If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Thank
you,
hello,
I'm,
Takis,
karantonis
I'm,
a
member
of
the
Arlington
County
board,
our
local
government
I'm,
an
immigrant
like
you
and
12
years
ago,
I
was
in
the
same
ceremony
as
you
are
today.
I
took
the
very
same
oath
of
Allegiance
you
did
or
are
about
to
do
here
is
my
certificate
of
naturalization.
A
So
this
ceremony
is
a
special
to
me
as
it
is
to
you.
I
know
this
room
is
full
of
people
from
many
nations,
many
languages,
all
walks
of
life.
You
are
gathered
here
each
at
the
end
of
a
long.
They
know
never
easy
Journey
that
brought
you
all
together
to
this
day.
I
can
feel
your
joy
and
the
sense
of
relief
that
you
have.
It
is
a
real
privilege
and
honor
to
congratulate
you
as
fellow
new
Americans
I.
A
Thank
you
for
choosing
to
become
citizens
of
our
country
after
having
been
members
of
our
community
where
you
raised,
families
built
businesses
contributed
to
our
diversity
and
added
to
our
sciences
and
arts
and
worked
hard
to
make
this
a
great
and
prosperous
country.
Some
of
you
have
served
under
the
flag
of
the
United
States,
protecting
our
nation
and
Freedoms,
for
which
I
am
deeply
deeply.
Grateful
I
want
to
share
one
Central
thought
from
when
I
swore
this
oath
of
Allegiance
an
oath
that
I
repeated
a
second
time
when
I
was
sworn
into
public
office.
A
The
oath
of
Allegiance
is
not
only
to
this
country
to
our
flag
and
to
our
constitution.
It
is
also
an
oath
of
Allegiance
care
and
solidarity
to
each
other.
America,
the
oldest
constitutional
republic
on
this
planet
was
in
fact
founded
based
on
this
pledge
to
care
for
each
other.
In
the
last
concluding
sentence
of
the
Declaration
of
Independence,
the
founding
signatories
pledge
to
each
other
their
lives,
their
fortunes
and
their
sacred
honor.
A
When
I
pledge
the
allegiance
to
our
country,
I
pledged
allegiance
to
you
and
to
every
single
American.
Our
commitment
to
each
other
is
not
conditioned
on
race
or
geography,
history,
language,
religion,
ethnic
or
tribal
affiliation.
It
is
conditioned
exclusively
on
the
simple
human
condition
of
being
a
member
of
our
community
being
here.
A
In
these
times,
where
hate
violence,
permanent
confrontation
seem
to
dominate
the
world,
America
stands
for
the
value
of
love
and
mutual
respect.
Our
constitution,
our
government
and
our
political
institutions
from
our
school
board
to
Congress
to
the
White
House,
are
built
and
represent
these
values
for
all.
A
Like
for
generations
of
immigrants,
people
who
came
before
us
this
day
is
full
of
hope
for
a
better
for
a
brighter
and,
yes,
a
fairer
future
coming
after
many
sacrifices.
This
is
also
the
day
where
you
affirm
Your
Allegiance,
to
the
values
that
guide
us
As
Americans
and
embody
the
price
and
promise
of
citizenship,
hard
work,
honestly,
courage,
fair
play,
tolerance,
curiosity,
loyalty
and
patriotism.
A
You're
now
part
of
our
Lance
shared
history
and
Legacy,
which
you
will
pass
on
to
the
next
generation,
your
children
and
grandchildren,
and
at
the
same
time
as
new
Americans,
we
are
Trustees
of
the
promise
of
America
to
those
who
are
coming
after
us.
Caring
for
each
other
also
means
caring
for
those
who
may
have
just
arrived
on
our
Shores
in
our
towns
and
in
our
communities.
A
In
the
very
same
ways
we
arrived
many
years
ago,
I
embrace
and
welcome
you
as
new
citizens
in
the
American
Family.
It
is
a
special
honor
for
us
that
your
memories
of
this
day
will
be
associated
with
Arlington
last
but
never
least,
a
couple
of
practical
requests.
As
soon
as
you
receive
your
certificate,
please
register
to
vote.
