are
people

don't
belong

and

fixed,
but
just
know
that
there
are.

things

reflecting

did
wrong

that
moment

just
trying

build

times
the
same,
like
we're,
never
going
to
be
the
situation
again
and
really
just
thinking
about

end

day,

one
wants
to
make
this
phone
call
to
a
parent
saying
your
child
was
hurt.
No
one
wants
to
be.
You
know
if
and
it's
bigger
than
just
being
on
the
news.
It's
really
like
making
that
phone
call
that
parents
saying
something
happened
and
I'm
sorry
I
couldn't.

that

tell
you
this.
What
I
have
done
in
two
years
is
I
downplayed
it
a
little
bit
that
wasn't
he
emphasized
a
lot
of
things
went
wrong
there.

lot

things

right

day
we're
here
to
talk
about
it,
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
found
is
that
emergencies
are
subtle
and
they
slide
a
lot
of
times.
It
doesn't
notice
all
sudden
go
wow

emergency
evolved
and
so

want
you
to
think
that
I'm
saying
that
you
go
from
zero,
a
hundred
necessarily
right
away,
but
as
a
good
strategy
in
that
environment
was
simply
moving
the
kids
away
from
this
person.

might
not
have
affected
mundane

word
for
the
rest
of
the
school
right
now,
because
our
immediate
problem
is
here's
the
guy.
Let's
get
the
kids
away
from
the
guy
right
now
and
then
it's
the
situation
of
all,
then
maybe
we
need
to
do
some
other
things
see
I've
learned
over
time.

part

not
everything
goes

zero

no
absolutes

work

problem

so

think
that's

great

get

staffs
mind

clean
neat
answer.

has

one
decision
or
