Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
We
can
probably
cure
the
table,
but
at
the
same
time,
we
hope
that
if
this
is
if
the
director
that
you're
going
is
an
extended
suspension
request,
then
we
have
all
the
information
we
need.
So
when
we
walk
in,
we
do
the
review.
We
meet
with
family
to
get
everything
done
in
a
timely
manner
and
then
you
can
make
a
decision
which
directly
to
go.
B
Okay,
everyone
has
a
little
packet
on
the
letters.
I
know
you
guys
know
how
to
do
the
letters,
but
it's
really
important
that
your
secretaries
and
ApS,
who
are
investigating
the
case,
use
the
current
letters
that
are
on
the
site.
Some
good-hearted
people
like
to
save
something
and
pull
from
their
desktop
from
like
1982.
They
need
the
letters
from
this
year
that
are
on
the
site.
So
every
time
there's
a
case.
I
know
it's
probably
a
pain,
but
they
need
to
go
pull
it
from
the
site.
These
are
the
most
updated
letters.
B
Sometimes
they
get
updated.
So
they
go
to
the
site.
They
always
have
the
correct
letter.
The
letters
are
not
just
responsibilities
of
the
secretary,
they
assist
the
AP
investigating
the
case,
but
the
letters
are
the
APS
responsibility.
They
need
to
be
reviewing
the
letters
for
accuracy
and
correctness
for
what's
going
on,
I've
been
to
a
school
and
something
was
wrong
and
they
kind
of
gave
the
secretary
of
our
time
to
kind
of
say,
whoa,
it's
not
her
letter.
She
was
like
you
got
to
review
your
letter
and
it's
okay
don't
get
hurt
or
offended.
B
If
we
say
we
got
to
revise
the
letter,
we
call
curing
it
they're
at
the
table.
It's
not
to
punish
anybody,
it's
because
we
are
there
to
specially
assist
you.
So
if
there's
something
wrong
with
your
letter-
and
we
see
it
we're
going
to
try
to
help
you
fix
it
so
that
they
can
revise
it,
we
put
the
new
version
on
top
and
this
went
to
this,
you
can
see
what
was
revised
and
parent
gets
a
copy,
so
that
goes
to
appeal.
Parents
still
have
the
correct
letter.
B
It's
okay,
I
gave
you
the
pack,
because
it's
important
to
note
that
regular,
ed,
special,
ed
and
504
do
have
different
versions
of
the
letters
special
ed
and
rec
and
504
letters
come
from
Allison
farm
at
North,
Ava's,
odd
and
Wendy
sure
max.
So
you
have
two:
we
didn't
create
them,
but
their
format
slightly
different.
A
special
ed
student
needs
the
letter
for
special
ed
504
for
504,
regular
ed
students
get
the
ones
that
say
regular
an
important
thing
to
note.
People
often
talk
about
the
pending
letter.
We
don't
have
a
pending
letter.
B
We
have
the
first
letter,
which
is
one
through
ten,
and
then
we
have
the
second
letter
which
is
11
through
45.
The
first
letter
is
your
pending
letter.
It
says
the
word
pending
on
it.
So
I
understand
people
call
it
that,
but
every
student,
if
they
get
a
suspension,
means
the
first
letter.
Okay,
now,
if
you're
not
sure
where
you're
gonna
go
with
this,
because
you're
still
investigating
or
whatever,
because
the
letter
says
short
term
or
long
term,
great
long
term,
because
you
can
always
back
it
down
and
not
go
for
nine
ten
days.
B
But
if
you
say
short
term
you've,
given
them
a
one
to
three
day
suspension
and
you
can't
really
amp
it
up
after
that.
Okay.
So
this
first
letter
is
the
letter.
Everyone
gets
for
a
suspension
one
through
ten
days:
okay,
special
it
and
buy
before
have
their
own
first
letter.
Okay,
so
in
here
it's
regular
ed,
special
ed
504
for
the
one
through
ten
letter
and
then
it's
regular,
ed,
special
ed
504
for
the
11
to
forty-five
letter,
okay
they're
on
the
site,
if
you
have
any
questions
call
everyone
usually
does
a
great
job
too.
C
D
Just
wanted
to
talk
about
mess
up
the
Elementary
and
Secondary
Education
Act,
just
part
of
the
language
about
rethinking
the
work
of
educators
in
order
to
provide
structures
that
support
teacher
collaboration
and
widely
dispersed
leadership.
Changes
ahead.
You
know
the
Maryland's
take
the
schools.
Are
an
act
is
on
tap
for
us.
