From YouTube: Food 4 Thought - Maureen G Mulvaney, MGM - Part 2
Description
Jodi continues her chat with Maureen G. Mulvaney, Professional Speaker/Trainer, and Amazon Best Selling Author.
A
B
My
name
is
Maureen
G
Mulvaney,
but
Mama
named
me
that
so
that
my
initials
be
MGM
her
big
production.
You
can
even
make
that
up,
but
what
I
do
is
I
I'm,
so
grateful
I
have
a
degree
of
a
doom
degree
in
elementary
and
special
ed
and
I
taught
school
for
many
years,
then
my
master's
degree
is
in
counseling
psychology
and
talk
College
Educators
for
many
years
and
nowadays
I
am
a
motivational
speaker,
I've
written
several
books.
B
Any
kid
can
be
a
superstar,
a
customer
service
for
kids
and
I'm
in
Chicken
Soup
for
the
tea.
Your
soul
and
I
also
have
a
Amazon
bestseller.
The
women's
millionaire
Club
so
I've
been
grateful
to
have
all
of
this
different
background,
but
I'm
here,
because
I
love
and
speak
to
school
nutrition.
The
lunch
ladies
and
Food
Dudes
all
over
the
United
States.
That's.
A
A
It's
always
I,
don't
know,
I
I
feel,
like
I
know
you
so
well.
We
have
talked
right
prior
to
the
show.
I
think
I
saw
you
many
years
ago
and
it's
just
a
joy
to
have
you
in
Anne,
Arundel
County
so
and
to
have
you
on
the
show
is
just
to
me:
it's
it's
Priceless.
So.
B
I'm
so
grateful
to
be
here
because
you
know
I
am
grateful
to
know
that
I've
been
one
of
the
number
one
speakers
in
school,
nutrition
and
I.
Think
it's
because
I
absolutely
have
such
passion
for
school
nutrition.
I
I
absolutely
think
it's
the
most
important
part
of
the
day
in
any
school,
because
we're
saving
America
one
five-star
School
meal
at
a
time
and
I
love,
y'all.
A
And
I
think
that's
what
we're
going
to
talk
about,
let's
Dive
Right,
In
and
let's
you
know,
let's
just
start
talking
about
School
meals,
High,
School
meals.
Why
are
they
important?
You
know
I'm
sure,
you're,
gonna,
tick
and
tie
and
we're
going
to
talk
about
the
school
environment
and
our
some
staff.
But
why
is
School
Meal?
Why
would
a
parent
watching?
Why
would
a
grandparent
watching,
say
I
think
I
want
my
grandchild
to
eat
School
meals
tomorrow,
I'm.
B
Telling
your
audience
right
now
send
your
kids
to
Jody's
cafeterias,
because
let
me
give
you
this
is
this
because
very
few
people
in
America
know
this
do
if
we
were
to
ask
you:
what's
the
healthiest
place
in
all
of
America
to
eat,
I
have
had
so
many
people
say
it's
my
home.
It's
the
cafeteria
down
the
street.
It's
this
and
then
let
me
give
you
a
flash.
B
They
took
men
and
women,
girls
and
boys
from
all
over
and
found
out
where
the
healthiest
place
was
to
eat
and
it
was
the
school
cafeteria,
and
so
few
people
know
this
and
if
you
knew
it
and
you
you
saw
that
this
was
something
that
we
were
doing.
You
would
send
your
children
to
eat
that
breakfast
lunch
and
supper
and
snack
every
single
day.
So
it's
important
because
of
the
consistency
of
the
meals,
the
healthiness
of
the
meals
and
then
the
affordability
and
the
in
the
Anne
Arundel
County.
They
make
it
so
delicious.
A
I
think
it's
you
know,
and
this
is
going
to
make
it
sound
and
maybe
stay
not
stale
stale's
the
wrong
word,
but
it's
very
regulated
too.
So
somebody's
watching
is
going
to
say
what
do
you
mean
it's
regulated,
so
I
get
questions
all
the
time.
