Just
you
all
know,
we
are
recording,
live
to
YouTube
so
that
people
can
watch
it.
Anyone
any
of
the
public
right
now
could
go
hop
on
and
watch
it
on
our
YouTube
channel,
the
previous
ones.
We
rarely
get
that
to
work,
so
we
actually
just
recorded
it
on
my
computer,
but
it
wasn't
live
at
the
moment
now.
This
one
was.

A
Mean
you
host?
Okay,
all
the
minutes
pass!
Okay!
Before
we
get
into
this
discussion
of
finalizing
some
of
these
recommendations.
Candidate
report
further
on,
we
know,
then,
at
about
the
the
funding
related
to
the
boat
harbor
and
also
some
of
the
feedback
you
got
from
the
artistic
groups
that
perform
to
see.
If
there
are
our
funds
that
have
been
unexpended
so
that
basically
could
be
banked
into
the
future,
so
explain
some
of
those.
If
you
would
camp
in
please.
I
B
A
I
A
B
Well,
I
think
we
have
everyone
here.
So
I
will
just
remind
you
that
this
one
I
recorded
the
other
ones
just
straight
to
the
computers,
because
I
was
figuring
out
the
YouTube
one,
but
this
one
is
or
live
to
YouTube,
so
other
people
can
can
view
it
on
the
city's
YouTube
channel
to
just
kind
of
update
Brian
asset
I.
B
He
had
asked
a
couple
questions
in
the
last
meeting
and
that
I
respond
to
and
I
was
update
on
those
I
heard
back
from
most
of
the
arts
organizations
regarding
how
to
be
easier
for
them
will
be,
and
they
most
of
them
responded
back.
You
see
that
Thibodeau
Vegas
Symphony
Orchestra,
so
that
they've
already
had
their
events
are
essentially
done.
B
Harrington
and
Alpine
Community
Theater,
so
that
they
probably
they
plan
to
use
those
funds
still,
even
if
it
goes
past
July,
they
think
they'll
be
utilizing
those
funds
most
thing
as
much,
which
you
guys
received,
and
then
I
haven't
heard
specifically
yet
from
Taff.
Regarding
that,
you
know
they
have
a
lot
more
organizations,
probably
a
little
bit
more
analysis,
if
you
will
so
that
maybe
some
more
time
for
them
to
put
together
but
they'll.
B
H
B
The
bull
Harper
findings,
specifically
regarding
the
the
other
question,
is
essentially
what
will
happen
if
the
city
doesn't
get
those
funds,
as
I
said
in
the
meeting,
it's
hard
to
say
we're
still
putting
together
the
budget
and
we
actually
were
a
little
bit
delayed,
essentially
reevaluating
the
entire
budget.
In
light
of
this
car
on
a
virus
and
redoing,
it's
based
off
and
revised
expected
revenues,
but
our
capital
budget
in
particular.
We
definitely
don't
have
finalized.
B
But
it's
a
it's
a
difficult
decision
to
know
exactly
where
the
bow
harbor
funding
would
fit.
Among
all
the
other
capital
requests.
I
talked
to
our
city
administrator
and
he
said
that
he
doesn't
really
have
a
finalized
draft
capital
budget
yet
and
then,
even
if
you
did
it'd
still
be
a
little
soon
to
tell.
Basically,
though,
if
we
don't
get
the
funds
for
the
park
Jax,
we
would
just
scope
down
the
the
project
to
do
less
or
to
do
things
at
a
lower
quality
or
not
a
sort
of
shoddy
quality.
B
But
we
change
it
around
value
engine
so
that
we
can
stay
within
budget
and
scope,
so
we
just
have
to
assess
what
that
final
dollar
amount
is
to
know
exactly
what
would
be
changing
or
cutting.
