Overheads
Drop
shots,
topspin
and
slice
watching
Wildcat
tennis
is
oh,
so
nice,
as
we
welcome
you
into
the
10th
anniversary
of
athletes
in
action
here
in
Gambrills
Maryland,
along
with
Eric
Cloyd
I'm
Wiley
Baker
at
Arundel
High
School.
Let's
hit
some
cross-court
winners
with
the
Wildcat
tennis
team
and
head
coach,
Barbara
Lenka.
A
C
Think
this
is
the
one
team
I've
been
on
where
everybody
enjoys
being
here
and
everybody
really
likes
each
other.
It's
a
really
fun
sport
because
you
get
to
be
on
a
team
with
guys
and
girls
which
you
know
you
don't
get
to
do
that
anywhere
else.
I
think
that
comes
with
challenges,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
all
have
a
lot
of
different
support
systems
being
different,
all
we're
all
very
different
people,
and
when
we
come
together
we
make
a
great
team.
We.
D
Do
a
lot
of
bonding
together,
you
know
on
and
off
the
court
like
when
we're
watching
our
matching
itself,
we'll
be
sitting
talking
about
how
people
are
playing,
sending
people
off
to
go
check
the
other
scores.
So
we
can
see
how
everybody's
doing
and
off
the
court
we
like
to
do
a
lot
of
Team
outings
really
helps
to
build
a
good
Community,
we'll.
E
Be
cheering
and
then
you
know,
we'll
see
the
smile
on
each
other's
faces
and
we'll
also
remind
each
other.
Whenever
we
see
each
other
getting
down,
we
have
a
phrase
pink
elephant
and
that's
to
distract
the
player
to
you,
know
kind
of
get
their
mind
off
of
you
know.
Maybe
they're
not
playing
so
well
and
just
don't
think
about
the
game,
but
just
think
about
being
here
and
enjoying
it.
D
E
To
get
out
and
play
every
single
day
so
being
able
to
get
out
there
and
hit
and
having
strong
people
to
hit
with
and
especially
joining
classes
to,
not
only
you
know,
build
upon
your
own
skills
but
connect
with
people
who
are
maybe
even
better
than
you
and
reaching
out
to
them
and
asking
to
play.
So
you
get
more
experience
outside
of
just
a
regular
tennis
team.
C
A
B
E
C
Always
been
a
student
first
type
of
person,
I'm
very
passionate
about
learning
and
improving
my
studies
and
I'm
in
a
lot
of
AP
and
honor
classes.
So
it's
hard
to
balance
that
we
don't
unpractice
till
6
PM
every
day
matches
don't
end
till
8
or
8
30,
sometimes
so
I
just
make
sure
to
do
it
when
I
need.
We
have
pride
period
during
school,
which
is
great
and
I
can
get
homework
done.
This.
C
D
When
you're
during
the
point,
you're
hyper
focused
working
with
your
doubles
partner,
seeing
what
your
opponent's
doing
looking
where
the
ball
is
going,
trying
to
see
where
you
can
put
it
and
then
once
you
get
that
point
here
in
the
war
of
the
crowd
here
and
just
feeling
good
that
you
got
that
shot
in.
It
feels
amazing
that
feeling.
E
B
E
Will
make
this
season
a
successful
season
and
a
you
know,
a
successful
team
is
to
highlight
those
times
where
you
know
we
are
getting
those
points,
and
you
know
those
hard-earned
points
and
as
long
as
we
keep
doing
that
as
long
as
we
keep
our
energy
up
and
our
endurance
up
and
we
push
hard
throughout
practice,
it
doesn't
matter
what
the
team
score
is
at
the
end
of
the
season,
but
what
we
did
during
the
season.
That's,
what's
the
most
important.
D
I
think
just
getting
better
as
a
doubles
player,
you
know
there's
always
areas
you
can
improve
in
myself.
I
want
to
get
better
up
at
the
net.
I
want
to
make
sure
my
serves
are
stronger.
You
know
get
those
in
making
sure
a
lot
of
our
teammates
get
deep
into
States
and
heck.
Maybe
even
pull
them
away
for
the
trophy
would
be
awesome.
