We realized veterans are getting priced out of Arlington, so affordable housing for Veterans to us was an opportunity to really serve. Those who have served us Willow Grove place is the first of its kind in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Here.

Are doing two things which is combining affordable housing which is restricted to individuals who make between 30 and 80 percent of the area meeting income with a preference on half the units will be set aside for veterans. So you can go to the top of the wait list for an apartment.

We're you know in in the heart of Arlington County right here we have so many different shops and organizations. We have transportation hubs, you don't need a vehicle to get around and sometimes veterans just don't have vehicles to get around, so they rely on a public transportation. We.

Are at the epicenter of job growth, including major Fortune 500 companies that are based in Arlington, and it's more than just building beautiful high quality, affordable homes. It is partnering those homes with services that offer both stability and opportunity. We.

Have room designated for Legal Services? Some of us have mental issues. We have you know psychological issues because of PTSD, and there are several individuals here that have for years have struggled getting jobs, keeping jobs but coming here has allowed them to have a roof over the head and they've established their new lifestyle matter. Of fact, we have veterans here in Terre Williams place that we're not our antonians originally and I've met several of them and they are very proud to Now call themselves arlingtonians.
