If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
discussion
of
commissioned
fellowships
because
it
ties
into
the
women
of
vision
forwards,
so
we
just
obtained
some
information,
so
we
can
just
launch
right
into
that.
So
thank
you
to
Corgi
for.
B
Absenting
with
Beau
it
appears
that
we
have
eight
knots,
199
dogs,
treasury,
that's
81.99,.
C
F
F
A
So
so
that's
all
good
news
so
with
that
I
guess
actually
Susan
hi.
You
had
some
related
questions,
so
you
want
to
know
about
the
financial
commitments
which
I
think
women
Envision
is
function.
In
fact,
I
also
want
to
know
about
our
fundraising
procedures.
Right.
B
Opinion
on
this,
do
they
write
a
check
to
Convention
action.
Commission
two
supplements.
B
Fundraising
right:
well,
no
I'm
in
the
county
too,
if
you
contribute
to
okay,
that
the
county
is
just
our
money
holder,
okay,.
J
But
Susan,
if,
if
in
any
instance,
I
think
formal
sponsors
for
women
division,
not
just
people
buying
tickets
or
for
any
other
for
anything
we
do.
It
would
be
easy
enough
to
issue
a
letter
until
you
sign
that.
Thank
you
now
right,
but
it's
not
tax
deductible.
C
I
C
A
K
K
Oh
great.
F
Yes,
yeah
I
I
mean
with
not
just
jump
around
from
the
budget,
but
with
everything
you
know,
I
I
kind
of
envisioned
it
as
you're
the
lead,
but
that
doesn't
mean
that
you're
response,
like
that.
We
shouldn't
reach
out
to.
I
F
Edition
but
but
actually,
when
I
kind
of
the,
what
is
something
called
marketing
materials
out
to
you
guys
push
that
to
your
networks
with
Jordan's,
beautiful
graphics,.
I
F
So
that's
why
I
sent
around
that
document
with
the
sponsorships
asking
you
guys
to
put
in
ideas
of
people
that
you
know
or
businesses
that
we
should
reach
out
to
for
marketing.
A
lot
of
what
we
have
in
here
are
elected
leaders
and
I.
Think
that
we
have
a
lot
of
opportunity
to
reach
out
to
more
businesses
and.
A
Be
crazy
so
before
we
launch
into
my
communication,
let
me
just
check:
did
anyone
have
any
further
questions
about,
like
our
commission
budget,
fundraising.
I
I
D
So
earlier
this
week,
staff
the
gas
and
support
Foods
were
notified
of
a
mill
policy
update.
One
of
those
is
that
there
is
no
alcohol
permitted
using
County
funds
nor
on
County
property
and
then
within
that,
if
there
are
meals
that
will
be
provided
for
an
event,
it
has
to
be
approved
by
the
deputy,
Deputy
County
manager,
and
it
has
to
be
within
a
certain
amount.
So,
like
the
one,
the
one
I
remember
it's
like
for
dinner,
it
can't
be
more
than
22
dollars
per
person
for
lunch.
J
D
That's
that
was
my
question.
My
understanding
is
that
donations
is
considered
County
funds,
so
it's
not
part
of
the
county
budget,
but
whatever's
taken
in
is
considered
County
funds,
so.
E
D
I
tried
I
tried
to
share
with
her
with
it.
It's
not
it's
not
available
to
those
outside.
Let
me
see
if
I
can
screen
share
deposit
yeah.
When
did
the
revision
happen?
Oh
he's
gonna
be
here:
oh
that's!
When
Courtney
got
it
yeah
so
that
that
and
then
we
were
also
informed
about
recording
of
meetings
as
well.
F
We
don't
use,
we
raise
our
own
money
for
this.
In
fact,
the
counties
just
holding.
D
Yeah
and
I
mentioned
the
cash
bar
right
like
yeah
yeah
right
because
it
you
know,
no
funds
are
used
on
it,
but
the
technicality
was
that
it's
on
County
property
and
then
I
brought
up
well
one
of
the
option
of
having
it.
I
D
C
E
B
J
Federal
government
policy
works
too
right,
like
you,
don't
want
to
use
taxpayer
dollars
whatever
like
that,
like
I
get
it
so
but
again,
there's
ways
around
that.
F
M
F
M
F
F
A
D
Read
policy
so
yeah,
so
here
it
has
two
sections:
okay,
I'll
skip
down,
because
that's
specific,
so
events
that
include
the
community
in
general
for
awards
and
ceremonies
and
outside.
D
Events
meetings,
grand
openings
and
research
and
such
as
recruitment,
Promotion,
Award
ceremonies,
Public,
Safety
and
Etc.
D
D
Yeah
exactly
yeah,
so
the
events
that
include
commission,
so
this
session
is
intended
for
to
cover
food
provided
for
commission
Advisory,
Group
meetings,
receptions
and
events.
Food
should
not
be
provided
for
these
events
without
permission
from
the
relevant
Deputy
County
Manager,
the
request
of
the
Deputy
County
Manager
can
be
made
for
class
for
a
class
of
event
for
individual
events.
As
discussed,
discussed
between
department
head
and
their
Deputy
County
Manager.
Then
it
goes
into
do
you
start
Deputy,
so
that
would
be
Shannon
Shannon.
D
J
D
B
A
Fine,
when
does
this
go
into
effect
in
January
in
January,
so
they
need
to
get
us
the
policy
before
it
can
go
into.
D
Effect
and
then
they're
going
to
do
that.
So
what
I
was
told
is
that
they're
going
to
meet
with
all
the
chairs
at
the
end
of
this
month
and
actually
I
had
requested
that
they
followed
up
with
you
before
this
meeting,
but
I
don't
think
they
did,
which
is
fine,
I
get
a
short
notice
but
fell
on
deaf
ears.
