I
love
how
the
national
institute
provides
examples,
such
as
a
problem
at
work
or
before
taking
a
test
or
making
an
important
decision.
It's
when
the
anxiety
becomes
so
overwhelming
that
it
transfers
into
anxiety,
disorder,
and
that
involves
more
than
just
temporary,
worry
or
fear
from
the
day-to-day.
A
A
Happify.Com
is
an
awesome
resource.
They
also
provide
great
challenges
from
time
to
time
on
how
to
maximize
your
own
happiness.
Definitely
would
suggest
checking
them
out,
but
here
we
have
something
from
them
about.
Typically
what
americans
worry
about
so
these
four
main
areas,
health,
work,
money
and
our
current
political
climate.
A
So
when
we're
talking
about
anxiety
as
it
relates
to
us
physically,
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
eating
healthy.
So
there
are
awesome
articles
backing
all
of
the
different
strategies
that
we're
providing
here
today,
so
eating
healthy.
There
are
specific
foods
that
help
to
reduce
anxiety,
exercise,
making
sure
that
your
exercise
is
again
consistent.
Consistency
is
the
key
getting
enough
sleep.
Our
children,
really
especially
in
our
pre-teen
to
teenage
years,
need
so
much
more
sleep
than
they're,
actually
getting
really
cool
stuff
in
that
article
there
and
lastly,
massage.
A
So
the
these
four
components
are
great
ways
to
tap
into
when
your
anxiety
is
reaching
you
in
a
physical
form
and
doing
these
helps
to
kind
of
keep
that
anxiety
at
bay
mentally
talking
to
a
counselor
therapist
joining
a
support.
Group,
meditating
and
acupuncture
are
all
really
really
valuable
tools
to
provide,
and
now
acupuncture
and
counseling
is
becoming
so
much
more
readily
available
that
they
may
even
be
offered
through
different
insurance
plans
or
institutions
that
you
are
a
part
of
environmental
getting
outside
in
nature.
A
Gardening
decluttering
there
is
so
much
evidence
about
how
being
out
in
nature
or
in
a
calm
space
can
really
help
to
impact
the
way
you
are
handling
anxiety,
so
go
ahead
and
check
out
that
article
on
decluttering
know
that
cleaning
is
is
a
great
way
to
ease
anxiety
and
no
I'm
not
just
saying
that
spiritually
explore
what
spirituality
means
to
you
explore
that
with
your
child
maybe
become
involved
in
your
local
church
or
spiritual
organization.
A
If
that
is
something
that
interests
you
and
checking
out
self-reflective
books
or
journals,
there
are
a
ton
of
really
great
journals
that
have
prompts
to
it.
There
are
tons
of
books
as
well
and
for
all
for
all
ages,
socially
joining
a
group
organization
or
team
volunteering,
deep
plugging.
If
you
haven't
seen
the
social
dilemma
on
netflix,
I
highly
recommend
it.
A
I
actually,
if
you
have
middle
school
and
teen
high
school
age
children,
I
would
even
advise
you
to
watch
it
with
them,
because
it
really
has
a
lot
of
information
about
how
deep
plugging
also
helps
to
ease
that
anxiety
and
really
what
these
social
networks
are
doing
behind
the
scenes.
A
Doing
a
random
act
of
kindness
is
also
a
great
way
to
ease
anxiety
from
a
social
standpoint,
emotionally
journaling
using
positive
affirmations,
practicing
gratitude.
These
three
are
kind
of
rewiring,
your
brain
as
it
responds
to
your
emotions
in
your
amygdala
to
then
have
a
better
response
or
a
more
constructive
response
to
anxiety
as
it
pops
up
here
are
some
additional
supports
or
resources.
If
you
at
any
time
ever
feel
you
need
specific
support
with
anxiety
and
how
it
relates
to
your
child
reach
out
to
his
or
her
school
counselor.
