I
answer
911
and
non-emergency
phone
calls
and
when
those
calls
come
in,
we
send
out
the
appropriate
resources
to
get
the
public
the
help
they
need
and
from
there
we
also
dispatch
them
over
the
radio.
We
talk
to
the
police,
we
talk
to
the
fire
department,
we
talk
to
the
medics
and
when
they
get
on
scene,
we
ask
them
if
there's
anything
else,
that
they
need
that
we
can
help
them
with.
Who
do
we
need
to
notify?
A
I,
like
the
most
that
we
can
work
in
a
dynamic
amazing
team
under
some
pretty
intense
circumstances
and
on
any
given
day.
I
can
be
working
with
people
from
all
the
shifts
that
we
have
so
I
know
I'm
part
of
a
great
team
that
can
support
me
and
that
I
can
support
them
and
whether
the
emergency
that's
coming
in
is
police,
related
fire,
related
medical,
related
or
a
combination
of
all
three.
I
know
our
team
on
both
sides
of
the
radio
is
going
to
work
together
for
the
best
outcome
possible.
A
A
When
you
come
to
work
for
arlington
county,
there
are
a
lot
of
unique
problems
to
solve
and
having
somebody
walk
away,
feeling,
satisfied
and
happy
that.
Finally,
somebody
was
able
to
assist
them.
It's
it's
a
really
great
feeling
and
that's
what
government
is
it's
community
service
arlington
attracts
people
from
all
over
the
country,
myself
included,
and
there
is
there's
absolutely
a
reason
that
we're
all
here
and
that's
service,
no
matter
what
you're
going
to
be
there
for
that
person.
