F
I
came
out
here
about
a
oh
a
little
over
a
year
ago
to
see
in
progress
and
then,
as
you,
teachers
will
know,
there
was
a
lot
of
exposed,
duct
work
and
there
was
a
lot
of
mud
and
it
looks
wonderful,
I'm
so
excited
for
everyone
here.
The
most
important
thing
in
our
schools
is
the
people
that
we
have
here.
Our
children
can
only
achieve
because
of
the
folks
that
we
have
that
care
about
them.
F
So
much
and
here
at
manor
view,
you
have
an
amazing
group,
that's
here,
and
we
want
to
give
you
all
the
best
resources
to
do
that,
and
so
this
is
an
opportunity
for
our
children
to
have
even
more
and
to
support
you
and
what
you
do.
And
so
I
want
to
thank
the
state
and
the
county
and
the
fort
everyone
for
all
their
support,
as
we
bring
this
to
you,
especially
miss
lisa,
seaman
crawford
and
her
team
from
facilities
that
oversaw
this.
We
are
thrilled
to
be
welcoming
this.
F
G
H
So
we're
delighted
that
you're
here
I
wish
ali
had
taken
a
minute
to
introduce
herself
she's
a
senior
she's,
a
senior
at
old
mill
and
as
we
were
chatting
before,
we
got
started
this
morning.
She
told
me
that
she
is
really
interested
in
biology
and
possibly
majoring
in
biology,
which
I
was
a
biology,
major
and
taught
biology
for
many
years
so
awesome
so
we're
incredibly
excited
to
open
a
new
school
you're.
H
Incredibly
excited
that
you're
here,
there's
so
many
people
that
I
just
need
to
take
a
quick
minute
to
thank
because
it's
not
it's
not
an
easy
task
to
renovate
a
building.
As
you
all
know,
right,
as
you
all
know
so,
this
is
gonna,
be.
H
It
has
always
been
a
special
place
for
our
children,
and
now
we
really
relish
and
and
love
the
idea
when
we
can
put
buildings
together
with
staffs
that
really
represent
the
community
and
really
represent
rigor
for
our
students
and
what
you
will
be
producing
for
them.
Each
and
every
day,
it
really
is
about
our
curious
inspiring
students.
It
really
is
about
our
dedicated
and
hard-working
staff,
and
it's
really
much
about
our
support
of
encouraging
families
and
this
fort
meade
community.
H
That
really
brings
it
all
together.
I
do
need
to
thank
alex
shakinovic
and
and,
as
ms
hummer
mentioned,
lisa
seaman
crawford
and
their
teams
and
facilities
in
construction,
because
they're,
the
ones
that
plan
and
coordinate
these
building
construction
projects,
and
so
we
thank
them
for
everything
that
they
do.
I
certainly
need
to
thank
our
elected
officials
both
past
and
present,
for
making
our
schools
a
top
priority
so
that
we
can
focus
on
our
students
present
and
past
county
executives.
H
This
is
their
place
and
we're
glad
to
be
part
of
it.
So
thank
you.
Teachers,
I
know
are
excited.
Students
are
enthusiastic.
Families
are
encouraging
it's
a
recipe
for
awesomeness,
so
welcome
to
the
new
manor
view.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
staff.
Thank
you.
Mrs
hummer
mentioned
the
ductwork
and
the
mud,
but
you
went
through
this
process
over
the
past
two
years
of
packing
and
moving
and
unpacking
and
then
packing
and
moving
and
unpacking
and
packing
moving
unpacking
three
times.
J
Good
morning-
and
I
want
to
thank
brie
for
pronouncing
my
name
properly,
because
those
six
little
letters
give
people
more
trouble
than
any
six
little
letters
you
can
imagine.
So
thank
you
brie,
I'm
very
excited
to
be
here
today.
It's
always
exciting
to
come
to
a
new
school
or
renovated
school
and
see
what
what
the
board
of
education
has
done
and
particularly,
as
we've
said,
miss
seaman
and
mr
jaconovich,
who
I've
worked
with
now
for
20
years.
Since
I
was
on
the
council
and
to
see
these
projects
come
into.
J
Fruition
is
just
so
exciting
from
the
time
I've
been
on
the
county
council
in
the
house
of
delegates
and
now
in
the
senate,
education
has
been
the
number
one
issue
for
me.
