If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Absolutely
well,
we
are
excited
to
learn
a
little
bit
about
you
about
the
center
of
help
and
everything
that
you
are
doing.
The
thing
I
always
like
to
start
with,
is
getting
my
guests
to
tell
me
a
little
bit
about
themselves
where
they're
from
their
professional
journey
and
what
brought
them
to
Anne,
Arundel
County.
So
tell
me
about
you
so.
B
B
Exactly
so,
I
came
into
the
an
hour.
Well,
I
actually
do
not
live
in
Arundel
County
I
live
in
Washington,
DC,
okay,
but
I
do
working
in
in
Ann,
Arundel
I
left
Puerto
Rico
in
2018..
Okay,
I
left
my
job
with
no
plants
at
all.
To
make
the
long
story
short,
it
was
just
starting
over
okay
I,
a.
B
Good
got
my
one-way
airplane
ticket
to
Louisiana
I
moved
around
four
different
states
in
four
months
and
finally
ended
up
in
Maryland
and
two
years
ago,
I
moved
into
DC
when
I
first
got
here,
I
started
working
in
fast
food.
Looking
for
a
quick
income
just
as
many
immigrants.
A
B
They
first
got
here
so
I
do
understand
what
it's
like
to
start
from
the
bottom.
When
you
are
in
a
new
place.
Okay
in
Puerto
Rico
I
was
a
professor
I
am
a
classical
guitarist.
Okay,
I
taught
in
a
college
for
10
years,
I
used
to
play
classical
guitar
concerts,
and
now
I
am
here
at
the
center
of
help
very.
A
A
So
tell
me
now:
I
will
talk
about
the
center
of
help
in
a
little
bit,
but
the
your
musical
life.
What
does
that
look
like
nowadays?
What
are
you
doing
with
your
music?
Well.
B
Today,
I
don't
do
too
much
because
I
I
don't
have
too
much
time
for
practicing
the
my
work
at
the
center
of
help
is
very
demanding
I'm.
A
B
As
the
executive
director
you're
busy
but
I
do
have
a
secondary
job.
I
am
also
the
director
of
the
guitars
for
change
program.
Okay,
that's
Baltimore,
classical
guitar,
Society
program;
okay,.
B
B
It's
it's
still.
Intellectual
property
of
the
Baltimore
classical
guitar
Society
is
their
program,
but
it's
host
by
mereng,
Hall.
A
Okay:
okay,
what
kinds
of
things
cards
for
change
do?
What?
How
do
they
work
with
kids
or
grown-ups?.
B
Yes,
from
from
little
children
to
to
youth
is
a
program
that
targets
young
immigrants
at
risk
of
activity.
Initially,
the
idea
was
to
keep
them
busy
after
school
due
to
the
increase
of
MS-13
gang
activity
in
the
Annapolis
Area.
A
B
A
B
A
B
Yeah,
the
individual
lessons
are
once
a
week:
okay,.
B
After
after
school
well,
right
now,
very
recently,
we
changed
to
Saturdays.
It
used
to
be
Monday
through
Thursday,
but
now
is
on
Saturdays
and
the
guitar
ensemble
is
on
Thursdays.
A
Okay,
and
then
you
mentioned
that
periodically
that
there's
different
concerts
that
they
participate
in
the
next
one
is
when
again
December.
A
Share
the
the
link
I'm
guessing
guitars
for
change
has
a
website
that
people
can
go
to
to
support
or.
B
To
the
Baltimore
classical
guitar
Society
website,
BG
c
s,
dot
org
and
you
look
for
the
their
programs
on
their
guitars
for
Change
and.
A
So
we
because
then
one
of
the
other
things
that
we
like
to
do
in
the
show
when
we
highlight
specific
organization
is
not
just
what
do
you
do
for
the
community?
But
if
anybody's
watching
or
listening,
what
can
they
do
to
to
become
an
involved
and
support?
So
tell
me
a
little
bit
about
how
the
center
of
help
came
to
be.
You
know
how
did
they
become
such
a
I
know,
they're,
a
very
highly
regarded
very
you
know,
important
Organization
for
Annapolis,
but
how
did
they
get
started?.
B
The
center
of
Health
was
founded
in
1999.
We
started
small
in
a
trailer
at
Allen,
Apartments,
okay,
so
the
initial
initiative
was
to
serve
that
community
and
we
did
the
best
we
could.
For
many
years
in
2005
we
had
an
opportunity
to
move
to
the
garnish
Center,
okay,
where
we
are
right
now.