We
know
the
curve
report
of
2019
for
all
the
where
we're
moving
in
the
direction
of
where
we're
going.
That
also
impacts
student
discipline.
It's
impacting
our
code
as
we're
devising
with
that
Copeland
annually.
D
C
This
is
a
reminder
that
these
forms
are
available
for
your
parents.
We
often
get
calls
to
our
office.
That
says
oh
I
didn't
know
about
that.
Where
do
I
find
it?
No
one
told
me
about
that
at
school.
Please
make
sure
that
if
your
parents
are
coming
in
complaining
or
are
reporting
a
bullying
situation,
first
thing
I
do
mouth
is.
Let
me
show
you
what
the
form
is,
whether
it's
hardcopy
in
our
code
of
conduct
book
or
on
our
internet
site.
C
F
Okay,
as
far
as
advice
motivated
program,
the
one
thing
are
the
form.
The
one
thing
I
do
want
to
tell
you
is,
of
course,
this
is
a
first
incident.
Don't
treat
it
like
you
would
the
rep
program
where
you
said
you'd
get
a
a
warning
letter
to
be
the
first
time
incident
occurred.
Please
fill
out
the
form.
Of
course
you
may
be
to
find
it
on
a
safe
and
orderly
website.
Fill
it
out,
turn
it
in
our
cinnamon
electronically.
F
The
other
thing
that
I
do
want
to
tell
you,
along
with
the
bias
and
tobacco
use
program,
the
responsible
action
program
and
also
the
entire
anti-drug
program
alternative
the
drugs
program.
If
you
have
someone
that
is
needed,
a
Spanish
translator
or
any
type
of
bilingual
translators,
please
write
it
on
the
form
or
whatever
you
have
to
do
the
pseudonym,
because
whenever
they
come,
there
is
slows
the
process
down.
When
we
have
a
family
there,
who
the
language
so
once
again
make
sure
that
you
send
that
information
influence
and.
D
If
parents
refuse
any
of
the
Charles
leisure
programs,
please
refer
them
to
Delmar
chase
for
myself
and
I
will
personally
make
the
call
and
walk
them
through.
Why
and
the
purpose
okay,
we
cannot
exclude
them
on
a
suspension
for
not
attending,
but
I
can
offer
alternatives
to
find
out
to
see
if
there's
outside
counseling
therapy
mentorship
clergy,
member
anyone
that
can
support
that
student,
and
so
we
will
help
you
offset
that
conversation
if,
in
fact,
there's
a
family
that
flat
out
refuses
to
attend
any
of
our
programs.
E
D
Actually,
on
the
intranet
site,
intranet
under
the
office
of
safe
and
orderly
schools,
so
it's
a
step
by
step
process
in
which
must
be
followed
in
these
things
to
occur.
Of
course,
minor
children
engaged
in
anything
around
this
area
definitely
needs
to
be
reported
to
the
comm
center
officer,
school
security,
our
office,
of
course,
the
police.
D
If
it's
very
egregious
I'm
talking
about
maybe
a
rape
charge
alleged,
then
of
course
the
police
would
do
their
investigative
part,
but
then
we
would
help
you
walk
through
any
processes
for
exclusion
with
regards
to
the
investigation,
as
you
know
it,
but
the
police
don't
take
over
from
the
code
of
conduct.
We
still
have
to
walk
that
family
through
any
potential
allegation
around
this
area,
but
the
reporting
as
early
and
often
as
it
arises.
D
D
Offenses
regulation
JCCC
are
afk.
The
updates
in
this
conversation,
which
has
just
happened,
would
be
you
will
have
this
information,
the
packet.
You
have
a
copy
of
the
regulation.
You
should
have
a
copy
of
our
actual
form,
letter
or
template,
that
is
on
our
intranet
sites
and
I,
took
the
liberty
to
the
law
just
mark
up
some
things
that
your
students
letterhead
needs
to
be
on
the
letter
and,
of
course,
the
location
of
this
document,
if
you
need
to
use
it
is
on
the
intranet.
D
What's
important
is
that
we
emphasize
to
you
that
a
community
offense
is
your
goal,
and
it's
your
call
based
on
the
information
that
mr.
batten
provides
to
you
from
security
services.
The
office
of
safe
and
orderly
schools
does
not
initially
get
the
actual
police
reports
or
emails,
or
anything
that
you
all
received.
D
But
if
you
do
request
the
removal
and
it
falls
within
the
alignment
of
those
thresholds
of
those
areas,
I
100%
of
the
time
have
removed
those
students,
and
so
it
is
a
non
disciplinary
placement
until
the
Department
of
Juvenile
Services
or
the
state's
attorney
gets
a
hold
of
that
conversation.