I
really
believe
that
educating
our
children
is
the
most
important
thing
that
we
do
so
teachers.
Thank
all
of
you.
I
I
couldn't
do
your
job.
I
did
it
for
three
days
once
and
maybe
it
made
me
respect
you
all
the
more,
but
I
really
am
excited
for
you
in
the
new
school
one
of
the
really
exciting
things
about
this
project
is.
J
We
are
almost
finished
putting
walls
back
up
when
I
was
on
the
county
council.
We
had
over
30
schools
that
needed
walls,
and
you
are
one
of
the
final,
not
the
final
school,
but
one
of
the
final
schools
to
finally
have
walls.
Whoever
thought
kids
could
learn
in
pods
with
no
walls.
I
I
don't
know
where
that
idea
came
from,
but
we're
fixing
it.
So
thank
you,
mr
jaconovich
and
dr
alato,
for
making
that
a
priority,
and
I'm
really
excited
for
you.
J
J
Citation
an
official
citation
be
hereby
known
to
all
that.
Sincerest
congratulations
are
offered
to
manage
the
elementary
school
in
recognition
of
your
ribbon-cutting
ceremony.
May
you
always
instill
a
love
of
learning
and
education
in
the
youth
of
our
community
and
it's
signed
by
myself,
pamela
beidel
and
our
delegates
sandy
bartlett,
mark
chang
and
mike
rogers,
and
we
congratulate
you
on
this
important
day.
K
L
So
my
part
of
all
of
this
is
to
make
sure
the
money
is
there
for
these
schools,
and
I
can't
take
credit
for
this
one.
I
have
to
give
credit
where
it's
due
to
the
past
county
executives
and
past
county
councils
and
school
boards
as
well,
but
it's
it's
a
real
honor
to
be
here
for
this
ribbon
cutting
because
I
don't
know
that
I'll
be
around
for
the
ribbon
cuttings
that
we're
funding
for
future
schools.
L
L
We
looked
at
the
budget,
we
looked
at
the
capital
plan
for
schools
and
the
numbers
just
didn't
add
up,
and,
and
so
we
had
to
go
to
the
taxpayers
and
say:
look
we
not
only
need
to
to
do
a
little
bit
of
a
revenue
enhancement
we
like
to
call
tax
increases,
but
we're
actually
creating
a
new
fund
for
permanent
public
improvements
in
anne
arundel
county
and
that's
largely
for
schools.
L
It's
also
for
roads
and
and
because
we
had,
we
had
to
figure
out
a
way
to
catch
up
for
all
the
growth
in
the
county
and-
and
I
I
think
that
that
the
majority
of
the
taxpayers
in
this
county
understand
that
there's
nothing
more
important
than
providing
the
very
best
schools
that
we
can
for
the
next
to
educate
the
next
generation
of
leaders.
L
It's
been
an
honor
to
work
with
well
with
teachers
throughout
the
process,
but
also
with
superintendent
arlatta.
We
met
just
yesterday
and
I
was
I
was
down
at
the
school
administration
building
and
and
saw
just
how
many
people
and
how
much
it
takes
to
create
this
kind
of
magic
and-
and
I
think
we
have
an
amazing
team-
and
I
feel
really
optimistic
about
about
the
future
in
anne
arundel
county
with
schools.
So
you
know
make
the
magic
happen
here
and
have
a
lot
of
fun
in
this
building.
L
L
And
this
says
the
citizens
of
anne
arundel
county
maryland
salute
manor
view
elementary
school
in
recognition
of
your
grand
opening
and
ribbon
cutting
ceremony.
Thank
you
for
your
dedication
to
our
community,
your
selfless
and
tireless
commitment
to
your
students
and
for
the
consider
considerable
contributions
you
as
educators,
make
to
anne
arundel
county.
We
extend
to
you
our
sincere
appreciation
and
best
wishes
in
all
your
future
endeavors.
Thank
you
for
helping
to
make
anne
arundel
county
the
best
place.
Yes,.
B
D
All
right
good
morning,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
it
is
my
distinct
honor
and
privilege
to
welcome
you
to
fort
george
g
mead
this
morning
as
we
get
ready
to
embark
on
a
new
school
year.
