,
but
we
had
14.
I
H
G
A
H
J
F
D
A
H
So,
first
and
foremost,
I
have
a
lot
of
experience
and
leadership
on
boards.
I
was
elected
on
the
school
board
to
leadership
position
by
my
peers
to
every
single
leadership
position.
So
for
the
three
four
years,
I
was
on
the
school
board
three
years,
Cyrus
a
leadership
position
within
those
leadership
positions,
I've
done
just
about
every
possible
thing,
including
running
meetings,
meeting
with
people.
In
my
day,
job
I
deal
with
legislation.
I
think
an
important
part
of
this
position
is
to
make
sure
our
process
and
procedures
are
in
place,
I
think
moving
forward.
H
We
have
to
look
at
the
future
and
making
sure
that
we
have
someone
that
is
going
to
be
here
that
can
really
learn.
Those
process
and
procedures
is
very
important.
I
have
a
legislative
background.
That's
what
I
do.
Every
I
work
with
Bill
language
I
did
in
Davila,
which
I
negotiate
the
language
I'm
very
familiar
with
all
I
know
that
and
I
think
that
I
could
really
hit
the
ground
fighting
with
it.
I
also
have
some
great
ideas
for
some
things
that
we
could
do
differently.
H
I
think
that
we
are,
we
have
some
amazing
pieces
to
us
as
a
council,
but
we
need
to
work
as
a
unit
and
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
potential
for
that.
I
think
the
history
have
made
a
large
to
do
that
and
some
of
those
pieces
are
still
there.
I
think
past
councils
have
had
to
deal
with
a
lot
more
division
than
we
have
now
and
I
do
think
that
we
can
come
together
and
I.
Do
you
think
that
we
can
be
a
force
which
matters
and
then.
F
H
Think
that
it's
important
to
have
diversity
on
our
leadership
team,
and
that
includes
having
them
in
on
our
leadership
team.
I,
think
that
my
qualifications
are
the
most
important
thing,
I
think
I'm,
incredibly
qualified
without
gender
being
included,
but
I
think
when
you
have
a
qualified
person,
you
need
to
make
sure
that
those
pieces
are
there
and
four
seconds
left.
So.
K
So
I
am
mr.
Esther
run
again
for
the
majority
leader
position.
It's
on
the
first
say
that
I
respect
everyone's
wisdom,
knowledge
and
insight
in
this
room
when
I
first
got
on
to
council,
I
didn't
have
best
to
try
to
learn
from
everybody
and
in
this
majority
leader
position,
I
feel
like
that's.
What
is
what's
going
to
be
needed?
K
J
Mr.
Brian
I
can't
disagree
with
anything
that
either
the
other
folks
have
indicated
about
your
qualifications
to
think
they're.
Both
qualified
I
think
gender
is
one
thing,
but
I
don't
think
it's
the
only
thing
I
believe
I
have
experienced.
This
is
my
Oh
18th
year
on
the
council
on
finishing
my
18th
year
on
the
council.
My
background
is
I.
Am
an
attorney
retired
from
this
mostly
work
with
the
State
Health
Department.
We
work
for
some
other
state
agencies
and
work
with
county
government.
J
I
believe
I
have
the
organizational
skills
I
have
volunteered
and
I'm
president
of
one
not-for-profit
board.
The
International
Center
Capital,
Region
and
I
worked
on
a
number
of
others.
I
think
I
have
the
ability
to
work
with
everybody.
Sometimes
I
disagree
with
the
administration,
not
always
most
of
the
time.
I
do
not,
but
I,
don't
think
any
of
us
should
feel
constrained
necessarily
to
not
to
to
be
quiet
when
we
think
there's
a
problem
that
has
to
be
addressed,
I,
don't
and
I
just
touch
back,
I
really,
don't
think
the
council
is
a
divided
body.
J
J
H
H
J
I
can
get
one
from
years
years
back,
but
we
didn't
have
a
system
for
rating
streaks.
King
I
could
go
on
and
look
up
what
DLT
did
and
they
had
a
system
interlaced
of
rating
streets
and
the
administration
then
was
not
and
me,
and
leaf
initially
willing
to
go
on
board.
But
we
did
finally
persuade
the
administration
to
go
on
board
to
adopt
a
quantifiable
metric
for
exploring
streets
and
that's
been
followed
ever
since
that
it's
not
a
perfect
system,
but
it
was
better
than
than
what
we
had
and
recently
I
know.
J
F
H
H
And
another
reason
is:
there
was
absolutely
no
presentation
directly
to
the
council
about
the
budget
issues
which
I
brought
up
over
and
over
again,
and
that
to
me
is
an
essential
thing.
When
you're
talking
about
fighting
like
working
against
the
administration
for
three
sides
of
it,
and
one
of
them
is
holding
them
accountable,
and
that
does
not
always
happen
in
the.
In
fact
where
that
should
happen
is
when
you're
talking
to
them
to
say
no,
you
need
to
come
to
us.
H
E
G
F
K
B
H
K
As
long
it's
it's
it's
that
way.
The
schedule
yes
I.
J
H
G
D
A
E
H
B
H
Us
we
are
the
three
people
that
are
running
any
interest
or
moving
things
forward.
We
can
each
make
the
commitment
that,
if,
if
we're
the
lowest
vote-getter
and
then
we
can
then
we've
release
our
votes
to
the
other
members
and
people
can
move
forward.
I,
don't
think
it's
natural
to
be
divided
in
leadership
in
the.
