C
Well,
David
welcome
to
arlington
county's
emergency
communication
center.
This
is
where
it
all
has
its
strengths.
Yet
this
is
amin.
This
is
where
all
the
phone
calls
come
in
when
there's
an
emergency
of
Fire
EMS
emergency
medical
emergency
as
police
emergency.
When
people
call
to
help
these
are
the
staff
and
people
who
answer
the
phones,
she.
B
C
The
power
initially
and
then
she
decides
who
descended
to
the
fake
my
where
it
and
that
happens
in
here
it
does
if
primary
responsibility
is
to
answer
the
phone,
whether
it
be
on
Lawrence,
their
anonymity
figure
out.
Is
it
going
to
the
flyer
side
of
this
whole
modes
are
going
to
the
police
line
and
then
appropriately
sending
Matt
toll
to
either
police
or
fire
dispatcher,
and
within
about
a
minute
of
getting
that
call.
We
have
a
dish
that
there
were
gathered
information.
We've
got
it
already
out
onto
the
street.
That's
amazing!
It
is
I.
B
C
In
the
price
of
situation,
you're,
absolutely
right.
David
people
do
freak
out.
People
get
very
excited,
it's
on
a
job
to
calm
them
down,
get
the
required
information
and
get
it
to
the
proper
police
or
fire
pod
to
have
a
dispatch
that
it
takes
18
months
of
intensive
training.
This
is
the
firepod
as
we
call
it.
They
have
fire
beat
maps,
so
they
know
which
unit
e
%,
what
kind
of
equipment
%?
C
That's
a
videowall,
everybody
can
see
it
both
on
the
police
side
and
on
the
fireside.
This
is
a
wealth
of
information
for
us
in
here
may.
Take
over
to
the
divorce
on
one
system.
We
can
actually
dial
in
a
message
and
reach
thousands
of
people
within
seconds.
So
in
this
case,
instead
of
people
call
in
to
911
to
say,
as
an
emergency
911
calls
out
to
everybody
and
says:
listen,
we've
got
an
emergency
whatever
that
message
might
be.
C
This
is
another
way
of
how
can
we
better
communicate
with
our
residents
or
visitor's
with
people
who
work
in
Orange
County?
It's
not
just
answering
the
phone
as
I'm
sure
nineish
state
is
a
whole
lot
involved,
a
lot
of
training
and
constantly
learning
new
technologies
to
assist
the
first
taste-
and
this
is
this-
is
everything
no.
We've
got
a
fully
dressed
kitchen
that
we
can
cook.
We
can
feed
our
people,
we
can
stay
in
here.
We
can
sustain
over
a
great
length
of
time.
I
bestest
stuff
costs.
A
lot
of
my
it
did.