Well,
does
the
health
department
come
and
check
they?
Do
the
health
department
checks
our
school
cafeterias
three
times
a
year?
Oh.
B
A
So
the
health
department
checks
it.
We
have
registered
dietitians
on
staff
I'm,
one
of
them
and
I
still
make
the
menus.
So
I
laugh.
So
if
a
mother
out
there
says
or
dad
or
Grandma
I
want
to
know
who's
analyzing
the
menu,
it's
me
I
still
do
it
I
do
it
since
I
started
I
love,
it
I
think
it's
great
to
look
nutritionally
at
what
we're
offering,
but
we're
also
checked
on
that
so
msde,
the
Maryland
State
Department
of
Education
and
United
States
Department
of
Agriculture
check
that.
A
B
B
It
makes
me
hard
touches
my
heart
one
out
of
every
five
in
America
are
hungry,
and
so,
when
she
knew
this,
she
wanted
us
to
do
something
different,
so
USDA
mandated
that
if
you
take
federal
funds,
which
we
all
do
you're
going
to
serve
fruits,
vegetables,
whole
grain,
protein
and
milk
and
the
exact
right
proportions
that
will
raise
test,
scores,
lower
behavior
problems
and
reduce
childhood
obesity,
and
we
do
it
in
the
safest,
cleanest
Kitchens
on
the
planet.
Why?
Because
we
use
NASA
style
cleaning,
have
you
ever
gone
to
a
fast
food
honey?
B
If
you
look
behind
there,
a
Lord
of
Mercy,
you
have
to
shut
your
eyes
if
you're
going
to
eat
that
food,
but
in
the
school
nutrition
I'm
going
to
say
you
know,
I
say
to
this:
the
mamas
and
daddies
we're
in
Maryland
I
come
from
Maryland.
So
you
know,
I
was
born
in
Virginia,
I
lived
in
Calvert
County.
All
these
years
and
I
guarantee
you
when
I
say.
Is
you
see
all
your
friends
in
in
the
Walmart?
And
so
they
would
say?
B
B
Please
come
to
our
cafeteria
I:
invite
you
in
to
eat,
because
I
want
you
to
see
what
we're
serving
your
child
every
single
day,
fruits,
vegetables,
whole
grain,
protein
and
milk
and
the
exact
right
proportions
to
raise
their
test
scores
because
we
know
that's
important
to
lower
their
behavior
problems,
because
we
know
that's
important,
because
hungry
kids
will
mess
up
and
then
reduce
the
childhood
obesity.
And
we
do
this
in
the
safest,
cleanest,
Kitchens
on
the
planet
and
here's.
What
I'm
going
to
do
invite
all
your
parents
come
on
in
I.
A
And
we,
you
know
it's
so
funny:
I
invite
people
all
the
time.
I
say
please
come
to
the
kitchen
with
me:
you
can
come
unannounced,
you
know,
I
just
think
the
the
value
that
we
place
in
the
food
and
the
quality
of
the
food
and
we're
going
to
dive
into
the
quality
of
the
food.
Next,
our
staff,
like
you,
said
all
those
great
things
and
every
single
meal
is
with
the
biggest
smile
right
and
the
Heart
of
Gold
that
they
just
you
know
they.
They
love
every
student
that
comes
through
like
it's
their
own.
A
B
Let
me
just
give
you
a
Flash,
and
this
this
makes
me
crazy.
I
want
everybody
to
start
knowing
this
information
y'all
serve
up
to
800
students,
800
students
in
an
hour
and
a
half,
we
don't
give
everybody
enough
time
to
eat
their
food.
Can
you
imagine
there's
not
a
fast
food
restaurant
in
America
today
that
can
hold
a
candle
to
y'all
and
we
don't
have
a
friar,
not
one
friar
in
any
school
in
America.
We
took
them
out
10
20
years
ago,
because
we
knew
how
bad
that
was.
