we
went
over
somewhat
of
the
timeline
that
I
don't
know
if
she
maybe
could
share
her
screen
if
she
didn't
share
on
the
timeline
so
far
to
take
a
look
at
that,
um
but
I
guess
before
we
do
that
I
did
send
around
the
last
three
sets
of
minutes
that
we
have.
So
I
don't
know
if
everybody's
had
a
chance
to
look
at
those
already
or
has
any
edits
to
any
of
them.

there

a
couple

guess

discussion
of
the
women
of
vision
awards.
So
we
did
have
a
brief
meeting
with
just
a
few
of
us
a
few
days
ago
to
kind
of
go
over
the
timeline,
but
I
just
want
everybody
to
kind
of
buy
in
and
figure
out.
If
we
can
accomplish
everything
that
we
would
hope
to
in
the
short
amount
of
time
and
um
just
the
overall
idea
of
do
we
want
to
do
this.

There
are
a
lot
of
people
who
need
money,
and
so
we
talked
about
possibly
just
not
requesting
sponsorships
at
all.
um
In
any
event,
uh
we
talked
about
highlighting
the
fact
that
if
a
candidate
doesn't
fit
a
category,
people
should
just
go
ahead
and
nominate
them
anyway,
uh
and
so
here's
the
proposed
timeline
uh
next
monday
nominations
would
open.

Nominations
would
close
a
week
into
into
october,
and
we
would
start
to
review
the
nominations
which
would
not
necessarily
take
long
depending
on
how
many
we
get.
So
maybe
we
just
pick
a
date
when
we
all
sit
on
a
meeting
and
those
of
us
who
volunteered
to
sit
on
a
meeting
and
review
the
nominations
and
make
a
recommendation.

And
then
the
commission
would
vote
at
its
october
15th
meeting
um
the
nominees
and
then
we
would
have
two
weeks
to
do.

little
slew
of
things
could
be
more
than
two
weeks
really,
but
we
would
need
to
notify
the
winners
make
sure
they're
interested
get
their
films
and
photos
made
by
the
county,
which
I
think
can
take
longer
than
the
two
weeks
and
emily
had
volunteered.

So
she
had
volunteered
to
help
with
video,
so
maybe
she
could
be
the
point
of
contact
with
with
the
county.
In
addition
to
our
county,
the
wonderful
county
support
members.
We
have
to
announce
the
awards
ceremony
draft
and
send
invitations
start
advertising
um
and
then
just
repair
the
things
for
the
ceremony
itself,
which
would
be
virtual,
so
some
sort
of
a
slideshow,
maybe
with
video
clips
in
it
and
printing
of
award
certificates,
which
I
volunteered
I've
done
this
before.
I
can
do
it
on
my
own
printer.

don't
care,
um
we
don't
need
fancy
acrylics.
So
that
was
um
what
we
were
thinking
and
we
looked
at
possible
dates
in
november
and
december,
which
we
all
thought
were
great.
Until
aruna
checked
the
county
calendar
oops
wait
I'm
starting
to
switch
over
and
I'm
thinking
you
know
what
it
could
be
one
of
a
million
emails,
but
each
of
the
dates
had
a
conflict.

Maybe
bottom
is
it
there
we
go
so
aruna
said
there
are
conflicts
with
each
of
the
dates
that
we
would
like
and
the
conflicts
mainly
impact
live
streaming.
Nothing
else
really,
but
there
are
other
events
such
as
a
you
know,
planning,
commission
meeting
or
the.
um
I
definitely
can't
conflict
with
this
there's
the
annual
humanitarian
awards
event
and
so
forth,
and
uh
so
I
sent
back
a
few
questions
like
could
we
do
x,
y
or
z
and
she
basically
said
don't
have
to
live
stream.

know
you
can
just
we
can
record
it
and
then
put
it
up
on
the
web
a
different
time.
If
you
can
watch
it,
then
um
uh
she
didn't
answer
but
there's
also
a
question:
is
there
another
date
that
might
work?
um
I
mean
that
would
take
a
little
time
for
her
to
just
check
the
calendars,
and
then
there
was
one
other
option
that
I
thought
of,
which
was.

there
another
county
website
that
we
could
stream
to?
Besides
the
main,
I
guess
the
main
streaming
page
whatever
that
is
she
and
she
didn't
get
back
to
me
on
that
one
either,
but
she
did
say
um
we
could
do
it
asynchronously.
We
could
just
have
our
event,
have
our
invitees
etc.
Do
our
our
video
capture
it
and
then
put
it
on
the
web
at
another
time.

that
is
that
now
the
um
I
got
the
impression
she
might
not
be
available
for
december
10th,
which
is
the
date
that
works
for
most
people.
But
since
the
county
is
having
its
humanitarian
awards
event,
I
got
the
impression
um
that
could
be
a
difficult
one
for
aruna,
because
she's
typically
at
that
event,
um
the
next
most
popular
date
was
the
third
of
december.

that
would
be
my
suggestion.
If
we
want
to
go
with
that,
um
because
I
mean
who's
to
say,
but
I
mean
I
think,
she's
essential
to
the
event.
So
I
don't
know
I
mean
I
think
she
and
stephanie
are
the
two
people
who
have
literally
got
to
be
at
the
event.
I
think
I
may
be
wrong.
You
guys
have
more
experience.
You
tell
me,
but
um
so
I'm
thinking
maybe
december
3rd.

