entrance
to

Road
429,

requested

to
city
commercial.
The
intent
is
to
develop
a
small
commercial
retail
center
at
this
location
terms
of
the
character
of
the
surrounding
area.

that
the

juice
and

Zoning

somewhat
transitional,

not
the
zoning

transitional

there's
a
great
deal
of
change,

going
to
occur

near

the

disappeared
before

Planning
Commission
back

As
part
of
the
amendment

their

juice
amendment
application,
these
parcels
were
dropped,
so
now
the
boundaries

changed.

smaller
than
what
was
previously
presented
to
Planning
Commission
and
the
other
application.
