in

stages
of
the
revision
process,
approved
unanimously.
The

policies
were
reviewed
for
the
final
time
summer
work
schedules
at
schools,
student,
attire,
student,
political
activity,
overall
supervision
of
students
and
the
powers,
duties
and
responsibilities
of
the
superintendent
introduced
to
the
board
in
public.

will
be

comment
throughout
the
month
of
February's
technology
use
and
security,
professional
staff
promotions
and
appointments,
school
safety
patrols
and
violence
and
vandalism.
Policy
proposals
and
revisions
typically
go
through
three
rounds
of
review
with
the
board
making
a
final
decision
at
the
third
reading.
The
board
also
discussed
items
in
its
legislative
programme
which
details
its
position
on
the
issues
that
affect
public
education,
as
it
relates
to
upcoming
legislation
in
the
General
Assembly
in
support
of
school
system
goals.
