C
My
name
is
Abbey
from
Pasadena
elementary
school,
a
wellness
school
distinction.
Today
we
are
tasting
red
cabbage.
Red
cabbage
has
a
bolder,
almost
peppery
flavor,
that
makes
it
taste
different
than
green
cabbage.
It's
deep
red
colors
is
due
to
an
antioxidant
which
is
also
found
in
purple,
cauliflower
and
red
grapes.
Brandon
did
you
know
that
the
color
of
red
cabbage
will
change
depending
on
the
pH
of
the
soil?
It's
in
well.
D
I
do
now
and
what
a
great
question
Abigail
hi
my
name
is
Brandon
and
I'm.
Also
from
Pasadena
Elementary
red
cabbage
is
one
of
the
oldest
vegetables
dating
back
to
the
late
1500s.
Eating
red
cabbage
can
help
prevent
cancer
and
improve
vision,
brain
and
bone
health.
Red
cabbage
is
most
often
used
in
salads,
but
it
can
also
be
cooked
or
pickled
and
served
as
a
side
dish
like
sauerkraut
enjoy
today's
tasting
and
remember
it's
red
cabbage
I'll.