E
A
F
Because
they're
looking
at
and
I
actually
don't
know
if
it's
past
or
what,
but
they
were
doing
a
study
on
what
space
which
county
parks
should
be
allowed
to
have
alcohol,
because
right
now,
there's
only
like
two
spaces:
the
Clarendon
metro
area
and
the
Gateway
Park
and
so
they're
trying
to
expand
that
to
some
other
areas.
F
And
so
it's
interesting
to
me
like
that
they
would
put
this
limit
on
indoor
spaces.
So
maybe
it's
something
that
came
out
of
that
like
oh,
we
don't
have
a
policy
or
something
loosey-goosey
I
mean.
Maybe
we'll
have
to
have
this
at
Gateway
Park
mixture.
E
A
A
B
H
I
A
So,
okay!
Well,
thank
you
for
bringing
us
on,
though,
do
you
all
have
any
other
questions
about
this.
J
E
K
C
F
I'm
ready
it's
going
to
be
a
little
bit
all
over
the
place,
but
I'm
gonna
start
with
Jordan,
because
it's
the
easiest.
J
F
L
I
We're
gonna
have
food
since
that
the
cash
bar
is
a
cash
bar,
and
we
have
our
TBD
on
that
I
think
we
should
assume
that
well
at
least
have
food.
What
happened?
Let
me
share
my
screen.
I
F
J
F
Thank
you
so
much
to
Jordan
for
making
these
amazing
Graphics
I'm
just
gonna
flip
through
them
real,
fast
they're
in
the
folder
and
on
Google
and
everyone
access
Google,
Drive.
Okay,
if
you
have
any
issues,
let
me
know:
there's
too
many
words
on
there.
This.
I
H
F
So
there's
multiple
to
choose
from
jsop
whenever
we're
doing.
H
K
G
L
For
joining
us,
they're
fabulous
perfect.
F
F
Okay,
so
for
now
I
think,
obviously
if
we
can
get
a
woman-owned
company
that.
I
Would
be
great
if
I
would
ask
just
in
the
meantime
if
they
can
provide
a
bar
and
when
we
need
to
let
them
know
a
hard
and
the
company
that
Arbor
found
last
year
did
either
they
were
either
woman
owned
or.
A
Can
I
just
interject
one,
a
little
toy,
which
is
last
year,
I
felt
like
too
much
food?
Yes,
I.
B
M
H
F
Just
have
an
event
like
this
and
I
think
things
are
still
in
flux
with
covet,
especially
since
it'll
be
towards
the
end
of
winter,
and
we
did
instead
of
doing
a
100
of
the
people
that
were
going
to
be
there.
We
did
for
80
and
it
was
perfect.
Okay.
F
We
can
adjust
those
numbers
as
needed,
or
maybe
identify
foods
that
are
less
buffet
style
or
something
yeah.
So
this
is
the
timeline.
Courtney
I
said
Courtney
the
edits
for.
L
The
nomination
Forum
today
she
said
that
those
should
be
really
easy.
There
was
nothing
too.
F
Drastic
just
some
date
changes
and
a
few
fields
to
add.
So
once
we
have
that,
we
should
be
ready
to
go
to
launch
on
Monday
16th
I'm.
Actually,
gonna
change
this
to
the
17th,
because
16th
is.
F
Oh
well,
I
mean
I,
just
think
we
can
still
say
it
like
opens
on
the
16th,
but
I
think
we
can
make
some
I
don't
want
it.
Okay,
okay,
yeah
I
was
like
I,
didn't
think
it
was,
but
but
that
won't
change
the
date
that
it
closes,
which
was
on
their
own.
F
F
I
I
want
My
Fingers
I
put
something
into
word:
I
copied
it
from
Excel
into
word
and
I
was
like
whoa
hi.
L
You
didn't
know
how
I
graduated
in
high
school,
not
a
lawyer,.
F
So
so
the
market
we're
good
on
that
Xenia.
Are
you
there.
F
L
F
Yep,
so
I
meant
to
send
that
to
you
like
a
month
ago,
but
I
I,
guess
I
got
sidetracked
in
the
process,
but
if
you
we
can
connect
more
on
that
there's
not
not
too
much
right
at
this
minute.
I
F
Definitely
do
that
and
we
are
going
to
I
made
some
pretty
heavy
changes
or
proposed
changes
to
the
sponsorship
package.
F
I'm
going
to
show
you
my
vision
first,
so
you
can
get
an
idea
because
it's
not
finalized
yet
of
where
I'm
trying
to
go.
But
this
is
another
event
that
I
worked
on,
and
this
is
what
they're
their
partnership.
Packets
look
look
like
and
this.
Why
is
my
computer
by
the
way?
So
this
is
kind
of
this
layout
is
kind
of
what
I'm
going
for
it
does
not
look
like
this
yet
and
I'm
not
layout
being
like
the
way
it's
set
up,
not
the
colors
or
anything
like
that.
I
F
So
this
is
pretty
much
the
beginning.
Part
is
I
copied
everything
that
we
had
last
year.
This
is
where
the
changes,
so,
if
you
guys
saw
in
my
email
my
goal
for
sponsorship.
I
F
I
Right
yeah
so.
F
Before
we
had
kind
of
flat
rates
for
different
entities
based
on
their
corporate
Corporation,
small
business
or
individual
or
just
wanted
their
name
in
the
program,
and
so
this
just
changes
it
a
little
bit
to
be
more
incentive
driven,
so
Graham's
concerts
are
at
fifteen
hundred
dollars,
there's
only
one
available.
They
get
three
minutes
to
talk
about
how
much
they
love
the
women
in
Arlington
and
how
important
women
are
to
them.
