C
Exciting
part
about
this,
for
is,
is
is
bringing
a
community
together,
students
that
have
grown
up
together
in
elementary
school
in
middle
school
and
then
have
we're
split
at
high
school,
both
Arundel
and
South
Road,
we're
now
gonna
be
coming
together.
So
that's,
that's
probably
most
exciting
part
I.
D
E
Not
only
great
for
the
immediate
residents
of
Crofton,
but
it's
also
great
for
the
communities
surrounding
Arundel
high
school,
because
that
school
will
become
a
much
smaller,
better
learning
environment,
same
thing
with
South
River,
that
school
will
become
a
much
smaller,
better
learning
environment.
So
all
three
communities
are
going
to
benefit
from
this
wonderful
project.
Board.
C
Our
school
system
works
to
elevate
all
students
and
eliminate
all
gaps.
The
relationship
between
a
school
and
the
community
it
serves
is
an
integral
part
of
that
work
and,
from
the
day
watch
Apple
opened
its
doors
on
November
1st
1967
to
just
over
450
students
to
today,
this
school
and
its
community
have
benefited
each
other
greatly
from.
B
F
Students
here
are
top-notch,
but
it
also
comes
from
the
families,
the
community
and
just
this
everyday
environment
that
we're
in
I
find
the
school
to
be
truly
a
gem
and
very,
very
special
50
years
of
special.
Thank
you
to
everyone
that
took
time
flew
in,
came
to
be
with
us
here
today.
That
just
shows
the
love
that
we
have
for
this
wonderful
school.
This
school
is
nothing
without
the
people,
and
all
of
you
right
here
are
watch
Apple
more.
B
Than
100
students
from
a
few
County
high
schools
recently
learned
some
valuable
life
lessons
while
witnessing
actual
Criminal
Court
cases
as
part
of
the
schools
in
the
court
program
sponsored
by
the
district
court
of
Maryland
hosted
by
Judge
Shane
Spencer
students
get
a
better
understanding
of
how
the
state's
justice
system
works
and
the
consequences
of
making
poor
choices.
The.
A
Other
day
someone
that's
put
somebody
in
jail.
If
they
choose
to
do
so,
that's
the
judges!
It's
up
there.
Sometimes
it's
just
more
see.
Sometimes
my
colleagues
down
the
hall
sometimes
I
have
to
do
that.
Worst
part
of
my
job
I'll
tell
you
that
right
now,
so
when
I
do
that
some
does
leave
angry
and
I.
Look
at
my
face
say
it
wasn't
my
fault:
I
didn't
choose
to
do
that.
Bro
I'm,
not
the
dude
who
walked
in
there
and
stole
the
candy
bar
the.

Year
about
two
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
people
experienced
a
cardiac
arrest
outside
of
a
hospital
setting,
their
survival
depends
on
a
bystander
being
able
to
perform
CPR
by
training
every
high
school
student
to
become
a
lifesaver.
We
increase
the
chances
that
many
of
those
250,000
people
can
survive
that
cardiac
arrest.
It's.

C
Have
14
of
these
robots,
some
of
which
have
been
donated
by
community
and
business
partners?
They
are
controlled
by
students
from
remote
computers
and
can
be
maneuvered
from
class
to
class
through
the
hallways
to
lunch
and
even
to
recess.
This
technology
is
more
than
a
luxury.
It
is
a
lifesaver
for
children
because
it
puts
them
back
where
they
belong
next
to
their
friends
in
real-time
classroom
conversations.

Q
R
First,
elementary
school
student
was
a
young
lady
who
was
out
for
surgery
in
fifth
grade
and
she
was
able
to
complete
kind
of
the
middle
part
of
the
year
using
a
robot,
and
she
actually
caused
us
to
figure
out
a
way
to
put
distributors
on
the
outside
of
the
school
building
for
Wi-Fi,
so
she
could
go
to
recess
with
her
class.
You
know
those
are
the.
Those
are
the
kind
of
the
neat
problem-solving
things
that
you
have
to
to
do
with
this
students.
B
S
When
a
school
bus
stops
to
load
students
as
a
driver,
this
is
what
you
will
see
at
150
feet.
The
bus
will
activate
hazard
lights
at
a
hundred
feet.
The
bus
driver
will
activate
the
amber
lights.
They
will
start
slowing
down
at
ten
feet
before
the
bus
stops.
They
will
turn
on
the
red
bus
lights.
There
stop
sign
will
come
out
and
students
will
begin
to
load
once
all
students
are
on
board
safely.
The
bus
driver
will
turn
off
red
lights
and
move
forward
at
this
time.
It
is
safe
for
the
motorists
to
resume
movement.