You
know
that
if
we
don't
get
park
tax,
that
means
we're
laying
we're
leaving
other
funds
on
the
table
as
well
and
the
map
the
matching
funds,
as
I
said
before,
we
normally
don't
want
to
do
that
and
I
would
hope
that
we
don't
just
city,
wouldn't
do
that.
I
know
in
general.
B
We
want
to
take
advantage
of
any
matching
our
grants
that
we
have,
but
I
also
know
that
you
know
there's
there's
a
lot
of
needs,
as
I
said
before,
the
the
ratio
of
available
funds
to
requested
funding
is
far
greater
and
the
city
side
than
on
the
park
tax
side.
So
it's
I'm
reiterating
what
what
I
said
an
email,
but
there.
D
B
A
Now,
if
we
could
I've
asked
Camden
to
revise
this
spreadsheet,
to
put
underneath
each
four
names,
the
the
recommended
amount
we
just
we
decided
last
week
and
and
now
what
I
like
it
was
go
for
them
from
right
to
left
start
with
Scott
to
say,
okay,
what
numbers
would
you
change?
You've
got
a
way
to
think
about
this,
and
maybe
they
don't
change
at
all.
But
if
so,
what's
going
to
happen,
is
the
changes
will
be
highlighted
in
red
and
just
see
where
the
changes
are
up
or
down
to
see
what
we
do
with
the?
A
B
I
A
A
I
G
A
It's
okay
I,
especially
if
some
people
left
most
of
it
intact,
except
for
a
few
of
them,
I'm,
not
sure
if
anybody
made
wholesale
changes
or
not
to
their
to
their
sheet.
But
you
know:
I
didn't
make
a
lot
of
kind
of
changes,
so
maybe
I
didn't
either,
and
so
that's
why
they
go
down
line
by
line
okay,
okay,
I
I.
E
Did
actually
I
went
through
and
tried
to
skim
a
little
off
of
a
lot
of
things
to
get
a
get
it
up
to
about
a
hundred
and
twenty-five
thousand
one
hundred
and
twenty
four
thousand
thinking?
If
we
could
do
that,
then,
but
then,
if
we
have
the
two
years
then
maybe
next
year
we
wouldn't
have
the
library
option.
You
know
the
library
thing,
so
we
would
be
able
to
commit
a
little
bit
more
there.
So.
I
A
E
B
E
D
D
You
can
get
through
the
state
and
so
I
wonder
if
they
ought
to
explore
that
plus.
If
we
have
another
year
to
get
it
like,
I
think
Karen
or
someone
said
we
we
wouldn't
have
the
library
to
deal
with
next
year
and
and
that
would
give
us
an
additional
hundred
in
addition
to
another
hundred
next
year
on
the
boat
I'll.
If
we
decide
to
do
that.
The
other
issue
that
concerns
me
too,
is
the
survey.
The
boat
harbor
was
not
even
mentioned
as
that
place
that
anyone
would
spend
any
of
their
hundred
dollars.
A
G
A
A
A
lot
of
me,
the
blue
column
last
week,
was
what
we
came
up
right.
Here's
our
starting
points
and
now
cabins
take
a
nap;
okay,
that's
what
I'm
up,
but
now
we've
taken
the
group
recommendation
and
now
we're
saying
individually.
We
want
to
change
the
group
recommendation
so
what
you're,
seeing
in
your
column
now?
Is
the
group
recommendation?
Okay,
okay,
gene?
If
you
don't
you
don't.
A
I
can
start
and
show
you
what
I
did
on
mine
just
so,
like
maybe
clarify
what
I
get
is
I
put.
I
went
down
can
of
trying
to
go
up
to
starting
with
the
youth.
Choirs
I
went
down
5,000
there,
I
went
down
3,000
on
on
the
wasa
twins.
I
went
down
5,000
on
a
F
symphony
10,000
on
the
community.
Theater
6,000
on
the
visual
arts,
7,000
on
admin
and
I
went
down.
14
took
that
out
the
scoreboard
replacement
off,
and
that
comes
with
50,000
that
I
added
to
the
boat
harbor
for
150,
okay,.
