If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

In
order
to
provide
information
on
the
cep
implementation
framework,
there
are
three
presentations
covering
the
different
areas
outlined
in
the
framework.
In
addition,
a
virtual
public
meeting
will
be
held
in
the
near
future.
In
the
first
of
the
informational
presentations
rich
dooley,
the
county's
community
energy
coordinator
outlines
the
public
engagement
process.
We
are
using
to
collect
feedback
on
the
implementation
items.
He
also
discusses
the
topics
of
transportation
and
renewable
energy.

A
The
cep's
goal
is
very
clear:
increase
the
energy
and
operational
efficiency
of
all
buildings.
The
four
policies
relating
to
buildings
call
for
the
following
one:
by
2050,
total
building
energy
use
in
arlington
should
be
at
a
minimum
38
percent
lower
than
2016
levels,
and
that's
despite
the
growth
in
the
number
of
households
and
corresponding
economic
activity,
2.
promote
and
incentivize
new
buildings
to
be
designed,
constructed
and
operated
more
efficiently
than
is
required
by
code.
A
In
order
to
achieve
our
goals,
we
need
to
address
both
new
and
existing
buildings.
New
buildings
are
relatively
simple,
since
you
can
start
from
scratch.
Consider
the
site
on
which
the
building
is
built,
construct,
tight
building
envelopes,
efficient
heating
and
cooling
systems
and
incorporate
other
building
technologies.
A
Some
of
the
strategies
we
are
focusing
on
include
first
finalize
the
green
building
incentive
policy
with
the
focus
on
energy
performance.
This
policy
incentivizes
large
site
plan
buildings
to
be
significantly
more
energy
efficient
than
the
building
code
would
require.
The
policy
is
scheduled
to
go
to
the
board
in
december.
A
County
government
cannot
achieve
our
ambitious
carbon
emissions
targets
on
our
own.
Everyone
in
the
community
must
participate.
We
are
working
to
support,
engage,
educate
and
incentivize
the
community
to
take
personal
action
to
reduce
energy
use
in
our
homes,
schools,
places
of
worship
and
places
of
employment.
The
policies
include
efforts
to
engage
and
empower
individuals
to
reduce
energy
use,
increase
the
level
of
professional
and
workforce
expertise
in
arlington
and
the
region
related
to
energy,
ensure
recognition
of
extraordinary
efforts
made
to
help
the
community
reach.
A
First
and
foremost,
we
want
to
serve
as
a
trusted
resource
for
energy
efficiency
information,
for
example,
our
green
home
choice
program
has
helped
over
350
homeowners
make
their
homes
healthier
and
more
energy
efficient.
We
will
continue
to
host
workshops
tours
and
trainings
for
developers,
homeowners
and
building
trades
professionals
through
social
media
and
our
newsletter.
We
will
share
energy
information
and
promote,
propose
available
incentives
and
energy
efficiency
programs,
so
residents
can
take
charge
of
their
own
energy
upgrades.

A
We're
in
the
process
of
collecting
comments
on
the
proposed
cep,
implementation
framework
and
we're
happy
to
hear
from
you.
We
encourage
you
to
provide
your
comments
directly
on
the
website.
Additional
information
is
available
there
as
well.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
interest
in
arlington's
environment
and
our
community
energy
plan
goals.
We
look
forward
to
working
with
you.
