A
Women
division
so
thanks
to
julia
for
putting
together
and
sharing
the
documents,
and
we
went
over
somewhat
of
the
timeline
that
I
don't
know
if
she
maybe
could
share
her
screen
if
she
didn't
share
on
the
timeline
so
far
to
take
a
look
at
that,
but
I
guess
before
we
do
that
I
did
send
around
the
last
three
sets
of
minutes
that
we
have.
So
I
don't
know
if
everybody's
had
a
chance
to
look
at
those
already
or
has
any
edits
to
any
of
them.
A
Great
thanks
any
discussion
all
in
favor
again,
if
we
can
state
your
name
just
so,
we
can
make
sure
we
capture.
A
Stephanie
I'm
in
favor
too
any
opposed.
I
think
that
was
everybody,
so
I
think
that's
everybody
voted
in
favor
of
adopting
them
then.
So,
thank
you.
I
know
there
are
a
couple
of
formatting
issues,
so
we'll
fix
those,
but
the
the
content
should
be
good
to
post,
so
I'll
I'll
fix
those
and
send
them
to
aruna
for
posting.
A
But
then
I
guess
maybe
we
can
let
julia
take
over
a
discussion
of
the
women
of
vision
awards.
So
we
did
have
a
brief
meeting
with
just
a
few
of
us
a
few
days
ago
to
kind
of
go
over
the
timeline,
but
I
just
want
everybody
to
kind
of
buy
in
and
figure
out.
If
we
can
accomplish
everything
that
we
would
hope
to
in
the
short
amount
of
time
and
just
the
overall
idea
of
do
we
want
to
do
this.
A
Can
we
accomplish
it
in
the
time
what
format
the
event
will
take
and
the
categories
so
guys
julia?
Do
you
want
to
kind
of
walk
us
through
what
you've
sent
around
sure.
C
So,
let's
see,
if
I
open
share
tray,
perhaps
this
will
work.
I
so,
let's
see
here
we
go.
Can
you
all
see
my
screen?
Yeah?
Yes,
okay,
great
as
usual,
I
have
a
million
tabs
open.
C
It
does
my
children,
okay.
So
here
we
go
so
here's
the
timing.
We
I
mean
we
have
graphics
that
we
could
use
and
just
change
the
date.
C
New
aspects
of
the
awards
that
we've
talked
about
include,
maybe
making
it
more
visible
that
we
are
welcoming
categories
of
nominees,
who
might
not
seem
to
fit
the
existing
categories
but
who
have
done
acts
of
compassion
in
the
community
and
one
other
thing
that
we
discussed
is
possibly
not
requesting
sponsorships,
but
we
we
could
revisit
that
if
there's
time
to
discuss
that
you
know
maybe
a
modest
request
for
sponsorship
at
the
end
of
an
invitation
letter
that
sort
of
a
thing,
but
we
want
to
be
sensitive
to
the
fact
that
this
is
coveted
times.
C
There
are
a
lot
of
people
who
need
money,
and
so
we
talked
about
possibly
just
not
requesting
sponsorships
at
all.
In
any
event,
we
talked
about
highlighting
the
fact
that
if
a
candidate
doesn't
fit
a
category,
people
should
just
go
ahead
and
nominate
them
anyway,
and
so
here's
the
proposed
timeline
next
monday
nominations
would
open.
C
C
Nominations
would
close
a
week
into
into
october,
and
we
would
start
to
review
the
nominations
which
would
not
necessarily
take
long
depending
on
how
many
we
get.
So
maybe
we
just
pick
a
date
when
we
all
sit
on
a
meeting
and
those
of
us
who
volunteered
to
sit
on
a
meeting
and
review
the
nominations
and
make
a
recommendation.
C
And
then
the
commission
would
vote
at
its
october
15th
meeting
the
nominees
and
then
we
would
have
two
weeks
to
do.
A
little
slew
of
things
could
be
more
than
two
weeks
really,
but
we
would
need
to
notify
the
winners
make
sure
they're
interested
get
their
films
and
photos
made
by
the
county,
which
I
think
can
take
longer
than
the
two
weeks
and
emily
had
volunteered.
C
So
she
had
volunteered
to
help
with
video,
so
maybe
she
could
be
the
point
of
contact
with
with
the
county.
In
addition
to
our
county,
the
wonderful
county
support
members.
We
have
to
announce
the
awards
ceremony
draft
and
send
invitations
start
advertising
and
then
just
repair
the
things
for
the
ceremony
itself,
which
would
be
virtual,
so
some
sort
of
a
slideshow,
maybe
with
video
clips
in
it
and
printing
of
award
certificates,
which
I
volunteered
I've
done
this
before.