A
G
D
A
A
G
G
What
was
the
other
one
$5,000
arts,
I
I,
would
take
off
what
I
put
down
for
administration
I.
Think
I
was
I,
don't
understand
the
administration.
Honestly,
someone
needs
to
enlighten
me
that
on
that
on
why
we
pay
reggie's
salary
or
whatever
we're
doing
I.
Don't
understand
that
part.
So
I'd
appreciate
someone
in
lighting
me
on
that
on
why
we
have
that
as
an
amount.
G
D
D
D
E
G
D
Concerns
but
there
people
had
that
I
requested
last
week
about
TAS
funding
and
I,
had
long
conversations
they're
having
bread
yet
boils
down
to
they're
concerned
about
the
need
for
TAS
to
do
more
fundraising
and
they
concern
Karen
expressed
about
the
salaries
and
I
asked
Reggie
if
he
would
write
an
email
to
send
it
to
Camden
and
Brian
for
disbursement
to
each
of
you
indicating
what
his
plan
was
to
deal
with
those
concerns
and
I.
Don't
know
whether
he's
had
time
to
do
that.
D
D
D
A
I
Then
I
would
take
the
scoreboard
off
zero
and
dough
too.
This
is
an
exact
number,
so
you
can
round
it,
but
it's
basically
about
125.
Okay,
I
have
a
question
for
Camden
in
essence,
Parks
and
Rec.
If
you
look
at
it
at
least
setting
the
scoreboard
aside
for
a
minute
in
order
to
get
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
the
boat
harbour
everything
else
on
Parks
and
Rec,
I
guess
also
setting
art
dye
aside.
Since
that's
a
given
is
a
zero.
I
So
does
the
Parks
and
Rec
Committee
still
this
strongly
about
the
boat,
harbor
I
mean
I,
know,
there's
matching
money
and
all
of
that
stuff
and
I
hear
that
and
I
I
completely
get
that
I
also
hear
what
Dale's
saying
about
most
of
public
hurt.
You
know
there's
about
Harbor
and
maybe
been
there
once
or
twice,
but
very
few
use.
I
It
then
I'm,
it
is
gonna,
be
a
great
thing
and
it'll
certainly
add
to
and
I
think,
if
it's
promoted
and
in
that
and
once
it's
discovered
it'll
probably
be
used
more,
but
we're
putting
all
our
eggs
in
that
one
basket
in
order
to
get
that
matching
fund.
So
is
that
what
the
city
and
the
committee
would
likely
do
if
they
have
to
give
up
everything
else
yeah,
including
the
bathroom
for
I,.
G
B
The
that
we
wanted
to
capitalize
on
and
you're
right.
The
BOE
Harbor
as
it
stands
right
now
is
not
something
that
residents
are
lining
up
to
go
visit
and
participate
in
in
those
things.
And
understandably
so
it's
the
city
we're
not
necessarily
promoting
it
as
such,
or
anything
I
think
that
narrative
will
change
dramatically
once
these
improvements
are
made,
it'll
become
another
tool
in
the
recreational
toolbox,
it'd
be
something
we
want
to
promote
and
utilize
it'll
I
think
it
will
have
a
greater
presence
in
the
perception
of
the
community
and
so
yeah
no
one's
getting.
G
B
B
The
the
counties
will
fund
the
grant
that
they
they
are
for.
Harbor
speaks
to
an
overall
initiative
from
the
county,
as
well
as
Utah
Lake
Commission,
to
educate
the
public
on
the
reality
of
these
things.
Yes,
there
are
algae
blooms,
but
they
are
not
impacting
the
lake
as
a
whole
and
it's
not
preventing
people
from
recreative
on
most
all
of
the
lake
for
most
of
the
summer
and
so
part
of
all
this
effort,
there's
getting
community
and
not
just
from
the
city
but
from
many
other
entities
as
well,
and
it's
just
something.
