Good morning, I'm Kirby Clark- and this is my friend big man, a guinea pig from the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, take a coffee, break and change your day. Your perspective and even your life coffee provided join us for a screening of the thought-provoking TED talk at 3:00 p.m. at the connection in Crystal City, which will be followed by a discussion of the ideas presented then head over to Fridays at the fountain, the popular outdoor beer and wine garden at the Crystal City waterpark, which kicks off at 5 p.m.

over in Rosslyn relaxing gateway park for an outdoor movie, food and drinks tonight is family night featuring lego, batman and lego themed activities, or you can head to the lubber run amphitheatre to hear the terrific rico Ameri beginning at 8. P.M. all of these events are, of course, weather permitting. Tomorrow's a weekly 5k park run on Theodore Roosevelt Island starts at 9 a.m. it's free to run but register online to get a time, and you won't want to miss members of a signature theater performing tomorrow night at lover run at 8 p.m.
