Had
a
really
good
year
last
year-
and
we
really
want
to
build
on
that-
our
second
grade
reading
scores
are
going
up.
We
don't
want
to
cut
that
gap
in
half,
but
we
still
have
a
long
way
to
go.
That's
really
a
lot
of
good
work
to
do
on
behalf
of
all
of
our
students
and
that's
our
focus,
focusing
on
all
of
our
students.
I'm
dr.
our
lotto
I'm,
the
superintendent
of
schools
and
I'm
gonna
ride
your
bus
today
is
that
okay,
yeah
I'm
very
excited
about
going
to
school.

Dr.

lado
continued
in
the
shoes
of
a
student
he
was
assigned
to
first
grade,
sat
at
his
desk
and
quickly
went
to
work.
Northglenn
perfect,
that's
good,
perfect.
Just
before
the
new
school
year
got
underway,
several
community
partners,
in
addition
to
the
County
Department
of
Social
Services
and
the
AAC
PS
office
of
school
and
family
partnerships,
help
families
get
in
the
back
to
school
spirit.
G
It
helps
them
to
start
their
year
off
in
a
positive
way
who
wouldn't
want
to
receive
brand
new
supplies,
a
brand
new
book
bag
and
be
prepared
for
learning.
So
we
thank
the
community
for
being
able
to
give
these
students
and
students
around
our
county
the
things
that
they
need
to
be
successful
with
academic
and
social
learning
through
various.
B
H
You
see
children,
they
come
from
families
where
they
may
not
have
the
money
or
the
resources
to
get
exactly
what
they
need
for
school
and
at
nfm
Lindy.
We
want
to
make
sure
people
are
prepared
and
we
help
them
be
prepared.
We've
packed
these
bags
with
so
many
supplies,
and
we
also
packed
it
with
a
little
bit
of
love
through.
B
I
Both
really
want
the
same
things.
We
may
have
different
ideas
about
how
to
get
there,
but
we
both
want
a
stronger
city.
We
both
want
children
in
our
city
to
be
cared
for
to
feel
loved,
to
be
appreciated
to
feel
accepted,
and
it's
really
great
that
Germantown
interest
goes
opened
up
their
their
arms
really
to.
Let
us
do
that,
and
we're
really
grateful
for
it.

Were
your
friends
we're
out
here
we're
helping
people
were
not
always
locking
people
up
we're
out
here
to
to
be
your
friend
to
help
you
when
you
need
us,
so
don't
ever
be
afraid
of
us
and.

To
work
with,
my
colleagues
worked
with
the
students
who
helped
me
get
to
this
position
and
made
sure
that
we
can
bridge
the
gap
in
the
relationships
between
students
and
faculty
faculty
and
administration
and
administration
to
the
board.
So
we
can
all
work
coherently
in
together
and
create
a
great
school