F
Know
Scott
if
the
City
Council
has
talked
about
this
in
any
way,
we
know
that
the
grant
has
been
made
available
in
a
presentation
from
Derek,
but
that
was
just
prior
to
the
whole
Kovach
thing
and
so
I,
don't
think
we've
sat
down
and
said:
okay,
are
we
sticking
all
our
eggs
in
one
basket?
We
I
think
everyone
acknowledges
that
it
is
something
that
we
would
like
to
do.
There
is
a
number
of
factors
that
go
into
this.
There
are
people
that
are
entertaining
building
skating
rinks
down
there.
F
There
is
one
development
that
has
talked
about
restaurants
and
everything
right
on
the
water.
There
are
some
enhancements
that
have
been
spoken
about,
and
probably
as
recently
as
the
last
six
months
of
what
might
happen
down
there,
but
as
far
as
the
City
Council
coming
out
really
putting
a
stake
in
the
ground
that
that
hasn't
happened.
I.
I
Just
did
interesting
that
and
I'm
not
against
it,
I'm
not
trying
to
speak
as
it
advocate
against
that
all
of
us
came
in
to
our
initial
recommendations
with
zero
on
Harbor,
except
Nate.
I.
Think
Nate
made
a
well
reasoned
and
passionate
plea
that
this
is
an
opportunity
we
shouldn't
miss
and
and
I
think
it
was
very
persuasive
and
I
think
has
a
lot
of
reality
to
it.
F
F
I
F
I
mean
just
as
a
rule
in
Camden
can
speak
to
this,
but
just
as
a
rule
any
time
the
city
can
get
matching
funds,
whether
that's
from
mag
or
for
the
CDBG
grant.
Any
time
we
can
maximize
the
investment
in
our
city's
infrastructure
or
things
that
we
believe
will
be
of
benefit
the
city
just
automatically
does
its
best
to
do
that.
Trails
with
infrastructure,
with
whatever
it
might
be,
the
boat
harbour,
has
had
potential
for
a
number
of
years.
We
all
talk
about
algae
bloom.
F
If
you're,
not
a
boater,
then
Utah
Lake
means
nothing
to
you.
If
you're
a
boater
try
to
get
a
spot
to
park
in
down
there
on
a
Saturday,
algae,
bloom
or
not,
I
mean
it's.
It's
packed.
An
American
tour
could
be
even
more
packed,
but
even
even
I
will
go
to
Linden,
because
there's
just
so
much
more
room,
there's
two
ramps,
and
so
these
improvements
will
make
a
difference.
Are
they
going
to
rank
this
up
so
that
we
come
up
on
the
survey?
I
don't
know?
F
Maybe
if
there's
an
ice
skating,
rink
down
there
in
the
winter
that's
facilitated
as
a
result
of
this,
maybe
it
would,
but
this
is
all
conjecture.
That's
that's!
Why
we're
in
this
process?
We
look
this
over.
We
make
the
best
decision.
We
can.
The
City
Council
has
given
no
clear
direction.
Tam
is
that
does
that
true
or
false
yeah.
B
If
I'm
understanding
this
Scott
you're
kind
of
wanting
to
the
best,
you
can
to
get
a
feel
if
well,
your
guys's
assessment
of
all
these
recommendations
are
somewhat
in
line
with
what
you
think,
counsel
with
you
and
Clark
you.
You
can't
speak
on
council
to
say
yes
I.
You
know
council
agrees
with
how
you're
treating
Parks
and
Recreation
and
the
city
projects,
but
maybe
you
could
speak
to
you
personally.
If
you
are
okay
with
this
assessment,
are
you
you're
kind
of
feeling,
like
they're,
going
not
to
mutated,
heading
right
direction?
I
think.
F
It's
headed
in
the
right
direction.
