If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
B
You
very
much
so
I
think
the
council
has
already
provided
with
the
basic
specs
that
we
intend
to
use
to
enhance
our
our
current
camera
system,
which
is
provided
by
a
vendor
named
innervate.
Just
so,
you
know
what
I'm
referencing
our
camera
system
is
separate
and
distinct
from
planning
and
development
planned
with
the
with
with
the
smart
node
lights
that
they're
intending
to
acquire
and
I.
Can
let
mr.
Spencer
speak
to
that.
Mr.
B
Spencer
and
I
have
had
the
opportunity
to
sit
down
with
couple
individuals
and
discuss
the
compatibility
of
cameras
with
these
smart
notes,
but
that
compatibility
is
still
relatively
speculative
at
this
time.
It
doesn't
mean
that
we're
not
continuing
that.
We
don't
intend
to
intend
to
continue
to
discuss
this.
This
is
something
I'm
myself
and
the
department
that
I
know
that
from
the
chief
is
very
interested
in
not
only
with
partnering,
with
another
department,
saving
costs
and
expanding
surveillance
throughout
the
city.
B
But
you
know
the
more
cameras,
the
better
for
our
purposes,
for
enhancing
public
safety
and
doing
anything
we
can
to
improve
crime-fighting
and
crime
prevention
efforts.
But
the
current
system
that
we
put
before
you
in
October
includes
four
cameras
to
each
position.
Generally
is
already
a
light
pole,
but
it's
more
than
just
the
hardware.
It's
the
servers,
the
DVRs,
if
they're
connected
to
it,
the
storage,
digital
video
recorders,
you
similar
to
what
you
might
have
at
home,
but
you
know
much
much
greater
storage
capacity,
the
routers,
the
and
even
the
fiber
that
services
it.
B
It
just
wouldn't
be
realistic
at
this
time
to
expect
to
put
a
system
anywhere
near
that
within
the
street
light
cameras
doesn't
mean
that
we
can't
do
that.
Do
something
good
in
the
future
with
those
streetlights.
But
it
just
wouldn't
be
the
same
thing
that
we're
asking
for
in
this.
It's
a
completely
different
scope
and
capacity,
and
just
immeasurable
difference
and
our
current
the
current
status
of
our
cameras,
which
were
installed
in
2006,
and
you
know
they
were
installed
kind
of
piecemeal,
but
it
was
cutting-edge
technology
for
the
most
part
at
that
time.
B
But
now
it's
gotten
to
the
point
where
we're
almost
at
the
termination
mode.
These
cameras
are
failing,
they'll
only
keep
even
the
most
vital
video
can
be
prioritized
and
saved
in
some
points
for
only
three
to
five
days,
which
is
an
obvious
risk
and
some
of
them
just
for
purposes
of
extraction.
We
can't
even
directly
view
them.
It
has
to
be
physically
removed
from
the
site
in
some
cases,
so
there's
a
dramatic
room
for
improvement
and
some
poise
in
some
in
many
aspects
of
it
hardware
and
software.
We
have
no
choice
but
to
improve
it.
A
B
Glad
you
brought
that
up
so
the
plan
is
a
five-year
plan,
a
hundred
cameras
total.
It
would
be
five
intersections
per
year,
four
cameras
per
intersection,
so
20,
obviously
20
cameras
per
year.
We
would
initiate
this
product
project
by
bolstering
the
current
prioritize,
the
intersections
that
already
have
cameras,
improving
them
and
then
moving
on
to
additional
intersections,
as
is
decided
by
the
parties
involved.
B
C
B
Can't
say
right
now,
but
a
minimum
of
30
I
mean
a
very
bare
minimum
of
30
days,
just
on
the
independent
server
before
they
bounce
back
and
then
they
it
does
that.
That's
not
it
it's
beyond
that.
It's
it's!
We
take
them
off
and
preserve
them,
but
I
mean
we'd,
be
looking
more
along
the
lines
of
90
days
and
then
also
we're
looking
into
shared
databases,
so
that
we
don't
have
to
share
this.
B
These
recordings
on
you
know,
thumb
drives
or
you
know,
discs
I
mean
those
are
deep
discs
or
pretty
much
extinct
at
this
point
and
they
don't
even
really
hold
the
capacity
to
store
a
lot
of
video.
We
have
so
that
spec,
you
tably,
not
I'm,
thinking
more
along
the
lines
of
90
days.
I
can't
answer
that
definitively
right
now,
but
that's
that's
the
main
part
of
our
project.
A
B
D
B
That
was
that
grant
from
the
governor
was
solicited
by
Sergeant
Regan,
a
predecessor
and
part
of
my
position
for
explaining
some
of
the
needs
that
that
I,
just
elaborated
on
the
five
hundred
thousand
would
be
part
of
the
the
cost
of
the
council.
