ATV's regular round up of news and notes. In this edition, the County and School Boards have kicked off the FY 2018 budget process with their traditional opening forum. Both Boards want to hear from the community so please go to budget.arlingtonva.us or the APS website and let your voice be heard. We also attend the opening of Quincy Park, the first in Arlington to incorporate state of the art Universal Design elements. It's a beautiful new public space! Also, with the holiday season here, it's time to give! Bring toys to the Police department until Dec 16 and they'll dispense to children in need through their Fill the Cruiser program. You can also take part in DHS' Secret Santa program by delivering a $25 gift card or check to DHS by Dec. 16.
