D
You
Dr
Tobin,
when
the
staff
of
Severna
Park
High
School,
were
asked
to
give
specific
feedback
to
deserve
why
she
deserved
this
award.
The
accolades
came
pouring
in
quote
she's
willing
to
drop
what
she
is
doing
to
Aid
you
in
the
middle
of
your
crisis,
because
it
might
not
be
a
huge
problem
for
her
to
fix,
but
she
knows
that
anything
that
stops
Tech
from
working
is
a
crisis
for
you,
miss
germanos,

last
year

in
the
main
lobby
and
was
particularly
complicated.
D
Many
attempts
were
made
to
work
with
the
subscription
company
in
the
I.T
Office
of
the
central
office
and
finally
was
successful
due
in
large
part
to
her
persistence
and
capability.
Who
is
this
great
staff
member?
They
are
talking
about
it's
Miss

Miss

continues
to
be
an
asset
to
the
faculty
and
staff
and
students
at
Cerner
Park,
High
School.
She
is
simply
fantastic
at
her
job
but,
more
importantly,
she
knows
pure
joy
in
carrying
out
all
tasks.
D
It
is
never
a
bother
for
Miss
now
to
help
someone,
and
she
always
responds
with
my
pleasure.
Miss
now
consistently
completes
all
tasks
in
a
timely
manner
which
brings
happiness
to
those
in
need.
Msnell
is
highly
organized,
is
extremely
knowledgeable
and
is
a
hard
worker
and
team
player
Miss.
Now
you
are
simply
the
best.
It
was
difficult
to
pick
just
one
specific
example
of
your
awesomeness.
So
for
these
reasons,
and
many
more,
the
Board
of
Education
recognizes
you
as
the
February
2023
employee.
Oh
sorry,
Employee
of
the
Month.
Congratulations.

life's
persistent
and
the
most
urgent
question
is:
what
are
you
doing
for
others?
This
month's
volunteer
of
the
month
can
answer
that
question
every
day
through
what
she
does
for
students,
staff
and
the
community
of
Chesapeake
cluster
Miss
Eva

The
board

is

Jennifer

describes
Miss
Reynolds
as
the
epitome
of
an
outstanding
volunteer.
E
Reynolds
has
recruited
and
coordinated
volunteers,
including
myself,
so
that
they
too
can
answer
the
question.
What
are
you
doing
for
others?
These
volunteers
include
not
only
parents
but
also
current
and
former
students
by
volunteering,
with
Ms
Reynolds
at
the
PTA
school
store.
Students
learn
life
skills
such
as
customer
service,
collaboration,
marketing
cash
exchanges
and
sales,
continuing
to
support
students,

welcoming
students
from

education
and
the

program,
along
with
the
tangible
things
that
we
can
see.
E
Her
commitment
to
do
for
others
expands
to
the
Chesapeake
cluster
in
including
supporting
the
cluster
initiative.
Don't
press
send

of

and
you
matter,
initiatives
her
impact
in
the
community
and
the
cluster
is
far-reaching,
and
this
description
of
all
she
has
done
doesn't
even
scratch
the
surface.
E
We
would
need
hours
to
talk
about
and
celebrate
all
she
does
for
others,
Ms
Reynolds,
Pasadena,

the
entire
Anne

is
blessed
to
have
such
a
dedicated
volunteer,
and
we
thank
you
for
your
service.
Would
you
please
come
forward?
It
is
with
great
appreciation
that
I
would
like
to
present
this
volunteer
of

as
a
symbol
of
our
appreciation.
