ATV's regular round-up of news and notes from around the county. In this edition, the County's Water-Sewer-Streets Division holds a truck rodeo to get ready for the upcoming snow season; a new pop-up gallery highlighting the work of the Columbia Pike Documentary Project popped up at Arlington Mill; a change in the County's plastic bag recycling policy; an invitation to attend a charrette to plan the future of Lee Highway; a rare albino squirrel sighting in North Arlington; and we say farewell to a beloved member of the County's K-9 force.

When you think of Arlington, you probably don't think of rodeos, but there was a rodeo here and instead of horses, it featured bobcats and snowplows and backhoes will tell you more about that later in the program, but first no more plastic bags in your recycling bin.