We
found
out
what
the
two
years
I
I,
would
like
to
take
advantage
of
it,
because
now
I
haven't
voted
on
Utah
Lake
for
probably
the
last
three
or
four
years,
but
I
think
there
is
potential
for
development.
The
only
spot
that
we
have
available
left
is
down
there,
we're
talking
about
everything
from
the
the
vineyard
connector
going
down
along
the
North
Shore
of
the
lake,
as
opposed
to
coming
up
through
all
that
valuable
property.
F
So
I
think
there
is
much
to
be
considered
beneficial
in
in
making
these
updates
to
the
boat.
Harbor
fall
on
a
sword
committed,
probably
as
close
to
this
as
I
am
to
do
anything
with
with
art
die
being
nearly
complete.
That
was
that
was
one
of
my
big
things.
I
I
feel
like
the
two
year
approach,
we're
taking
with
the
hundreds
of
150
investment
from
the
part
committee.
I,
think
that's
I,
think
that's
fair
and
I
think
that's
a
good,
a
good
spend
of
this
money,
so
yeah
I.
H
B
To
speak
on
the
park
committee,
the
park
trails
committee,
when
we
put
together
a
lot
of
these
projects,
the
barber
actually
wasn't
part
of
it
part
of
the
discussion,
and
so
it
wasn't
necessarily
the
top
one.
But
again
this
is
an
opportunity
with
the
county
that
came
really
the
beginning
of
this
year,
whereas
those
projects
were
put
together
working
with
the
parks
and
trails
the
end
of
last
year.
They
had
the
trail,
the
quest
room
as
their
top
ones
and
the
playground
as
well.
B
They
often
talked
about
wanting
a
nicer,
a
better
playground
somewhere
in
the
city,
but
so
those
three
with
I
don't
know
which
one
would
be
first,
but
the
the
restroom
and
the
trail
would
be
the
number
ones.
But
again
that
was
when
the
Bo
Harbor
wasn't
part
of
the
discussion
in
any
real
earnest
capacity.
But
I
just
wanted
to
convey
to
you
what
their
priorities
were.
E
The
reason
I
think
we
should
go
with
the
boat.
Harbor
is
this?
If,
even
if
you
know,
if
Taff
or
someone
else
came
to
us
and
said
we
have
this
much
money
committed,
if
we
can
match
it
with
the
money,
you
give
I
I
like
to
look
at
the
idea
of
the
matching
funds
of
people
going
out
elsewhere
and
seeking
some
of
the
funding
I.
G
C
Plan
is
adding
a
beach
for
keep
people
to
go
through
with
the
sand
and
everything.
That's
gonna
draw
people,
particularly
with
kids,
just
to
go:
hey
I'm,
going
to
the
beach
today
type
of
things.
I
think
that's
gonna
got
people
even
if
I
don't
have
a
boat.
That's
gonna
draw
somebody
to
go
down
and
play
in
the
water
and
on
a
beach
too.
I
J
It
would
be
money
well
spent
because
the
development
that's
going
to
happen
in
that
quadrant
of
our
city
is
just
gonna
blow
up
and
when
the
Linden
collector
comes
in,
that's
going
to
just
even
enhance
it.
Even
more
point
number
two:
the
lake
isn't
going
anywhere
the
the
amount
of
interest
from
the
population
to
make
this
lake
work
for
everybody,
I
think
is
only
going
up
those
of
us
with
long
roots.
J
Here
we
all
remember
the
steel
mill
and
all
those
things
around
it,
but
I
think
it's
just
gonna
blossom
as
development
encroaches
more
on
the
lake.
So
for
us
to
have
a
strong
opportunity
here
with
the
lake
and
the
boat
harbor
with
a
venue
that
is
going
to
be
exceptionally
well
done,
only
makes
more
sense
going
to
the
two-year
option
being
able
to
spread
this
out
over
two
years.
J
I
think
is
an
awesome
opportunity
here
that
we're
not
having
to
put
all
of
that
money
up
front
that
we
can
still
fund
these
other
venues
and
opportunities.
