From YouTube: NewsMakers: Yarn Bombing the Chair's Chair
Description
In a unique public art project initiated and funded by the Rosslyn BID, the Guerrilla Stitch Brigade yarn bombed County Board Chair Mary Hynes' chair last month, to draw attention to the project. The BID has asked the group to create an artistic way-finding system to enable visitors to more easily find Artisphere from the Rosslyn Metro Station. Partners include Artisphere, Arlington Public Art and the Arlington Public Library. Contact Jennifer Lindsay, Project Manager at artisphereknitting@gmail.com