B
And
yet
you
go
to
any
fast
food
restaurant
here
in
Anne,
Arundel
County
and
they
are
serving
french
fries
french
fries,
french
fries
I
call
them
death
sticks
because
that's
what
they're
doing
they're
absolutely
causing
diabetes
to
run
rampant
and
obesity
is
outrageous,
and
so
we
have
got
to
do
something
different
and
why
I
love
school
nutrition,
but
so
the
parents
say,
but
MGM
I
I
see
some
of
the
same
brands
in
the
schools.
Let
me
give
you
a
flash
here.
B
If
you
see
Doritos
in
the
grocery
store-
and
you
see
Doritos
in
the
school
systems,
they
are
not
the
same
thing
in
the
grocery
store
filled
with
salt
because
they
want
you
to
keep
buying
them
filled
with
sugar
filled
with
trans
fat,
all
kinds
of
things
in
schools.
They
cannot
sell
to
a
school
Frito-Lay
catalogs,
any
of
them.
If
they
have.
B
We
have
to
reduce
the
salt,
reduce
the
the
sugar,
no
trans
fat,
and
on
top
of
that
we
have
to
have
whole
grains
so
when
people
say
but
MGM
I
see
that
they
are
serving
pizza
in
your
schools
and
that's
not
good.
Your
pizza
and
all
Pizza
are
two
different
things,
but
we
have
to
serve
it
because
it's
it,
the
kids
like
it
and
ours
are
filled
with
whole
grains.
Ours
are
filled
with
veggies,
we
put
all
kinds
of
things
in
ours
to
make
it
more
nutritional
for
your
students.
B
A
Though
same
brand
right
so
I
think
I'm
often
asked
well,
you
don't
have
a
lot
of
money
to
buy
wholesome
food
or
good
quality
food,
and
that's
so
far
from
the
truth.
It
is
the
complete
opposite.
We
spend
the
most
money
we
can
on
fruits
and
vegetables
every
day
of
the
week
like
to
us.
Seeing
those
you
know
whatever
grade
level,
Elementary
Middle
High
coming
through
and
filling
their
plate
is
really
our
mission
right.
We
just
want
them
to
be
happy
with
fruits
and
vegetables
to
consume
them
and
enjoy
them.
A
But
with
the
you
know,
the
pizza,
it's
still
a
name
brand,
but
it's
whole
grain
and
I.
Have
that
conversation
all
the
time
I
say
to
a
parent:
do
you
think
you're
getting
any
whole
grain
in
any
of
your
pizza
ever
and
it's
okay?
You
don't
have
to
eat
at
whole
grain
outside
I,
don't
personally
with
my
family.
However,
it's
great
it's
whole
grain
in
this
students,
love
it
in
Anne,
Arundel,
County
and
and
really
it's
across
the
country.
I
mean
I,
feel
we
you've
done
so
many
things
in
Anne
Arundel.
A
So
you
know
going
all
the
way
back
when
in
2010
there
was
of
the
regulatory
piece
that
came
out.
That
said,
the
student
had
to
have
the
half
cup
of
fruit
or
vegetable.
Our
students
were
already
having
fruits
and
vegetables
like
in
abundance,
one
cup
two
cups,
so
it's
kind
of
interesting
I
think
we're
ahead
of
the
curve
and
I
think
school
nutrition
professionals
often
are
let's
put
more
food
out
there.
Let's
get
our
students
trying
more
things
that
they
might
not
see
at
home.
Well,.
B
Because
why
is
that?
And
it
is
simply
because
a
lot
of
the
parents
did
not
get
home
economics
and
home
economics
was
the
one
part
of
every
school
day.
When
I
was
a
kid
every
boy,
every
girl
in
America
had
to
take
it
and
it
was
specifically
to
teach
a
balanced
meal,
specifically
that's
what
it
was
for,
and
they
always
took
you
on
field
trips.
To
take
you
around
the
outside
of
the
store
to
get
your
fruits
get
your
vegetables.
B
Then
you
get
your
meat,
your
proteins
and
you,
then
you
get
your
milk
and
you
and
your
whole
grains
and
you
go
out
of
the
store
you
cooked
it
at
home
in
an
oven
we
all
sat
together.