Your
attendance
here
today
is
unequivocal
proof
that
our
children's
education
is
paramount
from
the
anne
arundel
county
executive
office,
mr
pittman,
to
our
state
legislators,
ms
pam
bidel,
senator
bar
delegate
bartlett
to
superintendent
of
schools,
dr
arlatto,
our
board
members,
all
the
way
down
to
my
newest
teammate,
mr
raquel
moore.
D
D
Elementary
is
nearing
a
the
completion
of
a
35
million
dollar
renovation
project,
which
includes
new
hvac
electrical
and
mechanical
systems,
expanded
gymnasiums,
modernized,
computer
lab
enhanced
natural
and
led
lighting,
and
a
floor
plan
that
provides
a
collaborative
quality
educational
experience.
Our
children
deserve
it's
a
very
small
investment
into
our
greatest
treasure,
our
children,
tomorrow's
leaders.
Thank
you.
E
Again,
thank
you
for
all
being
here,
but
before
I
even
go
any
further,
we've
talked
about.
Who
are
the
people
that
make
a
school?
It's
the
parents,
it's
the
students,
but
it's
also
the
teachers,
and
I
just
wanted
them
to
stand
and
for
us
to
acknowledge
them
for
all
their
hard
work,
all
their
patients
and
even
our
new
staff
members
who
are
coming
on
just.
I
appreciate
everything
that
you've
done
just
so.
If
you
could
just
stand
so,
everyone
can
just
acknowledge
it.
G
E
You
I
told
them
yesterday
and
I
think
almost
every
day
have
I
told
you
all,
I'm
glad
that
I'm
here
I'm
excited
to
be
here.
I'm
excited
to
work
with
the
group
that
is
so
forward
thinking
and
just
care
about
children
every
day,
as
dr
alato
mentioned.
This
is
a
place
so
amazing,
because
of
so
many
people
who
have
made
this
happen
and
who
make
manna-view
elementary
school
a
wonderful
place
to
learn.
E
E
She
called
on
our
students,
old
and
new,
so
we
have
aaliyah
who
was
in
high
school.
She
started
here
in
kindergarten
megan,
who
is
in
seventh
grade
now,
and
some
of
our
current
students
who
are
going
to
fifth
and
fourth
grade,
and
they
are
always
here
ready
to
support
and
help
us.
E
I'm
going
to
get
a
little
emotional,
but
our
custodial
staff,
tyrone
bradley
danita
brown
and
our
chief
custodian
gus
gambrell.
They
have.
E
They
have
tended
to
countless
details
and
responsibilities,
their
hours
that
they
are
here
when
I'm
not
when
I
started
they'd
taken
days
off
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
I
said
well
you're
not
supposed
to
be
here.
I'm
here,
gus
is
here:
tyrone
is
here
danita's
here
and
we
now
have
jaron
on
staff
jaron
johnson.
He
is
now
here
supporting
us
and
their
support
has
been
immensely
appreciated.
E
Our
pta
president,
led
by
teresa
fowler,
has
been
a
consummate
cheerleader
and
our
biggest
partner
as
well.
We
cannot
function
without
their
support
and
all
of
the
things
that
they
do.
They
are
things
that
just
happen,
and
I
said,
oh,
they
said
we
needed
agendas
and
she
said.
Would
you
like
us
to
get
them?
I
said
yes,
the
agendas
are
here
already
pta
and
that
connection
to
our
school
and
our
families.
E
E
E
They
will
be
a
part
of
our
new
family
and
my
mentors,
my
supervisors,
who
are
always
willing
to
help
support,
come
and
see.
Me
call
me,
ask
questions,
and
definitely
my
new
school
family
at
manna
view
elementary
school
for
your
support
and
unwavering
belief
in
my
abilities
and
character.
Thank
you
all.
E
A
E
But
you
heard
me:
okay,
perfect,
okay,
and
once
again
I
want
to
thank
all
of
you
for
joining
us
for
this
special
event.
Thank
you
for
your
support
partnership
on
behalf
of
all
of
our
students
to
the
students
and
parents
who
are
here
today.
I
look
forward
to
contributing
to
our
awesome
legacy
where
we
are
amazing
students
taught
by
amazing
educators,
working
wonderfully
with
our
families.