F
Prominent
logo
placement
on
all
our
materials,
anything
we
roll
out
program,
recognition,
tickets
to
the
events
and
some
Facebook
posts,
and
then
I
thought
it
would
be
really
cool
if
we
had
an
award
sponsor,
but
it
sounds
like
we
already
do
more
of
an
in-heim
sponsor.
So
again,
some
of
these
might
need
to
be
tweaked
a
little
bit,
but
I
thought
I
was
like.
Oh
someone
could
have
their
logo
on
it.
Maybe
it
could
be
a
partnership
between
both
a
trophy
designer
and
whoever
wants
to
pay
25.50
or
12.50.
F
For
this
they
could
hand
out.
F
J
Reaction,
yes,
giving
anybody
an
odd
number
of
tickets
or
anything
okay,
I
would
just
have
the
ones
to
two
three,
but
four,
maybe
you're
whatever
okay.
C
I
H
L
I
M
A
E
E
Never
given
to
this
before,
and
they
actually
have
a
list
of
specific
recipients
who
they
give
to
so
I'm
going
to
be
ask
them
to.
H
N
C
F
I
I,
just
don't
think
they're
going
to
want
to
give
me
and
I
I'm,
not
sure
who
you
were
asking
on
behalf
of,
but
we're
not
a
recognized.
Yes,
anything
the
commission
where
we're
barely
heard
of-
and
there
are
people
who
still
say
every
year
that
they
didn't
even
know
the
award
was
given
out,
but
that's
a
marketing.
No,
not
a
no
I
understand
that
but
I'm
just
saying
as
Julia's
pointing
out
people
who
are
doing
this
for
the
first
time
may
not
want
to
jump
up
towards
levels.
F
I
will
add
an
a
a
fifteen
hundred
dollar
I
I.
Do
a
lot
of
this
and
the
1500
is
usually
an
entry
level
for
a
lot
of
Corporations
I.
Don't
know
a
big.
Your
company
is
Julia
but,
like
that's
like
Verity.
C
I
F
J
F
B
N
E
N
If
you
had
like
Grand
sponsors,
1500
or
more
and
then
had
award
sponsors.
J
X
amount
and
then
friends
of
women,
of
vision.
N
N
F
I
can
make
you
look
pretty
too
I
just
didn't
want
to
make
it
look
pretty
and
when
it's
dressed.
L
Yes,
okay,.
F
H
F
H
F
L
F
Is
should
the
bottom
part
of
this
I
I
broke
out
in
2023,
so
we
can
build
on
like
these
are
the
people
we
asked
and
then
we
can
have
that
going
forward
like
okay,
they
said
no
last
year,
but
let's
ask
them
again
this
year,
maybe.
G
F
Put
your
you
can
just
put
your
name
here.
That's
who
you,
who
you
know
like
big
under
the
responsible
for
outreach
I
mean
if
I
know
somebody
I'm,
gonna,
Outreach
them
not
gonna.
Oh
right,.
E
F
Are
so
stupid,
like
all
of
these
people
didn't
give
anything
last
year,
so
I'd
I'd
rather
you
know,
add
more
names
to
here,
because.
E
D
Isn't
that
voluntary
those
were
donations?
Yes,
the
volunteer
people
I'm
so
committed
who
did
submit
their
payment,
I
mean
that
payment,
but
donation,
but
they
came
and
they
brought
it.
E
D
A
ticket
price
for
an
entry
yeah
there
was
a
box
there,
the
Dropbox,
where
they
could
put
their
money
in
or
they
wrote,
checks.
F
I
E
B
E
D
Yeah
I
was
informed
when
we
were
talking
about
the
Bell
policy
to
their
knowledge.
There's
not.
There
may
be
another
commission,
okay,
but
their
role
is
a
little
bit
differently,
where
it's
like
a
business,
okay,
and
that
was
it
so
first
Commissioners
on
I
they
team
something
Team
Network
board.
No,
is
that
it
Phoenix,
as
in
teenagers,
that
I
thought
it
was
teams,
they
mentioned
it,
but
I.
F
Didn't,
oh,
it's
the
team,
rentals,
okay,.
D
J
M
D
My
knowledge,
no
I
I
think
previously,
when
I
did
it
in
person,
they
had
catering
but
I,
don't
think
they
had
any
Collections
and
they've
stopped
doing
that
from
my
knowledge,
I
think
they
one
year
they
streamed
it
I,
don't
think
they
had.
It
left.
E
M
L
D
E
Yeah
she's
I
mean
she's
pretty
available.
L
C
C
Courtney,
do
you
have
any
way?
Are
you
able
to
go
back
and
go
back.
H
D
I
had
to
go,
yeah
I
had
to
talk
to
CAO
and
last
year,
yeah
all
right.
Okay,.
F
So
the
only
other
things
that
I
have
to
really
discuss
right
now
are
What
rhymes
work.
M
L
I
think
making
sure
people
to
get
home
yeah,
yeah,
yeah,
yeah.
F
I
It
does
make
for
a
late
night
for
all
of
us.
Well
I'll
be
dragging
the
next
morning,
but
yeah
and
it's
a
Tuesday
sorry
and
are.
B
J
I
K
L
B
E
Okay,
is
it
okay,.
H
E
E
J
H
E
Per
character,
no,
it's
just
a
good
looks
good,
it's!
Okay,
six
and
people
in
this
dinner,
with
their
kids.
N
I
E
C
M
E
Right
I
think,
let's
just
do
a
show
yeah,
so
so.
I
First,
we're
going
to
do
the
first
thing,
I'll
say:
is
who's
in
favor
of
the
6
30
to
8
30
and
then
second.