We
had
time
to
eat
our
meals
nowadays,
that's
not
happening,
because
what
has
happened
is
in
2000
1990.
They
took
out
of
every
school
in
America,
home
economics
and
PE.
Our
obesity
rates
have
gone
through
the
ceiling.
What
do
you
think
helped
us
to
lower
the
Obesity
rates
that
we
didn't
have
this
problem
into
in
1990?
B
We
didn't
have
this
problem,
we
got
it
now
and
it's
simply
because
those
two
things
were
taken
out
and
a
lot
of
the
parents
did
not
learn
that
so
it's
cheap
and
it's
inexpensive
and
the
mamas
and
daddies
have
got
so
much
on
their
plate
and
they've
got
so
much
branding.
Mcdonald's.
All
of
the
fast
foods
are
spending
billions
of
dollars
in
advertising,
trying
to
get
your
kid
to
go
in
there
and
order
these
things.
B
A
Oh
well
before
long
before
that
and-
and
you
know,
I
love
that
you're
saying
all
this,
because
when
we
were,
you
know
we
have
salad
bars
and
they're
extensive,
obviously,
during
covid
and
in
coming
back
we're
not
back
to
having
all
of
those
items,
you
know
a
lot
of
it
is
our
staff
was
preparing
it
right.
They
were
cutting
watermelon
and
cantaloupe
and
honeydew,
and
all
those
great
things
if
I
don't
have
the
stuff
right
now,
I
can't
can't
do
it,
but
we're
hoping
even
somebody
watching
is
going
to
say
I'm
going
to
call.
A
B
A
Of
the
students
were
like
I,
don't
know
what
this
green
is
in
here.
It's
not
the
it's
not
Iceberg,
it
was
Romaine.
We
said,
that's,
okay,
just
try
it
just
so
we
mixed
it
50
50.!
Then
we
got
clever
and
we
added
spinach,
and
that
was
really
it
boom
right.
So
they
were
like.
What's
the
new
green
thing
here,
it
looks
like
it's
a
wee
Bubba,
so
we
transitioned
transitioned
and
then
eventually
all
the
iceberg
went
away.
So
we
gave
them
a
healthier,
more
nutrient,
rich,
dark,
green,
leafy
vegetable.
B
Here's
why
it's
so
fantastic!
You
have
the
time
to
look
at
those
nutrients.
Put
the
exact
right
amounts
so
that
that
was
just
enough.
It
was
going
to
give
them
that
boost
of
nutrient,
but
also
not
make
them
fat.
You
took
out
a
lot
of
the
sugar
you
took
out
most
of
the
salt
and
you
took
out.
There
is
no
trans
fat
right,
and
so
consequently,
their
pallets
are
now
changing
and
when
they
change
they
take
this
home.
B
You
see,
we
think
that
it,
it
starts
with
the
adults,
it
never
starts
with
the
adults,
it's
always
the
kids,
you
teach
the
kids,
the
kids
will
teach
the
parents,
the
parents
will
teach
the
the
community,
the
community
changes
the
nation
and
when
they
come
home
and
say,
I
love
our
salad
and
they
go
to
the
store
and
they
start
shopping
for
it.
Do
you
know?
B
Nutrition
started
whole
grains,
mixed
with
regular
grains,
then
making
more
whole
grain,
then
more
whole
grain
having
fruits
and
vegetables,
more
fruits
and
vegetables,
more
fruits
and
vegetables
trying
different
things.
The
kids
are
now
used
to
it.
What
we're
doing
is
systematically
helping
to
reduce
childhood
obesity.
I
am
a
crybaby
and
I'll.
B
Tell
you
why
we
now
know
that
children
in
the
United
States
of
America,
one
out
of
every
three
born
in
2000
and
after
will
have
diabetes,
not
might
be
having
diabetes,
could
be
having
diabetes,
we'll
have
diabetes,
and
it's
because
of
all
those
fast
foods.
It
is
not
school
attrition.
It
is
fast.
