A
If
you
look
down
by
those
vans
now
you
see
in
this
other
part
of
the
square,
this
would
be
more
of
a
symbolic
county
office
location.
This
is
an
area
if
you
come
to
arlington
county
now,
you
have
people
pop
out
of
the
metro
park
in
the
parking
lot.
It's
really
kind
of
discombobulated.
Where
is
arlington
county
where's,
that
symbolic
location,
where
I
can
go
to
the
county
board
meeting
where
I
can
go,
get
my
permits
where
I
can
pay
parking
tickets,
things
of
that
nature,
so
we're
looking
at
a
potential
building
a
civic
building.
A
That
would
open
up
on
the
square.
That
would
be
that
symbolic
location
for
the
county
government
that
opens
up
in
the
square,
transparent
people
coming
and
going
going
to
public
meetings.
So
we
feel
this
is
a
really
proper
location
to
have
that
on
the
southern
side
of
the
square.
So
it's
more
kind
of
a
civic
square,
a
place
where
people
can
gather
people
can
protest.
People
can
have
a
farmer's
market,
any
any
number
of
programs.