E
I
E
J
That,
if
we're
having
these
kind
of
discussions,
we
probably
should
have
had
them
like
a
retreat
like
right.
If
we're
gonna
change,
something
big
enough
that
now
or
up
to
the
point
already
have
graphics
and
things
printed
like,
should
give
it
more
thought,
so
the
default
should
probably
be
think
of
the
way
to
help
it
doesn't
change
it.
Next
year.
F
I
G
C
K
F
Fill
out
people
you
know
on
sponsorships,
just
put
their
name
just
put
whatever
their
company
name
is
whatever
their
name
is,
and
then
just
put
your
name
and
column
e
that
you
know
who
they
are
and
then
we'll
get
all
the
materials
together.
Send
them
out.
You
guys
can
give
me
edits
and
start
asking
people
for
money.
I
J
I
I
L
K
B
E
J
B
N
C
M
To
fair
right,
yes,
but
it
does,
but
for
sponsorships
from
like
the
last
five
women
division
like
the
last
five
years,
that's
what
I
think
would
be
helpful
from
a
donor
perspective
or
prospecting.
F
I
J
I
J
M
I
E
A
I
H
F
To
the
list,
okay,
so
you
are
you
you're
saying
you
put
emails
in
here
like
this?
Is
Legal
Information?
Yes,
okay!
So
and
that's,
but
we
don't
have
a
master
like
contact
list
outside.
I
Of
this
I
do
correct.
Does.
J
Anyone
we'll
ever
look
at
the
PSW
Gmail
account.
I
I
D
I
I
would
just
put
myself
down
this.
I
knew
people
coming
back
and
the
yeah
you're
working
now
yeah
I.
F
I
I
I
Just
me,
but
again
you
know
yes,
I
can
get
some
time
into
it
and
try
and.
F
I
F
Past,
that's
really
going
to
be
where
I
want
to
put
some
concentrated
attention.
C
On
focusing
the
fact
is,
last
year
we
didn't
cover
what
we
spent
so
it'd
be
good
to
have
a
little
more
confidence.
Maybe.
F
I
I
F
F
That
would
be
so
amazing
to
have
just
businesses
like
I
I,
know:
I
can
rattle
off
a
bunch
of
businesses
that
I
Patron
or
that
I
have
connections
to,
but
they're
going
to
look
different
for
Rachel
and
Jennifer
Julia
Haley,
so
just
people
to
get
like
brain
dumped,
all
of
them
like
okay.
Now
we
might
not
be
able
to
find
contact
information.
We
might
get
100
no's,
but
I
I.
Do
this
a
lot
with
a.
I
Out
I.
F
In
that's
fine
is
that,
okay,
if
you
have
a,
if
you
have
a
personal
connection
with
them,
absolutely
okay,
the
Boston
bid.
Okay,
but
I
can
go
talk
to
Tina
yeah.
But
if,
but
that's
really,
what
I
want,
like?
Oh
I,
go
to
the
same
coffee
shop.
Every
day,
I'm
gonna
like
write
their
information
down
into
a.
M
I
If
I
just
did
this
with
this
buyer
for
their
their
fall
events
and.
F
F
F
It's
it
is
yeah,
it's
just.
A
L
I
N
I'm,
so
sorry
that
we
kept
you
waiting
in
the
lobby,
I
really
apologize,
so
I'm
Julia
and
we've
communicated
before.
But
let
me
just
see
because
did.
C
D
D
A
Yeah,
we're
so
excited
that
you
can
speak
with
us.
Thank
you
for
joining
us.
D
Let
me
try
to
let
me
try
this.
Let
me
try
to
throw
my
phone.
I
M
M
N
So,
thank
you,
we're
so
excited
that
you
can
come
and
talk
with
us.
Obviously,
Reproductive
Rights
is
on
everyone's
mind
right
now
and
given
the
Supreme
Court's
decision
last
year,
we
are
hopeful
that
Arlington
is
doing
everything
that
it.
H
B
N
O
N
Yes,
so
you
probably
can't
see
us
because
we're
all
hiding
behind
Courtney
and
Janine,
but
oh
darn,
it
no
just
kidding.
So
this
is
all
the
Commissioners
on
Arlington's
Commission
on
the
status
of
women
as
well
as
Courtney,
who
is
our
staff
liaison
to
the
county,
and
so
once
the
technical
issues
get
resolved
and
the
volume
button
gets
located.
We
can.
N
Great,
thank
you,
okay,
wonderful!
So,
ladies,
why
don't
we
go
around
the
room
and
introduce
ourselves
very
very
briefly:
I
wanted
to
just
each
give
her
your
name.
N
Okay-
and
this
is
coordinator
stuff,
you
guys
thank
you
again
so
much
for
for
taking
the
time
so
we'd
love
to
hear
you
know.
What's
on
your
mind,
and
what
would
you
like
to
share
with
us
again
from
our
perspective?
Reproductive
Rights
is,
is
super
important,
I
think
we're
all
on
the
same
page
frankly
and
and
want
it
protected,
and
so
we're
interested
in
hearing
how
things
are
going.
O
Yeah
well,
thank
thank
you
all
for
having
me
sorry,
I'm,
not
I'm,
not
there
in
person.
It's.
O
You
know
we're
only
on
the
second
day
of
session,
but
it
always
feels
like
a
a
lot
more,
but
also
our
team
was
very
involved
in
the
special
election
that
just
took
place
in
Virginia
Beach,
so
I
feel
I.
Think
we
I
think
our
team
has
been
kind
of
working
non-stop
since
since
January
3rd
so
excited
to
have
a
little
bit
of
time
that
this
weekend
off,
but
so
a
little
bit
about
me
and
I
I'm.