Foods
that
have
cooked
us
with
those
death
sticks
I,
think
we
call
them
french
fries
and
all
these
kids
love
them.
They'll
look
at
the
TV
just
when
they
see
the
commercial.
That's
how
salivating
it
is.
B
So
we
have
got
to
do
everything
we
can,
but
we
need
your
parents.
We
need
the
mamas
and
daddies.
We
need
you
on
our
side,
because
when
you
see
what
we're
doing-
and
we
invite
you
into
our
school,
when
you
see
what
we're
doing-
and
you
see
how
we're
doing
it,
we
have
the
safest,
cleanest
Kitchens
on
the
planet
because
of
what
we
do,
and
so
it's
all
about
reducing
childhood
obesity.
B
We've
got
kids
13
15
years
old
that
are
having
adult
diseases
of
gout
cancer,
a
high
blood
pressure.
This
is
not
the
school
nutrition.
This
is
coming
from
outside.
A
lot
of.
It
is
convenience
if
I
can
buy
it.
If
I
can
buy
Top
Ramen
for
12
cents,
okay
used
to
be
12
cents.
Now
it's
probably
five
thousand
dollars.
But,
okay,
you
know
it's
prices
have
gone
up,
but
if
you
can
eat
that
Top
Ramen,
it's
cheap,
it's
inexpensive.
B
They
love
it
because
it's
filled
with
salt
filled
with
salt
and
so
consequently,
what
I
say
to
you
throw
in
a
vegetable
throw
in
a
protein
if
you're
going
to
eat
it.
Okay,
let's
eat
it,
but
do
it
the
right
way
and
that's
what
we
did
in
school
nutrition?
We
did
it
the
right
way.
We
took
some
of
the
products
that
they
were
eating
at
home
and
we
made
them
into
healthy,
nutritious
products
that
the
kids
are
going.
I
like
this
yeah
I'm
going.
A
To
eat
it,
it's
fine
because,
as
registered
dietitians,
we
get
to
specify
that
right,
so
we
can
say
to
whatever
the
national
brand
is
and
we
use
all
national
Brands.
We
big
supporters
of
national
Brands,
but
we
could
say
we
think
the
fat
should
be
lower.
We
wanted
to
be
higher
in
protein
like
what
is
the
mix
of
whatever
we're
buying.
You
know
and
I'm
gonna
I'll
pick
on
our
Taco.
A
It's
been
the
same
Taco
we
used
to
make
it
by
scratch
and
then
we
turned
it
over
and
we
have
a
company
that
makes
us
for
it.
It's
super
successful,
it's
one
of
our
most
successful
items.
So
it's
fantastic.
We
see
the
sodium,
we
know
everything,
that's
part
of
it.
We
know
it
tastes
great
and
we
know
the
students
accept
it
and
it's
funny
you
know
changing
the
palette
is
what
we
do.
So
we
have
things
on
the
menu
now
like
Korean,
barbecue
meatballs.
A
We
just
added
General
soap
pot
stickers
when
the
students
tested
that
it
was
like
we
just
made
their
day
right.
So
it
was
something
they
see.
Maybe
if
they're
out
in
a
restaurant
right,
you
talked
about
that
and
sometimes
we
are
rushing
as
families
or
we're
taking
our
kids
through
fast
food.
But
if
they
see
that
out
in
a
restaurant
we
have
it.
But
ours
is
a
whole
grain.
Dumpling
wrapper
right.
It's
a
whole
different.
A
To
have
students
come
and
saying
we
want
to
see
those
pot
stickers
again
we
want
to
see
we
had
salmon
on
the
menu
before
covid
will
probably
bring
it.
We
only
do
one
entree
right
now,
but
I
think
Salmon's
coming
back
other
things
like
vegetable
fried
rice,
not
fried
right,
everybody's,
probably
saying
oh
gosh,
she
said
fried
it's
not
fried,
there's
no
fryers,
but
we
do
a
veggie
rice
and
then
we
do
a
sweet
and
sour
sauce
over
some
chicken.
It's
delicious.
