November
2022
educator
of
the
month
is
a
trusted
leader
that
always
provides
reasonable
Solutions
and
is
a
problem
solver
in
group
discussions.
Lydia
teal
always
manages
to
keep
learning
fun
for
her
students
and
takes
extra
steps
to
include
current
events
into
her
lessons.
She
gives
brain
breaks
and
has
established
a
classroom
that
engages
her
students.
Ms
teal
is
a
member
of
several
committees
within
the
school
and
is
an
important
member
in
helping
to
establish
drama
club.

took
the
lead
in
creating
a
team
of
other
teachers
to
help
cast
and
run
through
teaching
students
their
lines
for
school
play,
She's
also
a
talented
dancer
and
has
taken
aspect
of
her
personal
experience
to
help
create
engaging
school
plays.
The
drama
club
has
been
a
success.
The
last
three
years
and
Miss
teal
continues
to
take
the
lead
on
selecting
the
plays
and
executing
it
until
performance
night,
Miss
teal
carries
herself
with
professional
demeanor
in
her
classroom
and
school
building.

looked
upon

leader

both
academic
and
professional
expectation.

the

Elementary,
School

controlled
and

atmosphere
for
the
students.
She

classroom

an
encouraging
attitude
and
promotes

the

her
students.

and
routines
within

classroom.
Her

building
inside

out
Darlene
stoffel
Chief
custodian
at
Point,
Pleasant
Resource
Center
is
always
up
for
the
task
and
there's
always
a
task
and
a
new
project
that
she
is
ready
to
tackle.
She
never
hesitates
to
resolve
an
issue
and
can
be
reached
quickly
at
any
time
if
she
is
busy.
She
promptly
follows
up
without
hesitation.
Working
with
Darlene
is
an
honor.

has
great
ideas
and
concepts
of
how
to
achieve
the
most
effective
way
of
organizing
moving
hanging
and
remodeling
she's,
the
first
staff
member
in
the
building
each
day
she
keeps
the
building
comfortable,
clean,
organized
and
well
stocked

equipment.
At
all
times,
Darlene
contributes

a
positive
work

often

go

extra

shoveling
snow

a.m.

month
provides
real-world
connections
for
hundreds
of
our
students,
Mr
Tony
Murray.
The
board
of
education
is
thrilled

honor

2020
volunteer
of
the
month.

past
three
years,
Mr
Murray,
continuous
Improvement
project
manager
at
Sea
care
in
Linthicum
Heights
spends
hours
of
his
time.
Organizing
a
stem
experience
for
the
7th
grade
stem
students
at
our
very
own
Central
Middle,
School,
Christy
fiddick
stem
department,
chair
shared
how
he
supports
Central,
Middle
School's
goal
and
stem
values
by
helping
our
students
become
curious,
Learners,
fostering
systems,
thinking
skills
and
providing
students
a
chance
to
become
change
makers.

Murray's
willingness
to
bring
science
and
engineering
to
life
for
students,
promotes
active
engagement
of
learning
and
connects
their
school-based
knowledge
with
workplace
knowledge,
Mr,
Murray,
Central,
Middle
School,

County
Public
Schools
Community
is
blessed
to
have
such
a
dedicated
volunteer,
and
we
thank
you
for
your
service
personally,
as
the
district

rep
for
Central
Middle
School
and
a
an
alumni
of
their
Central
Middle
School
program.

cannot