That's.
B
So
we
moved
to
the
Sweet
to
be
and
in
to
2017
we
had
the
opportunity
to
expand
our
offices
because
the
on
our
organization
industry,
to
to
a
move
out
okay,
so
we
expanded
our
offices
to
Suite,
2B
and
2A,
and
that
allowed
us
to
expand
our
program
and
serve
even
more
people.
So.
A
B
So
I
believe
it
was
mostly
case:
navigation,
okay,
I
am
not
sure
if
they
had
any
other
programs,
but
the
center
of
help
it's
strongest
program,
has
been
case
navigation.
Now
we
can
say
the
center
of
help
has
been
a
holistic
hub
for
immigrants,
and
I
will
say
that
all
our
programs
are
very
strong
and.
A
And
so
when
you
say
case
navigation,
so
a
person
comes
to
you
and
says
this
is
my
concern
or
this
is
my
issue
and
then
you
help
guide
them
through
what
are
their
services
and
resources.
B
Look
in
them
financial
assistance
if
they
have
the
BGE
bill
late
or
the
rent,
is
late.
B
Bills,
Court
letters
they
don't
understand,
they
need
some
orientation.
A
So
tell
me
about
the
staff
I'm
guessing
all
your
staff
or
the
majority
of
them
have
to
be
bilingual
right.
Yes,
so
what
are
the
kinds
of
populations
that
you
serve?
Not
just
of
what
a
typical
client
might
look
like,
but
maybe
where
do
they
come
from
and
where
do
they
live?
Can
it
be
from
anywhere?
Were
you
you
know?
Is
there
limitations
to
who
you
can
help
sure.
B
Most
people
have
the
idea
that
we
are
a
center
for
Hispanics
and
there's
a
reason
for
that
is
our
location.
We
are
located
in
in
a
in
an
area
that
most
immigrants
are
Hispanics,
but
our
Center
is
a
center
for
immigrants
and
we
provide
support
services
for
all
immigrants,
no
matter
their
country
of
origin,
the
race
their
background.
B
A
B
We
I'm
going
back
sorry
I'm,
going
back
to
your
first
question.
We
are
not
limited
to
the
Annapolis
or
Anne
Arundel
area,
okay,
okay,
our
mission
mission
income
pass
also
the
surrendering
areas
we
have
clients
from
Baltimore.
Pg
County,
however,
sometimes
can
be
challenging
because
some
of
the
especi,
specifically
with
financial
help.
B
There
is
funds
from
the
county.
Okay
and
if
you
live
in
Baltimore
County,
for
example,
you
should
apply
for
the
funds
provided
by
Baltimore
County.
So
but,
however,
in
those
cases
we
can
do
referrals,
we
do
have
knowledge
of
good
organizations
in
those
areas.
Okay,
and
if,
if
it's
something
we
can
do
for
that
person,
we
do
if
it's
something
we
believe
that
organization
can
serve
better.
We
we
do
the
referrals,
okay,.
A
I
know
just
from
some
of
the
things
that
you
and
I
have
talked
about
in
the
past.
Some
of
your
programs
are
for
young,
you
know
students
and
then
some
for
parents
tell
me
a
little
bit
about
some
of
the
programs
other
than
guitars
for
change
that
you
offer
for
young
people.
So.
B
Sure
so,
at
the
center
of
help,
the
guitar
first
change
moved
out
of
the
center
we
find
out
on
a
new
home
for
the.
B
So
the
current
programs
we
have
are
divided
into
three
categories.
We
have
family
services,
Educational,
Services
and
Health
Services,
which
now
are
more
focused
on
Mental
Health,
Services,
okay,
under
the
family
services,
we
have
case
navigation.
We
already
discussed
that
we
have
a
immigration
legal
clinics
for
any
person
that
that
is
an
immigrant
and
needs
some
legal
cleanings.
A
And
for
the
legal
clinics
you
have
I'm
guessing
lawyers
that
work
pro
bono.
They
can
give
advice,
but
for
that
I'm
guessing
you,
you
need
to
make
an
appointment
right,
correct.
B
You
can't
just
drop
in
yeah
exactly
for
for
that
that
we
do
that
once
a
month
and
and
it's
with
a
partnership
with
casiana
Law
Office,
okay,.
B
And
we
have
also
the
student
families
program.
That's
a
program
for
the
whole
family
is
a
program
that
promotes
strength
in
the
relationships
in
the
families.
It's
a
beautiful
promise,
a
14-week
program
and
we
also
have
them
Maria
de
la
Bas,
youth
original,
which
is
a
program
for
youth.