I
can
do
it
on
my
own
printer.
C
I
don't
care,
we
don't
need
fancy
acrylics.
So
that
was
what
we
were
thinking
and
we
looked
at
possible
dates
in
november
and
december,
which
we
all
thought
were
great.
Until
aruna
checked
the
county
calendar
oops
wait
I'm
starting
to
switch
over
and
I'm
thinking
you
know
what
it
could
be
one
of
a
million
emails,
but
each
of
the
dates
had
a
conflict.
C
C
Maybe
bottom
is
it
there
we
go
so
aruna
said
there
are
conflicts
with
each
of
the
dates
that
we
would
like
and
the
conflicts
mainly
impact
live
streaming.
Nothing
else
really,
but
there
are
other
events
such
as
a
you
know,
planning,
commission
meeting
or
the.
I
definitely
can't
conflict
with
this
there's
the
annual
humanitarian
awards
event
and
so
forth,
and
so
I
sent
back
a
few
questions
like
could
we
do
x,
y
or
z
and
she
basically
said
don't
have
to
live
stream.
C
You
know
you
can
just
we
can
record
it
and
then
put
it
up
on
the
web
a
different
time.
If
you
can
watch
it,
then
she
didn't
answer
but
there's
also
a
question:
is
there
another
date
that
might
work?
I
mean
that
would
take
a
little
time
for
her
to
just
check
the
calendars,
and
then
there
was
one
other
option
that
I
thought
of,
which
was.
C
Oh,
was
there
another
county
website
that
we
could
stream
to?
Besides
the
main,
I
guess
the
main
streaming
page
whatever
that
is
she
and
she
didn't
get
back
to
me
on
that
one
either,
but
she
did
say
we
could
do
it
asynchronously.
We
could
just
have
our
event,
have
our
invitees
etc.
Do
our
our
video
capture
it
and
then
put
it
on
the
web
at
another
time.
C
So
that
is
that
now
the
I
got
the
impression
she
might
not
be
available
for
december
10th,
which
is
the
date
that
works
for
most
people.
But
since
the
county
is
having
its
humanitarian
awards
event,
I
got
the
impression
that
could
be
a
difficult
one
for
aruna,
because
she's
typically
at
that
event,
the
next
most
popular
date
was
the
third
of
december.
C
So
that
would
be
my
suggestion.
If
we
want
to
go
with
that,
because
I
mean
who's
to
say,
but
I
mean
I
think,
she's
essential
to
the
event.
So
I
don't
know
I
mean
I
think
she
and
stephanie
are
the
two
people
who
have
literally
got
to
be
at
the
event.
I
think
I
may
be
wrong.
You
guys
have
more
experience.
You
tell
me,
but
so
I'm
thinking
maybe
december
3rd.
D
A
B
Months,
this
is
arbor,
I
don't
know
who
can
see
me
and
how
this
works,
because
I.
B
There
you
go
actually,
but
I
guess
I'm
fine.
With
the
december
day
december.
B
Humanitarian
awards,
yes,
my
one
concern
with
the
timeline
would
be.
Is
that
enough
time
to
have
applications
open
like?
Will
we
get
enough
applicants.
A
Yeah-
and
I
guess
we
don't
really
know,
but
that's
my
concern
too,
that
you
know
I'd
love
to
do
this
and
I'd
love
to
do
kind
of
something
similar
to
what
we
normally
do.
But
my
main
concerns
are
just
all
the
conflicting
things
going
wrong
with
people's
work
in
school
and
parenting
schedules
and
maybe
just
a
bit
of
online
fatigue
so
yeah.
A
I
think
there's
just
kind
of
a
lot
going
on
the
next
month
to
put
together
to
kind
of
capture
nominations
when
we,
even
in
normal
circumstances,
sometimes
have
trouble
getting
as
many
nominations
as
we
like,
not
because
there's
any
shortage
of
you
know
amazing
things
happening,
but
I
guess
those
are
my
concerns
too.
I
guess
we
just
don't
really
know,
since
this
is
a
brave
new
world
on
what
we
would
be
able
to
do.
D
Yeah
I
I
was
just
gonna
say
we
I
mean
we
always
have
trouble,
collecting
nominations
right
and
we
regularly
have
to
extend
that
deadline
because
people
can't
like
we
don't
get
sufficient
nominations
in
the
time.
So
yeah
I
mean
it's
always
a
problem.
