A
I
was
able
to
schedule
my
first
dose
of
the
vaccine
outside
of
arlington
county,
I'm
an
arlington
resident,
but
they
say
I
can't
get
my
second
dose
with
you.
Why
not
well,
I
know
it
may
be
frustrating,
but
those
second
doses
are
allocated
based
on
the
number
of
first
doses
administered
in
each
district,
which
means
your
second
dose
is
waiting
for
you
in
the
original
location.
You
need
to
get
your
second
dose
in
the
same
health
district,
where
you
got
your
first.
A
I
pre-registered
back
in
january,
but
I
still
haven't
been
contacted.
What's
the
deal
we've
already
reached
out
to
all
eligible
residents
who
pre-registered
with
the
county,
so
if
you
haven't
been
contacted
yet
there
are
few
things
to
try
check
your
pre-registration
on
vaccinate.virginia.gov,
look
for
things
like
missing
data
typos
and
in
what
category
you've
pre-registered.
A
Why
can't
I
just
give
my
appointment
slot
to
my
spouse
or
another
family
member.
Those
scheduling,
notifications
are
non-transferable,
plain
and
simple.
Everyone
needs
a
unique
pre-registration.
So
if
someone
in
your
house
hasn't
pre-registered
yet
please
do
that
right
away.
Remember
it's
the
only
way
we
have
to
contact
you
once
vaccine
is
available.
