Extension
of
our
FAA
radar
Tower
release
at
897
water,
Pacific
Road,
exactly
the
same
lease
as
previous,
except
for
one
change,
which
is
instead
of
an
exclusive
access
right
to
the
road
going
to
the
site.
They
agreed
to
a
shared
access
agreement
to
allow
us
to
access
our
solar
around
its
proposal.
E
The
address
you
know
what
it's
a
water
bullied:
Shaker
Road,
so
if
you're
coming
from
the
nursing
home
yep
and
it's
either
right,
there's
sort
of
almost
dirt
dish
with
the
road
right
before
you
get
to
the
new
BOCES
and
that's
the
road
that
how
you
get
back
to
it.
Okay,.
C
Is
that
was
this
through
open
bed,
or
was
the
state
contract
trying
to
read
his
Source.
A

C
A
G
B
G
We
asked
for
financial
information
from
that
in
good,
State,
okay,
so.
B
They
they
they
volunteered.
This
correct,
okay,
concern
that.
C
Okay,
how
many
of
the
sweets.
C
A
G
And
this
is
a
very
similar
University
with
them
into
Suite
12,
with
Bank
of
America
to
Japan.
We
replaced
Institute
with
another
party,
was
the
one
that
took
me
so
they're
still
we're
still
in
exactly
the
same
position,
bringing
in
the
same
money
that
we
would
have
brought
in
from
that
school,
but
had
they
stayed
in
this
week,
except
that
we're
also
making
sure
we're
protecting
the
county
by
getting
the
same
money.
That
Bank
of
America
would
think.
A
E
As
you
read
in
order
to
install
the
solar
array
at
897
water
from
Shaker
Road,
we
obviously
need
to
interconnect
to
the
grid.
When
you
do
that,
we
provide
part
of
the
infrastructure
to
a
point.
Then
it
crosses
over
to
utility
owned
infrastructure
and
they
install
that
utility.
We'll
talk
about
pole.
Basically,
they
install
that
and
so
in
order
to
do
so.
The
engagement
to
to
solve
the
problems.
B
B
B
A
Or
anything
like
that,
well,
I
mean
at
this
point:
it's
just
a
utility
easement
authorizing
access
and
emplacement
of
utilities.
I
mean
it
would
have
to
be,
it
might
have
to
be
yes,
it
might
have
to
be
extended
in
the
future
where
there
are
some
future
agreement
to
add
on
a
you
know,
but
you
wouldn't
have
to
go
back
to
the
easement
and
modify
it
yeah,
it's
possible.
It
depends
on
the
nature
of
what
they
would
ask
for.
E
So
this
is
allowing
us
to
enter
into
the
mou
with
cdtc.
We
were
awarded
a
hundred
thousand
dollar
Grant
from
cdtc,
in
addition
to
thirty
thousand
dollars
in
in-kind
services
that
they
will
provide
us
we're.
Looking
at
the
it's
a
multi
jurisdictional
study,
it's
basically
looking
at
the
corridor
from
Albany
banan's
Automotive,
the
Broadway
Corridor
and
looking
at
it
for
multiple
angles,
but
including
resilient
infrastructure,
sort
of
resilience
to
extreme
weather
Heat
concerns
in
the
area,
as
well
as
opportunities
to
improve
Transit
and
multimodal
Transit
into
the
area.
E
So
it's
happy
to
have
received
the
funds
very
interesting
time
to
be
doing
this
project
because
at
the
same
time,
there's
obviously
a
lot
of
work
going
on
in
related
to
the
787,
as
well
as
the
Toronto
pants
Bridge.
So
it's
a
good
good
time
to
be
looking
at
this,
and
this
just
allows
us
to
get
started.
C
I
think
I'm
getting
a
study.
There
then
helps
us
get
potentially
more
grants
through
cdtc,
which
obviously
is
the
jurisdiction.
We
can
get
some
of
those
federal
state
funds,
so
I
think
that's
a
great
idea.
I'd
like
to
see
more
of
these
coming.
You
know,
I
think
the
corridors
and
bus,
Rapid
Transit,
interconnected
job
sites.
Things
like
that,
as
well
as
expanding
bike
trails
is
going
to
be
huge,
so
you
know
I'm
all
in
favor
of
this,
and
you
know
yeah
to
your
point.
This.
E
E
To
go
first
at
an
intersection,
makes
a
big
difference
for
a
few
times
and
transit
times
without
a
huge
disruption.
So
CDTA
is
a
partner
here
for
who
worked
with
them
in
the
community
as
well.
It's
a
little
interesting
on
the
study
because
they
aren't
our
roads,
but
it's
because
it's
multi-community
of
insects
for
us
to
be
sort
of
the
umbrella
until
we
do
this
well.
B
To
obviously
have
Albany
is
involved
and
Broadway
would
be
manyans.
Is
there
a
piece
of
colony
that
jets
in
there
there's.
B
But
I'm
glad
to
hear
you're
talking
about
things
when
I
hear
about
these
multimodal
Carter
studies,
I
immediately,
think
of
complete
streets
and
I
and
I
worry
that
you
know
Broadway
is
a
you
know:
a
well-traveled.