O
An
Arlington
resident
I
I
live
off
of
Columbia
Pike
and
I've
been
with
Planned
Parenthood
Advocates,
the
Virginia's
executive
director
for
the
last
three
years,
and
our
mission
is
to
protect
access
to
sec
to
essential
sexual
and
reproductive
health
care.
O
We'll
have
additional
Planned
Parenthood
Health
Centers
in
the
Commonwealth
in
the
coming
couple
of
years,
and
so
these
six
Health
Centers,
plus
the
ones
in
in
the
in
the
region
serve
over
30
000
patients
a
year
and
they
provide
a
range
of
reproductive
Health
Care
as
well
as
primary
care,
and
some
of
them
also
provide
Behavioral
Health
Care,
which
is
a
newer,
a
newer
service
to
patients
and
so
kind
of
one
of
the
main
things
that
I
focus
on
is
the
Virginia
General
Assembly
session,
and
so
the
session
began
yesterday,
it'll
run
for
up
to
46
days.
O
It's
it's
likely
to
conclude
on
February
25th
I,
don't
anticipate
anything
Earth
shattering
happening
related
to
our
issues
and
given
kind
of
where
we
are
politically
this
moment.
That's
that's
a
relief!
So
we
we
have
a
a
house
of
delegates.
O
That's
anti-abortion,
led
by
Speaker
Todd
Gilbert,
the
state
senate,
as
of
Friday,
we'll
have
a
22
to
18
Democratic
majority,
but
kind
of
a
21
to
18
19
majority
when
it
comes
to
issues
around
abortion
rights,
because
there
is
one
state
senator
who
represents
kind
of
Metro
Richmond
in
in
Petersburg
who
has
supported
abortion
bans
in
the
past
and
then
obviously
they're
Statewide
officials
who
have
been
opposed
to
to
abortion
rights
and
so
our
kind
of
top
priority.
O
This
legislative
session
is
ensuring
that
there
are
no
abortion
bans
passed
or
other
restrictions
on
sexual
and
reproductive
Health
Care,
we've
already
seen.
Actually
yesterday
in
the
House
and
Senate
15-week
abortion
bans
were
proposed.
We've
also
seen
a
total
abortion
ban,
plus
a
plus
legislation
that
has
implications
for
IVF
and
emergency
contraception
introduced
in
the
house.
We've
also
seen
a
few
other
bills
that
would
that
attempt
to
restrict
access
to
to
abortion.
O
We've
seen
a
bill
that
would
defund
providers
like
Planned
Parenthood.
So
it
would
basically
say
that
any
any
health
care
provider
that
provides
abortions
in
Virginia
could
not
get
funding
for
other
safety
net
health
care
that
they
provide
and,
and
then
this
year
is
not
a
main
budget
year,
because
it's
a
shorter
session,
but
they
make
amendments
to
their
budget
and
so
watching
to
Governor.
O
One
of
the
things
that
Governor
young
can
proposed
is
striking
some
State
funding
for
low-income
Virginians
to
access
abortion
in
the
instance
when
there's
a
severe
fetal
diagnosis,
and
so
there
is
very
very
little
of
State
funds
that
go
to
cover
Virginians
needing
an
abortion.
It's
only
in
the
very
rare
instances
of
rape
incest
when
the
pregnant
person's
life
is
at
risk
and
then,
as
well
as
when
there's
a
severe
gross
fetal
diagnosis.
O
So
those
so
folks
in
Virginia
who
qualify
for
Medicaid
can
use
can
go
through
the
Virginia
Department
of
Health
to
to
have
their
abortion
funded
in
those
very
rare
instances,
and
so
in
in
fiscal
year.
2021
there
were
just
21
instances
Statewide,
so
the
the
governor
trying
to
to
strike
part
of
that,
and
so
we're
we're
fighting
against
Allah
I
think
we
feel
optimistic.
O
Given
the
majority
in
the
state
senate
that,
even
if
some
of
these
bills
pass
the
house,
they
will
be
defeated
in
the
Senate
education
and
health
committee.
There
are
also
a
number
of
proactive
bills
that
would
expand
access
that
we're,
following
one
of
which
is
a
constitutional
amendment.
To
protect
reproductive
Freedom
folks
might
have
followed
the
fact
that
there
were
six
ballot
initiatives
that
passed
in
2022
regarding
abortion
rights,
or
you
know
some
proactives,
some
that
we're
trying
to
restrict
access.
O
All
all
six
of
those
went
the
way
of
supporting
abortion
rights
in
here
in
Virginia.
It's
a
a
longer
process
to
get
a
constitutional
amendment.
A
joint
resolution
for
a
constitutional
amendment
has
to
pass
twice
with
an
intervening
election.
O
The
governor
actually
doesn't
have
any
involvement
in
Constitutional
Amendment,
so
it
is
something
we
could
Advance
while
Governor
youngin
is
in
office,
but
it's
unlikely
to
pass
the
house
this
year,
but
we
hope
that
that
Constitutional
Amendment
will
pass
through
the
Senate
we're
also
working
with
some
legislators
on
bills,
around
data
privacy,
expansion
of
emergency
contraception,
for
people
who
are
victims
of
sexual
assault
and
domestic
violence
who
who
go
to
an
ER
for
care
as
well
as
a
bill
to
prevent
Virginia
from
extraditing
providers.
O
If
other
states
try
try
to
to
do
so
and
some
other
bills
about
kind
of
codifying
the
Affordable
Care
acts
contraceptive
mandate.
So
some
good
stuff
too,
that
we're
watching
as
well
but
I
I
think
with
our
divided
government.
It's
likely
that
some
bills
pass
the
house
and
then
die
in
the
Senate
and
then
some
bills
pass
the
Senate
and
then
die
in
the
house.