It's
just
like
you
would
see
out.
A
So
it's
really
really
fun
for
us
and
it's
so
cool
to
be
able
to
change
their
palette
and
have
them
excited
about
eating
healthy
and
guess
what
in
Anne
Arundel
County,
there's
no
sandwiches
yep.
So
we
took
them
off
the
menu
right
now,
we're
like
they
don't
need
a
cheeseburger
or
hamburger
or
hot
dog.
They
might
have
that
at
home
and
that's
fine,
but
at
school
we're
going
to
give
them
all
those
other
rotini,
penne
Alfredo.
You
know
well
barbecue.
B
Barbecue
people
want
them
to
be
excited
it.
It's
we
want
them
to
be
excited
and
make
that
change
with
one
out
of
every
three
kids
going
to
have
diabetes.
We've
got
to
do
something.
The
United
States
of
America
in
1990
was
particularly
healthy
by
2000.
It
was
completely
absolutely
there's,
not
a
state
in
the
United
States
of
America,
not
one,
not
one,
that
the
entire
state
is
not
obese.
This
causes
health
care
prices
to
costs
to
go
through
the
ceiling.
B
No
one,
everybody
screams
about
health
care
because
the
health
care
can't
keep
up
with
it
by
the
year
2020
every
state
in
the
United
States
of
America,
except
for
Colorado
50
percent
of
the
entire
state,
is
obese.
We
in
school
nutrition
understand
this.
This
isn't
just
about
feeding
your
children,
it
is
about
saving
your
children
and
when
we
save
the
children,
what
we
mean
is.
Let
me
give
you
an
example
of
a
guy
y'all
do
in
Anne,
Arundel
County
they're,
one
of
the
top
in
the
nation
there's
another
guy
out
in
California.
B
His
name
is
Miguel
Rio
villal
and
he
just
retired.
He
worked
in
a
very
Hispanic
section.
His
kids
were
very
very
obese.
He
made
a
decision.
I'm,
not
gonna,
I'm,
not
going
to
continue
this
up.
So
what
he
did
was
he
started
with
meatless
Monday
and
he
went
to
every
restaurant
in
town
and
said:
would
you
help
me
the
very
small
town
in
California
and
he
got
him
all
of
them
to
go
meatless
Monday
on
one
day
of
the
week.
B
He
then
took
the
parents
out
into
the
fields
and
showed
them
where
the
food
was
and
gave
them
and
and
they
could
buy
bags
of
vegetables
at
his
school
and
then
he
started
to
teach
him
how
to
cook
it.
The
kids
in
particular
there
and
now
it's
the
only
School
in
the
nation
that
I
know
completely
meatless
they're
all
vegetarian
and
he
gets
all
of
his
proteins
from
vegetarian
vegetable
protein.
He
gets
all
of
his
proteins
like
this.
B
When
you
go
to
a
school
and
you
say
to
the
kids:
what's
your
favorite
meal,
they
all
look
at
you
and
they
say
broccoli.
I
love
the
broccoli.
What
grows
in
their
area,
broccoli
and
they
love
broccoli.
So
you
he's
shown,
you
have
shown
Anne
Arundel
County,
that
we
can
make
the
difference.
We
can
save
these
children
and
the
mamas
and
daddies
I
know
they
don't
have
the
time
to
put
the
meals
together,
like
you
do
consistently
knowing
every
nutrient.
That's
in
everything
that
you
serve.
B
Nothing
gets
served
that
has
lots
of
salt
lots
of
sugar.
It's
gone,
it's
not
on
the
menu.
We.
You
cannot
get
it
in
a
school
system
in
America,
especially
in
Anne,
Arundel
County.
You
can't
get
it,
and
so
what
that
means
is
the
food
is
healthier.
The
kids
are
smarter,
they're
getting
this
it's
coming
in
at
them,
so
they're
going
to
go
home
and
they're
going
to
say,
hey
I
had
kiwi.
Can
we
have
kiwi
so
that
changes
the
kid
now
changes
the
Mom
and
Daddy?