It's
that's
our
after
school
program
and
that's
a
program
focus
on
holistic
well-being.
We
offer
them
martial
arts,
lessons
to
teach
them
how
to
face
bullying
with
control,
not
with
violence.
They
take
yoga
art
therapy,
mindfulness,
complete
resolution
and
other
other
stuff.
A
So
I'm
going
to
back
up
a
little
bit
to
the
strengthening
families,
so
the
strengthening
families-
you
said
it's
14
weeks
and
I'm
guessing
there's
some
sort
of
curriculum
that
they
follow.
Is
that
does
it
matter
what
age
the
children
in
the
family
are?
Do
you
target
specifically
little
ones
or
older
kids,
so.
B
There's
a
difference
depending
on
who
runs
the
program:
okay.
Officially,
the
program
is
supposed
to
be
divided
only
for
elementary
schoolers
six
to
eleven
okay
or
middle
schoolers
12
to.
A
B
Some
some
models
here
in
Anne
Arundel
County,
do
the
program
with
them
at
the
same
time,
but
separate
in
different
sessions.
I.
A
Would
imagine
because
you
have
a
there's,
probably
going
to
be
a
family
that
has
a
six-year-old
and
a
14
year
old
right,
so
you
can't
that's
one
mom,
but
two
separate
children,
so
I
know
I've,
heard
a
little
bit
about
the
strengthening
families
and
you're
right.
A
It
is
a
wonderful
program
that
really
helps
with
you
know:
parenting
skills
and
building
relationships
with
you
with
the
parents
with
the
parents
and
the
children
with
Maria
de
La
Paz,
the
a
lot
of
I
really
liked
what
you
had
to
say
that
it
is
more
holistic
and
it's
you're
targeting
both
the
physical
health
and
the
mental
health
aspect
for
for
the
Youth.
I
know
that
not
just
for
our
immigrant
communities
but
I,
think
post
covet
and
even
obviously
before
there's
always
been
mental
health
challenges
that
our
communities
are
facing.
A
What
are
some
of
the
things
that
you
see
or
that
you
are
focused
in
at
the
center
of
help
towards
improving
the
mental
health
of
our
communities?
What
are
some
of
the
things
that
you
guys
are
doing?
I.
A
A
And
also
I
think
you
know
having
it
or
being
very
clear
that
it
is
a
positive
and
we
want
you
know
to
for,
to
put
it
in
a
positive
light,
so
that
parents
understand
that
it's
it's
looking
at
the
whole
kid.
B
A
B
That
I
believe
that's
the
best
way
you
can
help
families
if
you
work
only
with
the
child
or
only
with
the
parents.
You
can
do
something,
but
you
have
a
greater
impact
if
you
work
with
the
whole
families
in
different
areas,
right
and
our
programs
are
designed
to
work
in
different
areas
with
the
whole.
A
Family
with
the
whole
family,
so,
to
tell
me
again
the
three,
the
three
areas
that
you
had
mentioned
so.
B
We
already
discussed
the
family
services
under
our
Educational
Services.
We
have
four
programs,
we
have
the
citizenship
classes
and
the
the
plaza
Community
program.
The
Plaza
Community
is
a
program
in
partnership
with
the
Consular
section
of
the
embassy
in
Mexico,
and
we
provide
Elementary
and
Middle
School
diplomas
are
valid
here
in
the
in
the
United
States.
A
A
So
this
I
want
to
get
back
to
the
citizenship
class
because
to
me
I
think
that's
just
such
an
amazing
service
that
you
provide
so
with
the
plaza
communitaria
you're
working
helping
adults
improve
their
academic
level
right,
so
they
they
improve
their
in
their
native
language,
the
elementary
or
the
middle
school.
If
they
don't
have
that,
you
know
that
educational
level
then,
and
then
what
what
can
we
do
or
what
are
you
doing
to
get
that
high
school
diploma?
Is
that
also
or
under
Plaza
Community?
B
The
embassy
of
Mexico
also
have
another
program
for
high
schoolers,
so
we
can
do
referrals
to
that
program
or
we
can
also
help
them
in
the
process
to
get
their
GED.
Okay,
but
Plaza
Community
is
more
focused
on
that.
First,
very.
B
A
They
don't
have
that
foundation
and
I
know
the
the
you
know.
You
need
to
be
be
literate
first
and
sure,
and
if
some
of
our
you
know
families,
the
adults
in
the
family
are
not
literate
in
Spanish,
then
you
know
we
need
to
to
help
them
with
that
with
that
ability.