O
I
should
I
should
have
started
out
by
by
saying
to
just
kind
of
the
landscape
in
Virginia,
where
we're
in
a
much
better
place
than
we
were
several
years
ago
in
that
in
2020
we
passed
critical
legislation
called
the
reproductive
Health
protection
act
to
repeal
a
lot
of
medically
unnecessary
onerous
restrictions
on
SEC,
on
particular
on
abortion.
Like
repealed,
the
mandatory
24-hour
waiting
period,
the
targeted
restrictions
on
abortion
providers,
some
bias
counseling
that
was
required
as
well
as
a
provision
that
made
it
so
that
only
Physicians
could
provide
abortion
care.
O
So
now
we
have
nurse
practitioners
across
the
Commonwealth
who
are
providing
abortions
in
the
first
trimester,
either
their
medication,
abortion
or
abortion
procedures,
and
so
we're
in
a
much
better
place
than
than
many
many
other
states.
O
O
O
They
have
a
supportive
Governor,
but
they
have
a
senate
majority,
that's
anti-abortion
and
that
that
is
so
strong
that
it
can
override
Governor,
Cooper's
vetoes
and
then
they
they
bear
very
barely
have
a
kind
of
a
a
ability
to
override
a
veto
in
the
house.
But
there's
some
question
about
whether
at
12
or
15
week
ban
could
pass
in
North
Carolina.
We
did
get
good
news
last
week
out
of
South
Carolina,
where
the
the
courts
continue
to
strike
down
their
their
ban.
O
But
but
all
that
to
say
Virginia
is
a
key
access
point,
and
so
you
know
we're
we're
fighting
to
protect
access
here
for
Virginians,
but
also
people
in
in
the
region
who
we
know
are
going
to
have
to
travel
to
access
care.
And
you
know
we
know
that
any
abortion
restrictions
or
bans.
O
You
know
most
severely
impact
those
that
are
already
coming
from
more
marginalized
compute
communities
like
people
of
color
people
with
low
incomes,
young
people,
immigrant
communities,
and
that's
something.
That's
that's
also
very
true
about
a
15-week
ban.
O
We
know
that
peop,
the
people
that
are
most
impacted
by
a
15-week
ban
are
people
that
might
not
have
access
to
the
same
care
earlier
in
pregnancy,
people
who
are
coming
from
places
where
they're
forced
to
travel
because
of
abortion,
bans
or
restrictions,
and
then
people
who
you
know
receive
bad
news
about
a
pregnancy
after
after
15
weeks,
which
I'm
sure
lots
of
y'all
know
you
know,
having
an
anatomy
scan
at
20
weeks
can
can
bring
up
issues
that
people
didn't
didn't,
anticipate
in
very
wanted
pregnancies.
O
So
maybe
I'll,
maybe
I'll.
Stop
there.
That's
some
of
kind
of
what
we're.
What
we're
watching
and
I
think
you
know
long
term.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
there's
a
constitutional
amendment
in
place
in
Virginia,
so
we're
not
having
this
fight
every
single
year
and
not
something
that's
going
to
be
up
to
the
whim
of
legislators
and
our
continuous.
O
You
know
every
year,
elections
here
in
Virginia-
and
we
also
you
know,
not
only
want
to
protect
the
right
but
make
sure
we're
expanding
access
to
care,
especially
for
people
in
communities
that
that
don't
have
access.
And
we
know
right
now
that
your
access
is
very
determined
by
your
income
and
your
insurance
and
where
you
live
in
the
Commonwealth
of
Virginia.
N
H
N
I
Survivors
in
emergency
rooms,
can
you
tell
us
more
about
that
or
even
give
us
a
number.
O
O
And
so
it
requires
the
dispensing
of
emergency
contraception
to
sexual
assault.
Survivors
in
the
ER.
J
Rain
kit
So,
currently
the
law
is,
is
that
survivors
can
obtain
emergency
contraception
for
free,
so
they're,
accessing
a
rape
kit
and
with
that
they're
they're
able
to
obtain
other
medical
mental
health
medications
for,
like
prophylactic
HIV
medications,
antibiotics
and
things
as
well
and.
J
All
covered
for
your
charge
so
long
as
they're
having
the
the
rape
get
done,
even
if
they
don't
prosecute.
O
Yeah
and
I
think
I'm
pulling
up
the
language
and
I'm
I'm,
not
an
expert
on
this.
So
I,
you
know
want
to
confirm
things,
but
I
think
my
understanding
is
that
they
can
offer
it,
but
this
would
make
it
required
that
they
make
it
available
and
that
they're
also
providing
information,
and
it
also
explicitly
also
includes
foreign,
a
definition
so
that
iuds
could
also
be
administered.
N
I
just
sent
you
all
a
link
to
the
book,
but
but
does
that
make
sense,
Caroline.
J
The
bell
and
I'm
sure
it'll
make
sense,
but
at
least
in
other
jurisdictions,
where
I've
worked,
we
had
private
hospitals
supposedly
Catholic
Hospitals,
and
they
would
do
everything
up
to
they
wouldn't
give
me
the
abortion
pill.
So
typically,
we
wouldn't
take
patients
to
those
hospitals
if
it
was
affordable.
O
N
Okay,
us
do
you
all
have
other
questions
for
Jamie.
O
Organization
and
I
work
closely
with
the
seat.
The
three
c3s
that
I
mentioned,
planned
parenthe,
Metro,
Washington,
Virginia
Living
for
Planned
Parenthood
and
Planned
Parenthood,
South,
Atlantic,
so
kind
of
our
organization
is
reliant
on
dues
from
those
three
organizations.
Plus
funds
that
we
get
plant
from
Planned
Parenthood
Federation
of
America
and
their
C4
Planned
Parenthood
action
fund,
and
then
we
do
some
of
our
of
our
own
fundraising.
