A
C
Sure
so,
theoretically,
we
have
quarterly
da
coupons,
I,
dropped
the
ball
and
did
not
schedule
one
for
the
beginning
of
the
year.
So
it's
time
to
do
another.
One
and
I
was
wondering
whether
or
not
we
wanted
to
think
about
opening
the
dacha
Thon's
up
to
be
more
hackathon
style
and
less
dacha,
thong
style.
C
I
think
the
original
idea
was
to
like
give
some
dedicated
time
to
improve
the
documentation,
but
my
impression
was
that
the
projects
were
a
little
smaller
for
last
Dhaka
thon
than
they
were
for
the
dhaka
gone
before
that
and
I
was
wondering-
and
maybe
there
was
not
as
much
interest
as
I
was
wondering
if
we
wanted
to
kind
of
open
it
up
to
all
projects,
not
just
off
projects.
I.
C
B
C
C
B
B
C
B
B
Is
fine
still
I
think
our
dogs
are
still
not
at
a
place
where
we
are
really
happy
with,
in
terms
of
them
being
really
usable?
We
made
some
improvements
in
the
last
cycle.
I
think
we
probably
need
to
do
a
couple
more
of
dark,
specific
thoughts
before
we
get
it
to
a
place
where
we
say.
Okay,
dogs
are
a
kind
of
same.
C
A
I
think
I'd
also
like
to
see
a
couple
more
dr.,
Hans
and
I
think.
Maybe
we
could
try
to
get
more
attendance
at
the
next
one
from
some
of
the
prominent
contributors.
I
think.
If
we
got
some
of
the
people
who
are
really
active
to
attend,
we
could
probably
make
a
lot
of
progress
on
some
things
that
we
just
know.
We
need
to
do.
Yeah.
A
B
B
Maybe
it's
better
to
have
some
teams
up
for
some
projects
up
front
that
people
can
sign
up
for,
for
example,
or
have
them
propose
some
other
projects
and
have
people
come
into
it
with
a
good
idea
of
what
they
want
to
work
on
so
that
they
just
hit
the
ground
running?
Maybe
that's
a
bit
more.
You
could
get
more
output
out
of
it
that
way,
I
think
yeah
yeah.
B
That's
a
spreadsheet
will
do
and
people
you
could
just
sign
up
in
the
columns
and
seed
them
with
some
and
then
have
people,
add
some
stuff.
So
little
more
upfront
work
so
that
people
get
more
excited
and
say:
oh
okay,
something
that
maybe
I
should
join
and
so
being
a
freewheeling
thing
that
they
come
and
figure
out
what
to
do.
Yeah.
B
A
C
B
C
B
Because
I
won
last
time
and
goober
mustard
their
meetup.
That
was
a
pretty
good
success
of
maybe,
if
some
of
the
biggest
users
are
trying
to
host
them,
maybe
a
little
corner
more
interest.
I,
don't
know!
We
should
probably
shout
to
like
some
of
the
bigger
users
and
see
if
anyone
would
be
interested
yeah.
A
B
A
A
C
I
reached
out
to
him,
and
he
got
back
to
me
initially
and
then
I
think
it
just
fell
through
the
cracks
for
him
and
I
haven't
gotten
a
response
for
him
in
a
long
time.
So
if
anybody
knows
who
at
Twitter
I
should
reach
out
to
to
coordinate
that,
that
would
be
awesome,
I
feel
like
he
is
probably
just
too
busy
to
do
it,
and
it
won't
take
that
much
coordination.
It's
just
like
facility
is
find
a
room,
get
some
food,
so.
B
C
B
C
C
There
was
it
petered
out:
okay,.
C
B
B
Okay,
so
I
guess
I,
don't
your
chat
quickly?
Was
there
I?
Think
previous
committee
thinks
you
are
talking
about
new
working
groups
that
that
we
should
be
spinning
up
on
I,
think
API,
what's
in
her
office
and
an
email
and
see
that
Craig
is
doing
an
awesome
job
trying
to
lead
that
and
sorry
Craig
hasn't
hasn't
able
to
co-lead
it
with
you.
That's.
A
Think
it's
good
I
am
I'm
gonna.
Try
to
follow
the
precedent
set
by
the
containerization
working
group
going
forward
and
have
a
speaker
lined
up
to
present
something
each
time,
because
I
think
that
just
helps
keep
things
moving
and
keep
the
meetings
productive.
So
G
tau,
as
you
guys
know,
presented
this
past
time
and
I.
B
A
B
A
B
C
That
also
I'm
the
that
we
only
discuss
it
in
the
working
group
if
there
are
objections
or
discussion
on
the
mailing
list,
I
think
we
floated
that
idea
when
we
were
gonna
schedule,
the
working
group
on
an
ad-hoc
basis,
but
if
we're
scheduling
it
every
two
weeks,
it
might
make
sense
to
talk
about
anything.
We
could
get
a
speaker
for
it'll,
probably
get
them
more
feedback,
even
if
they
you
know
it's
like
a
bonus.
Yeah.
A
B
A
B
A
B
B
B
B
Guess
what
about
release
working,
though?
That's
all
things
that
I
kind
of
brought
up
in
the
last
year
peer
working
group,
meeting
I,
think
that's
one
of
the
things
that's
really
valuable
to
have,
especially
to
kind
of
make
a
religious,
better,
I
think
to
have
a
forum
where
we
can
do
burndown
meetings.