I
guess
we
don't
really
know,

but
that's
my
concern
too,
that
you

I'd
love
to
do
this
and
I'd
love
to
do
um
kind
of
something
similar
to
what
we
normally
do.
But
my
main
concerns
are
just
all
the
conflicting
things
going
wrong
with
people's
work
in
school
and
parenting
schedules
and
maybe
just
a
bit
of
online
fatigue
so
yeah.

there's
just
kind
of
a
lot
going
on
the
next
month
to
put
together
to
kind
of
capture
nominations
when
we,
even
in
normal
circumstances,
sometimes
have
trouble
getting
as
many
nominations
as
we
like,
not
because
there's
any
shortage
of
you

amazing
things
happening,
uh
but
I
guess
those
are
my
concerns
too.
I
guess
we
just
don't
really
know,
since
this
is
a
brave
new
world
on
what
we
would
be
able
to
do.

we
always
have
trouble,
collecting
nominations
right
and
we
regularly
have
to
extend
that
deadline

because
people
can't
like
we
don't
get
sufficient
nominations
in

time.

problem.

it

be

The
issue
is
that,
well
I

we
don't
have
the
thing

we
were
going
to
check
the
date

see
what
works
for
kate
crystal,
so
we
can
wait
on

just
decide

can
get.
As
far
as
you
know,
a
main
person,
um
his
woman
in
the
county
is
significant.

mean
there
are
a
good
number
of
them
at
this
point,
which
is
fantastic.

work

still
needs

it's
not

bad.
We
just
have
to
change
the
well
for
a
lot
of
us.
It's
not
that
bad
like
we
just
have
to
change
the
date
on
ads,
but
like
for
aruna,
there's
gonna
be
more
work,
and
there
is
you
know
for
some
of
us.
If
we're
splitting
up
all
the
work,
it
won't
be
so
bad,
but
um
and
you
know,
but
she
would
need
to
be
coordinating
with
film
folks
and
whoever
else
that
takes
some
time.

I
talked
to
the
cable
people,
they
basically
said
that
um
you
know
I
sent
you
uh
the
notes
that
they
are
busy
with
three
different
events
right
um
and
uh
that
if
we
do
consecutively,
if
you
do
say
instead
of
because
on
one
of
the
days
that
they
have
already
something
10
table
tentatively
7
to
10,
if
they
do
something
earlier,
they
would
need
at
least
half
an
hour
uh
interval
to
transition
from
one
streaming
to
the
other.
um
So
um
so
that
means
that
then
they
were
like
well.

is
uh
you
know
if
you're
just
going
to
stream
it
live
so
people
can
watch.
You
know
why?
Don't
you
just
record
and
then
post
the
link
later
on,
because
if
it's
not
going
to
be
interactive
for
public,
then
uh
you
know
it's
not
it's
not
going
to
serve
any
purpose,
because
you
can
always
record
and
put
it
up
for
youtube,
and
they
can
do
that.

we
haven't
even
gotten

point

we
didn't
have
it
yet
we're
still
back
we're

on

decision
of
um
doesn't
make
sense.

timeline
too
condensed,

really
valid
point,
and
so
I
think
um
stephanie
was
just
trying
to
make
sure
she'd
heard
from
everyone
a
lot
of
people
here
at
this
point,
which
is
great.

hasn't
chimed

any
additional
feedback

be

I
think
I
mean
we're
all
perfectly
capable
if
we
had

throw

concerns
are
just
whether
it's

good
enough

experience

it
wasn't

aruna's
radar

so
she

need

experiencing

thought

emotion

disappointing,

just
not
feeling

it

good

experience

we
normally

people,

networking
and
social
aspects

such

part

we
and
the
members
of
the
public
enjoy
all
right.
So
sorry
for
kind
of
a
depressing
meeting.

Does
anybody

anything

we

talk

so
I
guess,
if
we're
just
kind
of
kind
of
tabling
the
award
ceremony
to
maybe
the
spring,
you
know
when
things
get
more
hopeful
and
alive
again,
um
we'll
still
kind
of
continue
to
hold
our
regular
meetings
um
disgusted.
At
a
last
meeting,
we
haven't
gotten
any
requests
for
information
about
legislative
priorities,
but
I
don't
think
that
necessarily
stops
us
from
presenting
them.

So
I
don't
see
that
as
it
is
here,
but
if
anyone
else
wants
to
work
with
the
research
investigations
committee
on
legislative
priorities,
that
might
be
the
next
thing
that
we're
facing
and
then
um
I
know
arena.
I
think
we've
reached
out
to
the
county's
diverse
neodiversity
director
um
on
potentially
coming
to
one
of
our
meetings,
so
that
could
still
be
something
we
could
do
in
october
and
november
yeah.

I
started
this
discussion
with
aruna
before
this
started,
um
but
just
to
pull
everybody
in,
um
I
asked
aruna
the
status
of
the
student
commissioner
at
this
point.
Like
has
their
term
expired?
Should
they
be
removed
from

minute
what's
happening
with
that,
so
she's
gonna
follow
up
on
that,
um
because.

her
term
was
supposed
to
expire
in
november,
um
so
I
didn't
follow
up
on
it
because
it
felt
just
a
little
sensitive.
So
since
it
was
one
of
eric
gutshaw's
priorities,
so
I
was
kind
of
thinking
it
would
just
take
care
of
itself.
um
But,
yes,
I've
not
heard
anything
from
her
and
we
attempted
outreach
for
the
first
three
or
four
meetings
um
have
not
had
her
attend
anything
yeah.

going

do
is

definitely
uh
reach
out
to
amina
and
see
if
they
have
any
guidance
on
uh
how
long
they
can
stay
or
is
there
is
a
cut-off
line
as
a
you

graduate

we
need
some
further
guidance
on
that,
and
so
how
long
do
we
keep
them
on
the
commission,
since
it
was
like
a
trial
basis?

experience
as
a
student

to
how
it
is.

need
more
guidance
on
that.

their