I
don't
don't
know
if
it
would
be
more
of
a
problem
this
year,
less
of
a
problem
this
year.
I
don't
know.
E
Can
I
chime
in
okay,
so
just
I
had
to
hop
off?
Did
we
decide
on
a
date
yet.
B
E
C
They're
aware
of
that,
but
we're
just
we're
back
to
the
basic
question
of
you
know:
do
we
even
have
it
this
year.
E
Yeah
you're
great
I
so
margarita
is
waiting
and
I
don't
see
her.
She
said
she's
waiting
to
be
let
in
that's.
I
don't
see
her.
D
E
B
So
can
I
ask,
it
seems
like
julia
and
stephanie
and
others
have
done
the
most
work,
so
I
guess
my
question
would
be
like.
B
C
The
issue
is
that,
well
I
don't
know
I
mean
we
don't
have
the
thing
is
we
were
going
to
check
the
date
to
see
what
works
for
kate
crystal,
so
we
can
wait
on
that
and
just
decide
on
a
date
and
then
see
who
we
can
get.
As
far
as
you
know,
a
main
person,
his
woman
in
the
county
is
significant.
I
mean
there
are
a
good
number
of
them
at
this
point,
which
is
fantastic.
C
Obviously,
katie
would
be
amazing,
so
that
would
be
one
way
to
approach
that
if
we
made
it
tentative
because
we
wouldn't
wanna,
I
mean
I
feel
like
we
wouldn't
want
to
invite
her
to
something
and
then
cancel
it,
but
maybe
that's
overthinking
it.
It.
B
C
The
work
that
still
needs
to
be
done-
I
mean
it's
not
that
bad.
We
just
have
to
change
the
well
for
a
lot
of
us.
It's
not
that
bad
like
we
just
have
to
change
the
date
on
ads,
but
like
for
aruna,
there's
gonna
be
more
work,
and
there
is
you
know
for
some
of
us.
If
we're
splitting
up
all
the
work,
it
won't
be
so
bad,
but
and
you
know,
but
she
would
need
to
be
coordinating
with
film
folks
and
whoever
else
that
takes
some
time.
E
Yeah,
I
just
want
to
let
you
yeah
just
let
me
just
turn
in
on
this.
E
So
when
I
talked
to
the
cable
people,
they
basically
said
that
you
know
I
sent
you
the
notes
that
they
are
busy
with
three
different
events
right
and
that
if
we
do
consecutively,
if
you
do
say
instead
of
because
on
one
of
the
days
that
they
have
already
something
10
table
tentatively
7
to
10,
if
they
do
something
earlier,
they
would
need
at
least
half
an
hour
interval
to
transition
from
one
streaming
to
the
other.
So
so
that
means
that
then
they
were
like
well.
E
What
is
you
know
if
you're
just
going
to
stream
it
live
so
people
can
watch.
You
know
why?
Don't
you
just
record
and
then
post
the
link
later
on,
because
if
it's
not
going
to
be
interactive
for
public,
then
you
know
it's
not
it's
not
going
to
serve
any
purpose,
because
you
can
always
record
and
put
it
up
for
youtube,
and
they
can
do
that.
E
C
E
Yeah,
but
I
don't
know
about
I
mean
I
can
find
out-
I
haven't
really
followed
up
on
that
like
would
they
videotape
someone?
I
can
I'm
not
sure
about
that.
B
E
C
E
Yeah
and
our
own
office
has
its
james
b
hunter
award
on
december
10th
as
well,
right
which
we
have
to
prep
for
probably
do
the
same
type
of
you
know,
advertisement
hosting,
creating
flyers
and
all
that,
so
we
will
be
counting
resource
wise
december.
Doesn't
look
good.
C
Yeah,
so
we
talked
about
the
fact
that
it
sounded
like
you
would
be
unable
to
make
it
if
we
had
it
on
december
10..
So
highest
number
of
rsvp's
among
our
group
was
on
december
3rd.
C
But
anyway,
so
we
haven't
even
gotten
to
the
point
of
yeah,
we
didn't
have
it
yet
we're
still
back
we're
still
on
the
decision
of
doesn't
make
sense.
Is
the
timeline
too
condensed,
which
is
a
very
it's
a
really
valid
point,
and
so
I
think
stephanie
was
just
trying
to
make
sure
she'd
heard
from
everyone
a
lot
of
people
here
at
this
point,
which
is
great.
A
Yes,
I
guess
caroline
anyone
else
hasn't
chimed
in
yet
any
additional
feedback
could
be
welcome.