They're
not
left
with
nothing.
They
have
something
which
also
gives
them
an
opportunity
to
springboard
and
increase
their
their
productivity
and
efficiencies.
As
Scott
well
said
in
his
letter,
his
email
to
Dale
so
I
think
this
is
the
best
of
both
worlds
and
I
hope
we
can
make
it
work,
because
it's
an
awesome
opportunity.
A
J
D
I
would
make
a
comment,
I
agree
with
what's
been
said,
but
I
think
having
Park
taxed.
Take
it
all,
there's
a
mistake.
Taking
it
away
from
the
arts
and
culture
and
I
think
we
can
stay
with
the
100
thousand.
That's
my
feeling
this
year
and
then
we
can
look
at
next
year.
We
could
do
the
whole
hundred
thousand
next
year,
assuming
we
have
similar
income
and
the
other
thing
too.
D
It
gives
the
city
the
opportunity
to
look
at
other
ways
to
raise
part
of
those
funds,
as
I
said
before,
the
city
could
put
50
thousand
in
their
budget
this
year
and
another
50
yes
next
year
and
then
park
would
take
the
other
100
next
year
that
that's
my
feeling
I
feel
like
it's
better
to
spread
it
among
more
entities
than
just
have
the
park
tax.
Take
it
all
and.
A
So,
if
they're
banking,
that-
and
it
should
be-
that
gives
them
a
little
bit
of
tail
when
going
so
I
thought,
I,
don't
I,
don't
feel
bad
about
taking
some
money
away,
the
thirty
thirty
six
thousand
from
those
current
things,
because
that's
only
10%
of
what
they
got
last
year.
So
I
thought,
if
they're,
if
they're
saving
a
quarter
to
a
third
of
this
year's
last
year,
stuff,
that's
well
in
excess
of
the
thirty-six
I'm
taking
aways.
A
G
G
F
I
C
E
G
D
A
They
they
got
335
last
year
and
there
this
would
give
them
220
something,
so
it
gives
them
give
them
about
a
third
of
2/3
of
last
year's
asked,
but
I'm
thinking
they
still
have
a
third
that
it
could
possibly
could
be
banking
because
of
the
four
months
that
they
don't
have
productions
and
rehearsals.
So
I'm
thinking
you
know
they
asked
for
a
lot.
Last
year
we
gave
them
330
they're,
asking
for
a
lot
this
year
and
we're
at
250
something
now
before
the
cuts
there
suggested.
That's
that's.
C
A
E
G
They're
improving,
but
one
thing
I
mentioned
today:
Liz
I
had
a
little
heartburn
that
they
added
one
more
program
this
year
to
make
nine
programs
and
my
feeling
is
they
keep
adding
the
programs
with
snow
packs
of
funding
them
and
I
feel
like
if
they're
gonna
add
more
programs.
They
need
to
have
some
kind
of
outline
of
how
they
are
going
to
fund
them.
G
E
E
D
H
A
I
also
took
I
like
the
relationship
between
the
expense
that
they
incur
and
in
committee
they
generate
and
the
chorale
the
show
band
the
wins
and
the
youth
choir
all
generate
very
little
income,
but
they
have
a
lot
of
expense
like,
for
example,
the
youth
choir.
The
the
expense
is
about
seventeen
and
a
half
times
the
income.
The
wins
is
11
times
the
Shogun's
12
times
the
crown
end
time
so
I'm
thinking
I
reward
those
who
have
more
income
relative
expense
did
those
who
did
not
I
did.
A
A
C
Fifty
thousand
for
the
boat
harbour
I,
like
your
figures,
I,
think
they're
logical.
They
you
know
next
year
we
can
fund
the
boat
harbor
the
rest
away,
or
maybe
the
city
will
be
able
to
come
up
with
some
additional
funds
to
help
out.