B
Exam
and
we
basically
help
them
to
prepare
for
the
time.
Okay,
then
we
have
what
I
call
complementary
programs.
We
have
ESL,
okay,.
B
A
A
B
B
I
believe
it's
almost
every
day
we
have
different
groups,
it's
not
just
one
one
session.
We
don't
have
enough
for
everybody,
so
even
having
our
own
ESL
programs,
we
do
refer
to
the
Community
College
and
recently
they
tell
me
that
that
they
have
I
believe
over
50
students
referred
by
us
I'm.
A
Sure,
yeah
and
I
know
that
you
know
aacps.
A
lot
of
our
schools
also
offer
English
Basic
Skills
for
adults,
but
I
think
you're,
very
right
in
that
it
assumes
a
certain
level
of
ability.
You
know
literacy
level
in
your
own
language
and
then
your
programs
are
obviously
hope
able
to
fill
in
that
gap
for
families
that
that
need
that
extra
bit
of
of
support
in
that
way
and
the
I'm
guessing
there's
different
levels.
So
a
person
that
is
so
they
move
on
to
the
next
level
and.
B
A
And
I'm
guessing
also
with
a
computer
literacy
because
of
you
know
all
the
all
the
services
that
you
provide.
You
can
also
probably
do
more
of
that
basic
computer
level
that
a
lot
of
the
things
that
other
agencies
can't
do.
B
Some
sometimes
we
don't
have
in
mind
that
some
people
don't
even
know
how
to
open
an
email
account
right
how
to
turn
on
a
computer
right.
So
we
have
to
start
at
a
very
basic
level.
It's
not
just
okay.
This
is
how
you
create
a
spreadsheet
yeah.
A
Right,
yeah,
just
a
very,
very
and
I
think
some
of
the
things
that
aacps
and
the
group
that
obviously
that
I
work
with
with
the
bilingual
facilitators.
You
know
we
we
try
to.
Let
parents
know
you
can
open
your
child's
Chromebook,
you
know,
but
but
you're
so
right
that
they
don't
want
to
damage
it.
They
don't
want
to
break
it,
they're
afraid
that
they're
going
to
push
the
wrong
button
and
and
something's
going
to
to
be
wrong.
A
So
I'm
I'm
glad
that
you
know
we
can
both
work
with
parents
to
help
help
them
improve
their
computer
literacy
because,
as
we
know,
everything
most
everything
it's
it's
just
you
know
done
electronically.
So
that
makes
it
we
appreciate
your
help
in
helping
us
support
the
parents.
I
really
do
want
to
go
back
a
little
bit
to
the
to
the
citizenship
class,
because
I
know
you
had
recently.
You
had
a
graduation.
A
Yes
for
for
the
class,
so
tell
me
a
little
bit
about
how
that
went
and
what
I
I
wasn't
able
to
be
there,
but
I
I'm
sure
it
was
very
exciting.
It.
B
Was
a
beautiful
event
and
thank
you
very
much
for
the
bilingual
facilitators
team
who
provide
very
kindly
yeah.
B
A
And
were
they
all
from
Central
and
South,
America
or
Mexico?
Where
were
they
from
your
your
citizenship,
students.
A
Very
very
good.
The
the
last
thing
I
do
want
to
to
talk
about
is
somebody
that
wants
to
you
know,
be
involved
or
support
the
center
of
help.
What
kinds
of
opportunities
do
you
have,
whether
it
be
for
you
know,
volunteers
or
you
know,
financial
support?
What
kind
of
things
do
you
before.
B
Before
going
that,
I
will
not
like
to
miss
the
opportunity
to
mention
our
mental
health
therapies.
B
A
And
then
we
will
make
sure
you
know.
Obviously
your
organization's
website
and
phone
number
is
going
to
be
showing
on
on
the
screen,
but
I
think
I
know.
We've
worked
together
with
there's
different
things
that
the
city
of
Annapolis
puts
on
in
different
fairs
and
I
know
you
guys
are
always
involved
with
sharing
those
those
resources.
B
B
A
A
Well,
there's
we
can
continue
the
conversation,
so
I
will
probably
ask
you
back
thanks
again
Gabrielle
for
being
here
with
us
today,
I
look
forward
to
seeing
much
more
many
more
initiatives
and
programs
out
of
the
center
of
help.
I
know
you
guys
are
always
growing
and
changing
with
the
needs
of
the
community.
So.