O
So
you
know,
just
like
any
non-profit
organization
were,
were
always
fundraising
to
make
sure
that
we
have
the
resources
to
continue
to
sustain
our
staff
of
organizers
and
communication
staff
and
political
staff,
and
so
you
know
if
there,
if
there's
anyone
on
who
you
know,
has
connections
to
be
helpful.
That
way
for
for
funders.
That's
that's
always
appreciated
and
I
think
that
you
know
I'm
I'm
grateful
we
have
received.
O
You
know
more
more
interest
in
our
work
since
the
Dobbs
decision
you
know,
and
but
it's
it's
always
about
kind
of.
You
know
sustaining
that
like
there
there
are.
You
know
right
after
decision
comes
out
and
with
rallies
that
happened
in
June
and
July
got
a
bump
up
and
funds,
but
you
know
making
sure
that
we
can
continue
to.
O
You
know
organize
across
the
Commonwealth
and
I
also
run
our
our
political
action
committee,
Planned,
Parenthood,
Virginia
pack
and
so
I
will
also
be
very
focused
and
if,
after
the
legislative
session,
I'm
making
sure
we're
raising
the
resources
to
do
the
the
Electoral
work
necessary
to
make
sure
we
have
the
Champions
to
you
know,
hopefully
not
just
block
bad
bills
from
passing
in
24
and
25,
but
being
in
a
place
to
actually
Advance
a
constitutional
amendment
and
some
of
those
these
proactive
bills-
and
you
know,
require
Governor
youngin
to
to
take
positions
on
them
and
you
know,
hopefully
make
some
progress
as
well.
N
We
do
have
a
full
agenda
tonight,
so
I
think
we're
gonna.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
time.
This
was
really
informative,
update
and,
and
we
appreciate
you,
thank
you.
Thank
you
for
the
work
you're
doing
too.
K
Yeah
because
the
C3
money,
the
non-profits
it's
eligible
for
federal
and
state
grants
that
have
to
do
with
health
care
right,
so
they
can
get
State
funding
for
health
care
that
not
all
of
them
do
don't.
Also.
B
H
E
I
A
B
You
want
to
add
or
replace
or
whatever
so
do
you
have
budget
priorities
for
this
year
that
you're
you're
thinking
like
we.
B
J
I
They
get
a
big
old
Grant.
Did
you
I'm?
Sorry
negative
yeah,
but
you
know
I
mean
it's
worth
asking
the
question.
J
Source,
though,
have
they
done
any
briefing
for
the
chairs,
yet.
C
Did
mention
they
just
invited
us,
and
that
is
why
I
told
you
all:
okay,
it's
starting,
so
the
briefing
is
coming
up
and
it's
January
12th.
J
I
mean
I
think,
ideally,
one
of
the
things
we
in
the
absence
of
having
an
IBM
or
something
that
should
get
funding
is
paying
close
attention
to
places
where
they're
cutting
and
especially
looking
at
while
the
county
budget
isn't
directly
in
line
with
the
school's
budget.
But
the
teacher,
okay
and
the
county
pays
an
apartment.
So
it's
it's
a
relevant
piece,
but
just
looking
at
salaries,
and
especially
the
salaries
of
positions
that
this
political
impact
or
their
containing
education
and
just
looking
at
where
the
cards
are
coming
or.
A
E
N
E
I
I
don't
know
if
Arlington
would
do
that,
but
definitely
worth
looking
at
online.
K
H
H
A
I
E
K
In
addition,
you
know
what
I
would
love
is
for
them
to
get
the
county
to
invest
more
in
some
sort
of
ITV
system.
That
would
do
like
Caroline
student
with
our
data.
K
Talking
about
all
of
the
you
know,
sexual
assault
and
by
The
Chronic
data
that
aren't
looking
for
people.
Are
they
about
accessible
publicly?
You
know
better.
The
energy.
J
E
A
C
J
A
M
And
it's
gonna
be
the
summer
of
retreat
talking
about
the
summer
Retreat,
and
someone
brought
up
a
letter
that
five
five
percent
of
the
commission
and
that
we
discussed
how
it
was
policy
that
students
in
Arlington
County
are
supposed
to.
J
I
E
C
M
I
M
I
F
We
speak
yeah,
but
she's
super
tremendous.
J
A
F
M
M
You
know
hey
I,
just
learned
yeah
or
you
know
my
knowledge
of
the
situation
so
by
the
end
might
be
great.
E
E
A
E
Good
and
that
was
that
was
a
Fair
Point
good
point.
So,
let's
move
on
to
financial
liters.
Okay,
let's
go.
D
C
Him
so
what
hours
is
it
current?
It
closes
at
eight
and
what
time
does
the
well.
B
G
Dinner,
unfortunately,
we
don't
provide
to
be
really
sense,
so
they
said
usually
where
they
gave
you
definitely
volunteers,
say
I'm
going
to
bring
this
Apollo.
M
E
Or
like
table
on
the
side,
yeah
yeah,
like.
D
D
J
G
So
you
get
to
sign
that
like
get
more
leverage
set
and
Courtney
also
was
very
helpful.
We
spoke
to
Stevie
about
this
already
the
date
and.
B
B
J
D
Stevie
is
a
boring
he's
our
she's
Katie,
or
was
it
Katie's
now
it
was
I'm,
Christian
Christians.
So
now
it's
going
to
switch
to
somebody
else
right.
Well,
then
Christian
is
the
chair.
Now
so
they're,
both
important.
G
Okay
speakers
we
committed
three
definitely.
