today
we'll
be
sampling.
Kohlrabi,
this
vegetable,
convenien,
raw
or
cooked
and
tastes
a
bit
like
broccoli
stems,
but
as
milder
and
slightly
sweeter,
kohlrabi
is
a
good
source
of
vitamin
C,
vitamin
b6,
potassium
and
fiber.
How
do
you
know?
Karate
looks
like.
D
Finding
out
terms
hi,
my
name
is
Eddie
and
I'm,
also
from
Otto
elementary
school,
so
ed
khalaby
is
German

cabbage
chin
up,
although
it's
not
a
root.
Vegetable
curavi
is
good
above
ground,
not
below
both
the
balls
and
the
leaves
can
be
in.
There
are
many
ways
this
vegetable
can
be
prepared
when
eaten
raw
kohlrabi
can
be
peeled,
slice
it
into
a
salad.
It
can
also
be
steamed,
baked,
grilled
or
roasted
just
be
sure
to
pick
peel
away
the
outside
thick-skinned
office.