We
can
discuss
about
what
are
some
of
the
bloggers
still
and
how
do
we
make
sure
things
are
getting
committed
and
stuff
like
that
and
maybe
discuss
about
any
contentious,
backports
or
anything
of
that
sort.
I
think
it's
really
valuable.
B
That's
probably
one
good
idea
like
we
could
have
the
release.
Managers
lead
those
meetings
and
every
release.
It
could
rotate
so
Gregg
you
kind
of
signed
up
for
being
release
manager
and
you
and
Alex
will
you
be
able
to
lead
those
or
do
you
think
that
should
be
too
much
on
your
plate,
given
community
and
API,
and
now
release.
A
A
A
B
B
Communities,
but
we
do
not
have
any
progress
on
this
one.
Does
it
still
need
to
be
a
blocker
or
not
son,
getting
enough
feeling
of
how
the
things
right
now
we're
doing
that
at
the
end
of
the
release
right
and
you
want
to
cut
we're,
doing
a
release
dashboard
and
then
we're
trying
to
talk
to
folks
and
see
how
can
you
get
the
stuff
into
the
release?
This
is
the
Marcus,
blocker
and
stuff
I'm
saying
you
should
start
doing
that
sooner
than
later
start
getting
a
dashboard
right.
B
Now
you
bring
that
up
during
the
release
meeting
and
then
say
hey.
This
is
how
it's
looking.
This
is
how
many
things
that
are
targeted
over
1.6.
This
is
how
much
time
we
have,
and
just
like,
have
a
forum
for
people
to
discuss
like
whether
they
want
something,
a
blocker
for
release
or
not
and
stuff,
like
that.
Okay,.
A
B
B
Sometimes
we
do
sometimes
we
don't
but
I
think
the
problem
is
we
always
been
doing
that
at
the
very
end
and
I
guess,
I
was
hoping
having
this
working
group
as
a
forum
would
be
a
forcing
function
for
people
to
think
about
their
blockers
up
front
and
then
I
mean
it
doesn't
who
doesn't
take
like
half
an
hour
every
two
weeks.
It
probably
takes
like
obvious
15
minutes,
maybe
and
in
the
end,
when
it
comes
time
to
really
release
like
two
weeks
before
one
month
before
that's
when
it
will
become
more
aggressive.
Maybe.
B
Like
the
other
option
is
to
just
do
the
release,
they
be
working,
release
work
group
just
one
month
before
release,
instead
of
having
it
or
all
three
months,
I,
don't
know
if
that's
butter
like
are
you
guys,
worried
about
there
not
being
stuff
to
talk
about?
Are
you
guys
worried
about
attending
until
its
release
time?
I
guess.
B
A
But
if
it's
going
to
be
just
a
matter
of
the
release
manager
checking
in
with
the
feature
owner
to
see
like,
are
you
still
planning
on
getting
this
in
then
that
doesn't
seem
to
necessary
Tate
a
meeting
to
me
if,
if
the
conversations
usually
require
more
discussion
as
to
whether
a
particular
like
whether
the
community
thinks
that
particular
feature
should
block
the
release
or
something
else
that
requires
like
a
wider
discussion,
then
that's
more
than
just
the
check
in
between
the
feature
owner
and
the
release
manager.
Then
I
could
see
a
meeting
making
sense,
yeah.
B
Yeah
I
guess
my
only
worry
is
miners
won't
check
in
until
the
very
end
if
they
are
going
to
check
in
every
couple
weeks
studying
from
now-
and
we
said,
ok,
we
are
going
to
do
a
release
higher
water
timeframe
and
I'm
gonna
check
in
every
couple
of
weeks
or
so
I
think
that's
fine,
I
just
haven't
seen
that
happen
before
so.
I
was
hoping.
This
would
be
a
forcing
function
for
them
not
leave
the
DS
to
come
and
discuss.
B
A
B
C
It
might
actually
be
if
you
and
Alex
think
it
might
be
a
good
idea
or
you
guys
think
you
might
have
the
bandwidth
to
run
it
just
floated
on
the
mailing
list
and
see
if
anybody
says
they'd
be
interesting
and
coming
to
something
like
that,
because
if
you
float
it
on
the
mailing
list,
everybody's
like
no
I,
don't
want
to
do
that.
Then
you
don't
have
to.
A
C
C
A
A
A
We
took
some
notes,
there's
a
link
here
and
I.
Think
you
know
the
biggest
category
that
we
were
looking
at
when
we
spoke
were
blog
posts
from
users.
So
I
think
the
thing
I'm
gonna
do
in
the
short
term,
is
reach
out
to
some
music
Mace's
users
and
see
if
they
would
be
interested
in
doing
some
blog
posts
for
us
that.
C
C
A
A
C
C
Yeah,
do
we
have
any
Mason
swag
other
than
stickers?
Cuz
I
could
send
them,
ASIS
fear
t-shirts,
but
that
seems
a
little
weird
yeah.
A
C
Me
too,
it
would
be
all
about
it.
So
yeah
well
I'll
ask
the
marketing
team
if
we
have
any
swag
and
if
we're
open
to
creating
any
I'll,
let
Andy
know
what
that
will
come
with.
That
is,
and
if
we
have
anything
to
send
offer
to
send
it.
Okay.