I
mean,
I
think
I
mean
we're
all
perfectly
capable
if
we
had
to
throw
this
together
in
a
week,
we
could
do
it,
but
my
concerns
are
just
whether
it's
will
be
good
enough
to
make
it
worthwhile.
If
we
would
get
enough
of
an
audience,
it
would
be
the
same
experience
for
the
winners
that
we
weren't
just
doing
it
for
the
sake
of
doing
it.
A
When
I
don't
think
there'd
necessarily
be
any,
you
know,
I'd
love
to
do
it,
but
I
don't
think
there'll
necessarily
be
any
harm
in
skipping
a
year.
If
it's
not
going
to
be
the
same,
you
know
meaningful
experience
to
everybody.
C
I'm
not
sure
if
we
know
if
there's
draft
for
time.
We
know
that
the
cable
folks
who
do
the
live
streaming
can't
do
us
at
the
same
time
as
they
live
stream.
Some
other
events,
but
we
don't
know
yet
what
the
schedule
is
of
the
the
folks
who
videotape
winners,
because
that
it
wasn't
on
aruna's
radar
yet
so
she
would
need
to
reach
out.
A
Yeah-
and
I
don't
know
if
it's
necessarily
aruna-
I
don't
want
to
put
too
much
on
her.
I
think
we've
done
that
ourselves
before
so
we
could
just
reach
out
to
aim
and
see,
but
then
obviously,
then
we're
sending
camera
people
into
interview.
A
I
think
they
do
interviews
with
many
people,
I'm
just
I
don't
know
if
it
would
be
the
same
experience
to
go
and
interview.
F
D
F
Caroline,
I
said,
presumably
they
could
make
those
videos
online.
So
I
don't.
I
don't
think
that
would
be
a
huge
burden.
I
guess
I'm
in
the
camp
of
let's
not
do
it
just
to
do
it
and-
and
you
mentioned
online
online
fatigue
and
not
to
be
heartless
about
this,
but,
like
I
I
too
am
experiencing
that
and
the
thought
of
doing
I
mean
just
making
myself
sit
down
for
this
was
was
tough
tonight
no
offense.
F
I
wanted
to
see
you
guys
that
was
the
driver,
so
you
know
maybe
the
event
could
be
a
lot
more
meaningful
when
we
are
in
a
situation
where
we
can
bring
folks
in
even
if
it's
a
small
gathering
and
you
know,
live
stream,
part
of
it
and
have
just
the
winners
present
or
I
don't
know
it
might
be
a
nice
way
to
welcome
in
the
spring.
F
And
I
guess
to
use
a
concern
about
getting
nominees.
If
it's
always
a
struggle,
I
can't
imagine
why
it's
going
to
be
any
easier.
C
It
seems
pretty
unanimous,
I
guess.
C
C
You
know
I
I
battled
a
little
body
as
they
say
whatever
you
all
want.
It's
fine
with
me.
So
you
know
when
I'm
punished
next
year.
That's
fine!
All
good.
D
C
D
B
F
A
Okay,
I
guess
emotion
passes
so
yeah,
it's
it's
disappointing,
but
I'm
just
not
feeling
that
it
would
be
as
good
an
experience
as
we
normally
put
on
for
people,
since
that
the
networking
and
social
aspects
are
such
a.
You
know
a
part
that
we
and
the
members
of
the
public
enjoy
all
right.
So
sorry
for
kind
of
a
depressing
meeting.
Does
anybody
have
anything
else
that
we
need
to
talk
about?
That
might
be
more.
A
F
C
See
it
during
the
rain.
I
just
thought
why
waste
a
good
rain,
you
know
I'm
gonna,
I
mean
we
have
some
grass
to
hold
the
seed
in
there's,
not
enough
so
yeah
the
dog
loved
it
well.
He
loves
everything.
A
Okay,
so
I
guess,
if
we're
just
kind
of
kind
of
tabling
the
award
ceremony
to
maybe
the
spring,
you
know
when
things
get
more
hopeful
and
alive
again,
we'll
still
kind
of
continue
to
hold
our
regular
meetings
disgusted.
At
a
last
meeting,
we
haven't
gotten
any
requests
for
information
about
legislative
priorities,
but
I
don't
think
that
necessarily
stops
us
from
presenting
them.
A
So
I
don't
see
that
as
it
is
here,
but
if
anyone
else
wants
to
work
with
the
research
investigations
committee
on
legislative
priorities,
that
might
be
the
next
thing
that
we're
facing
and
then
I
know
arena.