B
Thoroughfare
and
when
they
contemplated
complete
streets
on
whatever
we
shake
a
road
people
said
no.
What
are
you
crazy?
We
couldn't
cut
a
lane
out
of
there
for
bicycles
and
and
that
sort
of
thing,
so
this
is
really
more
interconnects
with
other
infrastructure.
Or
could
it
be.
B
E
C
C
Just
because,
like
I
used
to
have
to
sit
on
that
committee
for
the
mayor
back
then
like
every
municipality,
has
jurisdiction
over
itself
and
has
to
apply
for
these
grants
like
technically
a
bunch
of
relative
Albany
County
if
they
agree,
but
not
everyone
like
it's
there's
no
like
the
county
and
chtc
can't
force
this
yeah.
E
B
County
Road
a
Town
Road.
It's
a
mix-up
by.
C
B
C
Would
be
like
so,
for
example,
the
state
or
the
county
Albany
doesn't
have
to
check
with
the
state
the
state
of
the
county.
Okay,.
E
B
A
I
So
that
this
is
a
memorable
understanding
between
the
county
of
Albany
city
of
Albany
and
College
of
Saint
Rose
to
sharing
the
cost
of
a
new
term
field
at
the
community
of
sports
complex
with
development
park.
It
says
a
number
of
benefits
number
one
being.
Of
course
it
is
an
assistance
to
the
College
of
the
student
grows,
which
is
obviously
an
important
part
of
Albany
County,
our
economy,
the
community.
The
field
itself
is
about
13
years
old,
the
typical
length
of
life
or
a
field
like
that
is,
is
10
years.
I
So
it's
well
past
due
for
a
replacement
and
an
added
bonus
of
this
is
that
we
are
going
to
be
able
to
post
County
recreational
programs
on
the
field
which,
as
some
of
you
may
know,
we
don't
really
have
our
own
Recreation
program
in
the
city
of
Albany.
So
there
is
a
number
of
advantages
to
this,
and
so
we're
hoping
to
move
forward
with
summer.
H
Question
Cameron:
are
you
saying
that
before
the
county
did
not
have
access
to
the
field,
yeah.
I
H
Would
we
have
access
kind
of
like
when,
though,
when
the
other
entities
didn't
need
it
when
Saint
Rose
didn't
need
it
like
the
city
going
forward,
and
we
are
saying
that
access
would
allow
us
to
use
it
for
whatever
support
we
wanted?
Not
it's
not
delineated.
I
B
Thank
you,
Mr,
chairman
anywhere,
in
this
operating
agreement.
Do
we
share
costs
of
Maintenance,
or
is
this
just
a
one-time
Capital?
This
is
a
long
time
to
capital
investment
investment.
So
if
somebody
wants
to
use
it
at
night,
will
there
be?
Will
there
be
lights
there
I
believe
there
are
so
there
could
potentially
night
use
could
could
yeah
create
electric
bills,
but
obviously
with
the
college
is
going
to
pick
them
up
or
somebody
other
than
that's
Albany.
I
B
E
Is
I
think
what
this
will
allow
us
to
do
to
sort
of
negotiate
what
the
access
is
going
to
look
like,
and
you
know
what
are
the
days
times:
they're
committing
I
believe
the
use
of
life
in
the
field.
We
can
do
our
Technologies
13
years
so
over
those
13
years.
What
are
our
where
the
college
gets?
First,
you
know
students
for
their
games
and
practices,
but
outside
of
that,
it's
collaborating
with
the
city
and
the
County
Rec
on
will
formalize.
What
that
looks
like
looks
like.
Usually
these
types
of
fields
are
striped.
D
D
E
D
Well,
if
you
could
find
out
who's
going
to
schedule
it
and
just
let
the
legislatures
know,
that's
I
would
just
like
to
know
that
it's
not
a
problem
or
nothing
I.
Think
it's
great
idea,
but
I
would
just
like
to
know
who
you're
supposed
to
contact
with
that
Matt.
You
got
a
question.
D
C
Guys
are
going
to
get
is
the
standard
times
since
County
programming
and
then
everything
else
sort
of
stays
the
same.
So
what
I
mean
by
that
is
it's
just
that
it's
giving
you
an
opportunity
to
put
your
program
in
there
at
a
set
time
when
it
comes
to
Open,
Fields
and
stuff,
like
that,
that's
not
changing
how
it
works
right,
that's
just
at
the
end
of
the
day,
the
college
is
going
to
develop
their.
D
Sorry,
obviously,
I
know
that
people
pay
to
use
those
fields
and
I
assume
the
county
would
not
pay
to
use
it.
If
I
was
a
soccer
team
would
come
in
we're
paying.
D
B
Exactly
actually
I
kind
of
answered,
my
own
question
by
reading
some
of
this
stop
on
the
field
for
the
St
Rose
women's
and
men's
soccer
and
lacrosse
teams,
I
guess
the
field
would
be
striped
accordingly,
it's
not
a
football
field,
it's
not
a
baseball
field.
It's
people.