That
renders
a
decision
through
the
court
process,
and
so
when
that
happens,
we
get
conversation
back.
If
there's.
D
Order,
indirect
or
direct
that
student
is
not
returning
back
to
your
building,
but
if
that
student
has
some
conditions
that
they
must
meet
through
the
judicial
system
that
have
not
impacted
your
school,
we
do
return
the
children
back.
The
actual
student
check
sheet
that
you
have.
This
is
new
and
it's
new,
because
we've
had
a
couple
of
kinks
and
we're
working
with
legal
regarding
how
to
save
the
world.
We
know
that
these
things
occurred
before
miss.
D
We
can't
render
the
decision
to
remove
they're
very
simplistic,
and
but
what
would
be
comfortable
for
you
possibly
for
the
exclusion
for
a
student
with
an
IEP.
If
that
student
has
an
IEP
and
they
commit
a
community
offense,
there
has
to
be
an
IEP
team
placement
meeting
held
to
talk
about
and
change
the
placement
of
that
student
for
what
we
know
right
now.
There
are
other
alternatives
we
have
home
teaching,
we
have
I,
say
Mary
boss,
we
have
Phoenix
Academy,
we
have
even
hot,
but
depending
on
what
that
child
has
done.
D
That
conversation
case
by
case
will
be
vetted
with
the
appropriate
personnel
above
my
office
and
impacted
principals,
okay,
but
this
document
must
accompany
your
letter
when
you
send,
in
your
request,
for
the
community
best
and
because
this
just
happened
in
this
form.
Wasn't
there,
the
email
had
been
has
been
supplemented
with
this
conversation
for
the
few
cases
that
have
come
in,
and
so
we
just
wanted
to
bring
to
your
attention
the
direction
we're
going.
The
only
change
in
this
conversation
speaks
to
the
conversation
around
what
happens
to
a
special
education
student.
Yes,.
G
D
In
terms
of
the
timeline,
because
I
also
want
to
embed
the
other
layer
and
I'm
gonna,
ask
next
year,
if
say
totally
can
be
involved
even
in
the
process
of
knowing
what
happened,
that
what
did
they
send
to
you?
Because
we
have
been
put
to
the
side.
But
if
say
mr.
factor
whomever
sends
you
the
information
and
you're
reading.
You
say:
okay,
these
kids
are
in
my
school
they're
victims
of
allegedly
but
I,
don't
want
to
get
in
the
weeds
of
it.
But
I
know
it's
going
to
impact
my
building.
D
So
at
that
point,
they're
checking
SMS.
They
see
this
chill.
Child
has
an
IEP.
So
at
that
point
now
we
know
that
we
have
to
have
that
IEP
team
meeting
we've
got
to
notify
the
parent,
so
I
guess
the
wheels
of
motion
between
our
letter
mister
time,
and
you
know
we
get
them
out
within
24
hours
same
day.
So
if
I
know,
then
that
that
letter
came
up
I'm
going
in
so
our
practices
have
to
change
too.
D
The
same
thing
teaching
right
it
takes
them
a
minimum
of
five
days
to
set
up
a
teacher,
and
so
that's
why
the
work
packages
are
being
requested,
and
so
then
that
would
lend
us
that
say.
I
have
to
say
that
if
principal
man
BEC
is
receiving
a
child
on
a
community
offense,
then
we
would
need
to
contact
him
and
work
with
him
as
well,
so
that
this
is
taking
another
turn
and
that's
we're
hearing
from
you
and
we're
also
doing
our
part,
but
for
right
now.
D
What
we
can
cure
is
at
least
being
able
to
acknowledge
mr.
Todd
and
everyone
in
here
that
we
are
taking
approach
to
having
as
much
information
about
this
child
situation
that
we
have
had
before,
because
we
have
not
had
as
much
and
we
are
not
even
to
contact
for
notification.
You
are
okay,
but
we've
not
had
any
glitches,
but
there
have
been
a
couple
of
cases
and
we
want
to
cure
it
remedy
it.
So
it's
streamlined.
C
D
B
E
To
manage
what
goes
into
SMS
and
what
will
go
into
new
the
new
power
school,
which
most
of
you
know,
is
coming
in
July
I,
look
forward
to
retraining
all
of
your
secretaries
and
are
the
new
way
of
entering
discipline.
Data
I
think
it's
gonna
be
easier,
a
little
bit
more
efficient
but
I'm
here
today
to
kind
of
take
back
when
I
start
to
kind
of
fine
tune.
My
our
training.
What.