I
think
we've
reached
out
to
the
county's
diverse
neodiversity
director
on
potentially
coming
to
one
of
our
meetings,
so
that
could
still
be
something
we
could
do
in
october
and
november
yeah.
E
Yeah,
I
let
her
know
she,
because
I
did
speak
with
her
and
she
said
she
needed
until
october
and
I
will
reach
back
and
see
if
she
can
come
yeah.
A
Great
that'd
be
great:
does
anyone
else
have
any
new
business
or
anything
else
for
us
to
discuss.
A
Okay,
great
so
I'll
share
around
what
we
presented
last
year,
so
you
can
take
a
look
at
that
and
then
we
yeah
we
can
see
if
there's
anything
else,
we
want
to
proactively
initiate
with
the
county.
D
I
started
this
discussion
with
aruna
before
this
started,
but
just
to
pull
everybody
in,
I
asked
aruna
the
status
of
the
student
commissioner
at
this
point.
Like
has
their
term
expired?
Should
they
be
removed
from
the
minute
what's
happening
with
that,
so
she's
gonna
follow
up
on
that,
because.
A
Yeah,
her
term
was
supposed
to
expire
in
november,
so
I
didn't
follow
up
on
it
because
it
felt
just
a
little
sensitive.
So
since
it
was
one
of
eric
gutshaw's
priorities,
so
I
was
kind
of
thinking
it
would
just
take
care
of
itself.
But,
yes,
I've
not
heard
anything
from
her
and
we
attempted
outreach
for
the
first
three
or
four
meetings
have
not
had
her
attend
anything
yeah.
E
I,
what
I'm
going
to
do
is
I'm
going
to
definitely
reach
out
to
amina
and
see
if
they
have
any
guidance
on
how
long
they
can
stay
or
is
there
is
a
cut-off
line
as
a
you
know,
when
they
graduate
do
this
topic,
I
mean
we
need
some
further
guidance
on
that,
and
so
how
long
do
we
keep
them
on
the
commission,
since
it
was
like
a
trial
basis?
You
know
as
an
experience
as
a
student
as
to
how
it
is.
We
need
more
guidance
on
that.
A
Yeah
yeah,
I
think
I
saw
in
my
notes
that
she-
actually
they
did-
everybody
has
an
end
date
to
their
commissions,
I'm
pretty
sure
it
was
november,
though
I
don't
really
know
why
that
would
make
sense
for
the
timeline
of
a
student
but
yeah
we
can
check
just
because
they're
kind
of
outside
our
regular
charge
or
charter.
We
don't
have
anything
in
our
guidelines
that
define
this
membership.
A
So
yes,
so
I
think
I
mean
we
do
have
means
to
remove
a
regular
member
who
has
never
attended
anything.
But
we'd
look
for
some
guidance
on
what
we're
supposed
to
do
with
this
student
member.
B
D
E
For
just
for
your
information,
I'm
getting
a
bunch
of
text,
messages
or
emails
from
her
that
she
she
can
hear
us
and
I
don't
see
her
muted.
So
I
don't
know
why
miss
newton
can't
attend
the
join
the
meeting,
so
she
she
says
she's
in
a
car
or
something
and
then
but
she
can't
hear
us
so
just
to
let
you
know
who
is
that
yeah
she's
there
she
can.
I
guess
she
cannot
hear
us.
She
said
she
can
she's
muted
and
I've
unmuted
her.
E
E
A
Okay,
well,
I
guess,
if
there's
anything
that
she
needs
to
discuss,
we
can
see
if
it's
something
we
can
handle
by
email
or
handle
at
the
next
meeting,
but
yeah
I
don't
know,
unfortunately,
what's
going
on
with
the
technology
side
there,
but
I
didn't
have
anything
else.
If
someone
does
want
to
make
a
motion
for
us
to
adjourn.
F
I
think
taswell
county
literally
caught
in
the
act
with
her
baby
daddy
and
they
weren't
sure
if
she
was
pregnantal
like
eight
or
nine
weeks
later,
when
she
produced
her
puppies,
they
got
the
puppies
adopted
out
and
then
we
adopted
her.
I
guess
three
weeks
ago.
F
D
A
A
I
just
have
months
living
outside
in
one
of
my
tomato
pots,
but
I'm
afraid
that
the
poor
thing
is
going
to
try
and
get
under
the
back
door
and
meet
the
cats
and
not
be
a
good
experience.
So
hopefully
she
just
stays
behind,
and
hopefully
this
is
entertaining
whoever's
watching
this
video
at
the
end,
or
hopefully
everyone
since
we
did
adjourn,
we
can
just
lop
off
the
end
of
this.
