Secondhand
shoes
and
I
will
go
and
help
around
and
hang
out
there,
but
I
started
my
own
business
I
set
up
a
shoe
shining
business
on
my
own,
which
of
course
had
to
be
across
the
alley,
so
it
will
be
independent
and
I
will
shine
shoes
there,
because
our
family
finances
were
not
great
ack
in
the
United
States
at
age
13.
My
mom
decided
she
wanted
to
bring
her
three
kids
and
we
arrived
in
New.
York
City
has
nothing
about
the
culture
and
find
myself
in
the
Big
Apple
at
age.
A
13,
not
knowing
the
language
lived
in
Brooklyn
in
a
tough
neighborhood.
The
thing
I
look
back
and
I
didn't
know.
It
then,
but
I
think
that
saved
me.
I
did
have
something
to
do
after
school
and
usually
was
soccer
practice.
Pickup
games
for
soccer
I
grew
up
playing
soccer
in
a
solid
at
one
time.
I
came
home
after
work
in
a
plane
at
bloom
on
park.
My
neighborhood
park,
a
park,
ranger
came
over
and
say
you
know
you
need
a
permit,
you
need
to
leave.
They
were
about
40
people.
There
were
three
teams
of
11.
A
It
was
one
goal
per
game
and
I.
Just
got
upset
and
I
went
up
to
my
house,
draw
up
a
petition
and
put
a
paragraph
something
to
the
effect
that
we,
the
undersigned
object
to
being
kicked
out
of
our
own
neighborhood
park
and
I
went
over
on
Saturday
morning
to
the
county
board
meeting
and
presented
aesthetician
a
county
board
member
then
who
were
serving
took
a
life
of
me
and
he
began
asking
you
to
get
involved,
have
to
say
no,
no,
no,
he
continued
to
pursue
it
and
then
I
began
a
civic
career.
A
People
asked
me
to
step
up
and
run
for
seed
and
I
did.
Unfortunately,
we
a
lot
of
people
help
him.
I
was
able
to
win
by
29
votes.
The
first
election
and
I
have
the
privilege
to
continue
to
serve
today
in
ombre
Walter
Tejada
in
soy
muy.
We
also
the
deviated
from
the
other
day.
My
name
is
Walter
Tejada
and
I'm
very
proud
to
live
in
arlington
county.