We
just
discussed,
and
that
was
really
basically
start
up.
D
B
Gonna
move:
this
is
a
big
priority
for
me,
I
mean
coming
from
the
detective
office.
I
know
how
integral
this
is
to
investigations
and
crime
prevention.
So
this
is
a
huge
priority
as
soon
as
we
have
the
funding
secured
I'm
gonna
move
on
it
right
away,
I'm
hoping
to
to
start
having
the
cameras
up
within
I
mean
three
months.
You
know
I
know
we
have
to
spec
stuff
out
once
in
a
while.
There's
there's
other
surveys
that
have
to
be
done.
D
D
E
Now
we're
waiting
on
the
approval
from
the
PSC
on
the
purchase
so
once
that
that
occurs,
it's
going
to
move
relatively
pretty
quickly,
probably
once
that
happens
within
a
few
months,
we've
got
to
do
the
attachment
agree
with
National
Grid
as
soon
as
the
attachment
agreement
is
done
and
we're
ready
to
close
we're,
gonna
begin
construction,
the
next
day,
I'm
project,
so
just
to
outline
the
difference
here.
Really,
you
know
we're
talking
with
traffic
signals.
It's
really
what
the
connection
to
these
cameras
are.
So
these
are
traffic
signals
that
are
already
run
by
APD.
E
They
have
the
table.
They
have
all
the
infrastructure
for
these
high
resolution
cameras
to
be
able
to
capture
all
that
information
on
our
street
lights,
we'll
be
able
to
look
at
some
areas
and
find
some
areas
where
there
may
be
some
gaps
in
coverage
potential
using
the
smart
nodes
integrating
with
their
technology.
E
A
E
E
Projects,
but
that
would
be
based
additional
meetings
with
APD
to
look
at
where
there
might
be
some
gaps
in
coverage
where
we
might
be
able
to
supplement
what
they're
already
doing.
But
again,
it's
two
different
systems
and
there's
there's
not
they're,
not
redundant
I.
Guess
that's
the
bottom
line,
so
I
didn't
want
the
council
to
think
that
what
APD
is
doing
is
the
same
thing
that
we're
doing
with
the
street
lighting.
B
F
F
A
B
B
E
A
A
A
B
Just
full
disclosure,
as
well
on
that
so
far
as
to
adopting
departmental
costs.
This
price
that
was
quoted
to
us
includes
five
years
of
main
floor
service
and
maintenance
on
these
cameras,
and
then,
after
that,
we
will
have
to
factor
that
into
our
departmental
budget
and
maintaining
this
infrastructure.
The
surveillance
infrastructure.
A
A
B
A
B
Anticipated
maina's
cost
no
I
mean
that
would
be
adopted
by
us,
but
I
can't
five
years
from
now
with
a
system,
that's
not
yet
implemented,
I
could
get
a
a
quote,
but
I
wouldn't
I,
wouldn't
put
a
lot
of
strength
behind
that
quote.
I
mean
it's
it's
five
years
out
anticipated
on
something
we
don't
even
remotely
have,
and
you
know
these
costs
change
rapidly.
A
A
A
G
Sorry,
the
pickup
is
a
replacement
vehicle.
My
apologies
to
or
not
pick
up
his
he's,
one
up
front,
say
and
I
think
this
was
discussed
on
the
30th.
Although
I
was
not
at
that
meeting
on
October
30th,
but
I
I
want
to
say
that
the
original
amount
in
the
capital
budget
was
for
three
hundred
and
sixty-five
thousand
dollars.
We
had
put
that
amount
in
to
add
another
service
vehicle,
because
we
had
anticipated
additional
staffing.
G
G
One
is
a
a
regular
crew
cab,
pickup
truck
one
ton
so
that
we
can
carry
tools,
materials,
tow,
our
various
pieces
of
equipment
and
other
APD
assets
that
we
may
have
be
asked
another
city
assets
that
we
may
be
asked
to
to
haul
around.
We
use
the
vehicles
on
a
Dale
that
this
vehicle
would
be
using
on
a
daily
basis
by
staff
to
perform
traffic
engineering
tasks.
G
About
90,000
and
it's
about
90,000,
it's
a
2003,
Ford
Explorer,
we're
looking
to
get
rid
of
the
SUV
that
just
doesn't
perform
the
task
today.
It
worked
well
during
its
life
cycle,
but
it's
a
2003.
It's
getting
up
there
and
starting
to
cost
us
some
money
to
repair,
and
it
just
frankly,
doesn't
do
the
tasks
that
we
needed
to
do
today,
as
our
various
roles
have
expanded.
G
The
second
piece
of
equipment
is
a
utility
vehicle
that
called
a
bobcat
a
tool
cat
and
we
use
it.
