The

will
be
considered
by
the
County

before
an
operating

is
adopted
that
allocates
funds
within
the
categories
established
by
the
state
and
a
capital
budget
that
prescribes
funding
for
school
construction
projects
in
June.
At
Wednesday's
meeting,
the
board
is
also
scheduled
to
adopt
its
2023
legislative
agenda
that
sets
out
the
positions
taken
by
the
board
on
issues
related
to
education
and
the
school
system.
The
document
is
used
primarily
to
advocate
for
the
interests
of
the
school
system
during
the
Mérida
general
assembly
session.
A
At
these
meetings,
in-person
and
virtual
public
comments
on
agenda
items
are
heard
from
up
to
a
total
of

speakers
for
any
item
on
the
agenda,
in
which
more
than

All

and
must
address
the
details
of
the
agenda
item
for
which
they
have
signed
up.
As
you
see,
There
are
a
large
number
of
parents
who
want
a
voice
and
votes
in
educational
decisions
and
presenting
to
the
community
is
to
represent
the
community
for
the

of
all
County
residents.
The
board
has
scheduled
a

Parents
budget
class
attendance
has
always
been
important
to
our
school
systems.
A
Unfortunately,
it
is
a
problem
that
has
been
growing
year
after
year
and
we
do
not
want
these
absences
to
continue
harming
the
schools
of
anarandón
County
and
the
educational
level
of
their
children.
Today,
all
children
between
the
ages
of
5
and
18
must
attend
public
school
regularly
for
the
entire
school
year.
Unless
the
student
is
enrolled
in
a
private
school,
has
home

or
is

school
note
that,
as
of
July

2017,
the
compulsory
attendance
age
has
been
changed
to
18
years.
A
All
persons
caring
for
a
child
between
the
ages
of
5
and
18
must
ensure
that
the
child
attends
school
or
enrolls,
as
required
above
a
parent

school
to
learn
and
become
responsible
young
adults
and

people
who
are

A
Regular
school
attendance
is
essential
for
them
to
graduate
from
high
school
and
find
good
jobs.
Low

a