G
H
B
B
Issues
and
Tarot
probably
introduce
the
panel
when
you
need
a
keynote
speaker
in
the
beginning
and
Jaylen
came
up
with
a
good
suggestion
list.
I
made
me,
do
some
exercise
or
something
at
the
end.
You
know
talking
we'll
see,
yeah.
E
B
G
For
three
months
to
see
how
they
improved
through
whatever
they've
learned
in
this
session,
so
that
was
just
another
creative
moment
in
terms
of
the
audience
again
similar
to
women
vision.
G
G
M
And
then
dual
AIDS
and
the
other
partners
will
put
it
up
to
their.
J
Go
ahead,
please
maybe
indicated
some
of
the
issues.
So
please
see
related.
H
G
Held
by
doorways
and
project
piece,
look
at
Cash
look
at
debt
up,
make
a
commitment
to
save
more
at
an
emergency
fund,
try
to
make
a
list
of
your
wants
and
needs
and
pay
off
your
credit
card
debt
families.
B
G
B
G
B
N
At
the
beginning,
we
just
noted,
like
the
panel,
which
my
name
might
have.
H
H
B
J
I
J
M
J
J
Facebook
and
Instagram
account
so
that
that
competition
is
up
there.
I
haven't
started
reaching
out
to
Partners
yet,
but
I
did
secure.
J
Temporary
reservations,
my
Channel
or
two
days
and
and
the
special
event
application
permit,
is
going
to
be
issued
soon.
Honestly,
some
of
the
nice
emails
saying
to
spend
the
college
falling
off
seamlessly
and
are
there
any
problems,
so
my
next
move
is
just
going
to
be
reaching
out
to
Partners
I'm
going
to
sort
of
the
same
boat
as
the
commission
is
that
most
rangolitosis
and
contacts
are
three
years
old
at
this
point
level,
24
is
something
very
reason.
What's
what
so
I
have
the
right
contacts
so.
J
J
Just
let
us
know
how
many
and
who
and
once
I
have
that
I've
got
more
confident
asking
for
sponsors,
because
then
I
think
today
in
partnership
with
and
give
them
one
of
us
a
great
folks,
if
you
guys
have
any
ideas
about
like
keynote
speakers,
but
essentially
that,
like
publicized
speakers,
I
think
the
last
event
Carisa
and
then
delve
and
cooler
were.
C
M
Before
she
she's
a
black
caucus,
as
I
can
director
currently
right
now
for
the
Virginia
like.
J
So
many
ideas
I
mean
Hot,
Topics
or
anything
otherwise,
yeah
the
very
ideas
about
speakers
but
I,
just
wrapped
up,
oh
I,
just
wrapped
up
to
2022
data,
and
it
looks
like
as
far
as
Ravens,
of
course,
I'll
go
back
to
three
pandemic
levels.
Congratulations.
B
B
J
J
M
Within
the
restrooms,
what
about
like
right,
coffee,
shops,
you
know
your
Starbucks
everywhere
that
has
a
Baltimore.
What's
yours,
yeah
I
would
say
it's
a
bit.
J
Early
at
the
moment,
yeah
we
also
a
lot
of
times,
are
printing
them
off
and
send
them
deliver
them
to
some
of
our
progress
so
that
they
can
pass
it
out
and
that
kind
of
thing,
human
trafficking
event
that
Alexander
was
putting
on
been
two
weeks.
I'll
definitely
take
it
on
there
and
then
it's
like
bigger
I'll
put
my
kitten
there.
It
needs
to
pick
up
some
corner,
so
here's
the
two
more
is
having
a
job
fair.
J
So
any
of
these
kind
of
date
on
events,
usually
Fairfax
hosts
a
victims,
rights
awareness
week
event.
Sometimes
like
our
technology,
you
say
hello
there.
So
this
opportunities
to
do
that
and
if
you're
interested
I'm
gonna
try
and
put
some
some
of
these
facts
out
on
the
social
media
sites,
but
Joshua.
J
M
Like
you
know,
all
the
I
don't
tread
on
me
like
fallopian,
tube,
memes
or
not
memes.
What
are
they
called?
You
know
it
has
yeah.
Yes,
I.
H
M
A
I
J
K
K
Well,
I
only
really
need
one
minute,
so
Carissa
talked
about
how
the
state
has
undressed
definition
of
Revenge
form
was
bad
because
it
was
too
narrow
to
pack
her
all
aspects
of
what
Revenge
form
might
look
like
and
having
it
just
be.
Depicting
someone
in
the
state
of
undressed
doesn't
capture
enough
of
the
circumstances,
so
I
updated
the
language
in
my
proposal.
That's
my
project
to
reflect
that
and
I'm
going
to
be
doing
the
advocacy
on
that
offline
in
my
individual
capacity.
K
So
if
you're
interested
in
that,
let
me
know
thoughts
on
where
the
commission
goes
from
here.
I
was
thinking
of
writing
a
short
letter
to
the
On,
the
Border,
adding
it
into
the
budget
with
the
statistics
about
that,
particularly
because
there
is
no
Outreach
in
place
right
now.
K
Allocating
some
sort
of
budget
item
to
victim
Services
office
to
provide
more
funding
for
outreach
on
Revenge
for
corn
I
was
thinking
of
maybe
designing
a
pamphlet
that
victim
Services
could
use
to
sort
of
raise
awareness
and
provide
resources
for
events,
foreign
victims
and
designing
that
with
the
representative
porn
subcommittee,
which
is
right
now
just
Susan
and
Rachel.
So
anyone
would
like
to
join
subcommitting.
Let
me
know,
and
that's
it
so
I
think.
J
D
E
B
E
Happens
yes,
that'd
be
good
and
make
some
two
short
versions
of
long
versions.
Yeah
of
like
five
minutes
wait.
