Birchwood ABC Elementary School Budget Solutions Town Hall Meeting
Address: 17010 Birchtree Street Chugiak, AK 99567

Location: Gym
Doors open at 5:30pm | ASL support and translator support will be provided on-site
- If you want to provide feedback/ask questions, you will need to sign-up at the registration table as you enter the school. No names will be taken prior. It must be on-site starting @ 5:30pm.
- There will be a brief FY24 Budget Solutions presentation starting at 6pm.
- The moderator will then open it up to questions/feedback from the community.
- Format is the same as a school board meeting. When your name is called, walk to the front of the room to the microphone to speak. You will have three minutes.
- This event will be live streamed. The virtual option gives viewers an option to watch the Town Hall, but comments will not be immediately acknowledged. A virtual town hall will be scheduled separately at a later date.