B
B
every
state
in
the
United
States
of
America,
the
richest
country
in
the
world,
is
going
to
be.
60
percent
of
the
entire
state
is
going
to
be
obese.
This
is
outrageous,
and
we
have
got
to
thank
you.
Thank
you.
God
for
school
nutrition
because
you're,
paying
attention
and
you're
excited
about
it
and
the
kids
are
taking
it
home,
so
mamas
and
daddies.
We
need
you.
We
need
you
to
support
our
school
nutrition
program
and
the
extra
benefit
is
every
dime
you
spend
with
Jody
and
school
nutrition
stays
in
Anne,
Arundel
County!
That's
what
we
want.
A
And
it's
really
it's
fueling
their
child
for
Success
right
every
day.
That's
what
I
you
know
in
our
staff
feel
it
our
staff
say
it.
They
know
every
day,
just
like
they
go
to
science,
they
go
to
math,
they
go
to
English,
they
come
to
school
breakfast
or
school.
Lunch,
they're,
fueled,
they're,
ready
to
be
successful,
they're
ready
to
learn
and
they're,
really
just
they're
ready
to
move
on
to
their
next
stage
right
or
their
next
chapter
in
their
life.
I
love
it.
A
So
you
talked
a
little
bit
about
a
local
farmer
and
we
do
you
know
a
lot
of
local.
We
work
with
a
lot
of
our
local
farmers
and
the
one
thing
you
know
I'm
just
amazed
every
day,
so
we
work
with
them.
We
procure
from
them.
If
they
have
extra,
they
often
call
us,
but
I
can't
tell
you
every
year
we
get
calls
from
Farmers
and
they
say
what
else
can
we
do
with
Anne
Arundel
County
Public
Schools?
So
it's
relationships
just
like
the
gentleman
in
California.
A
B
Key-
and
you
know
in
here
in
in
Anne,
Arundel
County,
as
in
Maryland
I
mean
my
gosh.
Our
our
food
here
is
extraordinary
and
when
our
farmers
get
excited,
they
want
to
come
in
and
teach
those
kids.
You
know
roasting
some
corn
doing
some
different
things
that
the
kids
love
And
when
they
see
where
their
source
of
their
food
is
that's
huge,
a
lot
of
times
the
kids
don't
have
a
clue.
I
asked
the
child
just
recently
baby.
Do
you
know
where
an
apple
comes
from?
B
Yes,
maybe
it
comes
from
the
store
had
no
clue
grown
on
a
tree
and
some.
Consequently,
when
we
have
the
support
of
Maryland
farmers,
so
isn't
this
the
cycle
of
service
all
over
the
the
county?
So
you
know
we
work
together
in
everyone's
part
of
the
cycle
of
service.
We
got
the
farmers,
you
got
the
school
system,
you
got
the
parents
being
involved
in
their
kids
lives
and
any
parent
that's
been
sitting
at
home
during
the
pandemic.
We
need
them.
B
We
want
you,
we
want
you
in
school
nutrition,
we're
looking
for
a
few
good,
happy
people
that
love
kids,
that
want
to
get
out
of
the
house
and
have
the
same
schedule
that
your
kids
have
come
work
with
Jody
and
the
team
awesome
superstars
in
school
nutrition.
We
will
teach
you
what
you
need
to
know,
because
those
are
just
tasks.
B
A
That
we
feel
it
100,
so
we
really
are
it's
the
Hub
of
the
school
right.
We
love
it.
We
believe
we
are
so
pertinent
in
all
of
the
aspects
of
that
child
from
when
they
come
in
until
they
leave
us
after
they
graduate.
So
thank
you,
MGM
for
coming
to
Anne,
Arundel
County
for
being
part
of
food
for
thought
and
making
a
difference
for
the
children
across
the
country.
Thank.
A
As
you
can
see,
MGM
is
infectious
and
passionate
about
School
meals
and
the
importance
of
School
meals,
specifically
that
five-star
meal
that
we
serve
across
the
country
and
especially
in
Anne
Arundel
County.