We
have
one
now.
Currently,
that
is
a
2005
we
are
proposing
to
purchase
a
second
one
to
have.
These
are
multiple
tasks,
mainly
our
main
task
is
for
winter
snow
removal
at
the
APD
facilities.
So
there's
a
seven
APD
I
think
it's
7
APD
buildings,
including
we
do
plow
the
farm
to
make
sure
our
Mountain
Union
can
get
in
and
out.
A
A
G
A
G
The
one
we
have
now
has
certainly
gone
through
its
life.
It
has
several
several
thousand
hours
on
it
and
it
breaks
down
I'd
like
to
keep
it
as
a
second
line
vehicle
to
have
so
we
have
something
that
if
the
primary
one
goes
down,
we
have
a
backup
the
we'd
like
to
buy
attachments.
Some
of
the
ones
are
shown
on
that
picture
as
well
with
the
vehicle,
and
we
can
get
this
under
a
GSA
contract.
It's
available
on
that,
then
we
can
purchase
off
of
that
particular
contract.
G
A
G
C
G
Sir
and
then
I'm
gonna
describe
this
as
a
third
vehicle,
but
the
the
one-ton
dump
really
is
just
that.
But
it's
a
it's
a
another
set
of
pictures
here.
For
you,
it's
a
it
becomes
a
multi-purpose
piece
of
equipment
and
they're
all
illustrative.
It's
one
vehicle,
I'd,
say
print
a
bunch
of
pictures.
It
is
a
again
another
vehicle
that
would
be
used,
year-round,
snow,
plowing,
salting,
the
APD
facilities.
We
also
can
use
it
to
haul
equipment
pallets
of
materials
in
the
summer
time
when
we're
putting
pavement
markings
down
a
sign,
material,
etc.
G
Is
one
of
the
tasks
again?
Each
facility
is
a
24/7,
a
PD
facility.
We
try
to
clear
our
facilities
as
quickly
as
possible
with
the
staff
we
have,
while
DGS
and
parks
and
recs
are
doing
their
tasks
of
cleaning
streets
or
cleaning
the
parks.
We
we
have
had
discussions,
numerous
discussions
with
various
chiefs
about
having
other
departments
do
the
clearing
at
the
APD
facilities
and
not
able
to
dgs
is
clearing
the
streets
they
may
be
able
to
get
to
us
eventually,
but
in
the
meantime
we
have
public
going
into
our
buildings.
G
We
have
staff
coming
in
and
going
out
of
our
buildings
and
our
parking
lots
trying
to
get
our
APD
vehicles
in
and
out
of
our
parking
lots
and
we've
been
clearing
our
buildings.
Now,
for
almost
my
entire
career
we've
been
doing
this
and
trying
to
do
it
a
little
more
efficiently
is
why
we've
put
these
vehicles
into
the
budget
they
have
other
uses
as
well.
While
snow
is
a
large,
you
know,
potentially
six
months
of
our
year,
we
do
intend
to
use
these
vehicles
for
other
other
purposes,
as
was
described
earlier.
G
G
G
So
if
we
had
to
rent
something
for
a
specific
task,
we
could
get
that
the
boat
is
a
good
piece
of
equipment,
but
it's
a
little
more
on
the
lighter
end,
2,000
pounds
3000
pounds
so
we're
trying
to
we're
trying
to
move
pallets
material
or
our
steel
poles
when
they
come
in
for
for
delivery,
we
unload
them,
although
what
otherwise
we'd
be
looking
at
like
dgs
planned
parks.
Has
the
Toro
tractors
that
you
have
put
a
rush
on
and
go,
but
we
want
a
multitask
with
this
piece
of
equipment
and
you're
gonna.
G
G
G
G
You
mean
Jews
with
salt
around
it
and
things
like
that.
It
develops
body
issues
rot
and
well,
it's
good
enough
to
keep
and
it
may
be
able
to
last
another
three
or
four
years,
five
years
it's
gonna
go
eventually
and
we'd
like
to
keep
it
as
a
secondary
vehicle,
try
to
extend
its
life
and
have
it
as
a
backup
where,
if
something
happens
to
the
primary
vehicle
we're
not
down,
we
found
that
with
the
the
sidewalks,
especially
around
the
facilities,
they're
very
tight.
It's
hard
to
get
a
larger
piece
of
equipment
on
the
sidewalk.
G
G
G
Their
primary,
their
primary
role
is
to
plow
the
streets
of
the
city
and
facilities
our
secondary,
so
APD
takes
care
of
our
own
facilities
because
we
are
open
to
the
public.
We
have
staff
going
in
and
out
of
our
buildings
and
we
have
staff
that
is
able
to
do.
It
has
been
doing
it
for
a
number
of
years,
so
we
take
care
of
our
own
facilities.