F
E
E
Fine
or
change
the
offense
anything
else,
it's
pretty
self-explanatory.
Oh
one,
other
thing,
special,
ed,
a
childhood
special
ed,
does
not
grant
you
the
right
to
say
it's.
A
912
out-of-school
suspension
that
912
out-of-school
suspension
is
only
for
children
that
have
had
a
manifestation
meeting
out
and
it
was
deemed
by
the
group
that
it
was
a
manifestation
he
put
it
in
as
a
nine
ten.
It
goes
through
it,
then
a
nine
twelve.
E
If
that
was
the
case,
Donna
read
and
I
worked
closely
from
special
ed
to
tried
to
rectify
the
numbers
before
we
report
to
the
state.
So
she
may
be
contacting
your
schools
in
the
near
month
near
new
weeks
to
update
anything
otherwise
I.
Think
you
all
for
all
your
support.
Your
guys
and
your
schools
are
fabulous
at
turning
to
dude.
That's
the.
E
I
D
D
D
I
D
A
D
D
H
D
D
To
you
the
why
and
it's
easy
to
show
yeah
okay,
two
school
years
ago,
in
concert
with
the
state
and
of
course,
dr.
Amato,
we
15
2015
16,
is
when
the
reportable
arrest
date
has
started
for
all
school
systems
right.
So
the
question
was:
how
can
we
get
a
2
per
because
the
actual
reportable
arrests
form
its
within
itself
in
isolation
of
what
a
school
that
have
to
do
was
now
embedded
into
the
major
incident?
Referral
because
I
hate
to
say
it,
a
student
that
you
know
does
get
that
reportable
arrest.
I
D
If
it's
not,
we
also
have
to
document
the
number
of
suspension
days,
so
this
form
currently
has
been
constructed
to
port
import,
the
information
into
the
reportable
arrest
report
that
goes
to
the
State
Department
of
Education.
So
we
got
a
twofer
here,
okay
and
you
go
to
the
bully
okay,
so
the
bully
and
harassment
form
is
separate
within
itself.
This
document
is
not
analytic
counties
its
MSDS,
however,
we
are
allowed
because
we're
whole
system
to
put
our
logo
there,
but
the
language
and
the
document
here
this
populates
by
itself-
and
this
generates
a
single
report.
D
So
if
I
T
was
to
mesh
this
some
other
way
in
some
of
the
shape
form.
All
those
other
pieces
are
not
part
of
that
report.
Okay,
so
it's
a
way
to
streamline
and
then
Levi's
is
next.
Okay.
This
document
is
not
currently
reported
to
the
state.
It's
a
Freedom
of
Information
Act
opportunity
is
an
aroma
Commons
tool.
We're
not
gonna
be
required
to
give
bias-motivated
information
provides
behavior
to
the
State
Department
of
Education,
so
this
within
itself
is
within
our
school
system.
D
And
then
the
community
defense
process
that's
a
letter
and
of
course
we
our
office
has
a
SharePoint
for
every
extended
suspension,
every
expulsion,
every
community
offense
and
every
student
who
comes
in
through
transition
and
adjudicated.
You
times
have
changed
victims.
Rights
are
up
as
they
should
be
legislation
House
bills.
All
of
that
is
coming
down.
The
pike
and
you're
gonna
see
Julie
and
update
it
in
the
code,
our
jccc,
a
HACC
NRA
bull,
the
insemination
Rassman
break
that's
going
to
change,
bias-motivated,
behavior
and
biased
language.
D
These
are
the
things
that
we
are
exploring
and
disaggregating
and
separating
that
conversation
out,
so
it
becomes
crystal
clear
for
our
colleagues,
in
addition
to
supporting
our
families,
our
schools
and
to
level
some
of
the
concerns
that
are
brought
forth
to
our
regionals,
to
make
the
work
easy.
But
if
you
need
a
cyst
6c,
that's
the
help
we
don't
like
when
things
get.
You
know
up
to
the
point
where
it's
so
much
allow
us
to
come
in
and
allow
us
to
help.
You
allow
us
to
walk
now.
H
D
My
god
I
just
any
minute,
but
I
just
wanted
to
explain
to
everybody
the
why,
as
we
know-
and
so
the
one
thing
we
do
run
point
is
that
major
in
sand
every
furrow
that
it
can
fill
it
out
and
something
else
has
to
be
added
effectives.
You
have
to
delete
the
one
you
gotta
read
in
the
corner,
there's
some
way
that
we
can
save
it
and
then
you
go
back
to
you.
It
is
looking
into
that.
I
will
say
that,
but
the
other
things
in
isolation.
They
can't
be
meshed
together.