We
won't
have
to
go
quite
150.
You
know
the
city
could
come
in
with
some
more
in-kind
funding
on
labor
costs
or
the
ass
falls
and
all
of
this
stuff.
So
I
I,
like
your
figures
and
I,
would
it
can
been?
You
can
change
mine
over
to
what
Brian
has
suggested
as
well?
C
J
C
E
C
Know
if
this
wonderful
wanting
and
the
virus
and
everything
gets
the
over
with-
and
we
end
up
having
a
little
bit
more
than
nine
hundred
and
twenty
thousand
to
dedicate
to
for
funds,
is
there
some
way
we're
going
to
put
a
priority
list
as
to
where
we'd
like
to
have
the
funds?
Go
this
extra
or
we're
just
gonna,
wait
until
we
find
out
and
let
the
council
come
back
to
us
and
say:
okay,
you've
got
this
50,000.
Where
would
you
like
to
put
it?
Let's.
C
H
K
You
only
have
to
distribute
the
funds,
the
entirety
of
the
funds
each
year,
but
there's
we
have
a
cutoff
date
for
went
because
we
have
to
process
applications
and
get
them
out
really
we're
saying:
okay,
the
funds
that
we're
not
expending
or
the
funds
that
are
collected
in
the
last
month
or
the
last
two
months,
so
they
are
being
expended
within
a
one
year
period.
Okay,
thank
you.
G
A
E
G
I
Have
strong
feelings
on
my
other,
my
other
cuts
I
always
felt
like
I
understood
the
Act
proposal
a
little
differently
and
and
that
lower
funding
there
would
still
allow
them
to
do
their
their
functions,
that
with
city
participation
without
in
their
proposal,
I
think
I,
understood
differently.
That's
why
I
I
took
a
little
bit
more
out
of
that
that
I
don't
have
super
strong
feelings
and
I'm,
not
against
book
fairy.
I'm.
I
H
I
D
G
B
G
E
D
E
I
have
a
couple
of
questions.
I
wanted
to
ask
you
guys
before
as
I'm
putting
this
together.
Do
you
think
it
would
be
sufficient
to
make
a
recommendation
about
why
we
support
Taff
in
general
and
tap
and
all
of
the
programs
that
go
with
it
and
then
just
list
them
under
that
recommendation
with
the
amounts
we've
recommended
or
do
you
want
me
to
do
a
separate
one
for
each
program,
because
I
think
that
what
we're
saying
about
each
program
is
going
to
seem
rather
odd?
Doesn't
it
I.
H
D
G
F
G
F
C
E
E
E
And
I
believe
that,
but
I
what
I'm
saying
is
I
think
that
if
they
could
put
some
in
and
that
could
citizens
would
see
that
the
city's
committed
with
some
of
their
money-
and
we
can
put
some
of
our
money
next
year
into
some
other
things
from
other
places.
I
think
that
it
would
be
a
better
balance
for
both
programs.
That's
what
I'm
thinking.
H
J
B
Is
a
point
of
clarification
on
the
ball
harbor
in
order
to
get
to
where
we
need,
where
you're
planning
on
doing
about
three
hundred
and
fifty
six
thousand
from
the
city
of
impact
fees,
an
in-kind
which
is
just
labor
and
other
other
materials
and
other
stuff
that
we
can
just
do
on
our
end.
So
that's
that's
part
of
the
currents
mixture
to
get
us
to
the
finding
level.
We
need
okay,.
E
And
that's
that's
great
I.
Just
think
that
it
needs
to
you
know.
As
people
are
asking
questions,
we
need
to
make
sure
that
some
of
them
they
know
that
some
of
the
sums
coming
from
the
city
sums
coming
from
Park
sums
coming
from
the
state.
So
you
know
what
I
mean,
so
that's
a
broad
selection
or
whatever
so
yep
I'll
try
to
have
this
report
out
to
you
guys
by
Monday.
